Abstract

The present invention discloses a baby holding belt including a vest, a shoulder strap, a waist belt and a bag. The shoulder strap and the waist belt are connected to two ends of the bag in a longitudinal direction of the vest. The bag is connected to the waist belt and detachably connected to the shoulder strap. A holding space is formed between the bag and the vest and has an adjustable width and/or length. The bag and the vest are connected to the same side of the waist belt. The bag is flappable relative to the vest and is detachably connected to the shoulder strap. When a baby is held in the holding space, the width and/or the length of the holding space is adjustable according to the posture or size of the baby, so as to improve sitting comfort and safety of the baby in the holding space.

Description

Baby sling

The present invention relates to the technical field of baby strap devices, and in particular to a baby cradle.

The emergence of baby straps (such as baby cradles, slings, waist stools, etc.) has enabled more and more parents to free their hands from holding their children without affecting the close contact with their babies. Taking baby straps as an example, they can be divided into horizontal holding type, front-facing type, face-to-face type, back-carrying type, etc. according to different holding methods. According to their functions, they can be divided into dedicated, dual-purpose, triple-purpose, etc. There are many types and diverse functions.

The baby sling should not only be ergonomic to reduce the burden on the user, but also, because the baby's muscles and bones are still very weak, it is more important for the baby sling to support the baby's hips, waist and head, avoid bending and unnecessary pressure, and ensure the baby's comfort and safety. The existing baby slings have a fixed space for infants to sit in. Due to the different ways of holding infants for infants of different ages, the space required for infants to sit is also different, especially the width and height of the space. The existing baby slings cannot be adjusted adaptively, resulting in the baby not being comfortable when sitting.

According to one embodiment, the present invention provides a baby carrier, which includes a vest, at least one shoulder strap, a waist belt, and a backpack. The at least one shoulder strap is connected to two opposite ends of the vest along the longitudinal direction of the vest. The waist belt is connected to the two opposite ends of the vest along the longitudinal direction of the vest. One end of the backpack is connected to the waist belt, and the other end of the backpack is detachably connected to the at least one shoulder strap. A carrying space is formed between the backpack and the vest, and at least one of the width and length of the carrying space is adjustable.

Preferably, the backpack has a carrying portion in the carrying space, and the width of the carrying portion is adjustable.

Preferably, an adjusting member is provided on the carrying portion to adjust the width of the carrying portion, and the adjusting member is arranged along the transverse width direction of the backpack and has at least one adjusting section.

Preferably, the backpack includes a fixed bag and an adjustable bag, the fixed bag and the adjustable bag are connected between the waist belt and the at least one shoulder strap, the fixed bag and the adjustable bag cooperate to form a carrying portion located in the carrying space, and the width of the carrying portion is adjustable.

Preferably, the relative width between the fixed bag and the adjusting bag is adjustable.

Preferably, one end of the fixed bag and the adjustment bag are both connected to the waist belt, the other end of the adjustment bag is detachably connected to the fixed bag, and the other end of the fixed bag is detachably connected to the at least one shoulder strap.

Preferably, the end of the fixed bag connected to the waist belt is narrower than the other end of the fixed bag away from the waist belt, and the width of the adjustment bag is greater than the width of the end of the fixed bag connected to the waist belt, but less than or equal to the width of the other end of the fixed bag away from the waist belt.

Preferably, the adjustment bag is located on the inner side of the fixed bag, the center end of the adjustment bag is fixedly connected to the fixed bag, and the two side ends of the adjustment bag can be folded inward relative to the fixed bag to connect to different sections of the fixed bag.

The embodiments of the present invention are now described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which similar component numbers represent similar components.

First, referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 , a baby carrier 100 provided by the present invention comprises a vest 10, a shoulder strap 20, a waist belt 30, and a back bag 40. The shoulder strap 20 and the waist belt 30 are connected to opposite ends of the vest 10 along the longitudinal direction of the vest 10. One end of the back bag 40 is connected to the waist belt 30, and the other end of the back bag 40 is detachably connected to the shoulder strap 20, so that a carrying space for fixing a baby can be formed between the vest 10 and the back bag 40, and at least one of the width and length of the carrying space can be adjusted to meet the needs of different babies or different ways of holding babies. Specifically, the backpack 40 has a supporting portion 40a in the carrying space, and the supporting portion 40a is used to support the buttocks of the infant, so that the infant's legs are separated and located on the left and right sides of the supporting portion 40a, and the width of the supporting portion 40a is adjustable, and the width of the carrying space can be changed by adjusting the width of the supporting portion 40a.

More specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, the first use mode of the baby carrier 100 provided by the present invention is: infants over four months old, or infants less than four months old but with relatively large body size and relatively complete bone development, can choose to use the baby carrier 100 of the present invention facing the user. In this mode, the width of the carrying portion 40a is relatively wide, and the width of the carrying space is correspondingly wider, so that the infant's legs are relatively separated and more comfortable.

As shown in Figure 4, the second use method of the baby carrier 100 provided by the present invention is that the above-mentioned infants over four months old or relatively large can also choose to use the baby carrier 100 of the present invention with their backs away from the user. In this way, the width of the carrying portion 40a is relatively narrower, and the width of the carrying space is narrower, so that the infant's legs are relatively close together for more comfort.

Continuing to refer to Figure 4, the third use method of the baby carrier 100 provided by the present invention is: infants under four months old, or infants who are four months old but have relatively late bone development and are relatively small in size, can only choose to use the baby carrier 100 of the present invention with their backs away from the user. In this way, the carrying part 40a needs to carry the infant higher than that of infants over four months old or relatively large in size to be more comfortable, and the length of the carrying space is correspondingly shorter. It should be noted that the four-month-old infant mentioned in the present invention is only an example, and the actual development of the infant shall prevail.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 4. The waist belt 30 is in the shape of a strip, and a first connector 31 and a second connector 32 are provided at the two ends thereof, which are detachably connected. The waist belt 30 can be conveniently fixed to the user's waist through the connection between the first connector 31 and the second connector 32. A third connector 41 is provided at both ends of the top of the backpack 40, and a fourth connector 21 (as shown in Figure 6) is provided on the shoulder strap 20 to match the third connector 41. Through the connection between the third connector 41 and the fourth connector 21, the detachable connection between the shoulder strap 20 and the backpack 40 is conveniently realized.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 4. The vest 10 is square in shape as a whole, and a fifth connector 11 is provided on both the left and right sides thereof. A sixth connector 42 corresponding to the fifth connector 11 is provided on both the left and right sides of the backpack 40. Through the connection between the fifth connector 11 and the sixth connector 42 on both sides, the detachable connection between the vest 10 and the backpack 40 is conveniently realized to prevent the infant from escaping from the carrying space from the side, thereby further enhancing the safety of use.

Optionally, the first connector 31 and the second connector 32, the third connector 41 and the fourth connector 21, and the fifth connector 11 and the sixth connector 42 can all be male buckles and female buckles that match each other. Of course, they can also be matching buttons, Velcro, fixing buckles and fixing holes, etc., and are not limited to this.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 4. There are two shoulder straps 20. The two shoulder straps 20 are symmetrically connected to the vest 10. The shoulder straps 20 are generally ring-shaped so as to be hung on the shoulders of the user. Specifically, taking one shoulder strap 20 as an example, the shoulder strap 20 includes a first connecting section 22 and a second connecting section 23. The first connecting section 22 is fixed to the vest 10 along the length direction of the vest 10. One end of the second connecting section 23 is connected to the first connecting section 22, and the other end of the second connecting section 23 is rotatably connected to the top side of the vest 10, thereby forming a shoulder-wrapped area for the user to hang. Optionally, the length of the second connecting section 23 is adjustable. By adjusting the length of the second connecting section 23, the length of the carrying space can also be adjusted, that is, the carrying height of the carrying portion 40a can be adjusted, thereby meeting the needs of different infants or different ways of holding infants.

