Abstract

A method, applicable to a client computer of a network information system for superintending vessel operations, comprising: downloading a superintendent template from a server of the network information system via a network by a network connecting apparatus of the client computer; generating a superintendent report according to the superintendent template by a central processor unit of the client computer, wherein the superintendent template incudes multiple superintendent issues, each of the superintendent issues corresponding to an applicable cabin and equipment and multiple superintendent results; receiving a superintendent cabin and equipment and one of the superintendent results of each of the superintendent issues by an input apparatus of the client computer, wherein the superintendent cabin and equipment is corresponding to the applicable cabin and equipment; and when the network connecting apparatus is able to connect to the server via the network, transmitting the superintendent report to the server.

Description

Methods for supervising the operation of equipment, customer computers and computer-readable recording media

This application relates to network information systems, and more particularly to network information systems and methods for supervising and auditing the operation of vehicles.

The operation of the modern world relies on the transportation of many vehicles (or vehicles). These vehicles include various marine vehicles operating on or under the water, spacecraft or aircraft operating in space or in the atmosphere, trains operating on land and orbit, etc. The design of these vehicles is usually quite complex, requiring more than one crew to operate them while moving or stationary, and also requires a large maintenance team to maintain the complex internal components. Even vehicles that can be operated unmanned, that is, no crew is required to be deployed for operation, may need to deploy crew members responsible for emergency operations or daily maintenance work in the vehicle.

Although this application can be applied to all means of transport, for the sake of convenience, this application mostly uses the management of ships as an example. However, ordinary technical personnel in this field can understand that the scope of application of this application is not limited to ships. For example, a modern large container ship requires more than 20 crew members to operate normally. There are more than dozens of cabins inside the ship. Each cabin has its own operating function and the instruments and equipment required for operation. Classification societies, their flag states, their shipping companies, and external human resources agencies all have relevant sets of regulations for the operation and maintenance of ships, instruments and equipment, and the management of crew members. Since there are various sets of regulations, there will be internal supervision and auditing by shipping companies to implement the above-mentioned sets of regulations.

In addition to internal supervision and auditing, when changing crew members, the departing crew member must hand over the usage and historical records of the equipment he or she is responsible for to the new crew member. Since the time for crew handover in the vehicle is very short, and there are many equipment to be handed over, it is impossible to complete the handover in a short time, so the problem of unclear responsibilities will arise.

However, the current supervision, audit and handover are all recorded in paper form, and it is impossible to know whether the supervision, audit and handover are complete. In addition, each supervisor, auditor and handover person uses different words and phrases, and the severity and difficulty of the description vary, making it difficult to obtain the true picture and leaving room for ambiguity. Since the paper records of supervision, audit and handover are unclear, they may be contaminated and altered, resulting in that the defects may not be corrected during maintenance and repair. In this way, the safety of the operation of the equipment may be endangered, and it is impossible to correctly clarify who is responsible for the missing items. Furthermore, since the vehicle is in operation, it is not possible to report the improvement results to the regulatory authorities one by one according to the missing items. The regulatory authorities cannot immediately know whether the improvements have been completed and whether the improvement measures have met the qualification standards.

Therefore, there is an urgent need for a network information system that can supervise, audit, hand over and/or manage vehicles, so that many users of the system can have a common language for describing deficiencies, provide evidence support for each deficiency and its improvement in real time, count common deficiencies of the same type or same type of equipment or the same nature of operating procedures and make special improvements, and evaluate the persons in charge of the managed items, etc. Based on this, the operation safety of vehicles can be greatly improved, and the operating crew of vehicles can be assisted to comply with the provisions of various operating regulations, reduce fines and accidents caused by violations of regulations, protect or even extend the service life of vehicles, reduce the overall purchase and maintenance costs of vehicles, and enhance the confidence and sense of responsibility of crew members for instruments and equipment.

This application provides an enterprise asset management (EAM) network information system for equipment management, which can manage the supervision, audit, handover and evaluation of equipment as much as possible through the network in real time, so that many users of the system can have a common language for describing deficiencies, can provide evidence support for each deficiency and its improvement in real time, can count common deficiencies of the same type or same type of equipment or the same nature of operating procedures and make special improvements, and can evaluate the performance of the persons in charge of the managed items, etc. Accordingly, the operational safety of vehicles can be greatly improved, and the operators of vehicles can be assisted to comply with the provisions of various sets of operating regulations, and fines and accidents caused by violations of regulations can be reduced, the service life of vehicles can be guaranteed or even extended, the overall purchase and maintenance costs of vehicles can be reduced, and the confidence and sense of responsibility of the operators in the equipment can be enhanced.

According to an embodiment of the present application, a method for supervising and improving the operation of sports equipment is provided, which is applicable to a client computer of a network information system, wherein the method for supervising and improving the operation of sports equipment comprises: logging into a server of the network information system through a network with a user account from a network connection device of the client computer; allowing the network connection device of the client computer to download a supervision report from the server, wherein the supervision report comprises a plurality of supervision items, each of which corresponds to a person in charge and a supervision result. ; receiving an improvement result and an improvement evidence file from the input device of the client computer; allowing the central processing unit of the client computer to determine that when the person in charge corresponding to a first supervision item of one of the plurality of supervision items corresponds to the user account, the improvement result and the improvement evidence file are associated with the first supervision item of the supervision report to update the supervision report; and when the network connection device of the client computer is connected to the server through the network, the updated part of the supervision report is transmitted to the server.

