Abstract

According to various example embodiments of the present disclosure, a method of providing rental item management information in an electronic device related to an item rental service may include acquiring item rental contract list information of a user using an item rental service, identifying, based on the item rental contract list information, identification information of one or more rental items, providing, on a first page, management service records information of an individual rental item corresponding to the identification information of one or more rental items and request information for the individual rental item, and providing, on a second page, detailed information on the individual rental item in response to a first user input to the individual rental item.

Description

Method for providing information about rental items and electronic device and non-transitory computer-readable storage medium for performing the method

Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention relate to a method for providing information related to a rental item and an electronic device using the method.

With the development of mobile devices such as smartphones, the number of users using e-commerce service platforms has continued to increase. Specifically, as the main platform for offline shopping has become online, more and more items have been purchased through e-commerce service platforms.

Recently, the consumption patterns of users of e-commerce service platforms are diversifying into item rental and item purchase. The types of items that can be rented on the service platform have increased from small appliances to large appliances, and therefore the service platform needs a method to continuously execute item rental and post-rental management.

In this regard, reference may be made to previous documents such as Korean Patent No. 10-0830443.

The present invention is proposed to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the present invention will provide a method for providing information about all items rented by a user on a reservation page in a service for renting items to a user and an electronic device using the method.

The present invention will also sequentially provide pages where general information about rental items can be specifically identified based on the hierarchy of the information.

The technical tasks to be achieved by the present invention are not limited to the above-mentioned technical problems, but other technical tasks can be inferred from the following exemplary embodiments.

According to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, a method for providing rental item management information in an electronic device related to an item rental service is provided, the method comprising: obtaining item rental contract list information of a user using an item rental service; identifying identification information of one or more rental items based on the item rental contract list information; providing management service record information of an individual rental item corresponding to the identification information of the one or more rental items and request information of the individual rental item on a first page; and providing detailed information about the individual rental item on a second page in response to a first user input of the individual rental item.

According to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, an electronic device related to an item rental service is provided, the device comprising a storage device and a processor, wherein the processor is configured to: obtain item rental contract list information of a user using an item rental service from the storage device; identify identification information of one or more rental items based on the item rental contract list information; provide service record information of an individual rental item corresponding to the identification information of one or more rental items and request information of the individual rental item on a first page; and provide detailed information about the individual rental item on a second page in response to a first user input to the individual rental item.

According to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, a non-temporary computer-readable storage medium is provided, the medium comprising a medium configured to store computer-readable instructions, wherein the computer-readable instructions, when executed by a processor, allow the processor to execute information comprising one of the following: Providing a method: obtaining item rental contract list information of a user using an item rental service; based on the item The rental contract list information identifies identification information of one or more rental items; provides management service record information of an individual rental item corresponding to the identification information of the one or more rental items and request information of the individual rental item on a first page; and provides detailed information about the individual rental item on a second page in response to a first user input of the individual rental item.

A method of providing information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention can provide short messages about all rental items on a single page based on the rental contract list information of a user using an item rental service and provide the user with the required information by sequentially displaying further detailed information about the short messages on a separate page.

According to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, an electronic device can provide a user with periodic management guide information corresponding to a rental period for an item rental service, so that even if a rental item is not managed by a door-to-door staff, the user can maintain and repair the rental item by himself to allow the user to efficiently manage the rental item.

In addition, a method of providing information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention may provide information about a fulfilled customer service request within the management service record information associated with a rental item to allow a user to instantly understand the repair and service record associated with the rental item.

When considering the functions obtained according to the present invention, the terms used in the exemplary embodiments are selected from the currently widely used general terms as much as possible, but these terms can be replaced by other terms based on the intention, habit, emergence of new technology or the like of those skilled in the art. In addition, in a specific case, the terms arbitrarily selected by the applicant of the present invention can be used. In this case, the meaning of these terms can be described in the corresponding description part of the present invention. Therefore, it should be noted that the terms used in this article should be interpreted based on their actual meaning and the entire content of this specification, rather than just based on the name of the term.

The term "terminal" mentioned below may be implemented as a computer or a portable terminal capable of accessing a server or another terminal through a network. Here, the computer may include, for example, a laptop, a desktop computer, and a notebook computer equipped with a web browser. The portable terminal may be a wireless communication device that ensures portability and mobility, and includes any type of handheld wireless communication device, such as a tablet PC, a smart phone, a terminal based on communication, such as International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT), Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), W-Code Division Multiple Access (W-CDMA), and Long Term Evolution (LTE).

Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in sufficient detail below, which is suitable for implementation by a person skilled in the art with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention can be implemented in a variety of different forms and is therefore not limited to the embodiments described herein.

Hereinafter, an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing a device for providing an item rental service according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

Referring to Figure 1, an electronic device 100 and an external device 200 can each exchange data with different nodes, and the nodes can be connected via a network.

The electronic device 100 may be a device related to an item rental service. The item rental service may be a platform that provides rental when selling a predetermined item, and the platform providing the service may be an e-commerce platform. The electronic device 100 may include a device that overall manages and operates an item rental service platform, and may be an item rental and sales service server.

