Abstract

One embodiment of the present disclosure, a method for processing membership cancellation requests executed by an electronic device may include: an action of receiving a request to start the membership cancellation process from a user terminal of a user who has joined the membership; in response to the request to start the membership cancellation process, an action of determining one or more first offers from a plurality of offers associated with the membership to be displayed on a first page related to the membership cancellation; an action of determining one or more items corresponding to the one or more first offers respectively; and an action of transmitting information of the first page including information of one or more first offers and information of one or more items to the user terminal.

Description

Methods, electronic devices and recording media for processing membership termination requests

This disclosure relates to a method, electronic device, and recording medium for processing a request to terminate membership.

Due to the development of communication technology, e-commerce services for online trading of goods have become widely used. The scope of goods that can be the object of e-commerce services is expanding, not only limited to goods, but also including services. Since so many kinds of goods are traded in e-commerce services, the operators of e-commerce services need to establish strategies for effectively selling and providing a variety of goods to users.

As an example of the above strategy, e-commerce service operators can offer special benefits to users who join the membership in order to attract new users and maintain the loyalty of existing users. Users who join the membership after paying a certain amount can not only get discounts when purchasing goods, but also various benefits such as watching (listening) content. In addition, e-commerce service operators can achieve stable sales through such paid membership. Therefore, technology is being studied and developed to prevent users who have joined the membership from being terminated.

[The problem the invention is trying to solve]

Users who have joined the membership can run applications related to the e-commerce service on their terminal devices and access the membership page through the application. On the membership page, users can modify the settlement information required for the monthly membership fee settlement (such as the settlement method) or cancel the membership. Therefore, the purpose of one embodiment of the present disclosure is to provide users with a membership management page so that users can efficiently perform membership management such as requesting settlement information, requesting membership terms of use, or requesting to cancel membership.

Users who have joined the membership can choose to cancel their membership on the membership page, request to start the membership cancellation process and access the membership cancellation application page. However, the membership cancellation application page simply lists the definition of membership benefits, and it is difficult for users to directly understand what actual benefits they can obtain through membership benefits on the membership cancellation application page. In addition, users cannot know what actual benefits they have obtained by using membership benefits on the membership cancellation application page. As a result, it is difficult to prevent users from canceling their membership during the membership cancellation process. Therefore, the purpose of one embodiment of the present disclosure is to allow users to confirm on the membership cancellation application page what kind of benefits they can obtain through the membership benefits, and what kind of benefits they actually obtain by using the membership benefits, thereby inducing users to give up membership cancellation and maintain their membership during the membership cancellation process.

On the other hand, users can choose to cancel their membership on the membership cancellation application page. When a user uses the membership benefits less than a set number of times (e.g., 1 time) or has never used them, the user can cancel the membership immediately and have the monthly membership fee refunded. However, as an operator of an e-commerce service that operates memberships, it is very important to reduce the number of users who cancel their memberships immediately. Therefore, the purpose of one embodiment of the present disclosure is to allow users to make an appointment to cancel their memberships, thereby providing users with the opportunity to reconsider canceling their memberships during the remaining period of their membership.

One embodiment of the present disclosure is a method for processing a membership cancellation request, which is implemented by an electronic device, and includes: an action of receiving a request to start the membership cancellation process from a user terminal of a user who has joined the membership; in response to the request to start the membership cancellation process, an action of determining one or more first offers from a plurality of offers related to the membership to be displayed on a first page related to the membership cancellation; an action of determining one or more items corresponding to the one or more first offers respectively; and an action of transmitting information of the first page including information of the one or more first offers and information of the one or more items to the user terminal.

In one embodiment, the action of determining the above-mentioned one or more first offers may include: the action of determining the priority of the above-mentioned multiple offers based on the logs of the above-mentioned multiple users who have joined the membership; and the action of determining the above-mentioned one or more first offers among the above-mentioned multiple offers based on the priority of the above-mentioned multiple offers.

According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, a membership management page may be provided to users so that users can efficiently perform membership management such as requesting settlement information, requesting membership terms of use, or requesting to cancel membership.

According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, by allowing users to confirm on the membership cancellation application page what kind of benefits they can obtain through the membership benefits, and what kind of benefits they actually obtain by using the membership benefits, users can be induced to give up membership cancellation during the membership cancellation process.

FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a system 10 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

The system 10 disclosed herein may include an electronic device 110 and a user terminal 120.

On the other hand, FIG. 1 shows an example of a user terminal 120 communicating with the electronic device 110 via a network, but this is only for the sake of ease of understanding, and the number of user terminals 120 that can communicate with the electronic device 110 via a network may be different. That is, more than one user terminal 120 can access the e-commerce service provided by the electronic device 110. In addition, FIG. 1 only shows a preferred embodiment for achieving the purpose of this disclosure, and some components can be added as needed.

The following is a more detailed description of each component shown in Figure 1.

In one embodiment, the electronic device 110 may be a server device that provides e-commerce services. That is, the electronic device 110 may be a server device that operates under the management of an e-commerce service operator. The electronic device 110 may manage the operation of the e-commerce service. For example, the electronic device 110 may manage memberships that require periodic payment settlements at preset intervals (e.g., one-month intervals).

In one embodiment, the electronic device 110 may generate display information (i.e., information about a page) and transmit the display information to the user terminal 120, wherein the display information is used to display a page about an e-commerce service on the user terminal 120. In one embodiment, the electronic device 110 can extract and analyze the log of the user of the e-commerce service. The user's log can be a general record of the user's behavior in using the e-commerce service. For example, the user's log may include the time when the user accesses the e-commerce service, the page of the e-commerce service visited by the user, or the button selected by the user on the page of the e-commerce service. For another example, the user's log may include the user's item purchase history, item search history, or shopping cart history. For another example, the user's log may include the user's membership joining and membership cancellation history or the user's membership benefit use history.

In one embodiment, the electronic device 110 may transmit a plurality of responses corresponding to the plurality of requests for the e-commerce service received from the user terminal 120 to the user terminal 120. For example, the user terminal 120 may receive a user input to a user interface (such as a widget or a button) included in the e-commerce service page and transmit it to the electronic device 110. The user terminal 120 may receive a response corresponding to the user input from the electronic device 110 and execute an action defined by the response (such as displaying a pop-up page).

In addition to the above examples, the electronic device 110 can execute the actions related to the known technology that can be executed by the server device providing e-commerce services. Therefore, referring to the actions related to the known technology and applying the contents of the disclosed technical ideas are not excluded from the scope of the present disclosure.

The electronic device 110 can be implemented by more than one computing device. For example, all functions of the electronic device 110 can be implemented in a single computing device. For another example, the first function of the electronic device 110 can be implemented in a first computing device, and the second function can be implemented in a second computing device. For example, the computing device can be a desktop computer, a laptop computer, an application server, a proxy server, or a cloud server, but is not limited thereto. Any device with a computing function can be a computing device.

The user terminal 120 may be a terminal of a user who uses an e-commerce service. The user terminal 120 may display various pages of the e-commerce service provided by the electronic device 110 on the display screen of the user terminal 120. In such pages, a user interface defined as a function related to the e-commerce service may be applied. The application of such a user interface may be managed by the electronic device 110. In addition, the user terminal 120 may obtain user input of the page, and process the obtained user input or transmit it to the electronic device 110. Among them, the user terminal 120 obtains a response corresponding to the user input from the electronic device 110, so that the user terminal 120 can execute an action defined as corresponding to the user input. As described above, in order for the user to use the e-commerce service via the user terminal 120 , a web browser or an application may be installed on the user terminal 120 .