According to an embodiment of the present application, a servo method for supervising the operation of a vehicle is provided, which is applicable to a server of a network information system, wherein the servo method for supervising the operation of a vehicle comprises: transmitting a supervision template to a client computer of the network information system via a network, wherein the supervision template comprises a plurality of supervision items, each of which corresponds to an applicable cabin and equipment and a plurality of supervision results; receiving a supervision report corresponding to the supervision template from the client computer via the network, wherein the supervision report comprises a supervision cabin and equipment corresponding to each of the above-mentioned supervision items and one of the plurality of supervision results, wherein the supervision cabin and equipment corresponds to the applicable cabin and equipment; and storing the supervision report in a database.

According to an embodiment of the present application, a method for operating an audit vehicle is provided, which is applicable to a client computer of a network information system, wherein the method for operating the audit vehicle comprises: downloading an audit template and a plurality of files from a server of the network information system through a network from a network connection device of the client computer, wherein the audit template comprises a file preparation template, an audit report template and a plurality of audit items, each of which corresponds to an applicable cabin and equipment, at least one applicable regulatory provision and a plurality of audit results; causing a central processing unit of the client computer to generate an audit data according to the audit template; receiving information about the plurality of files in the audit data from an input device of the client computer; receiving, from the input device of the client computer, an audit space and equipment corresponding to each of the above-mentioned audit items in the audit data, an applicable regulatory provision, and one of the multiple supervision results, wherein the audit space and equipment corresponds to the applicable space and equipment, and the applicable regulatory provision of the audit data belongs to the at least one applicable regulatory provision corresponding to the corresponding audit item in the audit template; when the network connection device of the client computer is connected to the server through the network, the audit data is transmitted to the server; and the server is caused to generate an audit report according to the audit data, the multiple documents, and the audit report template.

The above-mentioned embodiments can be used as a part of the software and/or hardware of the enterprise asset management (EAM Enterprise Asset Management) network information system for vehicle management. Ordinary technicians in this field should have technical capabilities in the field of computer science and can make equivalent changes to the components of the above-mentioned embodiments to comply with the scope of the patent application of this application.

The present invention will describe some embodiments in detail as follows. However, in addition to the disclosed embodiments, the present invention can also be widely applied to other embodiments. The scope of the present invention is not limited by these embodiments, but is subject to the scope of the subsequent patent application. Please refer to FIG. 1A, which is a block diagram of a network information system 100 for supervising, auditing and/or handing over a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present application. The network information system 100 includes a server 110 and a mobile client computer 160. In the present application, when referring to supervision, auditing and/or handing over, the term supervision is generally used to cover it. A person skilled in the art should be aware that some embodiments are only particularly applicable to one of the procedures or system functions of supervision, auditing or handing over.

Supervisors and/or maintenance and improvement personnel can use the mobile client computer 160 to conduct supervision and/or improvement at various locations within the vehicle. Since some locations within the vehicle may not be able to connect to an external network, or even to the vehicle local area network 140 for wired or wireless communication set within the vehicle, the mobile client computer 160 has a storage device and a memory module, and the supervision and/or improvement information can be temporarily stored in the mobile client computer 160. When the vehicle local area network 140 or an external network can be connected, the mobile client computer 160 can communicate with the server 110 and transmit the supervision and/or improvement information to the server 110.

A fixed client computer 150 may also be installed inside the vehicle, for example, for use by a handover person or a maintenance and improvement person. The fixed client computer 150 may be connected to the server 110 via an external network through a vehicle local area network 140. The vehicle local area network 140 may include a router, a wired and wireless network, and is used to connect the fixed client computer 150 inside the vehicle and the mobile client computer 160. The vehicle local area network 140 may also be used to connect to an external network, such as a satellite network 130 and/or a telecommunications network 120. The satellite network 130 may include satellite networks such as Starlink, INMARSAT, Iridium, or future sixth-generation space-based mobile communication networks. The telecommunication network 120 may include wired and/or wireless telecommunication networks. When the vehicle is parked at a terminal, seaport, or airport, it may be connected to the telecommunication network 120 via a wired telephone line or optical fiber line. When the vehicle is moving, it may be connected to the telecommunication network 120 via a wireless third, fourth, fifth, or sixth-generation wireless communication network.

Similarly, the server 110 can be connected to the satellite network 130 and/or telecommunication network 120 through a local area network (not shown) so as to be connected to the fixed client computer 150 and the mobile client computer 160 in the vehicle. The network information system 100 can also include a client computer 170 that is not in the vehicle and can be connected to the server 110 through a network (not shown). Since a person skilled in the art can understand how the client computer 170 that is not in the vehicle is connected to the server 110, it will not be described here.

Generally speaking, the connection speed, quality and rate of the telecommunications network 120 are better than those of the satellite network 130. Due to geographical and/or financial limitations of vehicles, data transmission through the satellite network 130 is usually slower and less economical. However, in the vast ocean or above the sky, data can only be transmitted through the satellite network 130. Please refer to Figure 1B, which is a block diagram of a network information system 100 for supervising, auditing and/or handing over vehicles according to another embodiment of the present application. Compared with the network information system 100 shown in Figure 1A, when the vehicle enters the connection range of the telecommunications network 120, the router and server 110 in the vehicle local area network 140 can cooperate to switch from the satellite network 130 to the telecommunications network 120. On the contrary, when the vehicle leaves the connection range of the telecommunication network 120 , the router and the server 110 in the vehicle local area network 140 can cooperate to switch from the telecommunication network 120 to the satellite network 130 .

