濾色器是自白色光中提取紅色、綠色及藍色此三種顏色而能夠形成微小的像素單元的薄膜型光學部件,一個像素的大小為數十至數百微米程度。就此類濾色器而言,為對各個像素之間的邊界部分進行遮光,採用如下結構:在透明基板上依次堆疊有以預定的圖案形成的黑矩陣層、及為形成各個像素將多種顏色(通常為紅色(R)、綠色(G)及藍色(B))的3原色以預定之順序進行排列的像素部。 近年來,作為形成濾色器的方法之一,採用利用顏料分散型感光性樹脂的顏料分散法,但自光源照射的光在透過濾色器的過程中,光的一部分經濾色器吸收而光效率降低,此外,發生因濾色器所包括的顏料的特性而使顏色再現降低的問題。 特別是,隨著濾色器在以各種影像顯示裝置為代表的多種多樣的領域中使用,不僅要求優異的圖案特性,而且要求高顏色再現率以及優異的高亮度、高對比度等效能,為解決此等問題,提出了利用包括量子點的自發光感光性樹脂組合物的濾色器製造方法。 韓國公開專利第2013-0000506號揭露了一種顯示裝置,其包括使光的波長發生轉變的複數個波長轉換粒子;及包括吸收上述光中預定波長帶的光的複數個濾色器粒子的顏色轉換部。 然而,為製造包括量子點之濾色器或顯示裝置,需將量子點粒子均一分散,因此通常亦會在自發光感光性樹脂組合物中加入分散劑,但是以往包括分散劑之情況下,存在光效率降低之問題,且為了數十nm以下的微小粒子的分散而過量使用的情況下,存在因固化特性之降低而導致像素像點之品質降低的問題。 因此,要求開發使量子點粒子均一分散而能夠製造沒有光效率降低或感光特性不良之問題之優異的濾色器之量子點分散液、自發光感光性樹脂組合物。 [先前技術文獻] [專利文獻] [專利文獻1]韓國公開專利第2013-0000506號(2013.01.03.)
[發明所欲解決之問題] 本發明之目的在於,提供能夠防止光效率降低或感光特性不良之量子點分散液、包括該量子點分散液的自發光感光性樹脂組合物。 此外,本發明提供利用上述量子點分散液、自發光感光性樹脂組合物而製造之濾色器及影像顯示裝置。 [解決問題之技術手段] 為達成上述目的,本發明之量子點分散液之特徵在於,包括量子點、磷酸系分散劑及溶劑。 此外,本發明提供包括含有上述量子點分散液之自發光感光性樹脂組合物之固化物的濾色器及包括該濾色器的影像顯示裝置。 發明效果 本發明之量子點分散液、包括該量子點分散液的自發光感光性樹脂組合物藉由包括特定分散劑,從而具有容易形成微小像素像點,且能夠防止光效率之降低或感光特性不良的優點。 此外,利用本發明之自發光感光性樹脂組合物製造的濾色器及包括該濾色器之影像顯示裝置具有光效率優異且感光特性之不良少的優點。
以下,對本發明更詳細地說明。 本發明中,當指出某一構件位於另一構成「上」時,其不僅包含某一構件與另一構成接觸之情況,亦包含兩構件之間存在其他構件之情況。 本發明中,當指出某一部分「包括」某一構成要素時,其意思為,只要沒有特別相反之記載,則可進一步包括其他構成要素,而不是將其他構成要素排除。< 量子點分散液 >
本發明之一個實例涉及包括量子點、磷酸系分散劑及溶劑的量子點分散液。量子點
本發明之量子點分散液包括光致發光量子點。 上述量子點可指奈米大小之半導體物質。原子形成分子,分子構成所謂分子簇之小分子的集合體而形成奈米粒子,當此等奈米粒子帶有半導體特性時稱為量子點。若上述量子點自外部獲得能量而達到激發狀態,則上述量子點自發釋放與相應能帶隙對應之能量。 由含有本發明之量子點分散液的自發光感光性樹脂組合物製造的濾色器藉由包括上述量子點,從而能夠藉助光照射而發光(光致發光(photoluminescence))。 在包括濾色器之通常的影像顯示裝置中,白色光透過上述濾色器而呈現顏色,該處理程序中由於光之一部分會經濾色器吸收,因而光效率降低。然而,包括由含有本發明之量子點分散液之自發光感光性樹脂組合物製造的濾色器之情況下,具有以下優點:濾色器藉助光源之光而自發光,因而能夠表現出更加優異的光效率,此外由於發出帶有顏色的光,因而顏色再現性更加優異,且因光致發光而向所有方向發光,因而能夠改善視角。 