Abstract

The quick-release structure of the sponge mop of the present invention includes a fixing member and two protective covers. The fixing member has two coupling ends, each coupling end has an engaging recess, a connecting portion connected to a connecting rod, and two slide grooves. Each protective cover has an engaging protrusion and two first slide blocks. Each protective cover is arranged at each coupling end so that the two first slide blocks are located in the two slide grooves, and each protective cover can slide back and forth between two positions relative to the fixing member. When each protective cover is located at one position, the engaging protrusion is engaged with the engaging recess and each protective cover covers each connecting portion, so that the fixing member is fixed to each connecting rod. When each protective cover is located at another position, the engaging protrusion is separated from the engaging recess and each protective cover does not cover each connecting portion, so that the fixing member is separated from each connecting rod. Thus, the quick-release structure of the sponge mop of the present invention is more in line with the user's habits.

Description

Sponge mop quick release structure

The present invention relates to a quick-release structure, and in particular to a quick-release structure of a sponge mop which is more in line with the user's habits and has a simpler structure.

Taiwan Patent No. M590941 has disclosed a sponge fixing device for a sponge mop, which includes a first buckle and a second buckle. The first buckle is connected to two connecting rods, and the second buckle is detachably connected to a clamping piece of the sponge. The first buckle has a slide groove and a matching surface in the slide groove, and the matching surface is provided with a clamping concave portion. The second buckle has another matching surface and a clamping convex portion extending from the matching surface. The matching surface of the second buckle can be slidably accommodated in the slide groove of the first buckle and abut against the matching surface of the first buckle, and the clamping convex portion of the second buckle is embedded in the clamping concave portion of the first buckle, so that the first and second buckles can be detachably fixed to each other.

If the user wants to replace the sponge, the user must first invert the sponge mop (i.e., the handle is against the ground and the sponge is away from the ground), and then grasp the sponge with the hand and apply an external force to make the second buckle slide out along the slide groove of the first buckle, so that the sponge can be separated from the first buckle together with the second buckle, and then the new sponge and the second buckle are installed on the first buckle in the opposite direction to complete the sponge replacement. However, the sponge fixing device of the sponge mop disclosed in the previous case requires the sponge mop to be inverted, and the sponge must be grasped by hand to disassemble and install the sponge, which is not in line with the user's habit in use, and the structures of the first and second buckles are relatively complicated, and the assembly is also relatively inconvenient.

In view of the above shortcomings, the main purpose of the present invention is to provide a quick-release structure of a sponge mop, which is more in line with the user's habits in use and has a simpler structure than the prior art, which can effectively improve the convenience of assembly.

In order to achieve the above main purpose, the sponge mop quick-release structure provided by the present invention is used to be detachably connected with two connecting rods, and the sponge mop quick-release structure includes a fixing member and two protective covers. The fixing member has two coupling ends, each of which has a guide groove, an embedded recess in the guide groove, a connecting portion for connecting one of the connecting rods, and two slide grooves. The two protective covers are detachably mounted on the two coupling ends of the fixing member, and each of the protective covers has an embedding protrusion and two first slide blocks. When each of the protective covers is arranged at each of the coupling ends, the two first slide blocks are located in the two slide grooves of each of the coupling ends, and each of the protective covers can slide back and forth between a first position and a second position relative to the fixing member; when each of the protective covers is located at the first position, the embedding protrusion of each of the protective covers is embedded in the embedding recess of each of the coupling ends, and when each of the protective covers is located at the second position, the embedding protrusion of each of the protective covers is separated from the embedding recess of each of the coupling ends. When each of the protective covers is located at the first position, each of the protective covers covers the connecting portion of each of the combined ends, so that the fixing member can be fixed to each of the two connecting rods; when each of the protective covers is located at the second position, each of the protective covers does not cover the connecting portion of each of the combined ends, so that the fixing member can be detached from the two connecting rods.

