Abstract

A return transmission of nailing rod for electric nail gun, comprising a motor driving unit, a nailing rod, a pulley assembly and an elastic component are arranged in a gun body bracket. The nailing rod accepts the drive of the motor driving unit and strikes the nail according to a striking stroke of a nail axial. The pulley assembly includes a wire connected between the gun body bracket and the nailing rod, and the movable pulley pivot is mounted on a guiding holder. When the nailing rod moves down along the striking stroke and strikes the nail, the wire can tow the movable pulley and drive the guiding holder to move an action stroke in a way that stores the elastic potential energy of the elastic component. After the nailing rod moves down for striking the nail, the elastic component to drive the guiding holder according to a manner of release the elastic potential energy, so that the guiding holder can move back to its original position according to the action stroke, and the guiding holder tows the wire by the movable pulley, so as to drive the nailing rod to move back to its original position according to the striking stroke, such that the action stroke of the elastic component and movable pulley can be greater than 0 and less than the striking stroke of the nailing rod, so as to reduce the load of the elastic component.

Description

Electric nail gun nail rod return transmission device

The present invention relates to a transmission structure of an electric nailing gun, and in particular to a nailing rod return transmission device of an electric nailing gun.

Most traditional electric nailing guns rely on a drive unit containing an electric motor (or motor), an electromagnetic drive and a flywheel to drive the nail rod to move down according to a nailing stroke, and also rely on an elastic element to drive the nail rod to move up and reset according to the nailing stroke after moving down. The distance of the nailing stroke is limited by the design end and remains unchanged. The present invention is specifically for the upward reset technology of the nail rod after moving down according to a specific nailing stroke.

Such technologies can be found in the patent disclosures of TWI340075, TWI349601, TW404604 and US10919136B2. Among them: TWI340075 patent teaches the use of a pair of spiral compression springs arranged along the axis of the nailing rod on both sides, which can be compressed by the nailing rod to store elastic potential energy during the process of the nailing rod moving down to hit the nail, so that the nailing rod can be quickly moved up and reset by the elastic potential energy after moving down to hit the nail.

The difference between the TWI349601 patent and the aforementioned TWI340075 patent is that the TWI349601 patent winds a pair of helical tension springs around a positioning roller (or fixed pulley), the purpose of which is to shorten the configuration length of the pair of helical tension springs in the axial direction of the driving nail.

Patent TW404604 abandoned the helical compression spring and helical tension spring used in the aforementioned patents TWI340075 and TWI349601 as elastic elements, and instead adopted a pair of rubber bands as elastic elements to drive the driving rod to move upward and reset.

In addition, US10919136B2 is different from the above-mentioned technology and teaches the use of a torsion spring as an elastic element to drive the driving rod to move upward and reset.

It can be seen that the elastic element used to drive the bolt rod to move up and return to its original position on the existing electric bolt gun is mostly made of metal springs (including spiral springs and torsion springs) or rubber bands; and it is known that the above springs or rubber bands must receive an actuation distance to store elastic potential energy (including stretching or compression) when the bolt rod moves down to drive the bolt, and then release the elastic potential energy by the actuation distance to drive the bolt rod to move up and return to its original position.

Accordingly, the metal springs used in the patents TWI340075, TWI349601 and US10919136B2 are very likely to become brittle under long-term high-impact operation, and because the actuation distance of the spring to store elastic potential energy is equal to the nail stroke, the longer the nail stroke, the longer the actuation distance (or stretching or compression distance) of the spring, and the more obvious the impact brittleness of the spring.

However, although the rubber band taught in patent TW404604 can avoid the problem of springs being easily brittle due to impact, the elastic force that the rubber band can generate is far less than that of the spring, and when the rubber band is activated to store elastic potential energy, the actuation distance is equal to the nail stroke, especially after long-term operation, it is still easy to generate elastic fatigue and reduce the service life.