只要是能夠因光的刺激而發光之量子點粒子就沒有特別限制。舉例而言,可選自由第II至VI族半導體化合物;第III至V族半導體化合物;第IV至VI族半導體化合物;第IV族元素或包括其之化合物;及其組合組成之群組,其可單獨或將兩種以上混合使用。 具體而言,上述第II至VI族半導體化合物可選自由以下化合物組成之群組,但並不限制於此:選自由CdS、CdSe、CdTe、ZnS、ZnSe、ZnTe、ZnO、HgS、HgSe、HgTe及其混合物組成之群組中之二元素化合物;選自由CdSeS、CdSeTe、CdSTe、ZnSeS、ZnSeTe、ZnSTe、HgSeS、HgSeTe、HgSTe、CdZnS、CdZnSe、CdZnTe、CdHgS、CdHgSe、CdHgTe、HgZnS、HgZnSe、HgZnTe及其混合物組成之群組中之三元素化合物;及選自由CdZnSeS、CdZnSeTe、CdZnSTe、CdHgSeS、CdHgSeTe、CdHgSTe、HgZnSeS、HgZnSeTe、HgZnSTe及其混合物組成之群組中之四元素化合物。 上述第III至V族半導體化合物可選自由以下化合物組成之群組:選自由GaN、GaP、GaAs、GaSb、AlN、AlP、AlAs、AlSb、InN、InP、InAs、InSb及其混合物組成之群組中之二元素化合物;選自由GaNP、GaNAs、GaNSb、GaPAs、GaPSb、AlNP、AlNAs、AlNSb、AlPAs、AlPSb、InNP、InNAs、InNSb、InPAs、InPSb、GaAlNP及其混合物組成之群組中之三元素化合物;及選自由GaAlNAs、GaAlNSb、GaAlPAs、GaAlPSb、GaInNP、GaInNAs、GaInNSb、GaInPAs、GaInPSb、InAlNP、InAlNAs、InAlNSb、InAlPAs、InAlPSb及其混合物組成之群組中之四元素化合物。 上述第IV至VI族半導體化合物可選自由以下化合物組成之群組中之一種以上,但並不限制於此:選自由SnS、SnSe、SnTe、PbS、PbSe、PbTe及其混合物組成之群組中之二元素化合物;選自由SnSeS、SnSeTe、SnSTe、PbSeS、PbSeTe、PbSTe、SnPbS、SnPbSe、SnPbTe及其混合物組成之群組中之三元素化合物;及選自由SnPbSSe、SnPbSeTe、SnPbSTe及其混合物組成之群組中之四元素化合物。 上述第IV族元素或包括其之化合物可選自由以下化合物組成之群組,但並不限制於此:選自由Si、Ge及其混合物組成之群組中之元素化合物;及選自由SiC、SiGe及其混合物組成之群組中之二元素化合物。 上述量子點可為均質的(homogeneous)單一結構;核殼(core-shell)結構、梯度(gradient)結構等之類的雙重結構;或其混合結構。 具體而言,上述核殼雙重結構中,分別形成核(core)及殼(shell)的物質可以由上述提及之彼此不同的半導體化合物形成。舉例而言,上述核可包括選自由CdSe、CdS、ZnS、ZnSe、CdTe、CdSeTe、CdZnS、PbSe、AgInZnS及ZnO組成之群組中之一種以上物質,但並不限制於此。上述殼可包括選自由CdSe、ZnSe、ZnS、ZnTe、CdTe、PbS、TiO、SrSe及HgSe組成之群組中之一種以上物質,同樣亦並不限制於此。 如通常之濾色器製造中所使用之著色感光性樹脂組合物為呈現顏色而包括紅色、綠色、藍色之著色劑那樣,光致發光量子點亦可分為紅色量子點、綠色量子點及藍色量子點。舉例而言,本發明之上述量子點可為發出紅色光之紅色量子點、發出綠色光之綠色量子點或發出藍色光之藍色量子點。 上述量子點可藉由濕式化學處理程序(wet chemical process)、有機金屬化學氣相沈積法(MOCVD,metal organic chemical vapor deposition)或分子束磊晶法(MBE,molecular beam epitaxy)來合成,但並不限制於此。 