Claims (12)

一種可即時因應工作物尺寸之包邊裝置,其至少包含有:一第一基座,其一端係依附於一可移動之機構,用以該機構驅動該第一基座在一水平方向行線性移動,該第一基座一側設有一第一滑部及一第二滑部,其中,該水平方向定義為一第一軸向,在該第一及二滑部的滑動方向分別定義為一上下方向之第二軸向及一水平方向之第三軸向,該第一、二及三軸向係彼此垂直的軸向;一第二基座,其一側係設有一第三滑部用以可滑動地設於該第一滑部而變換在該第二軸向相對於該第一基座之位置,該第二基座相對於該第三滑部的另一側設有一第一塗料部,用以在該第一基座在該第一軸向移動時,該第一塗料部提供及被覆一塗料於一工作物一側對應於該第二軸向之一側面,該側面定義為一第二軸向側面;一第三基座,其一側係設有一第四滑部用以可滑動地設於該第二滑部而變換在該第三軸向相對於該第一基座之位置,該第三基座相對於該第四滑部的另一側設有一第五滑部,在該第五滑部的滑動方向係相同於該第一滑部而為該第二軸向;一第四基座,其係同側於該第五滑部而設於該第三基座而位於該第五滑部下方;一第五基座,其一側係設有一第六滑部用以可滑動地設於該第五滑部而變換相對於該第一基座及該第四基座之位置,其中,該第五基座一側及該第四基座一側之間具有一第二塗料部,用以在該第一基座在該第一 軸向移動時,該第二塗料部提供及被覆該塗料於該工作物相鄰於該第二軸向側面之上下側面;一第一驅動部,其一端係設於該第一基座,其另一端係設於該第二基座,該第一驅動部用以驅動該第二基座而連動定位該第三滑部;一第二驅動部,其一端係設於該第一基座,其另一端係設於該第三基座,該第二驅動部用以驅動該第三基座而連動定位該第四滑部;一第三驅動部,其一端係設於該第三基座,其另一端係設於該第五基座,該第三驅動部用以驅動該第五基座而連動定位該第六滑部;其中,藉由該第三滑部,則該第一塗料部係可變化在該第二軸向相對於該第一基座之位置,藉由該第四滑部,則該第二塗料部係可變化在該第三軸向相對於該第一基座之位置,藉由該第六滑部,則可變化該第五基座及該第四基座之相對位置。 A hemming device capable of instantly adapting to the size of a workpiece comprises at least: a first base, one end of which is attached to a movable mechanism, and the mechanism drives the first base to move linearly in a horizontal direction, a first sliding portion and a second sliding portion are provided on one side of the first base, wherein the horizontal direction is defined as a first axial direction, and the sliding directions of the first and second sliding portions are respectively defined as a second axial direction in a vertical direction and a third axial direction in a horizontal direction, and the first, second and third axial directions are axial directions perpendicular to each other; a second base, one side of which is provided with a third sliding portion for being slidably arranged on the first sliding portion and changing the position of the second axial direction relative to the first base.