It should be noted that in other embodiments, the shoulder straps 20 may be connected not only to the vest 10 but also to the waist belt 30, thereby achieving the effect of strengthening the connection and improving the comfort of use. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 1, a reinforcing belt 24 is fixed to each of the shoulder straps 20, and the two reinforcing belts 24 can be detachably connected at the front side of the user's body, thereby achieving the effect of strengthening the connection and further improving the safety of use.

Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 5. In order to adjust the length of the carrying space, that is, to adjust the carrying height of the carrying portion 40a, specifically, in this embodiment, the backpack 40 and the vest 10 are connected to the same side of the waist belt 30, and the backpack 40 can be turned over relative to the vest 10 and detachably connected to the shoulder belt 20. Then the waist belt 30 can be turned around the connecting end connected to the vest 10 in a direction close to or away from the vest 10 to adjust the length of the carrying space, and the carrying portion 40a is raised or lowered accordingly, and can be turned over 180 degrees. The turned waist belt 30 is fixed to the waist of the user, thereby raising the height of the carrying portion 40a. Of course, it can also be configured that the vest 10 and the backpack 40 are turned around the waist belt 30, specifically 360°, and the length of the carrying space can also be adjusted. The relevant components used to adjust the length of the carrying space in the baby holding belt 100 of the present invention are simple in structure and easy to operate.

Please refer to Figure 6. A support pad 50 is also provided in the carrying space. The support pad 50 is fixed to the backpack 40 or detachably connected to the backpack 40. The support pad 50 includes a hip pad and a head pad, thereby enhancing protection and correspondingly improving the comfort of use. The hip pad and the head pad can be an integrated structure or a split structure. The support pad 50 can be sewn at the corresponding position of the backpack 40, or can be detachably filled in the reserved position of the backpack 40.

Please refer to Figure 7. An adjusting member 60 may be provided on the carrying portion 40a to adjust the width of the carrying portion 40a. In one embodiment, the backpack 40 may be an integrated structure, and the adjusting member 60 may be any one of a strap, a fixing buckle and a fixing hole, a Velcro, and a buckle provided on the backpack 40. In this embodiment, the adjusting member 60 is a strap that is passed through the backpack 40 in the horizontal direction of the backpack 40, and the width of the backpack 40 can be reduced by simply pulling the strap.

Please refer to Figures 8 to 10. In another embodiment, the backpack 40 can also be configured as a split structure. Specifically, the backpack 40 includes a fixed bag 43 and an adjustment bag 44 connected between the waist belt 30 and the shoulder strap 20. The fixed bag 43 and the adjustment bag 44 cooperate to form a carrying portion 40a located in the carrying space. The relative width between the fixed bag 43 and the adjustment bag 44 is adjusted so that the width of the carrying portion 40a changes accordingly. Specifically, one end of the fixed bag 43 and the adjustment bag 44 are both connected to the waist belt 30, and the other end of the adjustment bag 44 is detachably connected to the fixed bag 43, and the other end of the fixed bag 43 is detachably connected to the shoulder strap 20. More specifically, one end of the fixed bag 43 and the adjustment bag 44 are sewn to the waist belt 30, and the two side ends of the adjustment bag 44 are detachably connected to different sections of the fixed bag 43, so that the width of the carrying portion 40a can be adjusted.

Please refer to Figure 8. The two side ends of the adjustment bag 44 are connected to the first section of the fixed bag 43. At this time, the width of the carrying portion 40a is relatively wide. Among them, the end of the fixed bag 43 connected to the belt 30 is relatively narrow, and the other end of the fixed bag 43 away from the belt 30 is relatively wide, that is, the end of the fixed bag 43 connected to the belt 30 is narrower than the other end of the fixed bag 43 away from the belt 30. The width of the adjustment bag 44 is greater than the width of the end of the fixed bag 43 connected to the belt 30, and less than or equal to the width of the other end of the fixed bag 43 away from the belt 30.

