Abstract

The present invention provides a card fixture, which includes a base, a breathable support plate and a pressing plate. The base includes a bottom plate, a peripheral edge and a fluid channel; the breathable support plate is arranged on the peripheral edge and closes the fluid channel, and the breathable support plate is provided with a first placement portion and a second placement portion; the pressing plate is removably arranged on a surface of the breathable support plate. In this way, the card body can be placed on the first placement part of the air permeable support plate, and the hollow area of the card body can be placed on the second placement part. The pressing plate can be pressed against the protective layer to be combined on the card body, and then the extraction device can absorb the card body and the pressing plate through the fluid channel and the air permeable support plate, so that the pressing plate can press downward on the protective layer. When the card body and the protective layer are pressed, a better fit can be achieved and the effect of avoiding liquid glue can be achieved, so as to improve the production yield of the card body.

Description

Card jig

The present invention relates to a card jig, in particular to a card jig that can achieve better tightness and avoid liquid glue when pressing the card body, so as to improve the production yield.

When manufacturing general cards (such as transaction cards, IC cards, etc.), the boards, protective layers, electronic control modules, etc. are usually laminated and pressed together using adhesive to form a transaction card.

However, since there is no proper jig available during the gluing process, the cards often have liquid glue and lack of tightness, which greatly affects the card production yield.

Therefore, how to invent a card jig so that it can achieve better tightness and avoid the effect of liquid glue when pressing the card body and the protective layer, so as to improve the production yield of the card body and effectively improve the shortcomings of the usage, will be what the present invention intends to actively reveal.

In view of the above shortcomings of the prior art, the inventor felt that it was not perfect, so he devoted all his energy to research and overcome it, and then developed a card fixture, so that when the card body and the protective layer are pressed, it can achieve a better fit and avoid the effect of liquid glue, so as to improve the production yield of the card body.

To achieve the above and other purposes, the present invention provides a card fixture, which includes: a base, a breathable support plate and a pressing plate. The base includes a bottom plate, a peripheral edge and a fluid channel, the peripheral edge is arranged around a surface of the bottom plate, the fluid channel is arranged on the inner side of the peripheral edge and connected to the bottom plate; the breathable support plate is arranged on the peripheral edge and closes the fluid channel, a surface of the breathable support plate is provided with a first placement portion and a second placement portion; the pressing plate is removably arranged on a surface of the breathable support plate.

In one embodiment of the present invention, an annular stopper is provided on the inner side surface of the ring edge, and the bottom of the breathable support plate is abutted against and limited to the annular stopper.

In one embodiment of the present invention, an airtight ring is provided between the annular stopper and the breathable support plate.

In one embodiment of the present invention, at least one end of the ring edge is provided with an opening, and a guide rail is provided on both sides of the ring edge, and a guide groove is provided on both sides of the breathable support plate, and the breathable support plate is penetrated to the opening with one end thereof, and each guide groove is connected to each guide rail.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the fluid channel is provided with a flow channel area and an external channel, the flow channel area is connected to the external channel, and the external channel is connected to an extraction device.

In one embodiment of the present invention, a card body is further included, the card body has at least one hollow area, the card body is arranged on the first placement portion, the hollow area is arranged on the second placement portion, and at least one protective layer is arranged on the card body in cooperation with adhesive, the pressing plate is against the protective layer, the extraction device adsorbs the card body and the pressing plate through the fluid channel and the air permeable support plate, and the pressing plate is pressed downward against the protective layer, so that the card body and the protective layer form a card upper layer module.

In one embodiment of the present invention, a card lower layer module is further included, the card lower layer module and the card upper layer module are combined with each other, and at least a transaction control module, a display module and a light emitting module are arranged between the card lower layer module and the card upper layer module, the display module and the light emitting module are electrically connected to the transaction control module, and the display module corresponds to the hollow area.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the air-permeable support plate is a porous ceramic plate.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the first placement portion is a flat portion, and the second placement portion is a raised portion, so that there is a height difference between the first placement portion and the second placement portion.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the first placement portion is a flat surface portion, and the second placement portion is a plurality of raised portions, so that there is a height difference between the first placement portion and the second placement portion.

Thus, the card fixture of the present invention can place the card body on the first placement part of the air permeable support plate, and place the hollow area of the card body on the second placement part, and use the pressing plate to press against the protective layer to be combined on the card body, and then use the extraction device to absorb the card body and the pressing plate through the fluid channel and the air permeable support plate, so that the pressing plate presses downward on the protective layer. When the card body and the protective layer are pressed, a better fit can be achieved and the effect of avoiding liquid glue can be achieved, so as to improve the production yield of the card body.

In order to fully understand the purpose, features and effects of the present invention, the present invention is described in detail by means of the following specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings. Please refer to Figures 1 to 4, as shown in the figures: The present invention provides a card fixture, which at least includes a base 1, a breathable support plate 2 and a pressing plate 3.