The user terminal 120 is, for example, any device such as a desktop computer, a laptop computer, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a smart phone, but is not limited thereto. Any device with a computing function can be the user terminal 120.

The electronic device 110 and the user terminal 120 shown in FIG1 can communicate via a network. The network can be implemented by any wired or wireless network such as a local area network (LAN), a wide area network (WAN), a mobile radio communication network (MRCN), or WiBro (Wireless Broadband).

FIG. 2 illustrates a computing device 200 in which the devices 110 , 120 of various embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented.

In one embodiment, the electronic device 110 or the user terminal 120 shown in FIG. 1 may be implemented by the computing device 200 shown in FIG. 2 .

The computing device 200 may include one or more processors 210, one or more memories 220, or a communication interface 230. In one embodiment, a portion of the components may be removed from the computing device 200, or other components (such as a display or an input device, etc.) may be added to the computing device 200. In addition, a portion of the components may be implemented as an integrated entity in addition or in lieu thereof, or as a single or multiple entities. In the present disclosure, one or more processors 210 may be referred to as processors 210. Such a term processor 210 may refer to a collection of one or more processors unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. In addition, in the present disclosure, one or more memories 220 may be referred to as memories 220. The term "memory 220" may refer to a collection of one or more memories unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

The following is a more detailed description of each component shown in Figure 2.

The processor 210 may perform operations or information processing related to the control or communication of each component of the computing device 200. Specifically, the processor 210 may drive software (or computer programs) received from other components to control at least one component of the computing device 200 connected to the processor 210. As an example, the processor 210 may load instructions (such as instructions, codes, or code segments) or information into the memory 220, process the instructions or information stored in the memory 220, and store the result information of the processing in the memory 220. The processor 210 can be operatively connected to the components of the computing device 200 to perform various operations, processing, generation or processing related to the present disclosure. In addition, the processor 210 can control the communication interface 230 to request various information from the user terminal 120 and receive various information from the user terminal 120.

The memory 220 can store a variety of information. The information stored in the memory 220 can be information obtained, processed or used by at least one component of the computing device 200, and can include software. The software can include one or more instructions, and when the one or more instructions are loaded into the memory 220, the processor 210 executes the actions of various embodiments of the present disclosure. That is, the processor 210 can execute the actions of various embodiments of the present disclosure by running the one or more instructions. The memory 220 can include, for example, volatile or non-volatile memory. In one embodiment, the program is software stored in the memory 220, which may include an operating system for controlling the resources of the computing device 200, an application, or middleware that provides a variety of functions to the application so that the application can utilize the resources of the computing device 200, etc.

The communication interface 230 can establish a wired or wireless communication channel with other devices to send and receive various information with the other devices. In one embodiment, the communication interface 230 may include at least one port for connecting to other devices via a wired cable in order to communicate with other devices via wired cables. In this case, the communication interface 230 can communicate with other devices connected via wired at least one port. In one embodiment, the communication interface 230 may be configured to include a cellular communication module and be connected to a cellular network (e.g., 3G, LTE, 5G, Wibro, or Wimax). In one embodiment, the communication interface 230 may include a short-range communication module and use short-range communication (e.g., Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), UWB) to send and receive information with other devices. In one embodiment, the communication interface 230 may include a contactless communication module for contactless communication. Contactless communication may include at least one contactless short-range communication technology, such as NFC (Near Field Communication), RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) communication, or MST (Magnetic Secure Transmission) communication. In addition to the above examples, the computing device 200 may communicate with other devices in a variety of known ways, and the scope of this disclosure is not limited to the above examples.

In one embodiment, the computing device 200 may include a display screen (not shown). The display screen may display various screens (e.g., one or more pages) based on the control of the processor 210. In order to display screens of various application interfaces on the display screen, for example, a web browser or a dedicated program may be installed in the computing device 200. In addition, the display screen is configured to interact with the user and may receive user input from the user. Such a display screen may be implemented in the form of a touch sensor panel (TSP) that can recognize the contact or proximity of various external objects (e.g., a user's finger or a stylus).

In one embodiment, the computing device 200 may include an input device (eg, a mouse or a keyboard) (not shown). The input device may receive information from outside the computing device 200 (eg, a user) to be used for components of the computing device 200.

The processor 210, the memory 220, and the communication interface 230 shown in FIG. 2 may be interconnected via a bus, a GPIO (General Purpose Input/Output), an SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface), or a MIPI (Mobile Industry Processor Interface) to send and receive information or signals.

In addition, the actions of the method described below with reference to the attached figures can be executed by a computing device. In other words, the actions of the method can be implemented as one or more instructions executed by a processor of the computing device. All actions included in this method can be executed by a physical computing device, or, for example, the first action of the method can be executed by the first computing device, and the second action of the method can be executed by the second computing device. That is, the actions included in the method can also be distributed to multiple computing devices for execution.

In the following, it is assumed that the actions of the above method are executed by the electronic device 110 shown in Figure 1 and the description continues. In addition, for the convenience of description, the main body of the actions included in the method can be omitted, and unless otherwise described in the context, it can be interpreted as the actions being executed by the electronic device 110.

FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing a method 300 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

The method 300 shown in Figure 3 includes a series of actions for providing a user who has joined a membership with a membership management page capable of performing comprehensive membership management. The actions shown in Figure 3 are described in detail below.

The method 300 may include an action S310 of the electronic device 110 transmitting information of the membership page to the user terminal 120. For example, the user terminal 120 may obtain input information of a user for a button requesting a membership page in a page of an e-commerce service displayed on a display screen. In this case, the user terminal 120 may transmit the request for the membership page to the electronic device 110. The electronic device 110 may respond to the request for the membership page and transmit the information of the membership page to the user terminal 120. The membership page is a page that can be provided in conjunction with the e-commerce service, and can be a page that a user can access through the user terminal 120 in order to obtain information related to membership benefits. On the other hand, the information on the membership page can be display information for displaying the membership page on the display screen of the user terminal 120. That is, the user terminal 120 can display the membership page on the display screen based on the information on the membership page.

The membership page may include information related to the validity period of membership benefits, such as the membership start time or end time, or information related to membership benefits. The above information related to membership benefits may include the attributes of the benefits, that is, the content of the membership benefits that the user can obtain.

The membership page may include a button for requesting the membership management page, such as confirming or modifying settlement information, requesting membership terms of use, and requesting to cancel membership.

The method 300 may include an action S320 in which the electronic device 110 receives a request for membership management from the user terminal 120. For example, the electronic device 110 may receive a request for a membership management page from the user terminal 120. For example, the user terminal 120 may obtain input information of a user for a button requesting a membership management page in a membership page displayed on a display screen. In this case, the user terminal 120 may transmit the request for membership management or the request for a membership management page to the electronic device 110.

The method 300 may include an action S330 in which the electronic device 110 transmits information of the membership management page to the user terminal 120. On the other hand, the information of the membership management page may be display information of the membership management page displayed on the display screen of the user terminal 120. That is, the user terminal 120 may display the membership management page on the display screen based on the information of the membership management page.

