Abstract

A trampoline structure (I) having the function of a bed as well as a sleeping bed mainly comprises at least a frame and a trampoline fixed to the frame at the edge by elastic ropes. The frame is provided with an upper frame, a lower frame and a supporting frame connecting the upper frame and the lower frame, the supporting frame is provided with a plurality of legs, and a plurality of hooking members are provided between the upper frame and the lower frame; the trampoline is hooked at the edge by a plurality of elastic ropes, and the elastic ropes are hung around the supporting frame so that the trampoline is fixed above the frame, thereby making the installation of the trampoline more convenient. The present invention relates to a trampoline structure (1) which also serves as a bed, and more particularly to a trampoline structure which is more convenient to install and also serves as a bed.

The existing trampoline usually has a frame and a trampoline cloth suspended between the frame. The user stands on the jumping cloth and jumps up and down on the jumping cloth. The jumping cloth is used for jumping by the rebound force of the jumping cloth. When the user moves down, the jumping cloth will move down and rebound upward by the elasticity of the jumping cloth. In this way, the user can bounce up and down on the jumping cloth to achieve the effect of exercise.

Although the known trampolines can achieve the effect of bouncing, the structures of such trampolines are relatively complicated and the assembly is labor-intensive and time-consuming. In addition, the existing trampolines usually have a single function of providing exercise and do not have other uses, so that the trampolines become objects that take up space when not in use. In view of this, the applicant, after continuous research and experiments, came up with the idea of designing a trampoline structure that also serves as a bed, making the installation of the trampoline more convenient and serving as a bed when not in use.

The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a trampoline structure (1) which can also be used as a bed, so that the installation of the trampoline is more convenient and quick, and when not used for jumping sports, the trampoline can be easily converted and disassembled so that the trampoline can also be used as a bed, thereby improving the practical value of the trampoline.

The aforementioned trampoline structure (I) with the function of a bed at the same time comprises at least a frame and a trampoline fixed to the frame at the edge by elastic ropes. The frame comprises an upper frame, a lower frame and a supporting frame connecting the upper frame and the lower frame, the supporting frame comprises a plurality of legs, and a plurality of hooks are provided between the upper frame and the lower frame; the trampoline is hooked at the edge by a plurality of elastic ropes, and the elastic ropes are hung around the supporting frame so that the trampoline is fixed above the frame, thereby making the installation of the trampoline more convenient. As shown in the figure, the present invention at least includes a frame 1, a spring cloth 2 that can be fixed to the frame 1, a plurality of elastic ropes 3, and a mattress 4. The frame 1 is provided with an upper frame 11 and a lower frame 12. A roughly arc-shaped connecting rod 13 is connected to the inner edge of the upper frame 11 and the lower frame 12 respectively. The connecting rod 13 is connected to a transverse rod 15 via a plurality of inclined rods 14. The connecting rod 13 connected to the upper frame 11 and the lower frame 12, the inclined rod 14, and the transverse rod 15 form a supporting frame at the inner edge of the frame 1. The crossbar 15 is provided with a first fixing column 16 and a second fixing column 17 at the upper and lower edges at appropriate intervals, respectively. The first fixing columns 16 and the second fixing columns 17 are provided with bolt portions 161 and 171, respectively, so that the same number of brackets 18 provided with screw holes 181 can be locked to the first fixing columns 16 or the second fixing columns 17.

A plurality of spaced-apart sheets 19 are connected between the upper frame 11 and the lower frame 12. A through hole 191 is provided at the upper edge of the sheets 19, and a hooking member 20 is provided at the lower edge. The hooking members 20 are designed to be a roughly H-shaped circular wheel with a fixing hole 201 in the center for a bolt 202 to pass through and then lock the hooking member 20 to the sheets 19.

The spring cloth 2 is provided with an inner frame 21 at the inner edge and a plurality of notches 22 arranged at intervals at the edge, so that the inner frame 21 at the inner edge protrudes from the notches 22 to form a plurality of hanging parts.

The plurality of elastic ropes 3 are provided with two hooks 31, 32, and the ends of the hooks 31, 32 are respectively provided with fixing rings 311, 321 for fixing the elastic ropes 3 to the fixing rings 311, 321.

The mattress 4 is provided with a plurality of straps 41 arranged at intervals on the edge.

By combining the above components, a trampoline structure (I) having the function of a bed is formed. When in use, the elastic rope 3 is hung around the horizontal rod 15 of the frame 1, and the hook 31 is hooked on the inner frame 21 of the trampoline 2, so that the trampoline 2 is fixed on the frame 1 to form a trampoline for jumping, thereby making the installation of the trampoline more convenient and quick. When the trampoline is not in use, the trampoline cloth 2 can be quickly disassembled so that the mattress 4 can be hooked on the hooks 20 with the straps 41 to fix the mattress 4 on the frame 1. Thus, the trampoline can be used as a bed by simple object conversion and disassembly, thereby improving the practical value of the trampoline.

