Claims (9)

一種防水襪鞋之製造方法,至少包括(1)鞋套定型、(2)防水施作、(3)加厚補強以及(4)鞋面包覆等步驟,上述步驟流程如下:(1)鞋套定型,包含一體編織而成之一內裡鞋套,該內裡鞋套具有一鞋跟部、一鞋頭部以及成開口狀之一穿套部,該內裡鞋套係經由該穿套部穿入一3D腳模,並透過該3D腳模將該內裡鞋套撐起,再將該內裡鞋套外表面塗佈一黏膠,以供一防水薄膜包覆黏合;(2)防水施作,該防水薄膜係套覆於該內裡鞋套外表面,再將外表面具有所述防水薄膜之內裡鞋套利用進行烘乾作業,使該防水薄膜緊密黏合包覆於該內裡鞋套外表面;(3)加厚補強,將包覆有防水薄膜的內裡鞋套以沉浸的方式於外表面預設高度塗佈一彈性膠,再利用烘乾作業將該彈性膠乾燥硬化後形成一補強層,更於鞋頭進行一補強作業,其包含一鞋頭強化套以及一安全強化鞋頭,該鞋頭強化套係先套覆於該內裡鞋套之鞋頭部,再將該安全強化鞋頭穿套疊設於該鞋頭強化套外,且該安全強化鞋頭之穿入端係固設一軟質弧片,該軟質弧片端緣超出該鞋頭強化套外約0.5~1cm,最多應不超過5cm;(4)鞋面包覆,包括一外布鞋面,該外布鞋面係將內表面朝外塗佈有黏膠,再將該外布鞋面內翻包覆於該具有防水薄膜以及補強層之內裡鞋套外,最後進行烘乾作業將該外布鞋面以及該內裡鞋套黏合固定,待冷卻後即可將該3D腳模取出,俾以完成一種防水襪鞋者。 A method for manufacturing waterproof socks and shoes comprises at least the steps of (1) shaping the shoe cover, (2) waterproofing, (3) thickening and reinforcing, and (4) covering the shoe surface.