In one embodiment, the membership management page may include at least one of a button for requesting settlement information, a button for requesting membership terms of use, or a button for requesting to start the membership cancellation process. The user terminal 120 may obtain user input information for the buttons included in the membership management page, and transmit the request corresponding to the button to the electronic device 110.

For example, when the user terminal 120 obtains the user's input information for the button requesting settlement information on the membership management page, the user terminal 120 may transmit the request for settlement information or the request for the settlement information page to the electronic device 110. In this case, the electronic device 110 may transmit the information of the settlement information page to the user terminal 120. The user terminal 120 may display the settlement information page on the display screen based on the information of the settlement information page. The user may confirm the settlement information on the settlement information page displayed on the display screen of the user terminal 120, and modify the information of the original settlement method, delete the original settlement method, or register a new settlement method through the user terminal 120, thereby modifying the settlement information.

For another example, when the user terminal 120 obtains the user's input information for the button requesting the membership terms of use on the membership management page, the user terminal 120 may transmit the request for the membership terms of use or the request for the membership terms of use page to the electronic device 110. In this case, the electronic device may transmit the information of the membership terms of use page to the user terminal 120. The user terminal 120 may display the membership terms of use page on the display screen based on the information of the membership terms of use page. The user may confirm the terms of use of the membership he/she has joined on the membership terms of use page displayed on the display screen of the user terminal 120.

For another example, when the user terminal 120 obtains the user's input information for a button requesting to start the membership cancellation process on the membership management page, the user terminal 120 may transmit the request to start the membership cancellation process or the request for the membership cancellation application page to the electronic device 110. In this case, the electronic device may transmit the information of the membership cancellation application page to the user terminal 120. The user terminal 120 may display the membership cancellation application page on the display screen based on the information of the membership cancellation application page. In the membership cancellation application page displayed on the display screen of the user terminal 120, the user can confirm the information related to the membership benefits, maintain the membership through the user terminal 120, or suspend the membership cancellation and request a reminder before the monthly membership fee settlement date, or cancel the membership. The specific description of the membership cancellation application page will be described later with reference to FIG. 9.

Fig. 4a is a diagram showing a member qualification page 400 of an embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 4b is a diagram showing a member qualification management page 450 of an embodiment of the present disclosure.

The membership page 400 of FIG. 4a and the membership management page 450 of FIG. 4b may be the membership page and the membership management page displayed on the display screen of the user terminal 120 based on the method 300 described with reference to FIG. 3 .

The membership page 400 may include membership validity period information 410, information 420 related to membership benefits, and a button 430 for membership management or requesting membership management.

The membership validity period information 410 may include information related to the validity period during which the membership benefits can be obtained, such as the membership start time or end time. For example, the membership validity period information 410 may include information about the membership monthly dues settlement date.

The information 420 related to the membership benefits may include the membership benefits that the user can obtain. For example, the information 420 related to the membership benefits may constitute a widget of a user interface element, including information about the benefits and items related to the benefits. In this case, the widget may include text or pictures that represent the benefits and items related to the benefits.

In one embodiment, button 430 is a user interface element for requesting membership management or a membership management page. When user terminal 120 obtains user input information for button 430, user terminal 120 may transmit a request for membership management or a membership management page to electronic device 110. In this case, electronic device 110 may transmit the information of the membership management page to user terminal 120, and user terminal 120 may display the membership management page on the display screen based on the information of the membership management page.

4b, the membership management page 450 may include a button 460 for requesting settlement information, a button 470 for requesting membership terms of use, and a button 480 for requesting to start the process of canceling membership.

In one embodiment, button 460 is a user interface element for requesting settlement information. When user terminal 120 obtains user input information for button 460, user terminal 120 may transmit the request for settlement information to electronic device 110. In this case, electronic device 110 may transmit information of a settlement information page to user terminal 120, and user terminal 120 may display the settlement information page on the display screen based on the information of the settlement information page.

In one embodiment, button 470 is a user interface element for requesting membership terms of use. When user terminal 120 obtains user input information for button 470, user terminal 120 may transmit the request for membership terms of use to electronic device 110. In this case, electronic device 110 may transmit information of a membership terms of use page to user terminal 120, and user terminal 120 may display the membership terms of use page on the display screen based on the information of the membership terms of use page.

In one embodiment, button 480 is a user interface element for requesting to start the process of canceling membership. When user terminal 120 obtains the user's input to button 470, user terminal 120 may transmit the request to start the process of canceling membership to electronic device 110. In this case, electronic device 110 may transmit the information of the membership cancellation application page to user terminal 120, and user terminal 120 may display the membership cancellation application page on the display screen based on the information of the membership cancellation application page.

On the other hand, in Fig. 4a and 4b, the buttons in the user interface elements are described as an example, but the present disclosure is not limited to this. That is, the buttons 430, 460, 470, 480 can be implemented by various user interface elements other than buttons that can perform the same or similar functions.

According to the embodiment described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 4 b , a membership management page can be provided to users for comprehensive management of requests for settlement information, membership terms of use, or membership cancellation, etc. Therefore, the e-commerce service usage experience of users who have joined the membership can be improved.

FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing a method 500 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

The method 500 shown in FIG5 includes: when a user who has joined the membership requests to start the process of canceling the membership, a series of actions are provided to the user, including a cancellation application page containing information related to the membership benefits. The actions shown in FIG5 are described in detail below.

The method 500 may include an action S510 in which the electronic device 110 receives a request from the user terminal 120 to start a membership delisting process.

When the user terminal 120 obtains the user's input of a request to start the process of cancelling the membership in the membership management page, the user terminal 120 may transmit the request to start the process of cancelling the membership to the electronic device 110.

Alternatively, when the user terminal 120 obtains the user's input of a request to start the process of cancelling the membership on the membership page, the user terminal 120 may transmit the request to start the process of cancelling the membership to the electronic device 110.

The method 500 may include: in response to a request to start a membership cancellation process, the electronic device 110 determines one or more first offers to be displayed on the first page from among a plurality of offers related to the membership (S520). The first page refers to a membership cancellation application page provided to the user in response to the request to start a membership cancellation process. In addition, the first offer may refer to an offer among a plurality of offers in which items related to the offer content are displayed together on the first page.

Membership benefits may include at least one of the following benefits: the ability to view content, the ability to purchase preset products at a discount, the ability to deliver fresh products for free, the ability to purchase products with limited time and quantity at a discount, the ability to deliver overseas products for free, the ability to deliver products for free before the next day of the order date, the ability to deliver products for free on the order date, the ability to return products for free, or the ability to purchase travel-related products at a discount. On the other hand, in this disclosure, preset products may refer to products that are preset as being available for purchase at a discount by users who have joined the membership. For example, it may mean that users who have joined the membership can purchase the product at a discount price by default, but users who have not joined the membership can only purchase the product when the total settlement amount is greater than the minimum settlement amount.

In action S520 of method 500, electronic device 110 may determine the priority of a plurality of benefits associated with membership, and determine one or more first benefits from the plurality of benefits based on the priority. A detailed description of this will be described later with reference to FIG. 6.