The electronic device 100 may include (but not limited to) a processor, a transceiver, and a memory as internal components. The processor of the electronic device 100 may process a series of steps to execute a method of providing information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention. The processor may control other components of the electronic device 100.

The transceiver of the electronic device 100 can perform a function of transmitting information stored in the memory of the electronic device 100 or information processed by the processor to other devices or a function of receiving information from other devices to the electronic device 100. As an example, the electronic device 100 can exchange information with the external device 200 through the transceiver.

A method by which the electronic device 100 implements an item rental may be to directly purchase an item itself and rent the item to a user or arrange to rent an item to an external rental company. As an example, the electronic device 100 may directly purchase an item, check the inventory of the item and accessories, and provide the user with rental and a management service program. As another example, the electronic device 100 may rent an item from an external rental company to a user and the external rental company may provide management service record information to the user when providing a management service program.

The storage of the electronic device 100 is a data structure implemented in a predetermined storage space of the electronic device 100, and can freely perform functions such as storage, search, deletion, editing, or addition of data. As an example, the storage may include fields or components for processing functions such as storage, search, deletion, editing, or addition of data. As another example, the storage may be provided in a separate cloud server or database server. The electronic device 100 can obtain and identify data provided by the item rental service from the storage.

The electronic device 100 can load from the memory information related to an account of a user who uses a service after reservation. As an example, the information related to the account of a user may include information about a list of rental contracts signed according to the account of the user. The electronic device 100 can manually operate individual management service information (e.g., management service program information) of an item that can be rented under an item rental service and store the information in the memory. That is, the management service information manually operated according to a category of an individual rental item can be stored in the memory. The electronic device 100 can load the manually operated management service information from the memory according to the category identified based on the identification information of the individual rental item. As an example, when a specific user signs a lease contract for a "water purifier", the electronic device 100 may store in the memory manual operation information about a management service program related to a "filter replacement cycle", an "item or accessory cleaning cycle" and the like to routinely manage the "water purifier". In addition, the electronic device 100 may load information about the management service program of the individual leased item stored in the memory.

Specifically, the electronic device 100 may load manual operation information about an individual management service program from the memory depending on the type of the individual rental item. As an example, the electronic device 100 may recognize information about the management service program of the individual item, which is included in information about a rental contract list signed by each user using the service. The electronic device 100 may recognize identification information about an item based on information about a rental contract list of an individual user using the rental service.

More specifically, identification information about an item includes information by which a user can verify to which category an item rented by the user through a signed rental contract belongs. Identification information about an item may include management type information of an individual rented item. The management type information may include a first type and a second type, the first type may be a type in which a door-to-door worker visits the user's address and manages a rented item according to a signed contract, and the second type may be a type in which the user himself manages the rented item according to a signed contract. That is, a management type may be classified according to a subject managing the maintenance and repair of an individual rented item and the replacement of accessories during the rental period. As another example, identification information of an item may include manufacturer information of an individual rented item. In addition, the identification information of the item includes the accessory information of the item. The electronic device 100 can identify a management service program of a rental item and information about accessories required for a management service based on the identification information of the item.

The external device 200 may include a device connected to the electronic device 100 through a network via an internal communication module or a transceiver. As an example, the external device 200 may be a device implemented as a database server, including a storage. Specifically, the database server may be an operation server of a subject that performs customer service for the rental item. As an example, the customer service of the rental item may be a repair request. The electronic device 100 may be a subject that directly performs customer service through a part responsible for customer service. As another example, a manufacturer of individual rental items may be a subject that performs customer service for individual rental items. In this case, the manufacturer's server may correspond to the external device 200. As another example, external device 200 may include a terminal of a user using a rental item service.

FIG. 2 is a flow chart showing a method of providing information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 2 , an electronic device (e.g., electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) can provide a user who uses an item rental service with the user's item rental contract list information. The user can identify at a glance the general and detailed information about the rental items for which a contract has been signed in a page provided by the electronic device.

In operation S210, the electronic device may obtain item rental contract list information. The item rental contract list information may include rental contract information about at least one rental item. As an example, when a user signs a rental contract for a "water purifier", an "air purifier", and an "air conditioner", the electronic device may obtain information about a rental contract signed by the user for a separate rental item. Items rented by the electronic device may include general large and small household appliances for home use, but are not limited thereto. Rental items may refer to items whose accessories need to be replaced.

In operation S220, the electronic device may identify identification information of one or more rental items. The identification information of the rental items may include category classification information of the rental items, management type information of the rental items, manufacturer information of the rental items, and information about accessories of the rental items. That is, the identification information of the rental items may be information for identifying comprehensive information about the rental items for which the user has signed a rental contract.

In operation S230, the electronic device may provide general information including management service record information of an individual rental item on a first page. The first page may be a page that provides rental item information of an individual rental item signed by a user segment by segment. That is, the first page may allow the user to instantly identify the general information of an individual rental item through a rental contract list divided by segments of the individual rental item.