上述所謂濕式化學處理程序係在有機溶劑中加入前體物質而使粒子生長之方法。結晶生長時有機溶劑自然地配位於量子點結晶之表面而發揮分散劑之作用,調節結晶之生長,因而與有機金屬化學氣相沈積法或分子束磊晶法之類的氣相沈積方法相比,能夠藉由更加容易且廉價之處理程序來控制奈米粒子之生長,因此較佳使用上述濕式化學處理程序來製造本發明之上述量子點。 相對於上述量子點分散液之固體成分整體100重量份,上述量子點之含量可為3 ~ 80重量份,較佳為5 ~ 70重量份,更佳為8 ~ 65重量份。上述量子點之含量處於上述範圍內之情況下,能夠提供感光特性優異之量子點分散液、自發光感光性樹脂組合物。上述量子點之含量低於上述範圍之情況下,感光特性可能會降低,含量超過上述範圍之情況下,存在與上述量子點相比後述的其他構成比如鹼溶性樹脂、光聚合性化合物之類之構成之含量會相對減少,因而濾色器之製造可能會變難的問題,因此較佳含量處於上述範圍內。磷酸系分散 劑
本發明之量子點分散液包括磷酸系分散劑。 本發明之一實施形態中,上述磷酸系分散劑在一個分子內進一步包括酯基或聚酯部分。 具體而言,上述磷酸系分散劑可包括磷酸酯系化合物。上述磷酸系分散劑可包括存在於磷酸酯((HO)2
PO(OR))或磷酸(H3
PO4
)的羥基或羥基之氫原子經其他官能基取代或非取代的形態。比如,上述磷酸系分散劑可由(H2
PO3
-)之形態表示,但並不限制於此。此外,本發明中,上述所謂「磷酸系或磷酸酯系」亦可包括選自由亞磷酸衍生物、磷酸衍生物、膦酸衍生物及次膦酸衍生物組成之群組中之一種以上。 本發明之自發光感光性組合物由於包括上述磷酸系分散劑,因此具有能夠抑制光效率降低及感光特性不良之優點。 本發明的另一實施形態中,上述磷酸系分散劑在一個分子內可進一步包括聚醚部分。 具體而言,上述磷酸系分散劑在一個分子內可包括酯基或聚酯部分及聚醚部分。 本發明中所謂「聚-」可指由大量的重複單元形成之化合物,上述「聚醚部分」、「聚酯部分」分別可指由2 ~ 20個包括醚基或酯基之重複單元形成之部分。本發明中,較佳由5 ~ 20個重複單元形成,更佳由10 ~ 20個形成,該情況下具有相容性優異之優點。 上述磷酸系分散劑在一個分子內進一步包括聚醚部分之情況下,具有提高與後述之鹼溶性樹脂之相容性的優點,上述磷酸系分散劑在一個分子內進一步包括酯基或聚酯部分之情況下,具有提高與鹼溶性樹脂之相容性及對於鹼顯影液之溶解特性的優點。上述磷酸系分散劑在一個分子內進一步包括磷酸基之情況下,可藉由吸附於量子點表面而發揮保護層作用,且具有使上述量子點解聚的優點。 較佳地,本發明之磷酸系分散劑在一個分子內可包括聚醚部分、酯基及磷酸基,該情況下具有使量子點解聚而使分散粒度變小,且具有與鹼溶性樹脂之相容性及對於鹼顯影液之溶解特性而有利於圖案形成的優點,因此最佳。 本發明之另一實施形態中,相對於上述量子點固體成分整體100重量份,上述磷酸系分散劑的含量可以為1 ~ 300重量份,較佳為3 ~ 250重量份,更佳為5 ~ 200重量份。相對於上述量子點固體成分整體100重量份,上述磷酸系分散劑之含量處於上述範圍內之情況下,上述量子點之解聚效果優異,能夠抑制由本發明之量子點分散液、自發光感光性樹脂組合物內之極性差異引起的析出現象,且在濾色器製造製程中能夠發揮量子點的保護層作用,因此較佳。 上述磷酸系分散劑之含量低於上述範圍之情況下,上述量子點之解聚效果可能會降低,在含量超過上述範圍的情況下,含有上述量子點分散液之自發光感光性樹脂組合物之顯影特性可能會降低,因此較佳含量處於上述範圍內。 本發明之另一實施形態中,上述磷酸系分散劑之酸值可以為1 ~ 150 mg KOH/g,胺值可以為0 ~ 10 mg KOH/g。 上述磷酸系分散劑之酸值、胺值處於上述範圍內之情況下,具有能夠提供發光特性優異之自發光感光性樹脂的優點。 上述「酸值」是中和丙烯酸系聚合物1 g所要之氫氧化鉀的量(mg),藉由所測定之值來調節溶解性。 上述胺值係指中和試樣1 g中所含有之胺所要之鹽酸的量(mg),是用鹽酸滴定後換算成mg KOH/g而表示的值。 上述磷酸系分散劑例如可舉出Disperbyk-110、111、180、192、103、106等,可單獨使用或將兩種以上組合使用。溶劑