Please refer to FIG. 1C , which is a block diagram of a network information system 100 for supervising, auditing and/or handing over vehicles according to another embodiment of the present application. Compared with the network information system 100 shown in FIG. 1B , the mobile client computer 160 can also be connected to the server 110 directly through the telecommunication network 120 instead of through the vehicle local area network 140. It is worth noting that, although in FIG. 1C , the mobile client computer 160 and the vehicle local area network 140 are both connected to the same telecommunication network 120, the present application is not limited thereto. The mobile client computer 160 and the vehicle local area network 140 can be connected to different telecommunication networks 120, and connected to the server 110, respectively.

In one embodiment, the mobile client computer 160 can also be directly connected to the server 110 via the satellite network 130. A person skilled in the art can understand from the embodiments shown in FIG. 1A to FIG. 1C that although the computer in the vehicle can be connected to the server 110 via different networks, when neither the telecommunications network 120 nor the satellite network 130 is available, the fixed client computer 150 and the mobile client computer 160 in the vehicle can temporarily store the supervision and/or improvement information, and exchange information with the server 110 when the external network is connected.

Please refer to FIG. 2, which is a block diagram of components of a server 110 according to an embodiment of the present application. A person skilled in the art who has general knowledge in the field of computers can understand that the server 110 described in the present application can be a combination of one or more physical computers or a combination of one or more virtual computers. Regardless of whether it is a physical computer or a virtual computer, it can be abstractly divided into a three-tier architecture as shown in FIG. 2. The three-layer architecture includes a database server 210 of the first data access layer, a business logic server 220 of the second business logic or domain layer, and a web server 230 and/or a dedicated interface server 240 of the third presentation layer. The client of the third presentation layer is complemented by a web browser on the client computer 150, 160, 170, or a specific application installed on the client computer 150, 160, 170.

In one embodiment, when the client computers 150, 160, 170 connect to the web server 230 of the upper presentation layer through a web browser, the industry standard HTTP/HTML/JSON series of communication protocols can be used. In another embodiment, when the client computers 150, 160, 170 connect to the proprietary interface server 240 of the upper presentation layer through a specific application, a specific communication protocol can be used, or a mixture of industry standard and specific communication protocols can be used. This application is not limited to using a web browser or a specific application to connect to the web server 230 or the proprietary interface server 240, respectively. For example, the client computers 150, 160, 170 may implement a specific web browser or a web browser plug-in to connect to the web server 230 and/or the proprietary interface server 240.

In one embodiment, since the fixed client computer 150 and the mobile client computer 160 in the aforementioned vehicle need to temporarily store the supervision and/or improvement information, the specific application installed on the client computers 150, 160, 170 can temporarily store the supervision and/or improvement information in the memory module or storage device. The web browser installed on the client computers 150, 160, 170 can temporarily store the supervision and/or improvement information in the memory module or storage device by using a technology that breaks through the browser sandbox restrictions, such as a browser plug-in or a special application installed in the browser.

A person skilled in the art who has general knowledge in the computer field can understand that the server 110 described in this application is not limited to the three-layer architecture shown in Figure 2. For example, the server 110 can use a traditional mainframe architecture or other software architecture to implement the method to be protected by this application.

Please refer to FIG. 3 , which is a block diagram of a mobile client computer 160 according to an embodiment of the present application. A person skilled in the art can understand that the block diagram shown in FIG. 3 can also be applied to a fixed client computer 150 and a client computer 170, or even a server 110. The mobile client computer 160 can be a common smart phone, personal digital assistant, tablet computer, laptop computer, etc., which has a power storage device and can provide power to operate the mobile client computer 160 when moving. The fixed client computer 150 can be a computer without a power storage device and cannot provide power to operate the client computer 150 when moving. The client computer 170 can be a fixed client computer 150 or a mobile client computer 160.

The mobile client computer 160 may include a central processing unit (CPU) module 310 and a memory module 320. The CPU module 310 is used to execute an operating system and applications in the memory module 320 to control the entire mobile client computer 160. The memory module 320 may include a dynamic random access memory, such as a memory that complies with the industry standard of double data rate synchronous dynamic random access memory (DDRSM). The CPU module 310 may include a reduced instruction set computing (RISC) or complex instruction set computing (CISC) processor, as well as its corresponding cache memory and bus device.

The mobile client computer 160 may include a graphics processor module 330 to assist the CPU module 310 in accelerating the processing of content presented on the display 340. The mobile client computer 160 may include the display 340 as a primary output device. In one embodiment, the display 340 may be a touch screen that serves as both an output and an input device.

The mobile client computer 160 may include a peripheral interface module 350 for connecting various peripheral devices. The peripheral interface module 350 may include industry standard serial or parallel interfaces such as PCI, PCI-Express, USB, SCSI, UART, etc. The mobile client computer 160 may include various input devices 370, output devices 360, network connection devices 380 and storage devices 390, which are connected to the central processing unit module 310 and/or the memory module 320 through the above-mentioned peripheral interface module 350. The above-mentioned input device 370 may include a keyboard, a mouse, a touch pad, a touch screen, a microphone, a camera lens, a fingerprint reader, etc. The output device 360 may include a speaker, a printer, etc. The network connection device 380 may include various wired and wireless network connection devices for connecting to the vehicle local area network 140, the telecommunication network 120 and/or the satellite network 130 shown in FIG. 1 . The storage device 390 may include a non-volatile memory module for storing the operating system, the application and various data and instructions required for implementing the present application.

Please refer to FIG. 4 , which is a block diagram of a network information system 400 according to an embodiment of the present application. The network information system 400 may include a database 410 and at least one functional module: a superintendent module 420, an audit module 430, a handover module 440, and an evaluation module 450. Users of the network information system 400 may use a single user account to use at least one of the multiple functional modules. The database 410 includes user accounts, passwords, and the functional modules that can be used. In one embodiment, the user accounts and passwords included in the database 410 may come from other databases, such as a personnel database within an enterprise. In another embodiment, the employees of the enterprise can utilize a single sign-on function integrated within the enterprise and use one employee account to open at least one functional module.