According to various exemplary embodiments, the management service record information of the individual rental item displayed on the first page may briefly include record information about a current management service of the rental item. The record information about the current management service may be provided in a different format depending on the management type of the individual rental item. In addition, the request information of the individual rental item may be provided differently depending on the management type. As an example, in the case of the first type, the request information may include information such as "home date change", "contact a home staff" and "customer service request". As another example, in the case of the second type, the request information may include information such as "delivery date change" and "customer service request".

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device may provide information about a link through which a user enters a sales page of a respective rental item from a first page in the form of an icon or an image of the respective rental item. In addition, the electronic device may respond to an input of information about a scheduled door-to-door visit or information about accessory replacement on the first page and perform an operation related to each piece of information. As an example, the electronic device may respond to a user input of accessory replacement information and provide a sales page for the corresponding accessory. A description of the first page will be shown with reference to FIG. 3.

In operation S240, the electronic device may provide a detailed information page related to the rental item in response to a user input. The user input in operation S240 may correspond to a first user input. The first user input may be a selection input for identifying detailed information about one of the individual rental items. The electronic device may identify the first user input for one of the individual rental items displayed on the first page. The first user input may be an input to jump from the first page to a rental details page to identify rental details about a selected item. The first page may correspond to a page shown in a diagram of Figure 3. A second page may correspond to a detailed information page related to the rental item. The second page may correspond to a page shown in a diagram in FIG5 .

FIG. 3 is a diagram showing an exemplary page displaying lease contract list information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 3 , a first page 300 may be a page for identifying general information about at least one rental item of a user using an item rental service. That is, an electronic device (such as the electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may provide the user with information about an item for which a rental contract has been signed on the first page 300 .

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device may provide rental status information 311 and cancellation/termination record information 312 in the constituent columns of the first page 300. The rental status information 311 may include information related to an individual item currently rented by the user. The cancellation/termination record information 312 may include information related to an individual item whose rental service the user has canceled or terminated. In response to an input to an individual column, the electronic device may provide information 320 corresponding to the corresponding column to the first page 300. The example of FIG. 3 will be described based on the information corresponding to the input to the rental status information 311.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may provide information 321, 322 about individual rental items rented by the user. The information 321, 322 about individual rental items may be divided and provided for each item. In addition, the electronic device may identify a management type of the individual rental item based on the identification information of an individual rental item. The management type includes a first type and a second type. The first type includes a door-to-door management type (e.g., a door-to-door type), in which the management and replacement of accessories associated with an individual item are performed by a door-to-door staff. The second type includes a self-management type (e.g., a self-type), in which the management and replacement of accessories associated with an individual item are performed by the user himself. As an example, when the user receives the accessories of the second type of rental item, the user replaces the accessories of the rental item by himself. In response to the management type being identified, the electronic device can provide management type information 333, 343 about the individual rental item.

3 , the electronic device can construct and provide information 321, 322 about individual items differently based on management type information 333, 343. As an example, the electronic device can provide on-site staff information 334, scheduled on-site date information 335, on-site purpose information 336, on-site date change request information 337, and on-site staff contact request information 339 for an item (e.g., a water purifier) corresponding to the management type information 333 associated with the on-site management type. For another example, the electronic device may provide delivered accessory information 344, scheduled delivery date information 345, accessory information 346, and delivery date change request information 347 for an item (e.g., an air purifier) corresponding to management type information 343 associated with the self-management type. That is, the information 321, 322 about the individual rental items rented may include different information depending on the management type information 333.

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device may provide management service record information for an individual rental item. The management service record information may include record information about a current management service for an individual rental item (e.g., information corresponding to a record of a service currently used to manage the rental item). As an example, the record information about the current management service may be information indicating a record of the current management service for the individual item, such as management type information 333, 343, scheduled door-to-door date information 335, and scheduled delivery date information 345. The user may identify the record of the current management service for an individual rental item on the first page 300.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device can identify the scheduled accessory replacement status information about a single rental item corresponding to the current management service record information. The scheduled accessory replacement status information can be information that represents the information about the accessory replacement of the single rental item by a text or a text and an image, such as the door-to-door purpose information 336 and the accessory information 346. The electronic device can provide a sales detail page related to the accessory based on the scheduled accessory replacement status information. After obtaining an input of the door-to-door purpose information 336 or the accessory information 346, the electronic device can provide the user with a sales detail page of the corresponding accessory. As an example, in the case of a rental item of the first type, the electronic device may provide a sales details page of "water purifier filter" as a door-to-door purpose in response to a user input in a display area of door-to-door purpose information 336. As another example, in the case of a rental item of the second type, the electronic device may provide a sales details page of "air purifier filter" in response to a user input in a display area of accessory information 346 about the delivered accessory.