本發明之量子點分散液所包括之溶劑沒有特別限制,可包括本領域中通常使用之有機溶劑。 上述溶劑具體可舉出乙二醇單甲基醚、乙二醇單乙基醚、乙二醇單丙基醚、乙二醇單丁基醚等乙二醇單烷基醚類;二乙二醇二甲基醚、二乙二醇二乙基醚、二乙二醇二丙基醚、二乙二醇二丁基醚等二乙二醇二烷基醚類;甲基溶纖劑乙酸酯、乙基溶纖劑乙酸酯等乙二醇烷基醚乙酸酯類;丙二醇單甲基醚乙酸酯、丙二醇單乙基醚乙酸酯、丙二醇單丙基醚乙酸酯等亞烷基二醇烷基醚乙酸酯類;甲氧基丁基乙酸酯、甲氧基戊基乙酸酯等烷氧基烷基乙酸酯類;苯、甲苯、二甲苯、均三甲苯等芳族烴類;甲基乙基酮、丙酮、甲基戊基酮、甲基異丁基酮、環己酮等酮類;乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、己醇、環己醇、乙二醇、甘油等醇類;3-乙氧基丙酸乙酯、3-甲氧基丙酸甲酯等酯類、γ-丁內酯等環狀酯類等,且可舉出己烷、環己烷、氯仿等非極性溶劑類;乙酸正己酯、乙酸正戊酯、乙酸異戊酯、乙酸正丁酯、乙酸異丁酯等。 關於上述溶劑,自塗佈性及乾燥性態樣考慮,上述溶劑中較佳可舉出沸點為100℃~200℃之有機溶劑,更佳可舉出亞烷基二醇烷基醚乙酸酯類、酮類、3-乙氧基丙酸乙酯或3-甲氧基丙酸甲酯等酯類,進一步較佳可舉出丙二醇單甲基醚乙酸酯、丙二醇單乙基醚乙酸酯、環己酮、3-乙氧基丙酸乙酯、3-甲氧基丙酸甲酯、乙酸正己酯、乙酸正戊酯、乙酸異戊酯、乙酸正丁酯、乙酸異丁酯等。此類溶劑可各自單獨或將兩種以上混合使用。 相對於上述量子點分散液整體100重量份,上述溶劑之含量可為25 ~ 95重量份,具體可為30 ~ 90重量份,但並不限制於此。 但是,上述溶劑之含量處於上述範圍內的情況下,在利用輥塗機、旋塗機、狹縫式旋塗機、狹縫塗佈機(有時亦稱為模塗機)、噴墨印表機等塗佈裝置進行塗佈時,塗佈性會變佳,因此較佳。上述之溶劑之含量低於上述範圍的情況下,可能會因塗佈性降低而導致製程變難,超過上述範圍的情況下,可能發生由上述含有量子點分散液之自發光感光性樹脂組合物形成之濾色器的效能或許降低之問題。< 自 發 光感光性 樹 脂 組 合物 >

本發明之自發光感光性樹脂組合物中所含有之光聚合性化合物係能夠因光及後述之光聚合引發劑之作用而聚合的化合物,可以舉出單官能單體、二官能單體、及多官能單體等。 上述單官能單體之種類沒有特別限制,例如可舉出丙烯酸壬基苯基卡必醇酯、丙烯酸2-羥基-3-苯氧基丙酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己基卡必醇酯、丙烯酸2-羥基乙酯、N-乙烯基吡咯啶酮等。 上述二官能單體之種類沒有特別限制,例如可舉出1,6-己二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、新戊二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、雙酚A的雙(丙烯醯氧乙基)醚、3-甲基戊二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯等。 上述多官能單體之種類沒有特別限制,例如可舉出三羥甲基丙烷三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、乙氧基化三羥甲基丙烷三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、丙氧基化三羥甲基丙烷三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、異戊四醇三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、異戊四醇四(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二異戊四醇三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二異戊四醇五(甲基)丙烯酸酯、乙氧基化二異戊四醇六(甲基)丙烯酸酯、丙氧基化二異戊四醇六(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二異戊四醇六(甲基)丙烯酸酯等。