Abstract

A shared circuit layout for universal serial bus arranged on a circuit board is disclosed. The shared circuit layout includes two sets of USB Type-A contacts for connecting with a USB Type-A connector and multiple USB Type-C contacts for connecting with a USB Type-C connector. Multiple first power pads of the two sets of USB Type-A contacts are connected with multiple second power pads of the multiple USB Type-C contacts, multiple first high-speed signal pads of the two sets of USB Type-A contacts are connected with multiple second high-speed signal pads of the multiple USB Type-C contacts, multiple first low-speed signal pads of the two sets of USB Type-A contacts are connected with multiple second low-speed signal pads of the multiple USB Type-C contacts, and the two sets of USB Type-A contacts are electrically connected with a CPU through the circuit board.
