Description
本案主張於2018年8月20日提出申請的日本專利申請第2018-153853號之優先權及其利益,並藉由援引其全部內容而將之併入於本案。
以往,為了防治植物病害而開發了各種化合物,並供於實際使用(參照非專利文獻1)。專利文獻1記載以式(B)所示之化合物(以下記載為化合物B)作為殺蟲劑。

本發明之課題在於提供一種化合物,該化合物對於植物病害具有優異的防治效力。
本發明如以下所述。
〔1〕一種式(A)所示之化合物(以下記載為化合物A)
〔2〕一種組成物,該組成物係含有如〔1〕所述之化合物、與惰性載體。
〔3〕一種植物病害的防治方法,該方法係以有效量的〔1〕所述之化合物來處理植物或土壤。
藉由本發明,可防治植物病害。
本發明之組成物係含有化合物A與惰性載體。本發明之組成物通常是將化合物A與固體載體、液體載體等惰性載體予以混合,並視需要而添加界面活性劑、其它製劑用助劑,乳劑、油劑、粉劑、粒劑、可溼性粉劑、水分散性粒劑、水懸劑(flowable agent)、乾懸浮劑(dry flowable agent)、微膠囊劑等而製劑化。
本發明之組成物通常含有0.0001至95重量%之化合物A。
就製劑化時所能使用的固體載體而言,可列舉例如:黏土類(高嶺土、矽藻土、膨土、酸性白土(acid clay)等)、乾式氧化矽、濕式氧化矽、滑石、陶瓷、其它無機礦物(絹雲母、石英、硫黃、活性碳、碳酸鈣等)、化學肥料(硫酸銨、磷酸銨、硝酸銨、尿素、氯化銨等)等微粉末及粒狀物等,以及合成樹脂(聚丙烯、聚丙烯腈、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯等聚酯樹脂、尼龍(Nylon)-6、尼龍-11、尼龍-66等尼龍樹脂、聚醯胺樹脂、聚氯乙烯、聚偏二氯乙烯、氯乙烯-丙烯共聚物等)。
液體載體可列舉例如:水、醇類(甲醇、乙醇等)、酮類(丙酮、甲基乙基酮等)、芳香族烴類(甲苯、二甲苯等)、脂肪族烴類(已烷、環已烷等)、酯類(乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯等)、腈類(乙腈等)、醚類(二異丙基醚、二乙二醇二甲基醚等)、醯胺類(N,N-二甲基甲醯胺等)、亞碸類(二甲基亞碸等)及植物油(大豆油、棉籽油等)。
界面活性劑可列舉例如:聚氧乙烯烷基醚、聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯等非離子性界面活性劑、及烷基磺酸鹽、烷基苯磺酸鹽、烷基硫酸鹽等陰離子界面活性劑。
其它製劑用助劑係有附著劑、分散劑、著色劑及穩定劑等,具體上可列舉例如:酪蛋白、明膠、糖類(澱粉、阿拉伯膠、纖維素衍生物、藻酸等)、木質素衍生物、膨土、合成水溶性高分子(聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯啶酮、聚丙烯酸類等)、酸性磷酸異丙酯、2,6-二-三級丁基-4-甲基酚、BHA(2-三級丁基-4-甲氧基酚與3-三級丁基-4-甲氧基酚之混合物)。
化合物A對於植物病原菌具有效力。源自植物病原菌之植物病害可舉出以下者。括弧內係顯示引起該病害的病原菌之學名。

由Aspergillus屬、Penicillium屬、Fusarium屬、Gibberella屬、Tricoderma屬、根串珠黴(Thielaviopsis)屬、Rhizopus屬、Mucor屬、
Corticium屬、Phoma屬、Rhizoctonia屬及Diplodia屬菌等所引起之各種農作物的種子病害或生長初期的病害。以Polymixa屬或Olpidium屬等為媒介之各種農作物之病毒病。
稻苗立枯細菌病(Burkholderia plantarii);黃瓜斑點細菌病(Pseudomonas syringae pv.lachrymans);茄子青枯病(Ralstonia solanacearum)、柑橘潰瘍病(Xanthomonas citiri);白菜軟腐病(Erwinia carotovora)等。
本發明之植物病害之防治方法可列舉例如:莖葉散布、種子消毒等對植物體的處理;土壤處理等對植物栽培養基的處理。
化合物A的處理量係每一千平方公尺(1000m2)通常為1至10000g。化合物A被製劑化而作成乳劑、可溼性粉劑、水懸劑等之情形下,通常是以有效成分濃度成為0.01至10000ppm之方式以水稀釋而施用,粒劑、粉劑等則通常是直接施用。
本發明之組成物可使用作為旱田、水田、草地、果樹園等農耕地之植物病害的防治劑。
以下藉由製造例及試驗例等而更詳細地說明本發明,惟本發明並不只限定於此等例。
首先,呈示化合物A之製造例。
於以美國專利第8426443號說明書所述之方法製造之2-胺基-4-(三氟甲磺醯)酚69.7g、N,N-二異丙基乙基胺37.3g及四氫呋喃191g的混合物中,在氮氣環境下於40℃滴入吡啶-2-羰醯氯42.2g及甲苯206g之混合物,於40℃攪拌3小時。於所得之混合物中添加8%氫氧化鈉水溶液88.8g,並冷卻至5℃。過濾所得之固體,將過濾物依序以水及甲苯洗淨,並於減壓下乾燥,得到下式所示之中間物A 42.1g。
中間物A:1H-NMR(DMSO-d6)δ(ppm):12.59(1H,br s),10.64(1H,s),9.12(1H,d),8.77(1H,dd),8.22(1H,dd),8.13(1H,m),7.78(1H,dd),7.74(1H,m),7.32(1H,d).
在氮氣環境下,將中間物A 20.0g、二甲苯100g及對甲苯磺酸一水合物27.0g的混合物在回流下使用迪安-斯塔克(Dean-Stark)裝置,將所生成的水去除至系統外,同時攪拌6小時。將所得之混合物冷卻至室溫,並添加20%碳酸鉀水溶液39.9g,進行分液。將所得之有機層以5%碳酸鉀水溶液洗淨,並於減壓下進行濃縮。所得之殘餘物付諸矽凝膠管柱層析,得到化合物A 10.0g。
化合物A之1H-NMR資料如以下所示。
1H-NMR(DMSO-d6)δ(ppm):8.87(1H,m),8.70(1H,d),8.41(1H,m),8.34(1H,d),8.25(1H,dd),8.14(1H,m),7.73(1H,m).
其次,呈示試驗例。
將含有預定濃度的化合物A之二甲基亞碸溶液1μL分注至微滴盤(titer plate)(96孔)的孔之後,分注含灰黴病菌(Botrytis cinerea)的胞子懸浮液之完全培養基150μL,以化合物A終濃度成為100ppm之方式調製而作為處理區。此外,於別的孔調製無處理區。將此盤以18℃培養3日,使灰黴病菌增殖後,測定微滴盤的各孔之600nm吸光度,以作為灰黴病之生長度。依據該生長度,用「式1」算出效力。

X:無處理區的菌之生長度
Y:處理區的菌之生長度
無處理區意指除了未使用化合物A以外,係與處理區進行相同的操作之區。
其結果係效力為60%。
除了使用化合物B來取代化合物A之外,係依試驗例1進行試驗。其結果係效力為0%。
化合物A對於植物病害係顯示優異的防治效果。