The method 500 may include an action S530 in which the electronic device 110 determines one or more items corresponding to one or more first offers, respectively. The items corresponding to the first offers may refer to goods or content. For example, when the first offer is an offer for viewing content, the item corresponding to the first offer may be at least one of a plurality of contents. When the first offer is an offer for purchasing a preset product at a discount, the item corresponding to the first offer may be at least one of a plurality of preset products. When the first offer is an offer for free delivery of fresh products, the item corresponding to the first offer may be at least one of a plurality of fresh products. In the case where the first offer is a discount for a product with limited purchase time and quantity, the item corresponding to the first offer may be at least one of a plurality of products with limited purchase time and quantity. In the case where the first offer is a free overseas delivery offer, the item corresponding to the first offer may be at least one of a plurality of overseas products. In the case where the first offer is a free delivery offer before the day after the order is placed, the first offer may be at least one of a plurality of products eligible for next-day delivery. In the case where the first offer is a free delivery offer on the order day, the first offer may be at least one of a plurality of products eligible for same-day delivery. In the case where the first offer is a free return offer, the item corresponding to the first offer may be at least one of a plurality of free return offers. In the case where the first offer is a discount offer for travel-related products, the item corresponding to the first offer may be at least one of a plurality of travel-related products. In addition, the item corresponding to the first offer may mean an item that will be displayed on the first page together with the first offer content.

In action S530 of method 500, electronic device 110 may determine priorities of a plurality of items for one or more first offers, and determine one or more items to be displayed on page 1 from the plurality of items based on the priorities. This will be described in detail later with reference to FIG. 7.

The method 500 may include: an action S540 of the electronic device 110 transmitting information of the first page to the user terminal 120, wherein the information of the first page includes information of one or more first offers and information of one or more items corresponding to the one or more first offers. On the other hand, the information of the first page may be display information for displaying the first page on the display screen of the user terminal 120. That is, the user terminal 120 may display the first page on the display screen based on the information of the first page.

The information of one or more first offers may include pictures or texts of each of the one or more first offers. For example, when the first offer is an offer that allows viewing of content, the corresponding information of the first offer may include pictures or texts indicating that the content can be viewed. For another example, when the first offer is an offer that allows the purchase of a preset product at a discount, the corresponding information of the first offer may include pictures or texts indicating the price discount of the preset product. For another example, when the first offer is an offer that allows free delivery of fresh products, the corresponding information of the first offer may include pictures or texts indicating free delivery of fresh products.

The information of one or more items may include pictures or texts of each of the one or more items. For example, when the first offer is an offer that allows viewing of content, the information of the one or more items corresponding to the corresponding first offer may include at least a portion of pictures, texts, ratings (such as stars), or the number of reviews of each of the one or more contents. For another example, when the first offer is an offer that allows the purchase of preset products at a discount, the information of the one or more items corresponding to the corresponding first offer may include at least a portion of pictures, texts, ratings (such as stars), or the number of reviews of each of the one or more preset products. For another example, when the first offer is an offer that allows free delivery of fresh products, the information of the one or more items corresponding to the corresponding first offer may include at least a portion of pictures, texts, ratings (such as stars), or the number of reviews of each of the one or more fresh products.

Action S540 of method 500 may include an action of the electronic device 110 generating the first page by configuring one or more widgets of one or more first offers on the first page, and an action of transmitting the information of the generated first page to the user terminal 120. Among them, the one or more first offers correspond to the one or more widgets respectively, and the one or more widgets may include information of the corresponding first offers and information of one or more items related to the corresponding first offers. The specific description of this will be described later with reference to Figures 11a to 11d. Among them, the action of the electronic device 110 generating the first page may include: the electronic device 110 generates the first page by configuring one or more widgets from the top of the first page based on the priority of the one or more first offers. That is, widgets corresponding to the first offer with a high priority among the one or more first offers may be arranged in sequence from the top of the first page.

FIG. 6 is an action flow chart showing the detailed actions of action S520 of determining the discount to be displayed on the first page described with reference to FIG. 5 .

The following describes the actions shown in FIG. 6 in detail.

Action S520 may include action S610 in which the electronic device 110 determines the priority of multiple benefits associated with membership qualifications.

For example, the electronic device 110 may determine the priority of multiple offers based on the logs of multiple users who have joined the membership.

For example, the electronic device 110 may identify the offers recognized by a large number of users based on the logs of a plurality of users, and set the offers to high priorities, thereby determining the priorities of the plurality of offers.

For example, the electronic device 110 can calculate the number of user clicks or views of each offer based on the logs of multiple users, and set high priorities in order from offers with high clicks or views, thereby determining the priority of multiple offers.

For example, the electronic device 110 can calculate the number of times each offer is used by a user based on the logs of multiple users, and set a high priority order from the offer with the highest number of uses, thereby determining the priority order of multiple offers.

For example, the electronic device 110 may identify, based on the logs of multiple users, a benefit that is beneficial for multiple users to maintain their membership without canceling their membership, and set a high priority for the benefit, thereby determining the priority of the multiple benefits.

For example, the electronic device 110 may confirm, based on the logs of the plurality of users, a user who has a history of requesting to cancel membership among the plurality of users. The electronic device 110 may confirm the offer selected on the first page by the user who has a history of requesting to cancel membership, and set a high priority for the offer, thereby determining the priority of the plurality of offers. That is, the offer selected on the first page provided in response to the request to start the process of canceling membership by the user who has requested to cancel membership but ultimately maintains membership may be considered to be beneficial to the user's maintenance of membership, and thus a high priority is set for the offer. As another example, the electronic device 110 may confirm the benefits used by a user who has a history of requesting to cancel membership, and set a high priority for N (N is a natural number) benefits in the order of the number of times used, thereby determining the priority of the plurality of benefits. That is, for a benefit frequently used by a user who has requested to cancel membership but ultimately maintains membership, it may be considered to be beneficial for the user to maintain membership, and thus the benefit may be set a high priority.

Alternatively, the electronic device 110 may set a high priority for the benefits that are beneficial to the users who have been terminated to rejoin the membership. For example, the electronic device 110 may confirm the users who have been terminated and rejoined from the multiple users based on the logs of the multiple users. The electronic device 110 may confirm the questionnaire result information generated by the corresponding users when they were terminated in the past based on the logs of the users who have been terminated and rejoined. The questionnaire result information may include information about the reasons for termination of membership. The electronic device 110 can confirm the item of the reason for membership termination selected by the corresponding user based on the questionnaire result information, and set a high priority for the membership benefits corresponding to the corresponding item, thereby determining the priority of multiple benefits. For example, when the corresponding user selects "few discount benefits" as the reason for membership termination and rejoins after membership termination, the electronic device 110 sets a high priority for the benefits of purchasing preset products at a discount, the benefits of purchasing products with limited purchase time and quantity at a discount, or the benefits of purchasing travel-related products at a discount, thereby determining the priority of multiple benefits. For another example, when the corresponding user selects "recent shopping frequency decreases" as the reason for membership termination and rejoins after membership termination, the electronic device 110 sets a high priority for the offer of viewing content without additional payment, thereby determining the priority of multiple offers. For another example, when the corresponding user selects "free delivery and fast delivery are not required" as the reason for membership termination and rejoins after membership termination, the electronic device 110 sets a high priority for the offer of purchasing preset products at a discount, the offer of purchasing products with limited purchase time and quantity at a discount, or the offer of purchasing travel-related products at a discount, thereby determining the priority of multiple offers. That is, the so-called rejoining of a user after membership cancellation means that the reason for cancellation of membership that the corresponding user had selected has been resolved due to a specific membership benefit, which is helpful not only to the corresponding user but also to other users to reconsider cancellation of membership. From this point of view, a high priority is set for the benefits corresponding to the reason for cancellation of membership. On the other hand, as examples of reasons for cancellation of membership, "few discount benefits", "recent shopping frequency reduction", and "no need for free delivery or fast delivery" are described, but this is only for the convenience of description and this disclosure is not limited to this. In addition, although the benefits corresponding to the reason for cancellation of membership are described, this is only an example for the convenience of description and this disclosure is not limited to this.