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device may provide name information 330 of an individual rental item, image information 331 of the individual rental item, and rental member usage information 332 of a user on the first page 300. The electronic device may identify the name information 330 of the individual rental item and the image information 331 of the individual rental item based on the identification information of the individual rental item. The electronic device may provide a rental details page of the individual rental item in response to a user input regarding the name information 330 or the image information 331 of the individual rental item. As another example, the electronic device may provide a sales details page of the individual rental item. As another example, the electronic device may provide a rental or sales details page for individual rental items column by column on a page.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may provide a selection area 340 for providing a rental details information page. As shown in FIG. 3 , the selection area 340 may be provided for each individual rental item. The electronic device may provide customer service request information 338 for each individual rental item. In response to an input of the customer service request information 338, the electronic device may provide a customer service request page (e.g., page 1000 of FIG. 10 ).

According to various exemplary embodiments, information based on the lease contract list information provided by the electronic device may be provided on the first page 300, but is not limited to the example of FIG. 3 .

FIG. 4 is a flow chart illustrating the identification of information contained in the identification information of an individual rental item according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

In operation S410, an electronic device (e.g., electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may identify management service record information of an individual rental item. The electronic device may identify management service record information corresponding to a rental period of a rental item according to a category based on category classification information of the individual rental item. Individual rental items may have different management service records depending on the category. The electronic device may load management service record information of individual rental items from a memory, and the management service record information may include required management service records over time during the rental period between a start date of use of the rental item and an end date of use of the rental item.

In operation S420, the electronic device may identify management type information of individual rental items. A management type may include a first type and a second type. The first type may correspond to a door-to-door management type, and the second type may correspond to a self-management type. The reason for classifying the management types in this way is that the information provided to a user may be different according to the management type. As an example, an accessory of a rental item of the first type may be replaced by a door-to-door staff who directly accesses the user's address. As another example, an accessory of a rental item of the second type may be delivered to the user and replaced directly by the user. In addition, the classification of management types may lead to the classification of update types of management service record information. As an example, in the case of a rental item of the first type, the management service record information may be updated after receiving information that the accessory replacement is completed. As another example, in the case of a rental item of the second type, the management service record information may be updated as a component replacement date passes.

In operation S430, the electronic device may identify customer service list information. The electronic device may identify the customer service list information of the individual rental item based on the manufacturer information of the individual rental item. The customer service list information may vary according to the category classification information and manufacturer information of the individual rental item, and may include additional customer service request information. The additional customer service request information may be identified by text information input by a user, review information of a rental item received by the customer service, and question and answer information of a rental item received by the customer service.

FIG. 5 is a diagram showing an exemplary page of detailed information about an individual rental item according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 5 , an electronic device (e.g., electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may provide a rental details information page 500 in response to a first user input. The rental details information page 500 may be a second page.

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device may provide management service record information 510, amount information 520, payment information 530, and contract information 540 to the rental details information page 500. The electronic device may provide an area related to rental cancellation on the rental details information page 500.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may set a detailed information segment about an individual rental item. That is, the electronic device may set segments of information 510, 520, 530, and 540 on the rental details information page 500 to provide information 510, 520, 530, and 540. Specifically, the rental details information page 500 may be set by a management service record segment, an amount segment, a payment information segment, and a contract segment.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the management service record information 510 may include information about a start date of use of a rental item, information about a scheduled replacement date of an accessory, information about an end date of use of the item, and information about a scheduled cleaning date of the accessory. The electronic device may identify the management service record information 510 based on the identification information of the individual rental items. The electronic device may list the management service record information 510 in chronological order. For example, the electronic device may list individual management service records according to individual management service dates having a timeline. The electronic device may provide the management service record information 510 in chronological order on the timeline. The management service record information 510 may be information of an execution record of a management service program that identifies the rental item.

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device can identify a current management service record corresponding to a rental item by manually operating the management service record information. The management service record information 510 includes service date information, and the service date information is divided into individual management service date information. The electronic device can provide management service record information corresponding to the service date information.

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device may determine a date to perform a management service for a particular rental item. The electronic device may determine whether a specific accessory needs to be replaced after a predetermined period of time from the start date of use of the item based on a manually operated management service procedure. Specifically, the electronic device may manage a schedule of management service records for a particular rental item. The schedule may be determined based on life information about the accessories of the item.

5 , the electronic device may provide a timeline to the management service record information 510. The timeline is an axis having a time sequence, and the timeline in FIG5 shows time advancing from bottom to top. That is, the information at the bottom of the timeline may be a management service record that has been completed in the past (e.g., the management service record of "2021.8.25" in the management service record information 510 of FIG5 ), and the top information may be a management service record to be processed (e.g., the management service record of "2022.2.25" in the management service record information 510 of FIG5 ). In addition, the information in the middle of the time axis may be the current management service record (e.g., the management service record of "2021.11.25" in the management service record information 510 of FIG. 5) or the management service record that is about to arrive in the near future. The electronic device may provide the management service record information just before the current management service and just after the current management service based on the current management service record.