In one embodiment, the network information system 400 may be connected to an email server 460. Alternatively, the network information system 400 may include an email server 460. When the above-mentioned functional module needs to notify the relevant user, an email may be sent to the relevant user via the email server 460. In one embodiment, the network information system 400 may be connected to a message server 470. Alternatively, the network information system 400 may include a message server 470. When the above-mentioned functional module needs to notify the relevant user, a message may be sent to the relevant user via the message server 470. The message server 470 may be used to send short messages (SMS), multimedia messages (MMS), messages of instant messaging software, etc. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the network information system 400 can be used as a client of an email server 460 and/or a message server 470 to send emails and messages to relevant users.

The supervision module 420 is used to provide the supervisor and the supervised with the function of supervising the vehicle. Generally speaking, the supervision is implemented by the vehicle operation enterprise itself, and the supervision and its improvement results are not released to the outside. Therefore, the supervision and its improvement results, as the internal control information of the vehicle operation enterprise, may affect the evaluation of the relevant responsible persons.

The audit module 430 is used to provide supervisors and supervisees with functions related to the audit of sports equipment. Generally speaking, audits are mostly implemented according to a set of applicable regulations or methods. The above regulations or methods are usually international common rules, national rules, and standards formulated by sports equipment manufacturers or inspection and supervision units. The audit results often have legal significance and can be used as evidence.

The handover module 440 is used to provide the equipment custodian with the function of explaining the change of responsibilities. For example, the third officer of a ship is responsible for the safekeeping of many equipment and documents. When the ship docks, the original third officer will go off the ship for vacation, and the new third officer will take over. The handover between the two people takes a lot of time, and it is impossible to introduce the many equipment and documents that the third officer is responsible for one by one. Therefore, when the original third officer learns the date of docking, he can use the handover module 440 to introduce and record the equipment and documents he is responsible for before docking. The new third officer can also use the handover module 440 to check and hand over the equipment and documents he is responsible for one by one within a period of time after taking over. If there are any problems with the equipment and documents, and they are different from the records filled in by the previous person in charge, the new person in charge can upload evidence (such as photos, videos, and audio files) to the handover module 440. When there are problems with the handover, the previous person in charge can provide additional explanations or clarify the responsibilities of the new and old personnel. In addition, the person in charge can also introduce and record the operation of the equipment he is responsible for before knowing the handover date.

The crew members of the vehicles will be transferred between the vehicles, so it is not easy to evaluate the crew members during a certain period of time. The evaluation module 450 can automatically evaluate the various supervision, audit and handover records of a certain employee in the supervision module 420, the audit module 430 and the handover module 440. For example, a direct person in charge and an indirect person in charge can be set for a certain audit item. When the employee has no omissions during a certain supervision, the points of the evaluation between him and the indirect person in charge can be increased; if there are major omissions during the audit, the points of the evaluation between him and the indirect person in charge will be reduced. The increase or decrease of the above points can be used for consideration when awarding bonuses, promotions or transfers. The calculation of the above points may also be made public in the assessment module 450 to promote fairness and credibility.

Please refer to FIG5, which is a block diagram of a data structure 500 of a network information system 400 according to an embodiment of the present application. The data structure shown in FIG5 may exist in a database 410, that is, in the server 110 shown in FIG1A to FIG1C, especially in the database server 210 shown in FIG2.

FIG. 5 shows vehicle data 510, personnel data 520 and regulatory data 530, as well as a supervisory data set 540, an audit data set 550 and a handover data set 560 corresponding to the supervisory module 420, the audit module 430 and the handover module 440, respectively. In one embodiment, when the network information system 400 implements one of the supervisory module 420, the audit module 430 and the handover module 440, its database 410 may include data corresponding to the implemented module. For example, when the network information system 400 only implements the supervisory module 420, it may only include the supervisory data set 540, without including the audit data set 550 and the handover data set 560.

The above-mentioned vehicle data 510 may include the vehicle to be managed, the configuration inside the vehicle (such as floors and cabins), the equipment installed in each cabin, the personnel positions required for the vehicle, the documents that should be available when the vehicle is in operation, and other data. The data of each type of equipment may also be included in the vehicle data 510. For example, the applicant's corporate group has leased 20 W-class container ships, each with a carrying capacity of about 14,000 standard containers and a full load displacement of nearly 200,000 tons, built by three shipyards. The internal configuration of each W-class container ship is very similar, but there are also slight differences. It can be imagined that such a large vehicle contains many cabins, each of which may be equipped with one or more equipment, and each equipment needs to be maintained, repaired, tested and replaced. In addition to the aforementioned W-class container ships, the applicant's corporate group also operates multiple classes of ships. The space and personnel configurations of different classes of ships are naturally different.

The above-mentioned personnel data 520 may include the members corresponding to the vehicle, the positions held by the members on the vehicle, and the supervisors responsible for supervision and/or auditing. The former can use the supervision module 420 and the audit module 430 of the network information system 400 to submit improvement reports for missing items, and can also use the handover module 440 to hand over and take over. The latter can submit supervision reports and/or audit reports using the supervision module 420 and/or the audit module 430 of the network information system 400. The above-mentioned personnel data 520 may also include the levels of the members and supervisors, so that the above-mentioned improvement reports, supervision reports and/or audit reports can find indirect responsible persons for signature through the hierarchical organization.