Alternatively, the electronic device 110 may confirm at least one of the user's discount usage history, item purchase history, item search history, or shopping cart history based on the user's log. The electronic device 110 may determine the priority of multiple discounts based on at least one of the user's discount usage history, item purchase history, item search history, or shopping cart history. For example, if the user has a history of frequently purchasing fresh products, a high priority may be set for the discount that allows free delivery of fresh products among the multiple discounts, thereby determining the priority of the multiple discounts. For another example, if the user has a history of watching OTT content, a high priority may be set for offers that allow viewing of the content among multiple offers, thereby determining the priority of the multiple offers.

Action S520 may include: the electronic device 110 determines one or more first offers from the plurality of offers based on the priority of the plurality of offers determined in action S610. For example, the electronic device 110 may determine M (M is a natural number) offers from the plurality of offers in order from offers with a high priority as one or more first offers to be displayed on the first page.

FIG. 7 is an action flow chart showing the detailed actions of action S530 of determining items corresponding to the discount to be displayed on the first page described with reference to FIG. 5 .

The following describes the actions shown in FIG. 7 in detail.

Action S530 may include action S710 in which the electronic device 110 confirms a plurality of items associated with at least one first offer.

Action S530 may include action S720 in which the electronic device 110 determines the priority order of the plurality of items confirmed in action S710.

For example, when the electronic device 110 confirms a plurality of contents in action S710, the electronic device 110 may determine the priority of the plurality of contents. The electronic device 110 may determine the priority of the plurality of contents based on at least a portion of the number of plays, the number of viewers (listeners), the number of views, the number of comments, the ratings, the genres, the performers, or the user information of the user. Alternatively, the more times a content is played, the higher the priority is set, and the electronic device 110 may determine the priority of the plurality of contents. For example, the electronic device 110 may determine K (K is a natural number) discounts from the plurality of items in order from the item with a high priority as one or more items to be displayed on the first page.

On the other hand, the electronic device 110 can also confirm the user's use history of the discount, and display the use information on the first page, the use information including the number of times the corresponding discount is used, or the monetary benefits such as the amount of money saved by using the corresponding discount. The specific description of this will be described later with reference to FIG. 8.

FIG. 8 is an action flow chart showing an action S800 of determining usage information of each offer to be displayed on the first page according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

The following describes the actions shown in FIG. 8 in detail.

Action S800 may include: the electronic device 110 determines, based on the user's log, an action S810 in which one or more second offers in the user's usage history exist among a plurality of offers related to the membership qualification.

Action S800 may include action S820 in which the electronic device 110 determines usage information of one or more second offers confirmed in action S810.

In one embodiment, the electronic device 110 can confirm the usage count of each of the more than one second offers. The electronic device 110 can confirm the user's offer usage history based on the user's log, thereby confirming the usage count of the second offer in the user's usage history, and determining the confirmed usage count as the usage information of the corresponding second offer.

In one embodiment, the electronic device 110 may determine whether one or more second offers include a third offer corresponding to a monetary benefit. The third offer refers to an offer that can calculate a monetary benefit such as a saved amount, and may include delivery-related offers such as free delivery. When one or more second offers include a third offer corresponding to a monetary benefit, the electronic device 110 may calculate the monetary benefit generated by using the third offer based on a monetary benefit calculation basis for the third offer (amount saved calculation basis) and the number of times the third offer is used. The monetary benefit calculation basis for the third offer may refer to the amount saved by using the third offer. For example, when the third benefit is a benefit of free delivery of fresh products, the amount saved by using the third benefit once may be X won. In this case, the calculation basis of the monetary benefit of the third benefit is X won. In addition, based on the user's log to confirm the user's benefit usage history, the number of times the third benefit has been used may be Y times. Therefore, the monetary benefit generated by using the third benefit may be X×Y won. The electronic device 110 may determine the monetary benefit generated by using the third benefit as the usage information of the third benefit.

In one embodiment, the electronic device 110 may determine whether one or more second offers include an offer that allows viewing of content. If one or more second offers include an offer that allows viewing of content, the electronic device 110 may determine whether to view content as usage information of the offer that allows viewing of content.

On the other hand, the electronic device 110 may execute action S800 of FIG. 8 in response to receiving a request to start the process of canceling membership from the user terminal 120. In this case, the electronic device 110 may transmit information of the first page to the user terminal 120, wherein the information of the first page includes usage information of one or more second offers determined by action S800.

Alternatively, action S800 of FIG8 may be performed as part of method 500 of FIG5. In this case, the electronic device 110 may transmit the information of the first page to the user terminal 120 in action S540, wherein the information of the first page includes information of at least one first offer, information of at least one item corresponding to each of the at least one first offer, and usage information of at least one second offer.

FIG. 9 is a diagram showing an example of page 1 900 of an embodiment of the present disclosure.

The first page 900 of FIG. 9 may be a membership cancellation application page provided by the electronic device 110 in FIG. 5 to FIG. 8 to the user terminal 120 in response to a request to start the membership cancellation process.

The first page 900 may include at least one of a first area 910 , a second area 920 , a third area 930 , a fourth area 940 , or a fifth area 950 .

In the first area 910, one or more second benefits having a user's usage history may be displayed. That is, the usage information of each of the one or more second benefits determined by the action S800 described in FIG8 may be included in the first area 910. The specific description of this will be described later with reference to FIG10a and FIG10b.

In the second area 920, one or more first benefits available to the user may be displayed. That is, information of one or more first benefits determined by actions S520 to S530 of the method 500 described in FIG. 5 and information of one or more items corresponding to each of the one or more first benefits may be included in the second area 920. The specific description of this will be described later with reference to FIG. 11a to FIG. 11d.

In the third area 930, options for maintaining membership may be displayed. For example, information on the options for maintaining membership may be included in the third area 930. On the other hand, the information on the options for maintaining membership may be constituted by a button as a user interface element. That is, a button for the option for maintaining membership may be included in the third area 930. In this case, the user may select the button for the option for maintaining membership included in the third area 930 of the first page 900 through the user terminal 120 to maintain membership.

In the fourth area 940, an option to suspend the cancellation of membership may be displayed. Among them, the option to suspend the cancellation of membership may mean not to cancel the membership but to suspend the cancellation until K days (for example, 3 days) before the monthly membership fee settlement date and receive a reminder to confirm whether to cancel again. For example, information on the option to suspend the cancellation of membership may be included in the fourth area 940. On the other hand, information on the option to suspend the cancellation of membership may be composed of a button as a user interface element. That is, a button for the option to suspend the cancellation of membership may be included in the fourth area 940. In this case, the user can select the button of the option of maintaining membership included in the fourth area 940 of the first page 900 through the user terminal 120, thereby suspending the termination of membership until K days (for example, 3 days) before the monthly membership fee settlement date.