Referring to FIG. 5 , each point on the timeline may represent a position of a management service record corresponding to a particular date on the timeline. The electronic device may display a current stage of a management service process on the timeline. That is, the electronic device may display what the current management service record of the rental item is. The current management service record in FIG. 5 is displayed as a large dot to distinguish it from other dots. FIG. 5 shows three parts of the management service record information 510 provided by the electronic device, and it is only an example. That is, the user may briefly identify the management service record information 510 on the second page. In addition, the user may identify the details of the management service record information 510 on a third page.

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device may update the management service record information 510 every day. As an example, in FIG. 5, if there is a management service record of "2022.3.15", the electronic device sends the management service record of "2021.8.25" downward according to the time flow to not display it, and may display the management service program record of "2022.3.15" at the top. Here, the top may refer to the location of the management service record of "2022.2.25" displayed in FIG. 5.

According to an exemplary embodiment, a method of providing the management service record information 510 by the electronic device is not limited to the timeline. The electronic device may provide information using various methods through which the user can easily identify the management service record information 510 of the rental item.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the amount information 520 includes information about the amount obtained according to the end of a rental contract of a rental item and the replacement or purchase of accessories. The amount includes the amount used for rental or purchase in the rental service.

According to an exemplary embodiment, payment information 530 may include payment information after signing a lease. Depending on a unit of a lease payment period, payment information 530 includes payment amount information, payment option information, payment date (e.g., settlement date) information, and change information of a payment option. Contract information 540 may include contract information of a lease contract.

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device may recognize a user input to a selection area 511, 521, 531, and 541 of a segment of detailed information related to an individual rental item. As an example, the electronic device may recognize a user input to a selection area 511 in which a segment of management service record information 510 is displayed. The user input may correspond to a second user input at this time. After obtaining the second user input, the electronic device may provide detailed information about the management service record information 510 on a third page. The third page will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 7. As another example, the electronic device may provide detailed information 520, 530, and 540 about the respective segments on separate pages in response to user input on selection areas 521, 531, and 541 of the corresponding segments.

FIG. 6 is a flow chart showing the process of entering a page for identifying detailed information about an individual rental item piece by piece according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

In operation S610, an electronic device (e.g., electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may obtain an input to an individual segment of a second page (e.g., rental details information page 500 of FIG. 5 ). The input to the individual segment may correspond to a user input. Specifically, the user input to the selection area 511 of the segment displaying the management service record information 510 of FIG. 5 may correspond to a second user input.

In operation S620, the electronic device may provide information related to the individual segments on a separate page. The separate page may be a page that provides detailed information about the information displayed in the individual segments. Specifically, the page that provides detailed information about the management service record information 510 of FIG. 5 may be a third page 700 of FIG. 7 .

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device may provide information about an individual rental item to pages of different information depths based on the rental contract list information. As an example, the electronic device may gradually and clearly provide information about the individual rental item from a first page (e.g., the first page 300 of FIG. 3 ) to a second page (e.g., the rental details information page 500 of FIG. 5 ) and from the second page to a third page (e.g., the third page 700 of FIG. 7 ). As an example, the first page may be a page on which the rental contract list information is generally identifiable. The second page may be a page that provides information that the user is highly concerned about in the general information provided on the first page, piece by piece. Specifically, the second page may be a page that provides the user with short messages of each piece in response to the individual piece. The electronic device may provide more detailed information about the individual rental item for which the user has signed a contract via the second page than the first page. The third page may be a page that provides more detailed information about a segment provided in the second page. Specifically, the third page may be a page that provides the user with the most detailed information about one of the individual segments. The electronic device may provide the most detailed information about a specific segment of the rental item via the third page.

FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating an exemplary page for identifying detailed information about an individual rental item piece by piece according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 7 , an electronic device (e.g., the electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may provide a third page 700 in response to a second user input in a selection area 511 that displays a segment of the management service log information 510 of FIG. 5 .

According to various exemplary embodiments, the third page 700 may include management service history information about an individual rental item. The management service record information may be provided in chronological order. The electronic device may provide management service history information to a user via a timeline. The management service history information of FIG. 7 may include all information of the management service record information 510 of FIG. 5. Conversely, the management service record information 510 of FIG. 5 may include a portion of the management service history information of FIG. 7. The third page 700 of this specification is based on a page description about the management service history information. However, since the third page 700 provides specific information of each segment provided on the second page, it is not limited to an exemplary page of the management service history information.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may provide the current management service record information 710 in detail on the third page 700. The current management service record information 710 may include more detailed information than the current management service record information shown in FIG. 5. As an example, the current management service record information 710 may include management service record information 711, information about a door-to-door staff 712, a door-to-door staff contact request information 713, and door-to-door date change request information 714. The electronic device may provide the current management service record information 710 differently according to a management type of a rental item related to the third page 700. The management type of the rental item shown as an example in FIG. 7 is a first type, and the explanation will be based on the first type.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may provide management service record information, accessory delivery information, accessory cleaning information, information about an accessory icon linked to an accessory sales page, and information about a date change request for accessory delivery to the current management service record information 710. This example may correspond to a rental item whose management type is a second type. The electronic device may provide the user with accessory icon information and information about accessory delivery for the second type of rental item. After obtaining a user's selection input of a predetermined area on which information about an accessory icon is displayed, the electronic device may provide a detailed sales page for the corresponding accessory. That is, information about an accessory icon may be linked to the detailed sales page of the accessory.