The base 1 includes a bottom plate 11, a peripheral edge 12 and a fluid channel 13. The peripheral edge 12 is arranged on the periphery of a surface of the bottom plate 11, and the fluid channel 13 is arranged on the inner side of the peripheral edge 12 and connected to the bottom plate 11.

The breathable support plate 2 is disposed on the peripheral edge 12 and closes the fluid channel 13. A first placement portion 21 and a second placement portion 22 are disposed on one surface of the breathable support plate 2.

The pressing plate 3 is removably disposed on one surface of the breathable supporting plate 2.

In addition to the above-mentioned embodiments, in one embodiment of the present invention, the fluid channel 13 is provided with a flow channel area 131 and an external channel 132, the flow channel area 131 is connected to the external channel 132, and the external channel 132 is connected to an extraction device 4.

When the card fixture of the present invention is used, it can be used in combination with a card body 50, the card body 50 having at least one hollow area 51, the card body 50 is disposed on the first placement portion 21, the hollow area 51 is disposed on the second placement portion 22, and at least one protective layer 52 is disposed on the card body 50 in combination with adhesive, the pressing plate 3 abuts against the protective layer 52, so that the suction force generated by the extraction device 4 is connected to the flow channel area 131 through the external channel 132. To the air permeable support plate 2, so that the surface of the air permeable support plate 2 generates uniform suction, so that the card body 50 is adsorbed by the extraction device 4 through the fluid channel 13 and the air permeable support plate 2, and then the card body 50 is adsorbed by the first placement portion 21, and the second placement portion 22 adsorbs the pressing plate 3, so that the pressing plate 3 is pressed downward on the protective layer 52, and the card body 50 and the protective layer 52 are combined with each other to form a card upper layer module 5.

The present invention can generate uniform suction force on the surface of the breathable carrier plate 2 by the extraction device 4. When the card body 50 is placed on the first placement portion 21 of the breathable carrier plate 2, the card body 50 can be stably adsorbed on the breathable carrier plate 2, and the second placement portion 22 adsorbs the pressing plate 3 through the hollow area 51, providing the pressing plate 3 with suction force to press the protective layer 52 downward, so that the pressing plate 3 is stably against the protective layer 52 to be combined on the card body 50. In this way, when the card body 50 and the protective layer 52 are pressed, a better fit can be achieved and the effect of avoiding liquid glue can be avoided, thereby effectively improving the production yield of the card body 50.

In addition to the above-mentioned embodiments, in one embodiment of the present invention, a card lower layer module 6 is further included, the card lower layer module 6 and the card upper layer module 5 are combined with each other, and at least a transaction control module 61, a display module 62 and a light module 63 are provided between the card lower layer module 6 and the card upper layer module 5, the display module 62 and the light module 63 are electrically connected to the transaction control module 61, and the display module 62 corresponds to the hollow area 51, and the light module 63 corresponds to the light-transmitting part 53 of the card upper layer module 5. In this way, the card upper layer module 5, the card lower layer module 6, the transaction control module 61, the display module 62 and the light module 63 can be combined into a transaction card 10.

In addition to the above-mentioned embodiments, in one embodiment of the present invention, the inner side surface of the annular edge 12 is provided with an annular stopper 121, and the bottom of the breathable support plate 2 is abutted against the annular stopper 121. In this way, the breathable support plate 2 can be stably arranged on the annular edge 12 of the base 1, and when the extraction device 4 generates suction through the fluid channel 13 to the breathable support plate 2, the surface of the breathable support plate 2 can generate uniform suction.

In addition to the above-mentioned embodiments, in one embodiment of the present invention, an airtight ring 122 is provided between the annular stopper 121 and the breathable support plate 2. In this way, the breathable support plate 2 can be stably arranged on the peripheral edge 12 of the base 1, and when the extraction device 4 generates suction through the fluid channel 13 to the breathable support plate 2, a uniform suction can be generated on the surface of the breathable support plate 2.

In addition to the above-mentioned embodiments, in one embodiment of the present invention, the air-permeable support plate 2 is a porous ceramic plate. Thus, when the extraction device 4 generates suction and connects to the air-permeable support plate 2 through the fluid channel 13, a uniform suction can be generated on the surface of the air-permeable support plate 2.

In addition to the above embodiments, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first placement portion 21 is a flat portion, and the second placement portion 22 is a raised portion, so that there is a height difference between the first placement portion 21 and the second placement portion 22 . In this way, the card body 50 is arranged on the first placement portion 21, and the hollow area 51 is arranged on the second placement portion 22. When the card body 50 is arranged on the first placement portion 21 of the breathable support plate 2, the card body 50 can be stably adsorbed on the breathable support plate 2, and the second placement portion 22 adsorbs the pressing plate 3 through the hollow area 51, providing the pressing plate 3 with suction to press the protective layer 52 downward, so that the pressing plate 3 is stably against the protective layer 52 to be combined on the card body 50. In this way, when the card body 50 and the protective layer 52 are pressed, a better fit can be achieved and the effect of avoiding liquid glue can be avoided, thereby effectively improving the manufacturing yield of the card body 50.

