一種健身器材之調整結構,其包括:一持握組件,其設有一安裝部,並於該安裝部貫穿形成一組孔;一調節組件,其裝設於該安裝部,而該調節組件進一步包含一調節板、一調節凸塊及一彈簧,該調節板設有一組裝槽,該調節凸塊活動嵌設於該組裝槽內,而該彈簧的兩端係分別彈抵於該調節凸塊底端及組裝槽槽底面,該彈簧以彈力彈性推抵該調節凸塊於組裝槽內上下位移,另外該調節凸塊對於該組孔係設一穿孔,又該穿孔於孔壁的任一位置係切削形成一斜齒部;及一活動柄,其包含一軸桿及一握柄,該軸桿的兩端分別連接該握柄以及活動插入該組孔、該穿孔,又該軸桿之外表面進一步設複數凹齒槽,且各凹齒槽係對應該斜齒部,該調節凸塊受彈簧彈性推抵時,該斜齒部係崁入於各凹齒槽中的任一凹齒槽;其中,利用該調節凸塊於組裝槽內上下位移,以解除該斜齒部與各凹齒槽間的崁設,使該活動柄能夠相對該持握組件軸向的伸縮移動,進而調節活動柄的長度,以便於安裝適當數量的複數槓片。