Please refer to Figure 9. In one embodiment, the adjustment bag 44 can be located on the inner side of the fixed bag 43. The center end of the adjustment bag 44 is fixedly connected to the fixed bag 43 and can be sewn. The two side ends of the adjustment bag 44 can be folded inward relative to the fixed bag 43 to connect to different sections of the fixed bag 43. The width of the support part 40a can be adjusted by adjusting the width of the connection end connecting the adjustment bag 44 and the fixed bag 43. The relatively wider part of the fixed bag 43 always blocks the outside of the relatively narrowed support part 40a, which can provide a certain covering and supporting effect on the baby's thighs, thereby effectively ensuring the safety of infants and young children.

Please refer to Figure 10. In another embodiment, the adjustment bag 44 can also be located on the relative outer side of the fixed bag 43. The center end of the adjustment bag 44 is still fixedly connected to the fixed bag 43, and the two side ends of the adjustment bag 44 can be folded inward or turned outward relative to the fixed bag 43 to connect to different sections of the fixed bag 43, and the width of the supporting part 40a can also be adjusted. The relatively wider part of the fixed bag 43 is also blocked outside the relatively narrowed supporting part 40a, which can provide a certain covering and supporting effect on the baby's thighs, thereby effectively ensuring the safety of infants and young children.

Specifically, please refer to Figures 8 to 10. An adjusting member 70 is provided at the connection between the adjusting bag 44 and the fixing bag 43. The adjusting member 70 is used to fix the adjusting bag 44 at the sections of different widths corresponding to the fixing bag 43. Specifically, the adjusting member 70 is a seventh connecting member 71 and an eighth connecting member 72 which are provided on the adjusting bag 44 and the fixing bag 43 and can be detachably matched. The seventh connecting member 71 and the eighth connecting member 72 are any of a fixing buckle and a fixing hole, or a buckle, or a Velcro. Specifically, in this embodiment, the adjusting member 70 includes at least two fixing holes provided on the fixing bag 43 along the transverse direction and two fixing buckles provided at the two side ends of the adjusting bag 44, and the fixing buckles can be selectively buckled in the corresponding fixing holes. Optionally, the baby carrier 100 of the present invention may further include a pocket 80, which is disposed on the carrying portion 40a, and the adjusting member 70 is accommodated in the pocket 80.

In summary, compared with the prior art, the baby carrier 100 of the present invention comprises a vest 10, shoulder straps 20 and a waist belt 30 connected to both ends of the vest 10, and a back bag 40 connected to the waist belt 30, and the back bag 40 is detachably connected to the shoulder straps 20, so that a carrying space can be formed between the vest 10 and the back bag 40, and at least one of the width and length of the carrying space can be adjusted. When the infant is carried in the carrying space, at least one of the width and length of the carrying space can be adjusted according to different ways of holding the infant or different infants to meet different usage requirements, thereby improving the comfort and safety of the infant, making the infant's sitting posture more scientific and reasonable, and ensuring the healthy growth of its bones. Moreover, since the backpack 40 and the vest 10 are connected to the same side of the waist belt 30, the length of the carrying space can be adjusted simply and conveniently by simply turning the waist belt 30 relative to the vest 10 and the backpack 40, so that the carrying portion 40a can be raised or lowered to adjust the carrying height.

It should be noted that the other parts of the structure and connection method of the baby holding belt 100 of the present invention are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail here.

