Abstract

The present invention relates to a straight comb structure, which is provided as a tool for combing hair and removing hair knots. The whole is made of thin sheet metal and includes: a handle, which is a semi-open frame with a groove, and the handle is provided with a grip that is twisted on the handle body and presents a sheet; and a comb part, which is provided with a plurality of combing pins arranged in the groove of the handle. Through the structure of the present invention and the properties of the material used, the rigidity of the thin straight comb structure can be strengthened, thereby improving the operability of combing hair, and it can be sterilized to improve hygiene and safety, and is not easy to spread diseases.

Description

Straight comb structure

The present invention relates to a hair combing tool, and in particular to a straight comb structure.

According to the invention, a "straight comb" is commonly used to comb human hair or pet hair, and is also used with scissors to trim hair. Referring to FIG. 6 , a conventional straight comb 9 mainly comprises a handle 91 of a hollow or solid round rod, and a plurality of comb pins 92 extend from the bottom of the handle 91, that is, the plurality of comb pins 92 are all inserted into the handle 91; In addition, the hollow handle 91 is made of copper or iron material by bending, and then nickel-chromium plated, while the solid handle 91 is made of aluminum alloy material, and the comb needle 92 can be made of stainless steel, or copper or iron material is plated with nickel-chromium; therefore, in general, the weight of the solid traditional straight comb 9 is a heavier problem.

However, the structure of the several combing pins 92 and the pin-planting part a of the handle 91 of the custom-style straight comb 9 is too weak, and the several combing pins 92 are easily bent by a slight force applied by the hand during use, as shown in FIG6 , and the pin-planting parts a are easy to hide dirt; furthermore, when the custom-style straight comb 9 is cleaned or sterilized by ultraviolet rays, the pin-planting parts a are not easy to be completely cleaned or sterilized; in addition, the nickel-chromium-plated custom-style straight comb 9 needs to be sterilized frequently, so after using it for a period of time, the nickel-chromium electroplated layer on the surface of the comb body is easy to fall off and rust, which will have an adverse effect on the skin.

Therefore, in view of the above problems of conventional straight combs, the inventor of the present invention has devoted great efforts to develop a straight comb structure. Therefore, the main purpose of the present invention is to provide a straight comb structure that is lightweight, rigid and easy to operate; and the secondary purpose of the present invention is to provide a hygienic and safe straight comb structure; another purpose of the present invention is to provide a straight comb structure that is easy to identify its type and specifications.

Therefore, the straight comb structure of the present invention achieves the above-mentioned purpose by using the following technical means, which is made of thin sheet metal as a whole, and includes: a handle, which is a frame body with a groove and presents a semi-open shape, and the handle is provided with a gripping part twisted on the handle body and presents a sheet shape; and a comb part, which is provided with a plurality of combing needles and arranged in the groove of the handle.

At least one side of the gripping portion of the handle is provided with a hollow marking area, and the comb portion is provided with a plurality of combing needles, wherein a first combing needle is provided which is shorter than the remaining combing needles.

The thickness of the thin metal sheet is set between 0.5mm and 3mm.

The sheet metal is made of medical-grade thin steel, and the thickness of the sheet metal is set to 0.8~1mm.

The straight comb structure is manufactured in one piece by laser cutting or die stamping and then polished.

The grip is twisted 90 degrees relative to the handle.

The combing needles provided in the combing part are provided with different thicknesses, and the spacing arrangement of the combing needles is provided with different uniform arrangements of sparseness and density.

The spacing arrangement of the plurality of combing needles is set to be half sparse and half dense.

The right angles of the straight comb structure are all rounded.

Accordingly, the present invention uses the above technical means to achieve the following effects:

1. The structure of the present invention is made of thin metal material by laser cutting or die stamping, which is lightweight and flexible. The handle of the laser cutting or die stamping is twisted to strengthen the overall rigid structure of the straight comb, thereby improving the operability of combing hair.

2. The thin metal sheet of the present invention is made of medical-grade thin steel. After polishing, the smoothness of the surface of the straight comb of the present invention can be improved. Any right angle of the straight comb body is rounded, which is easy to clean and not easy to attach bacteria. It is also easy to be disinfected and sterilized, thereby reducing the probability of residual bacteria and viruses, and preventing cross-infection of bacteria and viruses.

3. The present invention has at least one marking area on the handle to indicate the specification type of the straight comb, providing convenience for identifying the specification of the straight comb.

The present invention relates to a straight comb structure, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, which is provided as a tool for combing hair and removing hair knots. The whole is made of 0.5mm~3mm thin sheet metal by laser cutting or die stamping and polished, so it has a lightweight effect, is easy to clean and disinfect, and reduces the probability of bacteria and viruses remaining in the straight comb body; wherein the straight comb structure A includes: a handle 1 and a comb part 2, and the above-mentioned components are described in detail as follows.

The handle 1 is configured as a semi-open frame 11 having a groove 12, and the two sides of the groove 12 are two side feet 121; the handle 1 is also configured as a sheet-shaped grip 13 twisted on the handle 1 body, preferably the grip 13 is twisted 90 degrees relative to the handle 1, as shown by the arc arrow in FIG. 2, that is, if the handle 1 is upright, the grip 13 is horizontal; in other words, the grip 13 can enhance the overall rigidity of the straight comb. The combing part 2 is provided with a plurality of combing needles 21 arranged in pairs at a spacing d in the groove 12 of the handle 1; wherein the plurality of combing needles 21 provided in the combing part 2 are provided with different coarse and fine arrangements, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, and the spacing arrangement of the plurality of combing needles 21 is provided with a uniform arrangement of sparse and dense, or the spacing arrangement of the plurality of combing needles 21 is provided with a mixture of half sparse and half dense. , as shown in FIG5 ; in particular, the first combing needle 211 of the plurality of combing needles 21 is shorter than the remaining combing needles, thereby forming a larger spacing D, and the spacing D is twice the spacing d between the remaining combing needles 21 of the same combing part 2 plus the width w of the combing needle 21, so that the user can use the side foot 121 located at the spacing D to disassemble the hair knot or hair knot.

Claims (8)

A straight comb structure is made of sheet metal as a whole, and includes: a handle, which is a semi-open frame with a groove, and the handle is provided with a grip twisted on the handle body and in a sheet shape, and the grip is twisted 90 degrees relative to the handle; and a comb part, which is provided with a plurality of comb pins arranged in the groove of the handle. As described in claim 1, the straight comb structure has a hollow marking area on at least one side of the gripping portion of the handle, and the comb portion has a plurality of comb needles, wherein a first comb needle is shorter than the remaining comb needles. In the straight comb structure as described in claim 1, the thickness of the thin metal sheet is set between 0.5mm and 3mm. As described in claim 3, the straight comb structure, wherein the sheet metal is made of medical-grade thin steel, and the thickness of the sheet metal is set to 0.8~1mm. The straight comb structure as described in claim 1, wherein the straight comb structure is integrally manufactured by laser cutting or die stamping and then polished. As described in claim 1, the plurality of combing needles provided in the combing part are provided with different coarse and fine arrangement, and the spacing arrangement of the plurality of combing needles is provided with different uniform arrangement of sparse and dense arrangement. As described in claim 6, the straight comb structure, wherein the spacing arrangement of the plurality of comb needles is set to be half sparse and half dense. A straight comb structure as described in claim 1, wherein the right angles of the straight comb structure are rounded.
