Abstract
一種導電端子,包括獨立設置的導電部與彈性部,所述導電部包括導電主體部、自所述導電主體部向上傾斜延伸的上導電臂以及自所述導電主體部向下傾斜延伸的下導電臂,所述彈性部包括彈性主體部、自所述彈性主體部向上彎折延伸的上彈性臂以及自所述彈性主體部向下彎折延伸的下彈性臂,所述導電主體部與所述彈性主體部貼合在一起,且所述上彈性臂以先遠離所述上導電臂再靠近所述上導電臂的方式延伸,所述下彈性臂以先遠離所述下導電臂再靠近所述下導電臂的方式延伸,以使所述彈性部的延伸長度大於所述導電部的延伸長度,有利於讓所述彈性部保持良好的彈性。
Description
本發明係關於一種導電端子,尤其是一種安裝於電連接器的導電端子。
中國大陸實用新型專利公告第CN208157699U號揭示了一種安裝於電連接器的導電端子,所述導電端子用於電性連接一晶片模組至一電路板,所述導電端子包括主體部以及分別連接主體部上下兩端的上彈臂與下彈臂,當晶片模組下壓時,所述導電端子被擠壓以使得上彈臂與下彈臂彼此抵接,從而使導電端子具有多導電路徑,改善訊號傳輸性能。上述導電端子通常使用一種材料製成,例如銅材,並且需要同時提供一定的彈性以用於形變以及提供良好導電性以確保電性連接的可靠性,然而,強度越高的銅材其導電性越差,難以滿足導電端子的上述同時具備高彈性與高導電性的需求。
是以,鑒於以上問題,實有必要提供一種改良的導電端子來解決以上的問題。
本發明所要達成之目的係提供一種兼具高導電性與高強度的導電端子。
為解決前述問題,本發明可採用如下技術方案:一種導電端子,包括獨立設置的導電部與彈性部,所述導電部包括導電主體部、自所述導電主體部向上傾斜延伸的上導電臂以及自所述導電主體部向下傾斜延伸的下導電臂,所述彈性部包括彈性主體部、自所述彈性主體部向上彎折延伸的上彈性臂
以及自所述彈性主體部向下彎折延伸的下彈性臂,所述導電主體部與所述彈性主體部貼合在一起,且所述上彈性臂以先遠離所述上導電臂再靠近所述上導電臂的方式延伸,所述下彈性臂以先遠離所述下導電臂再靠近所述下導電臂的方式延伸。
與先前技術相比,本發明導電端子採用兩種材料製成,可兼備高導電性與高強度的特點,有利於提升端子的傳輸性能以及使用壽命,同時,所述彈性主體部與導電主體部貼合在一起,且所述上、下彈性臂的長度分別長於上、下傾斜部的長度,有利於進一步提升導電端子的彈性。

以下,將結合第一圖至第十圖介紹本發明的導電端子的實施方式。
本發明提供了一種導電端子100,用於安裝至一電連接器(未圖示)以在一晶片模組(未圖示)與電路板(未圖示)之間建立電性連接,所述導電端子100包括獨立設置的導電部1與彈性部2,所述導電部1包括導電主體部10、
自所述導電主體部10向上傾斜延伸的上導電臂11以及自所述導電主體部10向下傾斜延伸的下導電臂12。所述彈性部2包括彈性主體部20、自所述彈性主體部20向上彎折延伸的上彈性臂21以及自所述彈性主體部20向下彎折延伸的下彈性臂22。所述導電主體部10與所述彈性主體部20貼合在一起,且所述上彈性臂21以先遠離所述上導電臂11再靠近所述上導電臂11的方式延伸,所述下彈性臂22以先遠離所述下導電臂12再靠近所述下導電臂12的方式延伸,從而使所述彈性部2的延伸長度大於所述導電部1的延伸長度,有利於讓所述彈性部2保持良好的彈性。
第一圖至第六圖為本發明導電端子的第一實施例,以下將結合第一圖至第六圖介紹本發明之導電端子。所述導電部1採用高導電率材料製成,如銅材,所述彈性部2採用高強度材料製成,所述高強度材料的彈性較佳。所述上導電臂11設有上接觸部110,所述上彈性臂21搭接於所述上接觸部110的下表面,所述下導電臂12設有下接觸部120,所述下彈性臂22搭接於所述下接觸部120的上表面,從而將所述彈性部2卡持於所述上、下接觸部110、120之間。在本實施例中,所述彈性主體部20的兩側設有倒刺結構201,所述倒刺結構201用於將所述導電端子100固定至所述電連接器,當所述晶片模組下壓所述導電端子100時,所述晶片模組接觸所述上接觸部110,所述電路板接觸所述下接觸部120,所述導電端子100在上下方向上被壓縮,所述上、下彈性臂21、22因具有良好的彈性而比所述上、下導電臂的形變程度大,可有效承載所述導電端子100被壓縮變形時的彈力,不易被折斷,同時,因所述導電部1的材料為高導電率材料,可保證導電端子100在具有良好的彈性的同時還具有良好的導電性,有利於提升端子的傳輸性能以及使用壽命。
參閱第三圖至第五圖,所述導電端子100設有相對的第一側與第二側,所述導電部1位於彈性部2的第一側,所述導電主體部10豎直延伸,所述上