Claims (20)

A baby carrier includes: a vest; at least one shoulder strap connected to two opposite ends of the vest in the longitudinal direction of the vest; a waist belt connected to the two opposite ends of the vest in the longitudinal direction of the vest; and a backpack, one end of which is connected to the waist belt, and the other end of which is detachably connected to the at least one shoulder strap, a carrying space is formed between the backpack and the vest, and at least one of the width and length of the carrying space is adjustable, wherein a fifth connector is provided at the side end of the vest, and a sixth connector is provided at the outer side end of the backpack, and the sixth connector is detachably connected to the fifth connector. A baby carrier as described in claim 1, wherein the carrier has a carrying portion in the carrying space, and the width of the carrying portion is adjustable. The baby carrier as described in claim 2, wherein the carrying portion is provided with an adjustment member to adjust the width of the carrying portion, the adjustment member is arranged along the transverse width direction of the backpack and has at least one adjustment section. The baby carrier as described in claim 1, wherein the backpack includes a fixed bag and an adjustment bag, the fixed bag and the adjustment bag are connected between the waist belt and the at least one shoulder strap, the fixed bag and the adjustment bag cooperate to form a bearing portion located in the bearing space, and the width of the bearing portion is adjustable. A baby carrier as described in claim 4, wherein the relative width between the fixed pocket and the adjustment pocket is adjustable. The baby carrier as described in claim 4, wherein one end of the fixing bag and the adjusting bag are both connected to the waist belt, the other end of the adjusting bag is detachably connected to the fixing bag, and the other end of the fixing bag is detachably connected to the at least one shoulder strap. A baby cradle as described in claim 6, wherein the end of the fixed bag connected to the waist belt is narrower than the other end of the fixed bag away from the waist belt, and the width of the adjustment bag is greater than the width of the end of the fixed bag connected to the waist belt, but less than or equal to the width of the other end of the fixed bag away from the waist belt. The baby carrier as described in claim 7, wherein the adjustment bag is located on the inner side of the fixed bag, the center end of the adjustment bag is fixedly connected to the fixed bag, and the two side ends of the adjustment bag can be folded inward relative to the fixed bag to connect to different sections of the fixed bag. The baby carrier as described in claim 7, wherein the adjustment bag is located on the outer side of the fixed bag, the center end of the adjustment bag is fixedly connected to the fixed bag, and the two side ends of the adjustment bag can be folded inward or outward relative to the fixed bag to connect to different sections of the fixed bag. The baby carrier as described in claim 6, wherein an adjusting piece is provided at the connection between the adjusting bag and the fixing bag, and the adjusting piece is used to selectively fix the adjusting bag at sections corresponding to different widths of the fixing bag. The baby carrier as described in claim 10, wherein the adjustment member is a detachable fixing buckle and fixing hole, or a buckle, or a Velcro provided on the adjustment bag and the fixing bag. The baby carrier as described in claim 11, wherein the adjustment member comprises at least two fixing holes and two fixing buckles, the at least two fixing holes are arranged on the fixing bag along the width direction, the two fixing buckles are arranged at the two side ends of the adjustment bag respectively, and the fixing buckles can be selectively buckled in the corresponding fixing holes. The baby carrier as described in claim 10, wherein the baby carrier further comprises a pocket, the pocket is arranged on the carrying portion, and the adjusting member is accommodated in the pocket. A baby carrier as described in claim 1, wherein a support pad is provided in the carrying space, and the support pad is fixed to the backpack or detachably connected to the backpack. The baby carrier as described in claim 17, wherein the at least one shoulder strap comprises a first connecting section and a second connecting section, the first connecting section is fixed to the vest along the length direction of the vest, one end of the second connecting section is connected to the first connecting section, the other end of the second connecting section is rotatably connected to the top side of the vest, and the length of the second connecting section is adjustable. As described in claim 17, a reinforcing belt is fixed to both ends of the two shoulder straps, and the two reinforcing belts are detachably connected. A baby carrier comprises: a vest; at least one shoulder strap connected to two opposite ends of the vest in the longitudinal direction of the vest; a waist belt connected to the two opposite ends of the vest in the longitudinal direction of the vest; and a backpack, one end of which is connected to the waist belt, and the other end of which is detachably connected to the at least one shoulder strap, a carrying space is formed between the backpack and the vest, and at least one of the width and length of the carrying space is adjustable, wherein the backpack can be turned over relative to the vest and detachably connected to the at least one shoulder strap.
