Abstract
本發明係提供一種卡片治具,其包含座體、透氣承載板及壓合板。座體包括底板部、環邊部及流體通道;透氣承載板設於環邊部並封閉流體通道,透氣承載板設有第一置放部及第二置放部;壓合板可移除地設於透氣承載板之一表面。藉此,可將卡片本體設於透氣承載板之第一置放部,且使卡片本體之鏤空區設於第二置放部,並以壓合板抵靠於卡片本體上欲結合之防護層,再以抽取裝置經流體通道與透氣承載板吸附卡片本體及壓合板,供壓合板向下壓迫於防護層,而於卡片本體與防護層壓製時,可達到較佳之密合度以及避免液膠之功效,以提升卡片本體之製作良率。 The present invention provides a card fixture, which includes a base, a breathable support plate and a pressing plate.