Please refer to FIG. 4, which is an example diagram of the trampoline assembly of the present invention. As shown in the figure, when assembling the trampoline 2, the present invention first hooks one end of the elastic rope 3 on the inner frame 21 protruding from the notch 22 of the trampoline 2, then hangs the elastic rope 3 on the crossbar 15 of the frame 1, and finally hooks the other end of the elastic rope 3 on the inner frame 21 protruding from the notch 22, so that the trampoline 2 is fixed on the upper part of the frame 1 by the tension of the plurality of elastic ropes 3, so as to form a trampoline, and the assembly of the trampoline is more convenient and quick.

In the above-mentioned invention, since the upper and lower edges of the crossbar 15 are respectively provided with the first fixing column 16 and the second fixing column 17, in addition to the present embodiment in which the legs 18 are locked to the second fixing column 17 at the lower edge, the frame 1 can also be turned upside down and different legs 18 can be locked to the first fixing column 16 at the upper edge, so that the frame 1 can be used for the bouncing cloths 2 with different load-bearing capacities.

Please refer to Figures 5 and 6, which are the assembly examples of the mattress of the present invention. Please refer to Figures 1 and 2, as shown in the figures, when the trampoline is not in use, the hook 31 of the elastic rope 3 can be detached from the inner frame 21 protruding from the notch 22 of the trampoline 2, and the elastic rope 3 can be detached from the crossbar 15 of the frame 1, so that the trampoline 2 can be disassembled for placing the mattress 4. During assembly, the mattress 4 is placed on top of the frame 1, and then the straps 41 provided on the edges of the mattress 4 are pulled downward and hooked on the hooking members 20 respectively. Since the hooking members 20 are provided in the shape of a roughly H-shaped circular wheel, the straps 41 can be hooked on the recessed portions of the hooking members 20, so that the mattress 4 is fixed on top of the frame 1 by the tightening tension of the straps 41 to form a bed.

Please refer to FIG. 7, which is a three-dimensional diagram of an assembly embodiment of the guardrail of the present invention. As shown in the figure, another assembly embodiment of the present invention is provided with a plurality of guardrails 5, and the guardrails 5 include a frame 51 and at least two crossbars 52, one of the crossbars 52 is provided with a fixing plate 53 in an approximately inverted L shape, and the fixing plate 53 is provided with a fixing hole 531. During assembly, after the bolt 54 passes through the fixing hole 531, it is penetrated through the through hole 191 of the plate body 19, and a nut 55 is locked on the bolt 54, and the guardrails 5 are respectively fixed around the frame 1 to achieve the purpose of safety protection.

Please refer to FIG8, which is a three-dimensional diagram of another assembly embodiment of the guardrail of the present invention. Please refer to FIG1 to FIG3, as shown in the figure, the guardrail 5 of the present invention can be set as a frame 51 on both sides as a tripod 56, and extend downward to a suitable length, so that the guardrail 5 is installed around the frame 1, and the tripod 56 replaces the aforementioned tripod 18, and can constitute the purpose of safety protection.

The above embodiments are only for illustrating the preferred implementation of the present invention, but not for limiting the scope of the present invention. Any slight modification or change will not lose the essence of the present invention and will not deviate from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

In summary, the present invention uses a frame with hooks, a trampoline and a mattress that can be combined with the frame to form a trampoline structure (I) that also serves as a sleeping bed, making the installation of the trampoline more convenient and quick, and when not in use for jumping sports, the trampoline can be easily replaced and disassembled, so that it can also serve as a sleeping bed, thereby increasing the practical value of the trampoline. This is a practical design and a truly innovative creation. Therefore, an application for a patent is filed in accordance with the law. I hope that the Bureau of Justice will review it and grant the patent as soon as possible. I will be very grateful.

Claims (6)

A trampoline structure (I) having the function of a bed, comprising: a frame, which is provided with an upper frame and a lower frame, a supporting frame is provided at the inner edge of the upper frame and the lower frame, and a first fixing column and a second fixing column are provided at the upper edge and the lower edge of the supporting frame respectively, so that a leg frame can be locked to the fixing columns; a plurality of sheet bodies arranged at intervals are connected between the upper frame and the lower frame, and a hook is provided at the lower edge of the sheet bodies; a trampoline, which is provided with a plurality of hanging parts arranged at intervals at the edge; a plurality of elastic ropes , which is provided with two hooks, and the ends of the hooks are respectively provided with fixing rings for elastic ropes to be fixed to the fixing rings; a mattress, which is provided with a plurality of hanging straps arranged at intervals at the edge; the elastic ropes are hung around the supporting frame of the frame, and the hanging hooks are hooked on the hanging part of the jumping cloth, so that the jumping cloth is fixed on the top of the frame to form a trampoline for jumping; or the hanging straps of the mattress are hooked on the hooks to fix the mattress on the top of the frame to have the purpose of a bed. A trampoline structure (I) having both sleeping and functioning purposes as described in claim 5, wherein the guardrail comprises a frame and at least two crossbars, one of the crossbars being provided with a fixing plate, and the fixing plate being provided with a fixing hole; during assembly, a bolt is passed through the fixing hole and then through the through hole of the plate, and a nut is locked on the bolt to fix the guardrail around the frame.