With the above technical features, the fastener provided by the sponge mop quick-release structure of the present invention is fixed to a sponge unit on the one hand, and on the other hand, the connecting portion of each of the combined ends of the fastener can be easily combined with the two connecting rods and used together with each of the protective covers sleeved on each of the combined ends, so that the user can pull each of the protective covers to make each of the embedded protrusions engage with the embedded concave portions of each of the combined ends. At this time, each of the protective covers can be locked. The protective cover covers each of the connecting parts, and the sponge unit and the fixing member are fixed to the two connecting rods, so that the sponge unit is installed on a sponge mop, or the user pulls each of the protective covers in the opposite direction to separate each of the embedded protrusions from the embedded recesses of each of the joint ends, and at this time, each of the protective covers does not cover each of the connecting parts, so that the sponge unit and the fixing member are separated from the two connecting rods, so that the sponge unit is removed from the sponge mop. Since the user only needs to operate according to the usual placement of the sponge mop, and does not need to invert the sponge mop, the quick-release structure of the sponge mop of the present invention is more in line with the user's habits in use. On the other hand, since the structures of the fixing member and the two protective covers provided by the quick-release structure of the sponge mop of the present invention are relatively simple, the convenience of assembly can be effectively improved.

Preferably, each of the combined ends further has a contact surface in the guide groove, and when the two first slide blocks of each of the protective covers slide between the first and second positions, the embedded protrusion of each of the protective covers abuts against the contact surface of each of the combined ends. In this way, the embedded protrusion of each of the protective covers can slide more smoothly in the guide groove of each of the combined ends.

Preferably, the contact surface of each of the combined ends has a flat section and an inclined section, the inclined section is connected to the flat section and is adjacent to the card-embedding recess. Thus, the inclined section of the contact surface of each of the combined ends helps guide the card-embedding protrusion of each of the protective covers to be embedded in the card-embedding recess of each of the combined ends.

Preferably, the inclined section is inclined upward from the flat section toward the embedding recess. Thus, the inclined section of the contact surface of each of the combined ends helps guide the embedding protrusion of each of the protective covers to be embedded in the embedding recess of each of the combined ends.

Preferably, each of the protective covers further has two second slide blocks. When each of the protective covers is disposed at each of the combined ends, the two second slide blocks are located in the two slide grooves of each of the combined ends, and each of the protective covers can slide back and forth between the first position and the second position relative to the fixing member. In this way, each of the protective covers can move more stably relative to each of the combined ends of the fixing member.

Preferably, the connecting portion of each of the joint ends has a limiting groove for accommodating a connecting rod. Thus, each limiting groove can prevent the connecting rod from rotating relative to the fixing member.

Preferably, the connecting portion of each of the combined ends further has a positioning boss in the limiting groove, and the positioning boss is used to penetrate a positioning hole of the connecting rod. In this way, the positioning boss helps to position the connecting rod in the limiting groove.

Preferably, each of the protective covers also has a pulling portion for the user to pull. In this way, the user can pull each of the pulling portions to move each of the protective covers.

The detailed structure, features, assembly or use of the quick-release structure of the sponge mop provided by the present invention will be described in the detailed description of the implementation method in the following. However, those with ordinary knowledge in the field should understand that the detailed description and the specific embodiments listed for implementing the present invention are only used to illustrate the present invention and are not used to limit the scope of the patent application of the present invention.

First of all, it should be noted that the technical features provided by the present invention are not limited to the specific structures, uses and applications described in the embodiments. The terms used in the description are all exemplary descriptive terms that can be understood by ordinary knowledgeable people in the relevant technical fields. The directional descriptive terms such as "front, top, bottom, back, left, right, top, bottom, inside, and outside" mentioned in this manual are only exemplary descriptive terms based on the normal use direction and are not intended to limit the scope of the claims.

Please refer to FIG. 1 first. The sponge mop 30 shown in FIG. 1 includes a handle 31 for a user to hold, a squeezer 32 disposed at the bottom of the handle 31, a pull handle 33 pivoted on the handle 31, two connecting rods 34 pivoted on the pull handle 33 and extending into a seat 321 of the squeezer 32, and a sponge unit 37. Each connecting rod 34 has a bent positioning end 35 and a positioning hole 36 disposed at the positioning end 35, and the sponge unit 37 has a clamp 38 and a sponge 39 connected to the clamp 38. Since the structure of the sponge mop 30 is very similar to that of a conventional sponge mop and is not the focus of this case, the applicant will not describe it in detail here.

Please refer to FIG. 2 again. The quick-release structure 1 of the present invention includes a fixing member 10 and two protective covers 20 .

Please refer to FIG. 3 . The fixing member 10 has a body 11 having two through holes 111 disposed at intervals, so that the fixing member 10 can be passed through two bolts (not shown) from top to bottom through the two through holes 111 and locked to the clamp 38 of the sponge unit 37 as shown in FIG. 1 , so that the fixing member 10 and the sponge unit 37 are fixed to each other.

Referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 , the fixing member 10 further comprises two coupling ends 12 extending outward from two opposite ends of the body 11, each coupling end 12 comprises a top surface 13, two side surfaces 14 located at two sides of the top surface 13, a guide groove 15 provided on the top surface 13 and extending along the extending direction of each coupling end 12, a contact surface 16 in the guide groove 15, and an embedded card recess 17 in the guide groove 15. The contact surface 16 comprises a flat section 161 and a slightly inclined inclined section 162, the inclined section 162 is connected to the flat section 161 and is adjacent to the embedded card recess 17, and the inclined section 162 is inclined upward from the flat section 161 to the embedded card recess 17.

In addition, each of the joint ends 12 further has a connecting portion 18 disposed on the top surface 13 and used to connect a connecting rod 34. The connecting portion 18 has a limiting groove 181 and a positioning protrusion 182. The limiting groove 181 is disposed adjacent to the guide groove 15 and extends in a direction parallel to the guide groove 15. The limiting groove 181 accommodates a positioning end 35 of the connecting rod 34 to prevent the connecting rod 34 from rotating relative to the fixing member 10. The boss 182 is located in the limiting groove 181 and protrudes upward from the top surface 13. The positioning boss 182 is penetrated through the positioning hole 36 of the connecting rod 34, which helps to position the connecting rod 34 in the limiting groove 181. Moreover, the diameter R1 of the positioning boss 182 is slightly smaller than the diameter R2 of the positioning hole 36 of the connecting rod 34, so that the positioning end 35 of the connecting rod 34 can be smoothly removed or installed from the positioning boss 182. In addition, each of the joint ends 12 also has two slide grooves 19, which are respectively arranged on the two side surfaces 14 and extend in a direction parallel to the guide groove 15.

As shown in Fig. 3, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, each protective cover 20 has a top wall 21, two side walls 22 located on two sides of the top wall 21, a rear side wall 23 connecting the top wall 21 and the two side walls 22, and an open space 24 surrounded by the top wall 21, the two side walls 22 and the rear side wall 23. Each protective cover 20 also has a pulling portion 25 and an engaging protrusion 26, the pulling portion 25 protrudes upward from the top surface of the top wall 21, and the engaging protrusion 26 protrudes downward from the bottom surface of the top wall 21 (as shown in Fig. 9). In addition, each protective cover 20 also has two first slide blocks 27 and two second slide blocks 28. The two first slide blocks 27 protrude from the inner wall surfaces of the two side walls 22 and are arranged opposite to each other. The two second slide blocks 28 protrude from the inner wall surfaces of the two side walls 22 and are connected to the rear wall 23. The two second slide blocks 28 are arranged opposite to each other and spaced apart from the two first slide blocks 27.

During assembly, as shown in Figures 2, 3, 7 and 10, when each protective cover 20 is arranged at each coupling end 12 of the fixing member 10, the two first slide blocks 27 and the two second slide blocks 28 are located in the two slide grooves 19 of each coupling end 12, and each protective cover 20 can slide back and forth relative to the fixing member 10, so that each protective cover 20 can move more stably relative to each coupling end 12 of the fixing member 10. Furthermore, each protective cover 20 can slide back and forth between a first position P1 (as shown in FIG. 8 ) and a second position P2 (as shown in FIG. 11 ) relative to the fixing member 10. When each protective cover 20 is located at the first position P1, as shown in FIG. 8 and FIG. 9 , the engaging protrusion 26 of each protective cover 20 is engaged with the engaging recess 17 of each coupling end 12, and the top wall 21 of each protective cover 20 covers the connecting portion 18 of each coupling end 12, so that each connecting portion 18 of the fixing member 10 is fixed to the positioning end 35 of each connecting rod 34 and cannot be separated. When each protective cover 20 is located at the second position P2, as shown in Figures 11 and 12, the embedding protrusion 26 of each protective cover 20 is separated from the embedding recess 17 of each coupling end 12, and the top wall 21 of each protective cover 20 does not cover the connecting portion 18 of each coupling end 12, so that each connecting portion 18 of the fixing member 10 can be separated from the positioning end 35 of each connecting rod 34.