The regulatory data 530 may include multiple countries and multiple sets of regulations that must be followed when the vehicle is operated. For example, the regulations applicable to a certain level of vehicle and the provisions of the applicable regulations may be recorded.

The above-mentioned supervision data set 540 may include multiple supervision templates and a supervision report and an improvement report based on one of the multiple supervision templates. Therefore, one of the functions included in the supervision module 420 is to add or modify a supervision template. In one embodiment, when a corresponding supervision data is generated for a supervision template, the supervision template will be frozen. When the supervision template is to be modified, the modified supervision template will be saved as a new version to avoid the corresponding supervision data from losing the corresponding target.

A supervision template may correspond to a certain level of vehicle, or even to a specific vehicle. According to the level or the vehicle to which it corresponds, the configuration and equipment data of the level or the vehicle may be found in the vehicle data 510, and the regulations applicable to the level or the vehicle and the provisions of the applicable regulations may be found in the regulation data 530.

A supervision template can contain multiple supervision items, and each supervision item can correspond to multiple supervision results. For example, for the supervision item of kitchen floor cleanliness, two supervision results can be preset, such as "clean" and "needs improvement". Because possible supervision results have been preset, it is no longer open and free to fill in like a paper supervision record. Based on this, the communication problem mentioned earlier is improved and supervision standards are established.

Each supervision item can be assigned to at least one responsible person, such as the third mate or the boatswain. The responsible person can accompany the supervisor to explain and listen to the supervisor's opinions.

Each supervision item can also correspond to at least one article of applicable regulations. For example, when the kitchen floor is not clean, which article of which set of regulations will be violated. However, it is worth noting that supervision items do not necessarily involve regulations.

Each supervision item can correspond to a certain compartment or equipment of the class or vessel, for example, the kitchen is located in the compartment number on the deck.

The supervisor can design a set of supervision templates for the key areas of supervision. When the supervision template is completed, the supervision module 420 can generate supervision items for each floor/cabin/equipment in sequence according to the above-mentioned supervision items and the corresponding cabin or equipment information, so that the supervisor can supervise in sequence according to the configuration of the supervision template inside the vehicle, without having to shuttle back and forth between different floors or cabins for multiple supervision items. In this way, the time of the supervisor and the accompanying supervisor can be saved. In addition, when there may be multiple equipment that needs to be supervised on the same floor or cabin, the supervisor and the accompanying supervisor can supervise all the equipment at the same place, which can also save the time of the supervisor and the accompanying supervisor.

In one embodiment, in order to facilitate the supervision process, the supervision module 420 can generate a supervision route plan for the supervision template in advance according to the above-mentioned supervision items and the corresponding cabins or equipment information, and the vehicle data 510. In another embodiment, the supervision module 420 can generate a supervision route plan for the supervision template in real time according to the supervision items that have not been carried out and the corresponding cabins or equipment information, and the vehicle data 510.

In one embodiment, multiple supervision items can be classified under multiple sections. The duties of the persons in charge of the multiple supervision items included in the same section can be the same. The equipment corresponding to the multiple supervision items included in the same section can be the same. The locations corresponding to the multiple supervision items included in the same section can be the same. The legal provisions corresponding to the multiple supervision items included in the same section can be the same. The supervision module 420 can classify the multiple supervision items under multiple sections according to at least one of the above principles. Of course, users can also manually edit the sections and the supervision items they belong to.

In one embodiment, in order to conveniently count the scope covered by the supervision template, the supervision module 420 can count all the involved cabins, equipment, duties of responsible persons, and regulations for a certain supervision template.

In one embodiment, in order to complete the supervision of the compartments or equipment, the supervision module 420 can point out the compartments or equipment in the corresponding vehicle that are not covered by the supervision template for a certain supervision template. For example, when the supervision template is designed to supervise all power generation equipment, it can be found out which power generation equipment in the corresponding vehicle is not covered by the supervision template, and new supervision items can be added to complete the supervision.

In one embodiment, in order to supervise all the provisions related to a certain set of regulations, the supervision module 420 can point out the provisions in the corresponding set of regulations that are not covered by the supervision template for a certain supervision template.

In one embodiment, in order to supervise the personnel assigned to the vehicle, the supervision module 420 may point out the personnel positions in the corresponding vehicle that are not covered by the supervision template for a certain supervision template.

In some cases, a certain vehicle has made some special changes compared to other vehicles of the same level, and some supervision items in the supervision template can be set to target this vehicle. For example, when a vehicle has a new air conditioning system, which is specially used to cope with the extreme cold of polar routes, one or more supervision items can be added to the supervision template to specifically supervise the air conditioning system. However, these supervision items can be ignored in the supervision of other vehicles of the same level.

In one embodiment, in order to indicate the severity of the supervision item, each supervision item can be set to a severity level. For example, when the supervision result of a supervision item is unqualified, it will seriously affect the navigation safety of the vehicle, and the severity of the supervision item can be set to critical. For example, the above-mentioned supervision item for kitchen floor cleanliness can be set to minor.

Please refer to FIG. 6A, which is a block diagram of a supervision template 600 according to an embodiment of the present application. The supervision template 600 includes at least one supervision template data 610, which may include some basic data, such as the name of the supervision template, the serial number of the supervision template, the creator of the supervision template, the creation time, the modification time, etc. Ordinary technical personnel in this field should have the basic design ability of the data outline (database schema).