In the fifth area 950, an option to cancel the membership may be displayed. For example, information on the option to cancel the membership may be included in the fifth area 950. On the other hand, the information on the option to cancel the membership may be constituted by a button as a user interface element. That is, a button for the option to cancel the membership may be included in the fifth area 950. In this case, the user may select the button for the option to cancel the membership included in the fifth area 950 of the first page 900 through the user terminal 120, thereby selecting to cancel the membership.

On the other hand, at least a part of the components 910, 920, 930, 940, and 950 of the first page 900 shown in FIG9 may be omitted. For example, the first page 900 may not include the first area 910 but include the second area 920 to the fifth area 950. For another example, the first page 900 may not include the second area 920 but include the first area 910 and the third area 930 to the fifth area 950.

FIG. 10 a is a diagram showing an example of an area 910 displaying the second offer on the first page 900 described with reference to FIG. 9 .

Referring to FIG. 10a, the first area 910 of the first page 900 may include information 1000 about the second offer that has a user usage history. The information 1000 about the second offer may include a picture 1001 related to the second offer, usage information 1002 of the second offer, and content 1003 of the second offer. The usage information 1002 of the second offer may be determined by action S800 of FIG. 8, and may include the number of times the offer has been used or whether the offer has been used (e.g., whether the offer has been viewed).

FIG. 10 a shows a case where a second offer is displayed in the first area 910 , but this is only for the convenience of description and the present disclosure is not limited thereto. The first area 910 may include more than one second offer, and in this case, information 1000 of each of the more than one second offer may be included in the first area 910 .

On the other hand, the user terminal 120 may obtain input information of any second offer selected by the user from one or more second offers displayed in the first area 910. In this case, the user terminal 120 may transmit the user input information of selecting the second offer or a request for a page related to the selected second offer to the electronic device 110. The electronic device 110 may transmit information of a page related to the selected second offer to the user terminal 120. The usage information 1053 of the second offer may be determined by action S800 of FIG. 8, and may include the monetary benefit (e.g., the amount of money saved) or whether the second offer is used (e.g., whether the content is viewed) due to the use of the second offer. FIG. 10 b shows a situation where a second offer is displayed in the first area 910 , but this is only for the convenience of description and the present disclosure is not limited thereto. The first area 910 may include more than one second offer, and in this case, information 1050 of each of the more than one second offer may be included in the first area 910 .

On the other hand, the user terminal 120 may obtain user input information of any second offer selected by the user from one or more second offers displayed in the first area 910. In this case, the user terminal 120 may transmit the user input information of selecting the second offer or a request for a page related to the selected second offer to the electronic device 110. The electronic device 110 may transmit information of a page related to the selected second offer to the user terminal 120. The specific actions in this regard have been described in FIG. 10a, and thus will not be repeated.

On the other hand, the first area 910 may include information 1060 of a monetary benefit calculation basis (saving amount calculation basis) for determining the usage information 1053 of the second benefit. The monetary benefit calculation basis information 1060 may be composed of a button as a user interface element. That is, the monetary benefit calculation basis button 1060 may be included in the first area 910. The user terminal 120 may obtain the user input information to the button 1060. The basis for calculating the monetary benefit of the discount-related benefit in the second offer may be the total discount amount applied when the user purchases the product (e.g., the coupon discount amount).

FIG. 11 a is a diagram for describing the configuration of widgets for each offer in the area 920 displaying the first offer on the first page 900 described with reference to FIG. 9 .

11a, the second area 920 of the first page 900 may include a widget 1100 for a first offer available to the user. The first offer may be any one of the at least one first offer determined by action S520 of the method 500 described with reference to FIG5.

The widget 1100 for the first offer may include a title text 1110 related to the first offer, information 1120 of one or more items corresponding to the first offer, and a user interface element (e.g., a button) 1130 for requesting a page related to the first offer. The title text 1110 may be text that attracts the user's attention. The information 1120 of one or more items may be determined by action S530 of the method 500 described with reference to FIG. 5 , and may include pictures or text of each of the one or more items. For example, when the first offer is an offer for viewing content, the information 1120 of one or more items corresponding to the first offer may include at least a portion of pictures, text, ratings (e.g., stars), or number of reviews of each of the one or more contents. For another example, when the first offer is an offer for purchasing a preset product at a discount, the information 1120 of one or more items corresponding to the first offer may include at least a portion of pictures, text, ratings (e.g., stars), or reviews of each of the one or more preset products. The user terminal 120 may obtain the user input information for the user interface element 1130. In this case, the user terminal 120 may transmit a request for a page related to the first offer to the electronic device. The electronic device 110 may transmit information about a page related to the first offer to the user terminal 120. For example, when the first offer is a discount that allows free delivery of ordered goods before the next day of the order, the electronic device 110 may transmit information about a product catalog page of goods to be delivered the next day to the user terminal 120. For example, when the first offer is a discount that allows free delivery of fresh goods, the electronic device 110 may transmit information about a product catalog page of fresh goods to the user terminal 120. That is, the widgets 1100 corresponding to the first offers with a high priority among the one or more first offers may be arranged in sequence from the top of the first page.

FIG. 11 b is a diagram showing an example of a widget 1100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

The widget 1100 of FIG. 11 b is a widget for the first offer which is a viewable content offer.

The widget 1100 may include a title text 1110 of a viewable content offer, information 1120 of one or more contents corresponding to the viewable content offer, and a button 1130 for requesting a page related to the viewable content offer. On the other hand, a part of the components of the widget 1100 shown in FIG. 11b may be omitted.

The information 1120 of one or more contents may include pictures 1121 of one or more contents. The one or more contents may be determined by the action S530 of the method 500 described with reference to FIG5 and the detailed action of the action S530 described with reference to FIG7. The picture 1121 of one or more contents may be a picture, which includes detailed information (e.g., series information, update cycle) of one or more contents, text indicating free viewing discount, or at least a part of the related pictures.

In addition, the information 1120 of the one or more contents may include an indicator 1122 indicating the arrangement order of the one or more contents. The arrangement order of the one or more contents may be determined based on the priority of the one or more contents determined by the action S530 of the method 500 described with reference to FIG5 and the detailed action of the action S530 described with reference to FIG7. The user terminal 120 may obtain the user's input information to the button 1130. In this case, the user terminal 120 may determine whether to install an application for viewing the content. In the case where the application for viewing the content is not installed, the user terminal 120 may run an application (e.g., an application market) required for installing the application for viewing the content. Alternatively, in the case where the application for viewing the content is installed, the user terminal 120 may run the application to receive the information of the content directory page from the electronic device 110 through the application.

Alternatively, the user terminal 120 may obtain input information of a picture 1121 of the user selected content. FIG. 11c is a diagram showing an example of a widget 1100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

The widget 1100 of FIG. 11 c is a widget for the first discount, and the first discount is a discount for purchasing a preset product at a discounted price.

The widget 1100 may include a title text 1110 of the discount offer for purchasing the preset product, information 1120 of one or more preset products corresponding to the discount offer for purchasing the preset product, and a button 1130 for requesting a page related to the discount offer for purchasing the preset product. On the other hand, a part of the components of the widget 1100 shown in FIG. 11c may also be omitted.

The information 1120 of the one or more preset products may include pictures 1121 of each of the one or more preset products. According to the embodiment described with reference to FIGS. 5 to 11d , the user can confirm what kind of benefits can be obtained through the membership benefits and what kind of benefits are actually obtained by using the membership benefits on the membership cancellation application page. Therefore, in the membership cancellation process, the user can be induced to recognize the membership benefits and give up the membership cancellation.