其中較佳使用二官能以上之多官能單體。 作為上述光聚合性化合物之市售品之實例,有新中村公司的A9550等,但並不限制於此。 相對於上述自發光感光性樹脂組合物整體100重量份,上述光聚合性化合物的含量可為5 ~ 80重量份,具體為10 ~ 70重量份,更具體為15 ~ 60重量份。上述光聚合性化合物之含量處於上述範圍內的情況下,在像素部之強度或平滑性態樣具有優點。 上述光聚合性化合物之含量低於上述範圍的情況下,像素部之強度可能會降低,上述光聚合性化合物的含量超過上述範圍的情況下,平滑性可能會降低,因此較佳包括在上述範圍內。光聚合引 發劑
本發明之光聚合引發劑只要能夠使上述光聚合性化合物聚合則其種類沒有特別限制。尤其自聚合特性、引發效率、吸收波長、獲取性、價格等觀點出發,上述光聚合引發劑較佳使用選自由苯乙酮系化合物、二苯甲酮系化合物、三嗪系化合物、聯咪唑系化合物、肟化合物及噻噸酮系化合物組成之群組中之一種以上化合物。 作為上述苯乙酮系化合物之實施例,可舉出二乙氧基苯乙酮、2-羥基-2-甲基-1-苯基丙烷-1-酮、苯偶醯二甲基縮酮、2-羥基-1-[4-(2-羥基乙氧基)苯基]-2-甲基丙烷-1-酮、1-羥基環己基苯基酮、2-甲基-1-(4-甲基苯硫基)-2-嗎啉代丙烷-1-酮、2-苄基-2-二甲基胺基-1-(4-嗎啉代苯基)丁烷-1-酮、2-羥基-2-甲基-1-[4-(1-甲基乙烯基)苯基]丙烷-1-酮、2-(4-甲基苄基)-2-(二甲基胺基)-1-(4-嗎啉代苯基)丁烷-1-酮等。 作為上述二苯甲酮系化合物,例如有二苯甲酮、鄰苯甲醯基苯甲酸甲酯、4-苯基二苯甲酮、4-苯甲醯基-4'-甲基二苯硫醚、3,3',4,4'-四(第三丁基過氧化羰基)二苯甲酮、2,4,6-三甲基二苯甲酮等。 作為上述三嗪系化合物之實施例,可舉出2,4-雙(三氯甲基)-6-(4-甲氧基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪、2,4-雙(三氯甲基)-6-(4-甲氧基萘基)-1,3,5-三嗪、2,4-雙(三氯甲基)-6-胡椒基-1,3,5-三嗪、2,4-雙(三氯甲基)-6-(4-甲氧基苯乙烯基)-1,3,5-三嗪、2,4-雙(三氯甲基)-6-[2-(5-甲基呋喃-2-基)乙烯基]-1,3,5-三嗪、2,4-雙(三氯甲基)-6-[2-(呋喃-2-基)乙烯基]-1,3,5-三嗪、2,4-雙(三氯甲基)-6-[2-(4-二乙基胺基-2-甲基苯基)乙烯基]-1,3,5-三嗪、2,4-雙(三氯甲基)-6-[2-(3,4-二甲氧基苯基)乙烯基]-1,3,5-三嗪等。 作為上述聯咪唑系化合物之實施例,可舉出2,2'-雙(2-氯苯基)-4,4',5,5'-四苯基聯咪唑、2,2'-雙(2,3-二氯苯基)-4,4',5,5'-四苯基聯咪唑、2,2'-雙(2-氯苯基)-4,4',5,5'-四(烷氧基苯基)聯咪唑、2,2'-雙(2-氯苯基)-4,4',5,5'-四(三烷氧基苯基)聯咪唑、2,2-雙(2,6-二氯苯基)-4,4',5,5'-四苯基-1,2'-聯咪唑或4,4',5,5'位置的苯基被烷氧羰醯基取代的咪唑化合物等。其中,較佳使用2,2'-雙(2-氯苯基)-4,4',5,5'-四苯基聯咪唑、2,2'-雙(2,3-二氯苯基)-4,4',5,5'-四苯基聯咪唑、2,2-雙(2,6-二氯苯基)-4,4',5,5'-四苯基-1,2'-聯咪唑。 