The inventor of the present invention believes that in order to practically solve the technical problems existing in the above-mentioned prior art, it is necessary to try to reduce the actuation distance of the elastic element to store the elastic potential energy; in other words, when the elastic potential energy stored in the elastic element is sufficient to drive the driving rod to move upward and reset, it is necessary to try to reduce the actuation distance, that is, to make the actuation distance greater than 0 and less than the driving stroke (i.e., distance), so as to avoid the spring from generating impact brittleness and avoid elastic fatigue of the rubber band.

For this reason, a preferred embodiment of the present invention is to provide a driving device for the return stroke of the hammer rod of an electric nail gun, which is configured on a gun body support and includes: a motor drive unit, a hammer rod, a pulley set and at least one elastic element. At least one of the elastic elements is disposed between the gun body support and the guide member to transmit the movable guide member.

When the hammer rod moves downward to hammer the nail according to the hammer stroke, the movable pulley is pulled by the cable to link the guide member, driving the guide member to move an actuation stroke in a manner of storing the elastic potential energy of at least one elastic element; after the hammer rod moves downward to hammer the nail, at least one elastic element releases the elastic potential energy to drive the guide member to move and reset according to the actuation stroke, and the guide member pulls the cable through the movable pulley, thereby linking the hammer rod to move upward and reset according to the hammer stroke, so that the actuation stroke is greater than 0 and less than the hammer stroke.

1/2。 In further implementation, the actuation stroke may be 1/2 of the nailing stroke.

In a further implementation, the pulley assembly further includes a fixed pulley positioned on the gun body support and freely rotating, the fixed pulley being located between the head end and the guide member to guide the cable. The movable pulley is arranged beside the hammer rod along the hammer axis, the hammer rod has a striking part, and the movable pulley is located between the fixed pulley and the striking part along the hammer axis. The fixed pulley is positioned on the gun body support above the hammer rod along the hammer axis.

In a further implementation, at least one guide post is further arranged on the gun body support along the axial direction of the hammer, and the guide member is slidably arranged on at least one of the guide posts to implement the movement of the actuating stroke. Among them, at least one of the guide posts is two pairs of guide posts, and the pair of guide posts respectively have a top end and a bottom end that can be fixed to the gun body support, and at least one of the elastic elements is two pairs of elastic elements, and the pair of elastic elements are symmetrically arranged between the guide member and the bottom end, or symmetrically arranged between the top end and the guide member.

In a further implementation, the pair of elastic elements may be one of a pair of rubber bands and a pair of helical springs.

In summary, since the prior art has not seen the interdependent transmission technology of the pulley block applied to the nail gun, according to the above implementation content of the present invention, it can be known that the present invention uses the fixed pulley and the movable pulley to guide the cable, and then the movable pulley can be interdependently transmitted with the nail rod, which can effectively reduce the movement distance of the elastic element to store elastic potential energy without affecting the established nail stroke. It can be seen that the present invention can eliminate or reduce the problem of the elastic element easily breeding impact brittleness and elastic fatigue, and even improve the durability and service life of the elastic element.

30。 Please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5 together, which disclose the configuration details of the first preferred embodiment of the present invention, and explain that the present invention is applied to the nail rod return transmission device on the electric nail gun, which is configured on a gun body support 10 of the electric nail gun and includes: a motor drive unit 20, a nail rod 30, a pulley block 40 and at least one elastic element 50. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , the motor drive unit 20 includes an electromagnetic actuator 21 fixed to the top of the gun body bracket 10, and a swing arm 22 pivotally mounted near the bottom of the gun body bracket 10. A power flywheel 23 is disposed on the swing arm 22. A motor (not shown) is axially connected to one side of the power flywheel 23 so that the power flywheel 23 has rotational kinetic energy. In addition, the electromagnetic actuator 21 is excited by the electromagnetic coil to generate a magnetic field to drive a push rod 21a to push the swing arm 22 to swing. A compression spring 24 is disposed between the swing arm 22 and the gun body bracket 10. According to this configuration, when the electromagnetic actuator 21 is electrically stimulated to drive the push rod 21a to push the swing arm 22 to swing, the swing arm 22 can drive the wheel surface of the power flywheel 23 to frictionally drive the hammer rod 30 to move downward to hit the nail (as shown in Figure 5 described later). During this process, the compression spring 24 is compressed to store an elastic thrust. When the electromagnetic actuator 21 is powered off, the swing arm 22 can be released. The swing arm 22 is pushed and rotated to return to its original position by the elastic thrust of the compression spring 24, so that the wheel surface of the power flywheel 23 is separated from the hammer rod 30.