As mentioned above, the supervision template 600 may include multiple supervision items 630 and multiple categories 620. Each category 620 may include one or more supervision items 630. Each supervision item 630 may include multiple supervision results 640 as options. Each supervision item 630 may correspond to one or more applicable regulatory provisions 650. However, the supervision item 630 may not correspond to any regulatory provisions 650. The above-mentioned applicable regulatory provisions 650 may come from the regulatory data 530 shown in Figure 5. Each supervision item 630 may correspond to an applicable compartment and equipment 660. However, the supervision item 630 may not correspond to any applicable compartment and equipment 660. For example, when the supervision item 630 is aimed at a member's vacation issue, it will not correspond to any applicable cabins and equipment 660. Each supervision item 630 can correspond to one or more responsible positions 670. For example, a supervision item 630 involving a certain generator equipment corresponds to the third engineer, or other positions that can replace the third engineer's position, such as the fourth engineer, the second engineer, and the chief engineer. Each supervision item 630 can correspond to a severity level 680. For example, the supervision item 630 involving the thruster main shaft can correspond to a critical level of severity. The supervision template data 610 can correspond to one or more applicable vehicle levels 690, and can also correspond to a specific vehicle.

Please refer to FIG. 6B , which is a block diagram of a supervision template 600 according to another embodiment of the present application. The difference from the embodiment shown in FIG. 6A is that one or any combination of applicable regulatory provisions 650, applicable spaces and equipment 660, and responsible person positions 670 does not correspond to individual supervision items 630, but corresponds to a classification 620. In this way, the same type of supervision can be performed according to the classification 620. However, logically speaking, it can be considered that all supervision items 630 in the classification 620 correspond to the same applicable regulatory provisions 650, applicable spaces and equipment 660, and responsible person positions 670, or any combination.

Please refer to FIG. 7 , which is a block diagram of supervision data 700 according to an embodiment of the present application. The supervision data 700 corresponds to a certain supervision template 600. However, all possible options correspond to the actual supervision data after supervision. For example, the supervision record data 710 will actually correspond to a certain vehicle 790, rather than one or more applicable vehicle levels 690. A person of ordinary skill in the art can understand that the vehicle 790 should belong to one of the one or more applicable vehicle levels 690. The supervision record data 710 may also include information such as the supervisor, the start time of supervision, and the end time of supervision.

Each supervision item 630 corresponds to a selected supervision result 740, and an optional evidence file. In one embodiment, the supervision item 630 can include a free-filled supervision result 740. The above-mentioned supervision result 740 belongs to one of the multiple supervision results 640 shown in Figure 6A or Figure 6B.

Each supervision item 630 may correspond to one or more selected applicable regulatory provisions 750. The applicable regulatory provisions 750 belong to one of the one or more applicable regulatory provisions 650 shown in FIG. 6A or FIG. 6B. Each supervision item 630 may correspond to one or more supervised compartments and equipment 760. The supervised compartments and equipment 760 belong to the applicable compartments and equipment 660 shown in FIG. 6A or FIG. 6B. Each supervision item 630 may correspond to a person in charge 770, which belongs to the account of the actual person in charge corresponding to the person in charge position 670 shown in FIG. 6A or FIG. 6B. In one embodiment, the person in charge 770 may be a proxy position for the person in charge position 670. As mentioned above, when the person in charge position 670 is the third engineer, but the third engineer position of the vehicle is vacant or on leave, the person in charge 770 may be the account of the actual person in charge of other positions acting as the third engineer position, such as the fourth engineer, the second engineer, and the chief engineer.

Each supervision item 630 may correspond to more than one improvement result and evidence 745. These improvement results and evidence 745 may also include supervisor's comments on the improvement results, and may also include data on whether the improvement results are qualified.

The supervision module 420 can provide a human-machine interface for the above-mentioned supervision templates, so that users can manage (i.e., add, delete, modify, and query) these supervision templates on the client terminals 150, 160, and 170. The designed supervision templates are stored in the server 110, which can be the database server 210 shown in FIG. 2, or the database 410 shown in FIG. 4.

Before supervision, the supervisor selects one of the multiple supervision templates 600, selects the sports equipment and schedules the supervision date as one supervision data 700. In other words, one supervision data 700 corresponds to a certain supervision template 600. One supervision template 600 can correspond to multiple supervision data 700.

Because the supervision template 600 has a corresponding position of a responsible person, after the supervision data 700 is arranged, the supervision module 420 can find out who the person in charge or agent of the position is at that time according to the personnel data 520, and notify the person in charge related to the supervision data 700, for example, through the aforementioned email server 460 or message server 470. In some examples, as a temporary sampling supervision, the supervision module 420 may not notify the person in charge of the supervision data 700, but the person in charge or agent of the position at that time has been recorded in the supervision data 700.

Before starting the supervision, the supervisor's mobile client computer 160 can download the supervision data 700 and/or the corresponding supervision template from the supervision module 420. As mentioned above, because the coverage of the vehicle area network 140 may not cover the cabin of the supervision, the supervisor's mobile client computer 160 can first store the supervision data 700. Then, the supervisor can start the supervision along the supervision route provided by the supervision module 420. The supervision module 420 can automatically record the recording time of the supervision data 700, including the time of selecting the supervision result and the time of completing the supervision.

When a supervisor is conducting supervision on a supervision project, he or she can use the input device of the mobile client computer 160, such as a camera, microphone, etc., to take photos, videos, audio files, etc. as evidence for the supervision project. The supervisor can also use the mobile client computer 160 to edit and annotate the photos or videos to explain why the evidence supports the selected supervision result. For example, the supervisor can use the mobile client computer 160 to take a photo of the fruit peels left on the kitchen floor to support the selected supervision result of "needs to be improved". In this way, disputes can be reduced and the authority of the supervisor can be enhanced.