作為上述肟化合物之實施例,可舉出鄰乙氧基羰基-α-氧亞胺基-1-苯基丙烷-1-酮等,作為市售品,代表性的有巴斯夫公司的Irgacure OXE 01、OXE 02。 作為上述噻噸酮系化合物,諸如有2-異丙基噻噸酮、2,4-二乙基噻噸酮、2,4-二氯噻噸酮、1-氯-4-丙氧基噻噸酮等。 相對於上述自發光感光性樹脂組合物整體100重量份,上述光聚合引發劑之含量可為0.1 ~ 10重量份,較佳為1 ~ 8重量份,更佳為3 ~ 5重量份。 上述光聚合引發劑之含量處於上述範圍內的情況下,上述自發光感光性樹脂組合物高靈敏度化而曝光時間縮短,因而能夠提高生產率,維持高解析度,因此較佳。此外,具有使用本發明之自發光感光性樹脂組合物而形成之像素部的強度及上述像素部之表面的平滑性變佳的優點。 為提高本發明之自發光感光性樹脂組合物的靈敏度,上述光聚合引發劑可進一步包括光聚合引發助劑。包括上述光聚合引發助劑的情況下,具有靈敏度進一步增大而提高生產率之優點。 上述光聚合引發助劑較佳可使用例如選自由胺化合物、羧酸化合物、具有硫醇基之有機硫化合物組成之群組中之一種以上化合物,但並不限制於此。 作為上述胺化合物,較佳使用芳族胺化合物,具體可使用三乙醇胺、甲基二乙醇胺、三異丙醇胺等脂族胺化合物、4-二甲基胺基苯甲酸甲酯、4-二甲基胺基苯甲酸乙酯、4-二甲基胺基苯甲酸異戊酯、4-二甲基胺基苯甲酸2-乙基己酯、苯甲酸2-二甲基胺基乙酯、N,N-二甲基對甲苯胺、4,4'-雙(二甲基胺基)二苯甲酮(通稱:米蚩酮)、4,4'-雙(二乙基胺基)二苯甲酮等。 上述羧酸化合物較佳為芳族雜乙酸類,具體可舉出苯基硫代乙酸、甲基苯基硫代乙酸、乙基苯基硫代乙酸、甲基乙基苯基硫代乙酸、二甲基苯基硫代乙酸、甲氧基苯基硫代乙酸、二甲氧基苯基硫代乙酸、氯苯基硫代乙酸、二氯苯基硫代乙酸、N-苯基甘胺酸、苯氧基乙酸、萘基硫代乙酸、N-萘基甘胺酸、萘氧基乙酸等。 作為上述具有硫醇基的有機硫化合物之實施例,可舉出2-巰基苯并噻唑、1,4-雙(3-巰基丁醯氧基)丁烷、1,3,5-三(3-巰基丁氧基乙基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)-三酮、三羥甲基丙烷三(3-巰基丙酸酯)、異戊四醇四(3-巰基丁酸酯)、異戊四醇四(3-巰基丙酸酯)、二異戊四醇六(3-巰基丙酸酯)、四乙二醇雙(3-巰基丙酸酯)等。 上述光聚合引發助劑可在不損害本發明之效果的範圍內適當追加而使用。添加 劑
為增大塗佈性或密合性,本發明之自發光感光性樹脂組合物可進一步包括密合促進劑、界面活性劑之類的添加劑。 上述密合促進劑可為提高與基板之密合性而添加,可包括具有選自由羧基、甲基丙烯醯基、異氰酸酯基、環氧基及其組合組成之群組中之反應性取代基的矽烷偶聯劑,但並不限制於此。舉例而言,上述矽烷偶聯劑可舉出三甲氧基甲矽烷基苯甲酸、γ-甲基丙烯醯氧丙基三甲氧基矽烷、乙烯基三乙醯氧基矽烷、乙烯基三甲氧基矽烷、γ-異氰酸酯丙基三乙氧基矽烷、γ-環氧丙氧丙基三甲氧基矽烷、β-(3,4-環氧基環己基)乙基三甲氧基矽烷等,其可單獨或將兩種以上組合使用。 本發明之自發光感光性樹脂組合物包括上述界面活性劑的情況下,具有可提高塗佈性之優點。舉例而言,上述界面活性劑可使用BM-1000、BM-1100(BM Chemie公司)、Fluorad FC-135/FC-170C/FC-430 (住友3M(株))、SH-28PA/-190/SZ-6032 (東麗有機矽(株))等氟系界面活性劑,但並不限制於此。 除此以外,在不損害本發明之效果的範圍內,本發明之自發光感光性樹脂組合物亦可進一步包括抗氧化劑、紫外線吸收劑、防凝劑之類的添加劑,上述添加劑同樣在不損害本發明之效果的範圍內可被熟習此項技術者適當追加而使用。舉例而言,以上述自發光感光性樹脂組合物整體重量為基準,上述添加劑可以0.05 ~ 10重量份、具體以0.1 ~ 10重量份、更具體以0.1 ~ 5重量份使用,但並不限制於此。< 濾色器 >