On the other hand, in the first page 900 described with reference to FIG. 9 , the user can choose to cancel the membership. In this case, when the user uses the membership benefits less than a predetermined number of times (e.g., 1 time) or has not used the membership benefits at all, the user can immediately cancel the membership and refund the monthly membership fee. However, as the e-commerce service operator that operates the membership, it is important to reduce the number of users who cancel their membership immediately. Therefore, in order to provide users with the opportunity to reconsider canceling their membership, it is necessary to be able to make an appointment to cancel the membership.

FIG. 12 is a flow chart showing an operation of a method 1200 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

The method 1200 shown in FIG. 12 includes a series of actions for providing the user with an option to cancel the membership when the user who has joined the membership chooses to cancel the membership on the first page.

The method 1200 may include: the electronic device 110 receives the first input information of the user for the option of selecting to cancel the membership on the first page S1210. The first page may refer to the first page provided to the user based on the action S540 of the method 500 described with reference to FIG5. The option of selecting to cancel the membership on the first page may be the option of canceling the membership included in the fifth area 950 of the first page 900 described with reference to FIG9. The user may select the option of canceling the membership displayed on the first page through the user terminal 120. In this case, the user terminal 120 may transmit the first input information of the user selecting the option of canceling the membership to the electronic device 110.

The method 1200 may include an action S1220 in which the electronic device 110 transmits information of the second page to the user terminal 120, wherein the information of the second page includes information of options for maintaining membership and information of options for applying for membership cancellation. The second page is a page smaller in size than the first page, and may be a page that is displayed over the first page. For example, the second page may be a pop-up page. That is, the area occupied by the second page displayed on the display screen of the user terminal 120 may be smaller than the area occupied by the first page, and the second page is displayed overlapping the first page. In particular, on the display screen of the user terminal 120, in addition to the area where the second page is displayed, the first page may be displayed in the remaining area. The specific description of Page 2 will be described later with reference to FIG. 13 .

The method 1200 may include: the electronic device 110 receives the second input information of the user's option to apply for membership cancellation on the second page from the user terminal 120 (S1230).

The method 1200 may include: the electronic device 110 determines whether the user meets the preset criteria based on the user's log (S1240). For example, the electronic device 110 may determine whether the user is a person for whom the membership can be immediately terminated and the monthly membership fee can be refunded. The method 1200 may include an action S1250 in which the electronic device 110 transmits information on the third page including information on options for maintaining membership, information on options for rescheduled membership, and information on options for immediate membership rescission to the user terminal 120 if the user meets the preset criteria. The specific description of the third page provided to the user according to the method 1200 will be described later with reference to FIG. 14a and FIG. 14b.

FIG. 13 is a diagram showing an example of page 2 1300 of an embodiment of the present disclosure.

The second page 1300 shown in FIG. 13 may be a page displayed on the display screen of the user terminal 120 based on the method 1200 described with reference to FIG. 12 .

The second page 1300 may be a pop-up page that is displayed over the first page 900 described with reference to Fig. 9. In the display screen of the user terminal 120, in addition to the area where the second page 1300 is displayed, the first page 900 may be displayed in the remaining area.

The second page 1300 may include a first area 1310 , a second area 1320 , and a third area 1330 .

The membership coupons issued to the user may be displayed in the first area 1310. For example, the information of the membership coupons may be included in the first area 1310. The third page 1400 shown in FIG14a may be the third page displayed on the display screen of the user terminal 120 based on the method 1200 described with reference to FIG12. In this case, the user may select the button for the option to immediately cancel the membership included in the fourth area 1440 of the third page 1400 through the user terminal 120, thereby immediately canceling the membership and refunding the monthly membership fee.

On the other hand, on the third page 1400, the third area 1430 and the fourth area 1440 may be displayed in a color different from that of the second area 1420. For example, the third area 1430 and the fourth area 1440 may be displayed in the first color, and the second area 1420 may be displayed in the second color. For another example, the third area 1430 and the fourth area 1440 may be displayed in a color different from the color and at least a part of the brightness, chromaticity, or color of the second area 1420. As described above, distinguishing the second area 1420 displaying the option to maintain membership from the third area 1430 and the fourth area 1440 displaying the option related to the termination of membership may help the user to more intuitively understand the option to maintain membership and the option related to the termination of membership on the third page 1400.

Furthermore, on the third page 1400, the third area 1430 and the fourth area 1440 can be configured to be distinguished from each other based on a boundary line. Referring to FIG. 14a, on the third page 1400, even if the third area 1430 and the fourth area 1440 are displayed in the same color, the third area 1430 and the fourth area 1440 can be distinguished from each other based on text (such as "or") and a boundary line. Therefore, it can help the user to more clearly distinguish between the option of canceling the membership by appointment and the option of canceling the membership immediately on the third page 1400.

FIG. 14 b is a diagram showing yet another example of page 3 1450 of the method 1200 described with reference to FIG. 12 .

The third page 1450 shown in FIG14b may be the third page 1450 displayed on the display screen of the user terminal 120 based on the method 1200 described with reference to FIG12. That is, the third page 1450 may be a page provided to the user terminal 120 by the electronic device 110 receiving the user's input information on the option of applying for membership cancellation on the second page 1300.

The third page 1450 may include a first area 1460 , a second area 1470 , a third area 1480 , and a fourth area 1490 .

Membership benefits may be displayed in the first area 1460. For example, information on monetary benefits that may be obtained through membership benefits may be included in the first area 1460.

In the second area 1470, options for maintaining membership may be displayed. For example, information on the options for maintaining membership may be included in the second area 1470. That is, a button for the option for maintaining membership may be included in the second area 1470. In the third area 1480, the option of reserving to cancel the membership can be displayed. For example, the information of the option of reserving to cancel the membership can be included in the third area 1480. Among them, reserving to cancel the membership can mean canceling the regular settlement of the monthly membership fee. On the other hand, the information of the option of reserving to cancel the membership can be composed of a button as a user interface element. That is, the button of the option of reserving to cancel the membership can be included in the third area 1480. In this case, the user can select the button of the option of reserving to cancel the membership included in the third area 1480 of the third page 1400 through the user terminal 120, thereby reserving to cancel the membership. That is, the user can select the option of reserving the cancellation of membership, thereby suspending the cancellation of membership until one day before the membership fee settlement date of the next month. In this case, the user may select the button for the option to immediately cancel the membership included in the fourth area 1490 of the third page 1450 through the user terminal 120, thereby immediately canceling the membership and refunding the monthly membership fee.

On the other hand, the button shape of the option of immediately canceling the membership included in the fourth area 1490 may be different from the button shape of the option of maintaining the membership included in the second area 1470 and the button shape of the option of suspending the cancellation of the membership included in the third area 1480. Referring to FIG. 14b, the size of the button of the option of immediately canceling the membership included in the fourth area 1490 may be smaller than the button of the option of maintaining the membership included in the second area 1470 and the button of the option of suspending the cancellation of the membership included in the third area 1480. As described above, by making the button of the option of immediately canceling the membership smaller than the buttons of other options, the user can be prevented from selecting the option of immediately canceling the membership. In addition, by emphasizing the option of canceling membership by appointment rather than the option of canceling membership immediately, users can be given time to pause and reconsider their membership.

