More specifically, each second inner step 610 is substantially L-shaped, wherein one second inner step 610 is connected to the third connection surface 371 and the two third inner side surfaces 372 at the same time, and another second inner step 610 is connected to the fourth connection surface 341 and the two fourth inner side surfaces 342 at the same time.

Thus, the first supporting plane V1 formed by the first inner steps 510 being aligned with each other is between the first upper layer area U1 and the first lower layer area L1 (FIG. 3). The second inner steps 610 are respectively arranged on the third inner corners 370 and the fourth inner corners 340, and the second supporting plane V2 formed by the second inner steps 610 being aligned with each other is between the second upper layer area U2 and the second lower layer area L2 (FIG. 3). However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the first inner steps 510 are not aligned with each other, and the second inner steps 610 are not aligned with each other.

In addition, each first inner step 510 further has a guiding slope 323, and the guiding slope 323 can guide the semi-finished product of a specific stage to move into the bottom of the first groove 500 (ie, the first lower layer area L1), however, the present invention is not limited thereto.

The first base 700 has two opposite first retracted portions 720 on one side facing the second base 800, the second base 800 has two opposite second retracted portions 820 on one side facing the first base 700, and has two opposite third retracted portions 830 on one side facing away from the first base 700. Each second inner corner portion 360 has a first flange portion 363. The first flange portion 363 is protrudingly disposed on the inner wall of the second inner corner portion 360 facing the first groove 500, and the other first inner step 510 simultaneously connects the second connecting surface 361, the second inner side surface 362 and the first flange portion 363. Thus, during assembly, since each first flange portion 363 extends laterally into one of the first retracted portions 720 in a matching manner, the first flange portion 363 and the top surface 710 of the first base 700 together form the bottom of the first groove 500 .

The second base 800 has two opposite second retracted portions 820 and two opposite third retracted portions 830. The second retracted portions 820 are oppositely located on a side of the second base 800 facing the first base 700. The third retracted portions 830 are oppositely located on a side of the second base 800 facing away from the first base 700, so that the second base 800 is in a cross shape.

Each third inner corner portion 370 has a second flange portion 373, which is protruded from the inner wall of one of the third inner corner portions 370 facing the second groove 600 and connected to the corresponding second inner step 610. Each fourth inner corner portion 340 has a third flange portion 343, which is protruded from the inner wall of one of the fourth inner corner portions 340 facing the second groove 600 and connected to the corresponding second inner step 610. Thus, during assembly, since the second flange portions 373 and the third flange portions 343 extend laterally into the second retracted portions 820 and the third retracted portions 830 respectively in a matching manner, the second flange portions 373, the third flange portions 343 and a surface of the second base 800 facing the second groove 600 (such as the top surface 810) together form the bottom of the second groove 600.

In this embodiment, the first base 700 further has a recessed portion 730 and a first through-hole 740, wherein the recessed portion 730 is formed on the top surface 710 of the first base 700, and the first through-hole 740 is opened at the bottom 731 of the recessed portion 730. The position and depth of the recessed portion 730 and the first through-hole 740 can be adjusted according to requirements or restrictions (e.g., the height of the protruding part of the stage semi-finished product). The second base 800 further has a protruding portion 840, which is protruding from the top surface 810 of the second base 800. The protruding portion 840 has a supporting surface 841, which is approximately flush with the second bearing plane V2 (Figure 3) for placing a specific stage semi-finished product. In addition, since the supporting surface 841 is planar, the semi-finished product can be fastened to the supporting surface 841 .

In addition, in this embodiment, the base 100 has one or more openings 130, each opening 130 passes through the base 100 and simultaneously connects the bearing surface 110 and the bottom surface 120 of the base 100. In this way, the opening 130 can not only reduce the weight of the base 100, but also provide more functionality for the composite material tray 10.

Figures 4A to 4F are operation diagrams of the composite material tray 10 of an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Figures 4A to 4F, the composite material tray 10 is suitable for carrying semi-finished products that are sequentially completed in several stages of an assembly process. For example, the composite material tray 10 is used in the assembly process of electronic devices, and the assembly process includes three sections: the pre-test section, the assembly section, and the post-test section.