Referring to FIG. 7 , current management service record information 710 corresponds to an example of management service record history information. When providing the third page 700, the electronic device may provide current management service record information 710 at a location that is easily visible to the user. In addition, the user is able to identify information about past management service records. As an example, after obtaining a scroll input across the second page or the third page 700, the electronic device may provide information about management service records that move up and down. The electronic device may basically display the current management service record information at a location that is easily visible to the user, but may move and display the management service record information that the user wants to identify in response to user input. The electronic device can adaptively move and provide information in a management service record information segment of the second page listed in chronological order or information of the third page 700 in a corresponding segment or the third page 700 according to the direction of the scroll input.

According to an exemplary embodiment, regardless of the management type of the rental item, the electronic device may provide information about replacement accessories on the second page. Replacement accessories are accessories sold by a rental item service and refer to compatible accessories of the rental item rather than official accessories. When the content included in the management service record information of FIG. 7 is related to accessories of the rental item, the electronic device may provide accessories to be replaced (for example, in the case of the first type) or accessories to be delivered (for example, in the case of the second type) and an icon of the replacement accessory. The icon of the replacement accessory may include link information that can enter the sales page of the replacement accessory.

FIG8 is a flowchart showing various exemplary embodiments of providing information on a third page according to the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 8 , an electronic device (e.g., electronic device 100 in FIG. 1 ) can provide information in a different format on a third page (e.g., third page 700 in FIG. 7 ) according to a management type of a rental item.

In operation S810, the electronic device may identify the management type of an individual rental item. The management type of an individual rental item is determined when a user signs a rental contract and may be changed later by a user's selection. The electronic device may identify the management type information based on the identification information of the individual rental item.

In operation S820, the electronic device may identify information about a door-to-door worker. When the management type is a first type, the electronic device may identify information about a door-to-door worker who is responsible for the current management service record information. As an example, when providing management services for rental items directly through the electronic device, the electronic device may load information about the door-to-door worker who is responsible for the current management service record information from a memory. The memory may store personal information of the door-to-door worker who performs the management service, scheduling information of the door-to-door worker, and information about a rental item that each door-to-door worker is responsible for. As another example, when providing management services for rental items through an external company or manufacturer, the electronic device may receive information from a server of the external company or manufacturer regarding a door-to-door staff member who is responsible for the current management service record information.

In operation S830, the electronic device may provide on-site staff information and on-site schedule change request information. The on-site staff information may be information of the on-site staff assigned to the current management service record. The on-site staff information may correspond to component symbol 712 of FIG. 7, and the on-site schedule change request information may correspond to component symbol 714 of FIG. 7.

In operation S840, the electronic device can identify accessory information. When the management type is a second type, the electronic device can identify information about accessories related to the current management service record information. As an example, when the current management service record of an "air purifier" is "replace a filter", the electronic device can identify information about a "filter" that is a replacement accessory of the rental item "air purifier". The electronic device can identify an image of the accessory, a link to a detailed sales page of the accessory, and information about the replacement accessory.

In operation S850, the electronic device may provide link information to an accessory sales page. The link information to the accessory sales page may be displayed as an image or icon of the accessory. After obtaining a user input to an area where an image or icon of the accessory is displayed, the electronic device may provide the user with a detailed sales page of the accessory. As an example, an icon or image related to the accessory that can enter the detailed sales page of the accessory may be provided in a portion of the area where the current management service record information 710 of FIG. 7 is displayed.

FIG. 9 is a flowchart illustrating providing customer service in response to a customer service request according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 9 , an electronic device (e.g., electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may provide customer service related information in response to a customer service request from a user. The customer service request may typically include a request for repair, replacement, and refund of a rental item. FIG. 9 will be described based on a case in which the customer service request is a request for repair of a rental item.

In operation S910, the electronic device may provide customer service list information. Request information for an individual rental item may include customer service request information. The electronic device may provide customer service list information in response to an input of the customer service request information. The customer service list information may include information about a type of customer service that may be provided for the rental item. As an example, the customer service list information may include rental item repair list information set by a manufacturer of the rental item. As another example, the customer service list information may include information in which a request for a rental item described as a separate request by a user is written in text. As another example, the customer service list information may include information about a complaint review identified by the electronic device based on review information about the individual rental item. A detailed description of the customer service list information will be given in detail with reference to Figure 10.

In operation S920, the electronic device may obtain a selection input of one of the customer service list information. The customer service list information may be information about the customer service available for one of the rental items. The electronic device may obtain the user's customer service information selection input in a page of predetermined customer service list information or information in which the user's request is written in text. That is, the electronic device may obtain a selection input of the customer service that the user wants to request.