FIG. 15 is a flowchart showing a method 1500 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

The method 1500 shown in FIG. 15 includes a series of actions for providing the user with an option to cancel the membership when the user who has joined the membership chooses to cancel the membership on the first page.

Method 1500 may include: the electronic device 110 receives the first input information of the user's selection of the option to cancel the membership on the first page S1510. The first page may refer to the first page provided to the user based on the action S540 of the method 500 described with reference to FIG5. The option to cancel the membership on the first page may be the option to cancel the membership included in the fifth area 950 of the membership cancellation application page 900 described with reference to FIG9. The user may select the option to cancel the membership displayed on the first page through the user terminal 120. In this case, the user terminal 120 may transmit the first input information of the user's selection of the option to cancel the membership to the electronic device 110.

The method 1500 may include an action S1520 in which the electronic device 110 transmits information of a second page including information of an option to maintain membership and information of an option to apply for membership cancellation to the user terminal 120. The second page is a page smaller than the first page and may be a page displayed over the first page. The second page may be the second page 1300 described with reference to FIG. 13 .

The method 1500 may include an action S1530 in which the electronic device 110 receives second input information from the user terminal 120 regarding the option of applying to cancel membership on the second page.

The method 1500 may include: the electronic device 110 determines whether the user meets the preset criteria based on the user's log (S1540). For example, the electronic device 110 may determine whether the user is a person for whom the membership can be immediately terminated and the monthly membership fee paid when joining the membership can be refunded. For example, when the user uses the membership benefits less than a predetermined number of times (e.g., 1 time) or does not use them at all, the user becomes a person for whom the membership can be immediately terminated and the monthly membership fee paid when joining the membership can be refunded, and the electronic device 110 may determine that the corresponding user meets the preset criteria.

The method 1500 may include: if the user meets the preset criteria, the electronic device 110 transmits the information of the third page including the information of the option of maintaining the membership and the information of the option of reconfirming the cancellation of the membership to the user terminal 120 (S1550). The specific description of the third page provided to the user based on the method 1500 will be described later with reference to FIG. 16a.

The method 1500 may include: the electronic device 110 receives the third input information of the user for reconfirming the option of canceling the membership on the third page (S1560).

Method 1500 may include: the electronic device 110 transmits information of the 4th page including information of options for appointment to cancel membership and information of options for immediate cancellation of membership to the user terminal 120 in action S1570. The 4th page is a page smaller in size than the 3rd page, and may be a page displayed over the 3rd page. For example, the 4th page may be a pop-up page. That is, the area occupied by the 4th page displayed on the display screen of the user terminal 120 may be smaller than the area occupied by the 3rd page, and the 4th page may be displayed overlapping the 3rd page. In particular, on the display screen of the user terminal 120, in addition to the area displaying the 4th page, the 3rd page may also be displayed in the remaining area. The specific description of Page 4 will be described later with reference to Figure 16b.

According to the embodiment described with reference to FIGS. 12 to 16 b , a user may make an appointment to cancel his membership, thereby providing the user with an opportunity to reconsider canceling his membership during the remaining period of the membership.

Claims (21)

A method for processing a membership cancellation request by an electronic device, comprising: receiving a request to start a membership cancellation process from a user terminal of a user who has joined the membership; in response to the request to start the membership cancellation process, determining one or more first offers from a plurality of offers related to the membership to be displayed on a first page related to the membership cancellation; determining one or more items corresponding to the one or more first offers; and transmitting information on the first page including information on the one or more first offers and information on the one or more items to the user terminal, wherein the information transmitted The action of inputting the information of the first page includes: generating the first page by configuring one or more widgets of the one or more first offers on the first page, and transmitting the information of the generated first page to the user terminal, wherein the one or more first offers correspond to the one or more widgets, and wherein, for the one or more widgets, each widget includes information of one of the first offers corresponding to the widget, information of each of the one or more items corresponding to the one of the first offers, and requesting a button for a second page of an item list corresponding to the one of the first offers. In the method of processing a membership cancellation request by an electronic device as in claim 1, the action of determining the one or more first benefits mentioned above includes: Based on the logs of multiple users who have joined the above membership, the action of determining the priority of the multiple benefits mentioned above; and based on the priority of the multiple benefits, the action of determining the one or more first benefits among the multiple benefits mentioned above. In the method of processing membership cancellation requests by electronic devices as in claim 2, the action of determining the priority of the above-mentioned multiple offers includes: based on the logs of the above-mentioned multiple users, confirming among the above-mentioned multiple users that there are users who have requested the cancellation of the above-mentioned membership; confirming among the above-mentioned multiple offers the offers that the confirmed above-mentioned user has selected on the first page related to the cancellation of the above-mentioned membership; and determining the priority of the above-mentioned multiple offers based on the confirmed above-mentioned offers. In the method of processing a membership cancellation request by an electronic device as in claim 1, the action of determining the one or more first benefits includes: determining the priority of the multiple benefits based on the log of the user; and determining the one or more first benefits among the multiple benefits based on the priority of the multiple benefits. As in claim 4, the method for processing membership cancellation requests by electronic devices, wherein the action of determining the priority of the above-mentioned multiple offers includes: based on the log of the above-mentioned user, the action of confirming whether there is a history of the above-mentioned user requesting to cancel the above-mentioned membership; In response to the confirmation result that there is a history of the above-mentioned user requesting to cancel the above-mentioned membership, the action of confirming the offer that the above-mentioned user has selected on the first page related to the cancellation of the above-mentioned membership among the above-mentioned multiple offers; and based on the confirmed above-mentioned offer, the action of determining the priority of the above-mentioned multiple offers. As in claim 4, the method for processing a membership cancellation request by an electronic device, wherein the action of determining the priority of the above-mentioned multiple offers includes: based on the log of the above-mentioned user, the action of confirming whether the above-mentioned user has a history of canceling the above-mentioned membership; in response to the confirmation result that there is a history of the above-mentioned user canceling the above-mentioned membership, the action of confirming the questionnaire result information of the above-mentioned user (the above-mentioned questionnaire result information includes information about the reason for canceling the above-mentioned membership); based on the above-mentioned questionnaire result information, the action of determining the offer corresponding to the reason for canceling the above-mentioned membership from the above-mentioned multiple offers; and based on the above-mentioned offer determined, the action of determining the priority of the above-mentioned multiple offers. The method of processing a membership cancellation request by an electronic device as in claim 4, wherein the action of determining the priority of the above-mentioned multiple offers includes: based on the above-mentioned user's log, confirming at least one of the above-mentioned user's offer usage history, item purchase history, item search history, or shopping cart history; and based on at least one of the confirmed above-mentioned user's offer usage history, item purchase history, item search history, or shopping cart history, determining the priority of the above-mentioned multiple offers. In the method of processing a membership cancellation request by an electronic device as in claim 1, the action of determining the one or more items corresponding to the one or more first benefits respectively includes: determining the multiple items corresponding to the one or more first benefits respectively; determining the priority of the multiple items; and determining the one or more items to be displayed on the first page based on the priority of the multiple items. As in claim 1, the method for processing a membership cancellation request by an electronic device, wherein the action of generating the first page includes: generating the first page by arranging the one or more widgets from the top of the first page based on the priority of the one or more first benefits; arranging the widgets corresponding to the first benefit with a high priority among the one or more first benefits in sequence from the top of the first page.