After the supervision is finished, the supervisor takes the mobile client computer 160 back to an environment connected to the server 110, for example, through the vehicle local area network 140, the telecommunications network 120 or the satellite network 130, and the mobile client computer 160 transmits the supervision data set 540 temporarily stored inside to the server 110. The server 110 stores the supervision data 700 in the supervision data set 540. In some embodiments, after the supervision data 700 is uploaded, the supervision module 420 first notifies the superior of the supervision department to sign the supervision data 700. Then, the server 110 can send the message that the upload of the supervision data 700 is completed to the relevant personnel through the aforementioned email server 460 or message server 470.

The supervision module 420 can generate general statistics for the supervision data 700, such as the overall pass rate, the sub-section pass rate, the pass rate of a set of regulations, and the pass rate of the person in charge. The supervision data 700 can also be compared with other supervision data 700 corresponding to the same supervision template. For example, the improvement rate of the previous supervision data 700 of the same supervision template can be calculated.

After the supervision data 700 has been signed or uploaded, the relevant responsible personnel can view the supervision data 700. In one embodiment, the supervision module 420 can generate a corresponding improvement notice for each responsible person. For example, the improvement notice received by the first mate only includes one supervision item. The improvement notice received by the third mate includes three supervision items.

After the responsible person or his agent has improved the unqualified supervision items, the responsible person or his agent can use the client computer 150, 160 or 170 to enter the unqualified supervision items of the supervision module 420 and input the corresponding improvement results. In some examples, photos, videos or audio files can also be input as evidence of the improvement measures. Similarly, when the mobile client computer 160 of the responsible person or his agent fails to connect to the server 110, the improvement results and the corresponding evidence can be temporarily stored in the mobile client computer 160. When the mobile client computer 160 can be connected to the server 110, the temporarily stored improvement results and the corresponding evidence can be transmitted to the server 110.

In one embodiment, these improvement results are associated with the supervision data 700. The supervisor or the superior of the responsible person can judge whether the improvement is suitable for the supervision project based on the improvement results supported by the evidence. When the supervisor or the superior of the responsible person believes that the improvement results are still unacceptable, the responsible person can be asked to make improvements again. The supervision module 420 can also perform statistics on the improvement rate, or perform the above statistics on the supervision data 700 after improvement.

The above-mentioned audit data set 550 may include multiple audit templates and an audit report and its improvement report based on one of the multiple audit templates. Therefore, one of the functions included in the audit module 430 is to add or modify an audit template. In one embodiment, when a corresponding audit data is generated for a certain audit template, the audit template will be frozen. The auditor can design a set of audit templates for the above regulations. When the audit template is completed, the audit module 430 can generate audit items for each floor/cabin/equipment in sequence according to the above audit items and the corresponding cabin or equipment information, so that the auditor can perform audits in sequence according to the configuration of the audit template inside the vehicle, without having to shuttle back and forth between different floors or cabins for multiple audit items. In this way, the time of the auditor and the accompanying auditor can be saved. In addition, when there may be multiple equipment that needs to be audited on the same floor or cabin, the auditor and the accompanying auditor can audit all the equipment at the same place, which can also save the time of the auditor and the accompanying auditor.

The audit module 420 can provide a human-machine interface for the audit templates, allowing users to manage (i.e., add, delete, modify, and query) these audit templates on the client terminals 150, 160, and 170. The designed audit templates are stored in the server 110, which can be the database server 210 shown in FIG. 2, or the database 410 shown in FIG. 4.

The differences between the audit template and the supervision template 600 include but are not limited to: the audit template also includes a pre-audit document preparation template and an audit report template to be generated after the audit. Before conducting an audit, it may be necessary to conduct a written audit of the audit matters. If the documents to be audited are not complete, the audit cannot be conducted. For example, when conducting an on-site audit of a fire safety drill for transport equipment, the relevant documents of the fire equipment and the qualification documents of the fire rescue personnel must be audited first. When these documents are incomplete, the audit of fire safety for transport equipment cannot be conducted. Each document can set a corresponding position as the person in charge.

Audit results are usually made into standard articles. The formats and specifications of these standard articles can be made into audit report templates and stored in the audit templates in advance. The content of a certain field in the audit report template can come from the content of one or more audit items. For example, the content of a certain field may be qualified or unqualified. This field may correspond to the audit results of five audit items. When the audit result of one of the five audit items is unqualified, the content of this field in the above audit report will be unqualified. In another example, the content of another field may be the pass rate. This field also corresponds to the audit results of the above five audit items. When one of the five audit items is unqualified, the content of the pass rate field in the above audit report will be 80%. When three of the five audit items are unqualified, the content of the pass rate field in the above audit report will be 40%.

In the audit report template, not every field can correspond to the results of one or more audit items. In one example, standard filling options or canned responses can be provided for the fields that cannot correspond to any audit items to facilitate the auditor to generate the audit report.

In the audit report template, you can also set the documents in the above document preparation template as attachments and list them after the audit report as reference and supporting data.

Please refer to FIG8A, which is a block diagram of an audit template 800 according to the present application. The audit template 800 may include an audit template data 810, which may include some basic data, such as audit template name, audit template serial number, audit template creator, creation time, modification time and other data.