Before entering the front test section, as shown in Figures 1 and 4A, first place a wiring board 910 of the electronic device into the first groove 500 of the composite material tray 10 so that it lies flat on the bottom of the first groove 500 (i.e., the top surface 710 of the first base 700, in the first lower area L1, Figure 3), so that the composite material tray 10 can move the wiring board 910 into the front test section.

Next, the composite material tray 10 is moved to the assembly section, and the following steps are performed. As shown in FIG. 4B , when the wiring board 910 is on the top surface 710 of the first base 700, a heat sink assembly 920 is assembled on one side of the wiring board 910 (the whole is referred to as the circuit board module 930); then, the circuit board module 930 is taken out from the composite material tray 10, and a lower cover 940 is assembled on the circuit board module 930 by screw locking, as shown in FIG. 4C . The first semi-finished product 950 is placed in the second groove 600 of the composite material tray 10, so that the front side 941 of the lower cover 940 of the first semi-finished product 950 is placed flat on the support surface 841 and the second inner step 610 (such as in the second upper layer area U2, Figure 3), and the side of the circuit board module 930 facing away from the lower cover 940 is facing upward. Then, the first semi-finished product 950 is turned upside down, so that the end edge 942 of the lower cover 940 of the first semi-finished product 950 is placed flat on the second inner step 610 (such as in the second upper layer area U2, Figure 3), and the front side 941 of the lower cover 940 of the first semi-finished product 950 is facing upward (Figure 4D). Next, as shown in FIG. 4D , an information label 960 is pasted to the front side 941 of the lower cover 940 of the first semi-finished product 950 (hereinafter referred to as the second semi-finished product 970 ). Next, as shown in FIG. 4E , an upper cover 980 is placed flat on the first inner step 510 in the first cavity 500 (such as in the first upper layer area U1 , FIG. 3 ), so that the front side 981 of the upper cover 980 is placed flat on the first inner step 510. As shown in FIG. 4F , the second semi-finished product 970 is moved from the second cavity 600 to the first cavity 500 , so that the lower cover 940 of the second semi-finished product 970 covers the upper cover 980 in the first cavity 500 (such as in the first upper layer area U1 , FIG. 3 ). Next, as shown in FIG. 4F , the lower cover 940 is fastened to the upper cover 980 in the first groove 500 by screwing, so that the circuit board module 930 is accommodated between the upper cover 980 and the lower cover 940 (collectively referred to as the final semi-finished product 900, FIG. 4F ).

Next, the composite material tray 10 is moved to the post-test section to proceed to the following steps. As shown in FIG. 4G , the final semi-finished product 900 is turned upside down so that the front 941 of the lower cover 940 of the final semi-finished product 900 is placed flat on the first inner step 510 (such as in the first upper layer area U1, FIG. 3 ), and the front 981 of the upper cover 980 of the final semi-finished product 900 is facing upward, so that the composite material tray 10 can move the final semi-finished product 900 to the relevant test station and enter the post-test section.

Thus, through the structures of the above embodiments, the composite material tray 10 of the present invention can carry the semi-finished products completed in sequence in each stage of the assembly process, which greatly simplifies the number of types of trays and does not consume more manufacturing costs.

FIG. 5 is a top view of a composite material tray 11 of an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 5 , the composite material tray 11 of the present embodiment is substantially the same as the composite material tray 10 of FIG. 1 , except that the receiving assembly 301 includes a rectangular frame 400 containing a first groove 500 and a second groove 600 instead of a segmented frame. The number of the first inner step 520 is a single one instead of a plurality, and the number of the second inner step 620 is a single one instead of a plurality. More specifically, in this embodiment, the rectangular frame 400 continuously surrounds the first groove 500 and the second groove 600, and the first inner step 520 is continuously formed on the inner wall of the rectangular frame 400, so that the above-mentioned stage semi-finished product can be placed more stably in the first groove 500. Similarly, the second inner step 620 is continuously formed on the inner wall of the rectangular frame 400. However, the present invention is not limited to this.

Finally, the above disclosed embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention.