Please refer to FIG. 3, which discloses that at least one guide post is disposed on the gun body support 10 along the driving axis Z. In this embodiment, two pairs of first guide posts 11 are used as an example to explain that a pair of upper buffer pads 11a and a pair of lower buffer pads 11b are disposed at both ends of the pair of first guide posts 11, and a driving stroke L1 in the driving axis Z is defined between the pair of upper buffer pads 11a and the pair of lower buffer pads 11b. The two ends of the top of the driving rod 30 are respectively extended to form a pair of slide seats 31, so that the pair of slide seats 31 can slide symmetrically on the pair of first guide posts 11 and sit on the driving rod 30. Between the upper buffer pad 11a and the lower buffer pad 11b, the hammer rod 30 slides in the gun body support 10 along the hammer axis Z by means of the sliding arrangement of the slide 31 and the first guide column 11, so that the hammer rod 30 moves downward to hammer the nail according to the hammer stroke L1 in the hammer axis Z when driven by the motor drive unit 20 (as shown in FIG. 5), and the lower buffer pad 11b limits the pair of slides 31 to move downward to the position of the lower dead point, and the upper buffer pad 11a limits the pair of slides 31 to move upward to the position of the upper dead point.

Continuing with the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , the pulley assembly 40 includes a fixed pulley 41, a movable pulley 42, a guide member 43 and a cable 44. The fixed pulley 41 and the movable pulley 42 are both freely rotatable ropes, and the difference between them is that the fixed pulley 41 is positioned on the gun body support 10, and the movable pulley 42 is pivoted in the guide member 43, so that the movable pulley 42 is moved along the hammer axis Z and arranged beside the hammer rod 30, while the fixed pulley 41 is arranged on the gun body support 10 above the hammer rod 30 along the hammer axis Z. In other words, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 5 , the hammer rod 30 has a hammer part 35. Whether the hammer part 35 is before hammering (as shown in FIG. 2 ) or after hammering (as shown in FIG. 5 ), the movable pulley 42 can be located between the fixed pulley 41 and the hammer part 35 along the hammering axis Z.

44。 The guide member 43 can carry the movable pulley 42 and be arranged along the Z direction of the hammer axis; the guide member 43 can be arranged along the Z direction of the hammer axis by at least one guide column symmetrically arranged along the Z direction of the hammer axis on the gun body support 10. At least one of the guide columns is marked as two pairs of second guide columns 12 in Figures 1, 2 and 4 to distinguish it from the first guide column 11 of the sliding group of the hammer rod 30. The guide member 43 can be made into a rectangular block shape, and then slidably arranged on the pair of second guide columns 12 in a transverse manner and arranged along the Z direction of the hammer axis, and implement a movement of an actuation stroke L2 (as shown in Figure 5, which will be described in detail later). The cable 44 has a head end 44a and a tail end 44b which are spaced apart by a specific length. The head end 44a and the tail end 44b each have a lead head. The lead head of the head end 44a can be embedded in a block 32. The driving rod 30 has an embedding hole 33 for embedding the block 32, so that the head end 44a can be embedded in the block 32. 2 and fixed on the driving rod 30; the lead head of the tail end 44b can be locked by a clamp 34 and fixed to the top of the gun body support 10, the fixed pulley 41 is located between the head end 44a and the guide 43 to guide the cable 44, and the movable pulley 42 is located between the fixed pulley 41 and the tail end 44b to guide the cable 44.