In operation S930, the electronic device may provide customer service related information to a customer service manager. The customer service related information may include customer service record information and customer service door-to-door location information. The customer service manager may include a door-to-door staff. The customer service manager visits the customer's address and performs the customer service requested by the customer. The electronic device may provide the customer service related information to a terminal of the customer service manager (such as the external device 200 of FIG. 1) or a server assigned to the customer service manager (such as a database server of the electronic device or a server of an external company).

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device may provide information on a second page or a third page about customer service performed in response to an input of request information for individual rental items. As an example, the electronic device may display on the second page which customer service (e.g., rental item repair) has been performed based on the passage of time on a time axis of management service record information. The electronic device may also provide customer service execution information in the historical information on the third page. The electronic device may provide the user with all information related to the management of rental items, and therefore the electronic device may provide information related to the execution of customer service on the second or third page.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device can obtain customer service execution images. After the customer service manager performs and completes the requested customer service, the customer service execution image may include an image taken to confirm that the rental item is good, an image of the accessories, and an image of a defective part of the rental item. That is, the customer service execution image may include all images related to the customer service taken by the customer service manager when performing the customer service.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device can provide a customer service execution image to the management service record information and historical information at the same time. That is, the electronic device can provide an image of the customer service performed on the rental item on the relevant information timeline of the second page or the third page. The customer service execution image is listed in chronological order corresponding to a date when the customer service is performed. When the electronic device provides the customer service execution image, the electronic device also provides the customer service record. The customer service record can correspond to the details of the individual management service record information provided to the second page or the third page.

FIG. 10 is a diagram showing an example of a customer service application page according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 10 , an electronic device (e.g., electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may provide a customer service request page 1000 in response to a request information selection input for a particular rental item, such as customer service request information 338 of FIG. 3 . Customer service request page 1000 may be a page for requesting a user to file a complaint about a rental item.

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device may provide customer service list information in the customer service request page 1000, such as customer service status information 1010, customer service detailed status information 1020, and user's individual request information 1030. The customer service list information may include information of complaint reviews identified by the electronic device based on rental item repair list information set by a manufacturer of the rental item, information about a user's individual request written in text, and review information of an individual rental item.

Referring to FIG. 10 , the customer service list information can be set by parent/sub-category. As an example, the customer service status information 1010 of FIG. 10 can be a parent category of the customer service detailed status information 1020. When a user selects and inputs the customer service status information 1010 , the electronic device can provide the customer service detailed status information 1020 of a sub-category corresponding to a selected status.

Specifically, it can be assumed that the customer service request page 1000 receives the customer service status information 1010 and the user's individual request information 1030. The electronic device can provide the customer service request page 1000 according to a selection input of the user for the customer service request information, and provide the customer service status information 1010 corresponding to the upper category and the user's individual request information 1030 as basic information. More specifically, when a selection input of one of the customer service status information 1010 is obtained from the user, the electronic device can provide the customer service detailed status information 1020 corresponding to the subcategory of the selected status. That is, the electronic device provides the subcategory list information in response to the selection input of the upper category of the customer service list information.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may identify customer service detailed status information 1020 from review information or question and answer information of the rental item. The review information or question and answer information may include information about a plurality of complaints faced during the use of the rental item. The electronic device may analyze text or images based on the review information or question and answer information and collect potential customer service requests. This information collection may be performed using metadata or features learned by machine learning.

According to various exemplary embodiments, regardless of the method used, the electronic device can categorize and manually operate customer service information. In addition, the electronic device can update customer service information corresponding to identification information of individual rental items. A memory can store the updated information.

FIG. 11 is a flowchart illustrating various exemplary embodiments of identifying a customer service management server and providing information to the server according to the present invention.

In operation S1110, an electronic device (e.g., electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may identify a customer service management server corresponding to customer service. The customer service management server may be a server of a subject that assigns a customer service manager (e.g., a door-to-door staff) in response to a customer service request. As an example, the customer service management server may be a database server of the electronic device. As another example, the customer service management server may be a server of an external company or a manufacturer of a rental item.

In operation S1120, the electronic device may provide information to the customer service management server. As an example, the electronic device may provide identification information of a particular rental item and customer service information to the customer service management server. The identification information of a particular rental item may be used to determine which rental item to request customer service for. The customer service information may include details of the customer service request, a door-to-door address information of a location receiving the customer service request, and information about required accessories. The customer service manager who receives the information through the customer service management server may perform customer service.

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device can identify whether a customer service request is not a repair request but is related to a parts replacement. In the case of a request related to a parts replacement for a rental item, the electronic device can provide the user with detailed information on an parts purchase page. This provision may be unrelated to a management type of the rental item.

According to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, a method for providing rental item management information in an electronic device related to an item rental service may include: obtaining item rental contract list information of a user using an item rental service; identifying identification information of one or more rental items based on the item rental contract list information; providing management service record information of an individual rental item and request information of an individual rental item corresponding to the identification information of one or more rental items on a first page; and providing detailed information about the individual rental item on a second page in response to a first user input of the individual rental item.