Please refer to Figures 5 and 6, as shown in the figures: In addition to the above-mentioned embodiments, in one embodiment of the present invention, at least one end of the ring edge 12 is provided with an opening 123, and both sides of the ring edge 12 are provided with a guide rail 124, and both sides of the breathable support plate 2 are provided with a guide groove 23, and the breathable support plate 2 is penetrated to the opening 123 with one end thereof, and each guide groove 23 is connected to each guide rail 124. In this way, the breathable support plate 2 can be stably arranged on the ring edge 12 of the base 1, and when the extraction device 4 generates suction and connects to the breathable support plate 2 through the fluid channel 13, a uniform suction can be generated on the surface of the breathable support plate 2.

Please refer to Figures 7 to 9, as shown in the figures: the first placement portion 21 is a flat surface, and the second placement portion 22 is a plurality of raised portions, so that the distance between the first placement portion 21 and the second placement portion 22 has a height difference. In this way, the card body 50 is disposed on the first placement portion 21, and the hollow areas 51 of the card body 50 are respectively disposed on the second placement portions 22. When the card body 50 is disposed on the first placement portion 21 of the air permeable support plate 2, the card body 50 can be stably adsorbed on the air permeable support plate 2, and the second placement portions 22 are respectively disposed through the hollow areas 51. 1 absorbs the pressing plate 3, provides suction force to the pressing plate 3 to press downward on the protective layer 52, and allows the pressing plate 3 to be firmly against the protective layer 52 to be combined on the card body 50. In this way, when the card body 50 and the protective layer 52 are pressed, a better fit can be achieved and the effect of avoiding liquid glue can be achieved, thereby effectively improving the production yield of the card body 50.

In addition to the above-mentioned embodiments, in one embodiment of the present invention, a card lower layer module 6 is further included, and the card lower layer module 6 is combined with the card upper layer module 5, and at least a transaction control module 61, a display module 62, a light emitting module 63 and a biometric identification module 64 are arranged between the card lower layer module 6 and the card upper layer module 5, the display module 62 and the light emitting module 63 are electrically connected to the transaction control module 61, and the display module 62 and the biometric identification module 64 correspond to each of the hollow areas 51 respectively, and the light emitting module 63 corresponds to the light-transmitting portion 53 of the card upper layer module 5. In this way, the card upper module 5, the card lower module 6, the transaction control module 61, the display module 62, the light emitting module 63 and the biometric recognition module 64 can be combined into a transaction card 10.

Claims (9)

A card fixture comprises: a base body, which includes a bottom plate, a ring edge and a fluid channel, the ring edge is arranged at the periphery of a surface of the bottom plate, the fluid channel is arranged on the inner side of the ring edge and connected to the bottom plate; a breathable support plate, which is arranged on the ring edge and closes the fluid channel, a surface of the breathable support plate is provided with a first placement portion and a second placement portion; and a pressing plate, which is removably arranged on a surface of the breathable support plate; wherein at least one end of the ring edge is provided with an opening, and both sides of the ring edge are respectively provided with a guide rail, and both sides of the breathable support plate are respectively provided with a guide groove, the breathable support plate is penetrated to the opening with one end thereof, and each guide groove is connected to each guide rail. As described in claim 1, the inner side of the ring edge is provided with an annular stopper, and the bottom of the breathable support plate is abutted against and limited to the annular stopper. A card fixture as described in claim 2, wherein an airtight ring is provided between the annular stopper and the breathable support plate. A card fixture as described in claim 1, wherein the fluid channel is provided with a flow channel area and an external channel, the flow channel area is connected to the external channel, and the external channel is connected to an extraction device. The card fixture as described in claim 4 further comprises a card body, the card body having at least one hollow area, the card body being arranged in the first placement portion, the hollow area being arranged in the second placement portion, and at least one protective layer being arranged in cooperation with adhesive on the card body, the pressing plate being against the protective layer, the card body and the pressing plate being adsorbed by the extraction device through the fluid channel and the air permeable support plate, and the pressing plate being pressed downward against the protective layer, so that the card body and the protective layer form a card upper layer module. The card fixture as described in claim 5 further comprises a card lower layer module, the card lower layer module and the card upper layer module are combined with each other, and at least a transaction control module, a display module and a light emitting module are arranged between the card lower layer module and the card upper layer module, the display module and the light emitting module are electrically connected to the transaction control module, and the display module corresponds to the hollow area. The card fixture as described in claim 1, wherein the breathable support plate is a porous ceramic plate. As described in claim 1, the first placement portion is a flat portion, and the second placement portion is a raised portion, so that there is a height difference between the first placement portion and the second placement portion.
