當業者端之管理人員進行稽核時,同樣透過行動裝置(2)中架構的主管稽核模組(21)來執行,係經由識別讀取掃描該機械設備器具之識別標章及設備基本資料是否為本次工程案件所申請的機械設備器具,再查看機具施工前是否自主檢點的施工檢點狀況及查證持有機具證照之施工人員資料是否符合,若有不符規定則開立缺失單。該等稽核資料也會上傳至管理平台(1)的數據統計模組(12),該些資料能經由行動裝置(2)中的查詢統計與報表模組(25)進行查閱或產生報表,能進行設備稽查查詢(主管稽查紀錄)、承攬商設備檢點查詢(每日施工前自主檢點紀錄)、今日入廠設備統計報表、設備統計報表、移動車輛機具統計、過期檢點報表、機具/設備即將(如1個月內)到期清單等設備資訊。When the management personnel of the business side conducts the audit, it is also executed through the supervisor audit module (21) constructed in the mobile device (2). 1.承攬商需要提出作廢申請經監造同意後或結案才能將設備機具轉移出該工程案件,禁止承攬商同一個機具/設備同時出現在二家公司(含)以上。1. 3.車輛機具出入廠作業:針對移動車輛機具進入c區二道門時,系統會自動抓取移動車輛機具的QR CODE、RFID、NFC或條碼,會於二道門儀表板顯示該機具的承攬商名稱、車種、核備有效期限,警衛可依據儀表板顯示之資訊進行放行作業(若是核准之設備會將該當初申請設備的照片顯示於儀表板中,若是無申請之設備則不會顯示,若過期則會顯示此設備通行期限已過期)。3.