Please continue to refer to Figure 4, which reveals that the guide member 43 can actually be made into a sliding seat shape, and a through hole 432 can be opened in the middle of the guide member 43, so that the movable pulley 42 can be pivoted in the through hole 432 in a pivotal manner and exposed to the outside, and can freely rotate to provide the cable 44 to be wound around and facilitate the guide member 43 and the cable 44 to guide each other. In addition, the two ends of the guide member 43 can also be extended to form at least a pair of left-right symmetrical hook ears 431, and a pair of left-right symmetrical hook buttons 13 (marked in Figures 1 and 2) are formed at the near bottom of the gun body bracket 10 along the actuation stroke L2 shown in Figure 5.

In the implementation shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 , at least one of the elastic elements 50 is taken as an example of two pairs of rubber tendons 51, which illustrate that the pair of rubber tendons 51 can be symmetrically arranged between the hook ears 431 of the guide member 43 and the hook button 13 near the bottom of the gun body support 10 (as shown in FIG. 2 ), that is, the pair of rubber tendons 51 can be symmetrically arranged between the gun body support 10 and the guide member 43 (as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 ) by means of the hook ears 431 and the hook button 13, so as to transmit the guide member 43 that is moved or slidably arranged on the pair of second guide posts 12 to move the actuation stroke L2 (as shown in FIG. 5 , which will be described in detail later). In other words, as shown in FIG. 2 , the pair of second guide posts 12 respectively have a top end 12a and a bottom end 12b that can be fixed to the gun body support 10, and the pair of rubber tendons 51 are symmetrically arranged between the guide member 43 and the bottom end 12b.

Next, please refer to FIG. 2 and FIG. 5. FIG. 2 shows the state of the hammer rod 30 before hammering or after it is reset by moving downward according to the hammer stroke L1, and FIG. 5 shows the state of the hammer rod 30 when it is hammering according to the hammer stroke L1. When the hammer rod 30 is hammered downward according to the hammer stroke L1 shown in FIG. 2 to the state shown in FIG. 5, the movable pulley 42 is pulled by the cable 44 to link the guide member 43, so that the guide member 43 can move the actuation stroke L2 shown in FIG. 5 in a manner of storing the elastic potential energy of the pair of rubber tendons 51 (or elastic element 50). After the hammer rod 30 moves downward to hammer, as shown in FIG5 , the pair of rubber bands 51 (or elastic element 50) release the elastic potential energy to drive the guide member 43 to move and reset according to the actuation stroke L2, and the guide member 43 pulls the cable 44 through the movable pulley 42, thereby driving the hammer rod 30 to move upward and reset according to the actuation stroke L1, and the actuation stroke L2 is greater than 0 and less than the actuation stroke L1. More specifically, due to the interdependent transmission configuration feature between the movable pulley 42 and the hammer rod 30, the actuation stroke L2 is only 1/2 of the actuation stroke L1. According to this design, the distance that the pair of rubber bands 51 (or elastic elements 50) are pulled by the driving rod 30 when the driving rod 30 moves downward to drive the nail can be effectively shortened (i.e., the actuating stroke L2 is shortened). Moreover, under the condition that the driving force of the driving rod 30 moving downward to drive the nail is specific, the rubber bands 51 with a larger elastic coefficient can be selected according to the characteristics of the interdependent transmission of the pulley block 40. As the paired elastic elements 50, the force of the pair of rubber tendons 51 releasing elastic potential energy is relatively greater than the force of the nailing rod 30 moving downward to hit the nail (up to 2 times greater), thereby improving the durability and service life of the rubber tendons 51 (or elastic elements 50), and also eliminating the problem of elastic elements easily generating impact brittleness.