In the method of providing rental item management information in an electronic device related to an item rental service according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the identification information of one or more rental items may include category classification information about individual rental items, and the identification of the identification information may include management service record information corresponding to a rental period of a rental item according to a category identification based on the category classification information about the individual rental items.

In the method of providing rental item management information in an electronic device related to an item rental service according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the request information of individual rental items may include at least one of the following: repair request information, door-to-door date change request information, delivery date change request information, and a door-to-door staff request information.

In the method of providing rental item management information in an electronic device related to an item rental service according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the identification information of an individual rental item may include management type information of the individual rental item, and the identification of the identification information may include management type information identifying the individual rental item.

In the method of providing rental item management information in an electronic device related to an item rental service according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the second page may be configured to have a segment of detailed information about an individual rental item, and providing the segment of detailed information about an individual rental item on the second page may include providing the segment of detailed information about an individual rental item on the second page by designating the segment of detailed information about an individual rental item as at least one of a management service record segment, an amount segment, a payment information segment, and a contract segment.

In a method for providing rental item management information in an electronic device related to an item rental service according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the management service record information of an individual rental item may include management service record information just before and just after the current management service based on record information about a current management service of the individual rental item, and providing on a second page may include providing management service record information just before the current management service, record information about a current management service, and management service information just after the current management service listed in chronological order to a fragment of the management service record of the individual rental item. .

In the method of providing rental item management information in an electronic device related to an item rental service according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the method may further include: obtaining a second user input of a management service record fragment for a single rental item; and providing a third page containing historical information of a management service for a single rental item in response to the second user input.

In the method of providing rental item management information in an electronic device related to an item rental service according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, providing a third page may include providing historical information corresponding to management type information of individual rental items.

In the method of providing rental item management information in an electronic device related to an item rental service according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, if the management type information is of a first type, the method may further include identifying information about a door-to-door staff member who is responsible for recording information of a current management service and providing information about the door-to-door staff member and the door-to-door staff member's door-to-door schedule change request information.

In the method of providing rental item management information in an electronic device related to an item rental service according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, if the management type information is a second type, the method may further include identifying information of an accessory related to record information about a current management service and providing link information to enter a sales page of the accessory as an icon related to the accessory.

In the method of providing rental item management information in an electronic device related to an item rental service according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the identification information of an individual rental item may include the manufacturer information of the individual rental item, and the identification of the identification information may include customer service list information for identifying the individual rental item based on the manufacturer information of the individual rental item.

In a method for providing rental item management information in an electronic device associated with an item rental service according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, customer service list information can be identified based on at least one of manufacturer information, a user's individual request, and review information about individual rental items.

In the method of providing rental item management information in an electronic device related to an item rental service according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the method may further include: identifying a customer service management server corresponding to a selected customer service; and providing identification information and customer service information of individual rental items to the customer service management server.

In the method of providing rental item management information in an electronic device related to an item rental service according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, if the selected customer service involves the replacement of accessories of individual rental items, the method may further include providing the user with the accessories purchase page information of the individual rental items based on the selected customer service.

In the method of providing rental item management information in an electronic device related to an item rental service according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the method may further include: obtaining a scrolling input for a management service record segment of the second page or the third page; and in response to the scrolling input, adaptively providing information in the management service record segment of the second page listed in chronological order or information on the third page in the management service record segment of the second page or the third page.

According to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, an electronic device related to an item rental service includes a storage device and a processor, wherein the processor is configured to: obtain item rental contract list information of a user using an item rental service from the storage device; identify identification information of one or more rental items based on the item rental contract list information; provide service record information of an individual rental item and request information of an individual rental item corresponding to the identification information of one or more rental items on a first page; and provide detailed information about the individual rental item on a second page in response to a first user input of the individual rental item.

According to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium includes a medium configured to store computer-readable instructions, wherein the computer-readable instructions can allow a processor to execute an information providing method including the following when executed by a processor: obtaining item rental contract list information of a user using an item rental service; Identify one or more rental items with the list information; provide management service record information of an individual rental item and request information of the individual rental item corresponding to the identification information of the one or more rental items on a first page; and provide detailed information about the individual rental item on a second page in response to a first user input of the individual rental item.

A method for providing rental item management information in an electronic device related to an item rental service, the method comprising: obtaining item rental contract list information of a user using an item rental service; identifying identification information of one or more rental items based on the item rental contract list information; providing management service record information of an individual rental item corresponding to the identification information of the one or more rental items and request information of the individual rental item on a first page; providing detailed information about the individual rental item on a second page in response to a first user input of the individual rental item. information; obtaining a second user input of a management service record fragment for the individual rental item; providing a third page containing historical information of a management service for the individual rental item based on the management type information of the individual rental item in response to the second user input; identifying information of accessories related to record information about a current management service if the management type information indicates a predetermined type; and providing link information to enter a sales page of the accessories as an icon related to the accessories in a portion of the third page displaying the record information about the current management service.