It should be noted that, since each protective cover 20 can be removed from each connecting end 12 of the fixing member 10, when each protective cover 20 is damaged, the damaged protective cover 20 can be directly removed from each connecting end 12 of the fixing member 10 and replaced with a new protective cover 20.

As can be seen from the above, if the user wants to remove the sponge unit 37 shown in FIG. 1, the user needs to place the sponge mop 30 according to the usual usage habits (i.e., the sponge 39 of the sponge unit 37 is against the ground and the handle 31 is away from the ground), and then the user pulls the pulling portion 25 of each protective cover 20 shown in FIG. 8 with the hand to move each protective cover 20, so that each protective cover 20 moves from the first position P1 shown in FIG. 8 to the second position P2 shown in FIG. 11, at which time the locking protrusion 26 of each protective cover 20 is separated from each coupling end. The embedding recess 17 of the part 12 and the top wall 21 of each protective cover 20 do not cover the connecting portion 18 of each coupling end portion 12 (as shown in FIG. 12 ), so that each connecting portion 18 of the fixing member 10 is separated from each connecting rod 34, so that the sponge unit 37 can be removed together with the fixing member 10. At this time, the user can use a tool (such as a screwdriver) to remove the sponge unit 37 from the fixing member 10, or the sponge unit 37 and the fixing member 10 can be regarded as a set of consumables without removing the sponge unit 37 from the fixing member 10.

Next, if the user wants to install the sponge unit 37 shown in FIG. 1 to the sponge mop 30, he only needs to connect the connecting portion 18 of each coupling end 12 of the fixing member 10 to the positioning end 35 of each connecting rod 34 as shown in FIG. 3, that is, let the positioning end 35 of each connecting rod 34 be accommodated in the limiting groove 181 of the connecting portion 18 of each coupling end 12, and let the positioning hole 36 of each connecting rod 34 be fitted into the positioning protrusion 182 of each connecting portion 18, so that the fixing member 10 is temporarily connected to each connecting rod 34, and then the user's hand is toward the corresponding Pull the pulling portion 25 of each protective cover 20 as shown in FIG. 11 in the opposite direction to move each protective cover 20, so that each protective cover 20 moves from the second position P2 as shown in FIG. 11 to the first position P1 as shown in FIG. 8, at this time, the engaging protrusion 26 of each protective cover 20 is engaged with the engaging recess 17 of each coupling end 12, and the top wall 21 of each protective cover 20 covers the connecting portion 18 of each coupling end 12 (as shown in FIG. 9), so that the sponge unit 37 together with the fixing member 10 is fixed to the two connecting rods 34, so that the installation of the sponge unit 37 can be completed.

It should be additionally explained here that when each protective cover 20 slides between the first position P1 (as shown in Figures 8 and 9) and the second position P2 (as shown in Figures 11 and 12), the embedding protrusion 26 of each protective cover 20 abuts against the contact surface 16 of each coupling end 12, so that the embedding protrusion 26 of each protective cover 20 can slide more smoothly in the guide groove 15 of each coupling end 12, and the inclined section 162 of the contact surface 16 of each coupling end 12 is adjacent to the embedding recess 17, and the inclined section 162 is inclined upward from the smooth section 161 toward the embedding recess 17, so the inclined section 162 helps to guide the embedding protrusion 26 of each protective cover 20 to be embedded in the embedding recess 17 of each coupling end 12.

In summary, the sponge mop quick-release structure 1 of the present invention can be installed and removed by simply placing the sponge mop 30 in the usual manner, and does not need to invert the sponge mop 30 as in the prior art, so it is more in line with the user's habits in use. On the other hand, since the structure of the fixing member 10 and the two protective covers 20 provided by the sponge mop quick-release structure 1 of the present invention is relatively simple, it is conducive to mass production.

Finally, it must be reiterated that the constituent elements disclosed in the above-mentioned implementation of the present invention are only for illustrative purposes and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Replacements or modifications of other equivalent elements should also be covered by the scope of the patent application of this case.

Claims (8)

A quick-release structure of a sponge mop is used to be detachably connected to two connecting rods. The quick-release structure of the sponge mop includes: A fixing member having two coupling ends, each of which has a guide groove, an embedded recess in the guide groove, a connecting portion for connecting to the connecting rod, and two slide grooves; and Two protective covers are detachably arranged on the two combined ends of the fixing member; each protective cover has an embedded protrusion and two first slide blocks.