本發明之另一實例提供利用上述自發光感光性樹脂組合物製造之濾色器。 本發明之濾色器由於包括磷酸系分散劑,因此具有量子點粒子均一分散而光效率優異、且像素像點之品質優異的優點。 上述濾色器包括基板及形成於上述基板之上部的圖案層。 就上述基板而言,上述濾色器本身可為基板,或亦可為顯示裝置等中濾色器所處之部位,沒有特別限制。上述基板可為玻璃、矽(Si)、矽氧化物(SiOx)或高分子基板,上述高分子基板可為聚醚碸(polyethersulfone,PES)或聚碳酸酯(polycarbonate,PC)等。 上述圖案層作為包括本發明之自發光感光性樹脂組合物的層,可為藉由塗佈上述自發光感光性樹脂組合物且以預定的圖案進行曝光、顯影及熱固化而形成之層。上述圖案層可藉由本領域通常已知之方法來形成。 包括上述基板及圖案層之濾色器可進一步包括形成於各圖案之間的隔壁,亦可進一步包括黑矩陣,但並不限制於此。 此外,亦可以進一步包括形成於上述濾色器之圖案層上部的保護膜。 本發明之另一實施形態中,上述濾色器可包括選自由紅色圖案層、綠色圖案層及藍色圖案層組成之群組中之一層以上。具體而言,上述濾色器可包括選自由本發明之包括紅色量子點之紅色圖案層、包括綠色量子點之綠色圖案層及包括藍色量子點之藍色圖案層組成之群組中之一層以上。上述紅色圖案層、綠色圖案層、藍色圖案層各自在光照射時可發出紅色光、綠色光、藍色光,此時,上述光源之發出光沒有特別限制,但自更加優異之顏色再現性態樣考慮,可使用發出藍色光之光源。 上述濾色器亦可僅具備紅色圖案層、綠色圖案層及藍色圖案層中之兩種顏色的圖案層,但並不限制於此。但是,上述濾色器僅具備兩種顏色之圖案層的情況下,上述圖案層可進一步具備不含有上述量子點粒子的透明圖案層。 上述濾色器僅具備上述兩種顏色的圖案層的情況下,可使用發出呈現除上述兩種顏色以外之顏色之波長之光的光源。舉例而言,上述濾色器包括紅色圖案層及綠色圖案層的情況下,可使用發出藍色光之光源,該情況下紅色量子點發出紅色光,綠色量子點發出綠色光,上述透明圖案層使上述光源所發出之藍色光直接透過而顯示藍色。< 影像顯 示裝置 >
此外,本發明之另一實例涉及包括上述濾色器之影像顯示裝置。 本發明之濾色器不僅可應用於通常的液晶顯示裝置,亦可應用於電致發光顯示裝置、電漿顯示裝置、場發射顯示裝置等各種影像顯示裝置。 本發明之影像顯示裝置由於包括量子點及磷酸系分散劑,因而具有光效率優異且表現出高亮度、顏色再現性優異、具有寬視角之優點。 本發明之另一實施形態中,上述影像顯示裝置可進一步包括發出藍色光之光源及透明圖案層,上述發出藍色光的光源、上述透明圖案層可適用上述內容。 以下,為具體說明本說明書,例舉實施例進行詳細說明。但是,本說明書之實施例可變形為各種各樣之其他形態,不應解釋成本說明書的範圍受以下詳細描述之實施例之限制。本說明書之實施例係為向熟習此項技術者更加完整地說明本說明書而提供的。此外,只要沒有特別提及,以下表示含量之「%」及「份」為重量基準。製造例 1 : CdSe ( 核 )/ZnS ( 殼 ) 結構之光致發光綠色量子點粒子之合成
向反應器中一起加入CdO (0.4 mmol)、乙酸鋅(Zinc acetate) (4 mmol)及油酸(Oleic acid) (5.5 mL)與1-十八烯(1-Octadecene) (20 mL),加熱至150℃使其發生反應。之後,為將鋅經油酸置換而生成之乙酸(acetic acid)移除,將上述反應物在100 mTorr之真空下靜置20分鐘。然後,施加310℃的熱而獲得透明的混合物後,將其在310℃維持20分鐘,然後將0.4 mmol之Se粉末及2.3 mmol之S粉末溶解於3 mL之三辛基膦(trioctylphosphine)而獲得之Se及S溶液快速注入至裝有Cd(OA)2