Next, please refer to Figures 6 to 8 together, which jointly disclose the configuration details of the second embodiment of the present invention. The difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 5 is that the elastic element 50 selected in the second embodiment is two pairs of coil springs 52 (in the example, coil compression springs), and the pair of coil springs 52 are symmetrically arranged on the outer periphery of the second guide column 12 between the top ends 12a of the pair of second guide columns 12 and the top wall of the guide member 43 (as shown in Figures 6 and 7); other than that, the contents disclosed in the second embodiment are the same as those disclosed in the first embodiment and produce equivalent effects. In other words, in the second embodiment, when the hammer rod 30 moves downward to hammer (as shown in FIG. 8 ), the pair of coil springs 52 are compressed by the cable 44 pulling the pulley 42 and the guide member 43 upward along the actuating stroke L2, and the guide member 43 is driven to move downward and return to its original position along the actuating stroke L2 by first storing the elastic potential energy and then releasing the elastic potential energy (as shown in FIG. 7 ). Meanwhile, the actuating stroke L2 of the coil spring 52 can also be greater than 0 and less than the hammer stroke L1, or the actuating stroke L2 is only 1/2 of the hammer stroke L1. 1/2, so the pair of coil springs 52 (or elastic element 50) can also effectively reduce the distance that the hammer rod 30 is pulled when it moves downward to hit the nail (i.e. shorten the actuation stroke L2), and a pair of coil springs 52 with a larger elastic coefficient can be selected as the pair of elastic elements 50, so that the force of the pair of coil springs 52 to release the elastic potential energy is relatively greater than the force of the hammer rod 30 moving downward to hit the nail (up to 2 times greater), thereby greatly reducing the possibility of the coil spring generating impact brittleness, thereby improving the durability and service life of the coil spring 52 (or elastic element 50).

In addition, the coil spring 52 in the second embodiment is explained by taking a coil compression spring as an example; when the elastic element 50 is a pair of coil tension springs as the elastic element capable of storing and releasing elastic potential energy, the pair of coil tension springs can be arranged between the guide member 43 and the bottom end 12b of the pair of second guide posts 12 according to the guidance of the rubber tendon 51 in the first embodiment to produce an equivalent effect, which should be interpreted as the technical scope of the present invention that can be easily converted and is further explained.

44。 Furthermore, please refer to Figures 9 to 11 together, which jointly disclose the configuration details of the third embodiment of the present invention. The difference between the third embodiment and the first and second embodiments mentioned above is that the fixed pulley 41 shown in Figures 1 to 8 is abandoned, so that the pulley set 40 only needs to include the movable pulley 42, the guide 43 and the cable 44.

Specifically, FIG. 9 discloses that the guide member 43 is formed in a sliding seat shape, and is slidably mounted on the second guide post 12 of the gun body support 10 and is configured to move along the hammer axis Z. FIG. 10 discloses a movable pulley 42 pivotally mounted in the guide member 43, and a cable 44 guided by the movable pulley 42, wherein the head end 44a of the cable 44 is fixed to the hammer rod 30 and the tail end 44b is fixed to the gun body support 10. The pair of coil springs 53 can be arranged between the bottom end of the gun body support 10 and the bottom of the guide member 43 by means of the guidance of the second guide post 12, so as to drive the guide member 43 to reciprocate along the hammer axis Z. FIG. 11 shows that when the hammer rod 30 moves downward to hammer, the hammer rod 30 drives the pulley 42 and the guide member 43 to move downward by the actuation stroke L2 through the cable 44 and compresses the pair of coil springs 53, so that the pair of coil springs 53 can release the elastic force to drive the guide member 43 to move upward and return to the state of FIG. 10 according to the actuation stroke L2. Meanwhile, the actuation stroke L2 of the coil spring 53 can also reach more than 0 and is less than the nail stroke L1, or the actuation stroke L2 is only 1/2 of the nail stroke L1, so the pair of coil springs 53 (or elastic element 50) can also effectively reduce the distance that the nail rod 30 is pulled when it moves downward to nail (i.e. shorten the actuation stroke L2). Other than that, the contents disclosed in the first and second embodiments are the same and produce equivalent effects.

Furthermore, the number of the guide posts 11, upper cushion 11a, lower cushion 11b, slide seat 31, hook ear 431, hook button 13 and elastic element 50 arranged in pairs is not necessarily required in practice. In other words, any single or asymmetrical three or more are simple replacements that can achieve the same effect and should be interpreted as the technical scope covered by the present invention and explained.

The above embodiments only express the preferred implementation of the present invention, but they cannot be understood as limiting the scope of the patent application of the present invention.