導電臂11包括自所述導電主體部10朝所述第一側向上傾斜延伸的上傾斜部111以及自上傾斜部111向所述第二側反向彎折的所述上接觸部110,所述下導電臂12包括自所述導電主體部10朝所述第一側向下傾斜延伸的下傾斜部121以及自下傾斜部121向所述第二側反向彎折的所述下接觸部120。所述彈性主體部20豎直延伸,所述上彈性臂21包括自所述彈性主體部20朝所述第二側向上彎折延伸的第一段211以及自所述第一段211再朝所述第一側反向彎折並向上傾斜延伸的第二段212,所述下彈性臂22包括自所述彈性主體部20朝所述第二側向下彎折延伸的第三段221以及自所述第三段221再朝所述第一側反向彎折並向下傾斜延伸的第四段222。所述上彈性臂21的長度大於所述上傾斜部111的長度,所述下彈性臂22的長度大於所述下傾斜部121的長度,在豎直方向上,所述彈性主體部20的長度小於所述導電主體部10的長度。如此設置,有利於使所述上、下彈性臂21、22設置為較長的長度,以確保所述導電端子100具有良好的彈性,不易在使用的過程中由於壓力過大而損壞。
結合第六圖,所述彈性主體部20包括向所述第一側凸伸的卡持塊202,所述導電主體部10設有卡持孔101,所述卡持塊202對應地固持於所述卡持孔101中,以將所述導電部1與所述彈性部2組裝在一起。所述導電主體部10設有一個或多個V型槽102,所述V型槽102沿著與所述導電部1的延伸方向垂直的方向延伸,所述V型槽102可減小所述導電部1的剛性,有利於所述導電部1在被壓縮時能夠順利地發生彈性形變。所述V型槽102自所述導電主體部10的第一側向內凹陷。所述V型槽102可選擇性地設置於所述導電主體部10上,在本發明的導電端子的第一實施例中,設置有兩個所述V型槽102,兩個所述V型槽102分別設置於所述導電主體部10與所述上、下導電臂11、12的交界處。第八圖至第十圖為本發明導電端子的第二實施例,第二實施例的其他技術特徵與第一實施例大
致相同,此處便不再贅述,不同的是,在第二實施例中,所述V型槽102設置於所述導電主體部10的中間位置。
本發明導電端子採用兩種材料製成,所述導電部1為高導電率材料,所述彈性部2為高彈性材料,因此所述導電端子100可兼備高導電性與高強度的特點,不易折斷,有利於提升端子的傳輸性能以及使用壽命,同時,所述彈性主體部20與導電主體部10貼合在一起,且所述上、下彈性臂21、22的長度分別長於上、下傾斜部111、121的長度,有利於進一步提升導電端子100的彈性。

Claims (10)
- 一種導電端子,包括:導電部,係包括導電主體部、自所述導電主體部向上傾斜延伸的上導電臂以及自所述導電主體部向下傾斜延伸的下導電臂;及彈性部,係與所述導電部彼此獨立設置,所述彈性部包括彈性主體部、自所述彈性主體部向上彎折延伸的上彈性臂以及自所述彈性主體部向下彎折延伸的下彈性臂;其中,所述導電主體部與所述彈性主體部貼合在一起,且所述上彈性臂以先遠離所述上導電臂再靠近所述上導電臂的方式延伸,所述下彈性臂以先遠離所述下導電臂再靠近所述下導電臂的方式延伸。
- 如請求項1所述之導電端子,其中所述導電部採用高導電率材料製成,所述彈性部採用高強度材料製成。
- 如請求項1所述之導電端子,其中所述上導電臂設有上接觸部,所述上彈性臂搭接於所述上接觸部的下表面,所述下導電臂設有下接觸部,所述下彈性臂搭接於所述下接觸部的上表面。
- 如請求項3所述之導電端子,其中所述導電端子設有相對的第一側與第二側,所述導電部位於彈性部的第一側,所述導電主體部豎直延伸,所述上導電臂包括自所述導電主體部朝所述第一側向上傾斜延伸的上傾斜部以及自上傾斜部向所述第二側反向彎折的所述上接觸部,所述下導電臂包括自所述導電主體部朝所述第一側向下傾斜延伸的下傾斜部以及自下傾斜部向所述第二側反向彎折的所述下接觸部。
- 如請求項4所述之導電端子,其中所述彈性主體部豎直延伸,所述上彈性臂包括自所述彈性主體部朝所述第二側向上彎折延伸的第 一段以及自所述第一段再朝所述第一側反向彎折並向上傾斜延伸的第二段,所述下彈性臂包括自所述彈性主體部朝所述第二側向下彎折延伸的第三段以及自所述第三段再朝所述第一側反向彎折並向下傾斜延伸的第四段。
- 如請求項5所述之導電端子,其中所述上彈性臂的長度大於所述上傾斜部的長度,所述下彈性臂的長度大於所述下傾斜部的長度,在豎直方向上,所述彈性主體部的長度小於所述導電主體部的長度。
- 如請求項5所述之導電端子,其中所述彈性主體部包括向所述第一側凸伸的卡持塊,所述導電主體部設有卡持孔,所述卡持塊對應地固持於所述卡持孔中。
- 如請求項5至請求項7中任一項所述之導電端子,其中所述導電主體部設有一個或多個V型槽,所述V型槽沿著與所述導電部的延伸方向垂直的方向延伸。
- 如請求項8所述之導電端子,其中所述V型槽自所述導電主體部的第一側向內凹陷。
- 如請求項9所述之導電端子,其中所述V型槽分別設置於所述導電主體部與所述上、下導電臂的交界處。