準備具備攪拌機、溫度計、回流冷凝管、滴液漏斗及氮氣導入管的燒瓶,另一態樣,投入N-苄基馬來醯亞胺45重量份、甲基丙烯酸45重量份、甲基丙烯酸三環癸酯10重量份、過氧化-2-乙基己酸叔丁酯4重量份、丙二醇單甲基醚乙酸酯(以下,稱為PGMEA) 40重量份後,攪拌混合而準備單體滴液漏斗,加入正十二烷硫醇6重量份、PGMEA24重量份,攪拌混合而準備鏈轉移劑滴液漏斗。之後,在燒瓶中導入PGMEA 395重量份,將燒瓶中之氛圍自空氣置換成氮氣後,一邊攪拌一邊將燒瓶之溫度升至90℃。接著,將單體及鏈轉移劑開始自滴液漏斗滴下。滴液時維持90℃,且分別進行2小時,1小時後升溫至110℃而維持3小時,然後導入氣體導入管,開始氧氣/氮氣=5/95 (v/v)混合氣體的鼓泡。接著,將甲基丙烯酸縮水甘油酯10重量份、2,2'-亞甲基雙(4-甲基-6-第三丁基苯酚) 0.4重量份、三乙胺0.8重量份投入燒瓶中,在110℃繼續反應8小時,之後,冷卻至室溫,獲得固體成分29.1重量%、重均分子量32,000、酸值114 mg KOH/g的鹼溶性樹脂。製造例 3 :量子點分散液的製造

以表2及表3之組成將鹼溶性樹脂、溶劑、光聚合性化合物、光聚合引發劑與上述製造例3-1 ~ 3-11混合而製造實施例1 ~ 7及比較例1 ~ 4的自發光感光性樹脂組合物。 [表2]
[表3] 實驗 例
(1) 量子點分散液及自發光感光性樹脂組合物的分散粒度測定 利用ELSZ-2000ZS (大塚公司製)測定分散粒度並示於下述表4中。通常若量子點粒子凝集,則分散粒度變大,藉此引起發光特性降低的問題。 (2) 自發光感光性樹脂組合物的顯影類型測定 利用旋塗法將實施例1 ~ 7及比較例1 ~ 4的自發光感光性樹脂組合物塗佈在玻璃基板上,然後置放在加熱板上,在100℃的溫度維持3分鐘而形成薄膜後,使其浸漬於pH 10.5的KOH水溶液顯影溶液(0.04% KOH,26℃)中,確認所塗佈之自發光感光性樹脂組合物層在顯影時的形態為溶解形態還是剝離形態,並記載在下述表4中。 溶解形態之情況下,像素圖案之形成良好,但剝離形態的情況下,具有像素圖案的形成困難而無法使用的特徵。 (3) 發光強度(Intensity)測定 對於形成了自發光像素的濾色器中以20 mm × 20 mm正四邊形的圖案形成的圖案部,藉由365 nm型4W UV照射器(VL-4LC,VILBER LOURMAT)測定光轉化的區域,利用Spectrum meter USB2000+(海洋光學(Ocean Optics)公司製)測定光轉化的發光強度,並示於下述表4中。 可以判斷所測定的光強度越高,越發揮優異的自發光特性。 [表4]
自上述表4可知,本發明之包括磷酸系分散劑的自發光感光性樹脂組合物的分散粒度與量子點分散液的分散粒度相似,因此與發生粒子凝集的比較例相比,發光強度大大增加。 此外可知,如實施例4所示,相對於量子點固體成分100重量份,若磷酸系分散劑的含量超過200重量份,則雖然發光強度優異,但由於顯影特性轉變為剝離,因此圖案形成或許降低,且可知,如實施例6所示,磷酸系分散劑的胺值為10 mg KOH/g以上的情況下,與實施例1 ~ 4相比,發光強度降低。
Claims (6)
- 一種量子點分散液,其包括量子點、磷酸系分散劑及溶劑,其中相對於該量子點固體成分整體100重量份,該磷酸系分散劑為5~200重量份,其中相對於該量子點分散液之固體成分整體100重量份,該量子點之含量為3~80重量份,其中該磷酸系分散劑之酸值為1~150mg KOH/g,其中該磷酸系分散劑選自Disperbyk-111、192、103、106中的一種或多種,其中該磷酸系分散劑在一個分子內進一步包括酯基或聚酯部分。
- 如請求項1之量子點分散液,其中該磷酸系分散劑在一個分子內進一步包括聚醚部分。
- 一種自發光感光性樹脂組合物,其包括如請求項1或2之量子點分散液及選自由鹼溶性樹脂、光聚合性化合物、光聚合引發劑及添加劑組成之群組中之一種以上。
- 一種濾色器,其包括如請求項3之自發光感光性樹脂組合物的固化物。
- 如請求項4之濾色器,其中該濾色器包括選自由紅色圖案層、綠色圖案層及藍色圖案層組成之群組中之一層以上。
- 一種影像顯示裝置,其包括如請求項4之濾色器。
