Abstract
一種組構型建築物之骨架快速組卸結構,包括:第一框架元件、第二框架元件及定位元件;其中第一框架元件具有相鄰之接合面及定位面,由接合面以一結合孔連通第一框架元件內部所設之一收容空間,結合孔的邊緣設有側延伸槽,由定位面上設有至少一定位孔連通至收容空間對應側延伸槽進入的位置;第二框架元件上設有沿軸向或徑向凸伸之結合部,結合部上設有橫向凸伸之側延伸部,結合部能通過結合孔伸入收容空間,並以伸入方向為旋轉中心進行樞轉,使結合部與結合孔之間由一伸入位置樞轉至卡定位置;定位元件在上述卡定位置能由定位孔插入收容空間中,並擋止於收容空間對應側延伸槽之空間,使處於卡定位置之側延伸部無法反向轉回對應於側延伸槽伸入的位置,以防止第一框架元件與第二框架元件自行脫離,藉以形成一結構簡單且易於快速組卸之骨架組合結構。A skeleton quick assembly and disassembly structure of a modular building comprises: a first frame element, a second frame element and a positioning element; wherein the first frame element has adjacent joint surfaces and positioning surfaces, the joint surface is connected to a receiving space provided inside the first frame element through a joint hole, the edge of the joint hole is provided with a side extension groove, and the positioning surface is provided with at least one positioning hole connected to the position where the corresponding side extension groove enters the receiving space; the second frame element is provided with a joint portion protruding in the axial direction or radial direction, and the joint portion is provided with a side extension portion protruding in the transverse direction, and the joint portion is provided with a side extension portion protruding in the transverse direction. 本發明是有關組構型建築物之骨架快速組卸結構,尤指一種結構簡單、組裝便利且定位穩固之建築物骨架組卸結構。The present invention relates to a frame quick assembly and disassembly structure of a modular building, and in particular to a frame assembly and disassembly structure of a building with a simple structure, convenient assembly and stable positioning.