Like the supervision template 600, the audit template 800 may include multiple audit items 830 and multiple categories 820. Each category 820 may include one or more audit items 830. Each audit item 830 may include multiple audit results 840 as options. Each audit item 830 may correspond to one or more applicable regulatory provisions 850. However, the audit item 830 may not correspond to any regulatory provisions 850. The above-mentioned applicable regulatory provisions 850 may come from the regulatory data 530 shown in Figure 5. Each audit item 830 may correspond to an applicable compartment and equipment 860. However, the audit item 830 may not correspond to any applicable compartment and equipment 860. For example, when the audit item 830 is aimed at a member's vacation issue, it will not correspond to any applicable cabins and equipment 860. Each audit item 830 can correspond to one or more responsible positions 870. For example, a supervisory item 830 involving a certain generator equipment corresponds to the third engineer, or other positions that can replace the third engineer's position, such as the fourth engineer, the second engineer, and the chief engineer. Each audit item 830 can correspond to a severity level 880. For example, the severity level of the audit item 830 involving the propeller shaft can correspond to critical. The audit template data 810 can correspond to one or more applicable vehicle levels 890, and can also correspond to a specific vehicle.

The audit template 800 may correspond to a document preparation template 812 and an audit report template 814. As described above, the document preparation template 812 may include one or more document descriptions and corresponding responsible person positions. The audit report template 814 may include the format of the standard form to be applied, and how certain fields in the form are generated according to the content of one or more audit items 830.

Please refer to FIG. 8B , which is a block diagram of an audit template 800 according to another embodiment of the present application. The difference from the embodiment shown in FIG. 8A is that one or any combination of applicable regulatory provisions 850, applicable spaces and equipment 860, and responsible person positions 870 does not correspond to individual audit items 830, but corresponds to a classification 820. In this way, the same type of audit can be performed according to the classification 820. However, logically speaking, it can be considered that all audit items 830 in the classification 820 correspond to the same applicable regulatory provisions 850, applicable spaces and equipment 860, and responsible person positions 870, or any combination.

Please refer to FIG. 9 , which is a block diagram of audit data 900 according to an embodiment of the present application. The audit data 900 corresponds to a certain audit template 800. However, all possible options correspond to the actual audit data after the audit. For example, the audit record data 910 will actually correspond to a certain vehicle 990, rather than one or more applicable vehicle levels 890. A person of ordinary skill in the art can understand that the vehicle 990 should belong to one of the one or more applicable vehicle levels 890. The audit record data 910 may also include data such as the auditor, the start time of the audit, the end time of the audit, and may also include the data required in the audit report template 814 to generate the audit report 914.

Each audit item 830 corresponds to a selected audit result 940, and an optional evidence file. In one embodiment, the audit item 830 can include a free-filled audit result 940. The above-mentioned audit result 940 belongs to one of the multiple audit results 840 shown in Figure 8A or Figure 8B.

Each audit item 830 may correspond to one or more selected applicable regulatory provisions 950. The applicable regulatory provisions 950 belong to one of the one or more applicable regulatory provisions 850 shown in FIG. 8A or FIG. 8B. Each audit item 830 may correspond to one or more audited spaces and equipment 960. The audited spaces and equipment 960 belong to the applicable spaces and equipment 860 shown in FIG. 8A or FIG. 8B. Each audit item 830 may correspond to a person in charge 970, which belongs to the account of the actual person in charge corresponding to the person in charge position 870 shown in FIG. 8A or FIG. 8B. In one embodiment, the person in charge 970 may be a proxy position for the person in charge position 870. As mentioned above, when the person in charge position 870 is the third engineer, but the third engineer position of the vehicle is vacant or on leave, the person in charge 970 may be the account of the actual person in charge of other positions acting as the third engineer position, such as the fourth engineer, the second engineer, and the chief engineer.

Each audit item 830 may correspond to more than one improvement result and evidence 945. These improvement results and evidence 945 may also include the auditor's comments on the improvement results, and may also include data on whether the improvement results are qualified.

As mentioned above, the audit template 800 includes a document preparation template 812. After an audit is conducted, the documents 912 mentioned in the document preparation template 812 should be ready and associated with the audit data 900.

After the audit of each audit item 830 is completed, the audit module 430 can generate an audit report 914 according to the format of the audit report template 814. The fields of the audit report 914 can be generated according to the audit results and evidence of one or more related audit items 830, or according to the audit record data 910. In addition, the auditor can also fill in certain fields in the above audit report through the audit module 430. For example, the above audit report 914 has a field for overall comments, which must be filled in by the auditor and cannot be automatically generated by the rules set by the audit report template 814.

In one embodiment, the auditor can modify the content of the automatically generated field. However, in the audit report 914, it can be shown that the content of the field has been modified by the auditor, rather than being automatically generated according to the above rules.

Before conducting an audit, the auditor selects one of the multiple audit templates, selects the vehicle and schedules the audit date as the audit data. In other words, the audit data is mapped to a certain audit template. An audit template can be mapped to multiple audit data.

Because the audit template has a corresponding responsible person position, after the audit data is arranged, the audit module 430 can find out who is the person in charge or agent of the position at that time according to the personnel data 520, and notify the person in charge of the audit data, for example, through the aforementioned email server 460 or message server 470. In some examples, as a temporary sampling audit, the audit module 430 may not notify the person in charge of the audit data, but the person in charge or agent of the position at that time has been recorded in the audit data.

Since each document in the document preparation template in the audit template has a corresponding position of a person in charge, after the audit data is arranged, the audit module 430 can find out who the person in charge or agent of the position is at that time according to the personnel data 520, and notify the person in charge of the audit data, for example, through the aforementioned email server 460 or message server 470. The person in charge or agent of the position at that time can provide the documents to the audit data through the audit module 430. The auditor can review the relevant documents through the audit module 430. If there are documents that fail to pass the audit or are not available, the audit module 430 can notify the person in charge of the audit data again to request the provision or update of the documents. When all the pre-prepared documents are ready, the audit module 430 can notify the personnel related to the audit data to explain that the on-site audit action will be carried out.

Before starting the audit, the auditor's mobile client computer 160 can download the audit data and/or the corresponding audit template from the audit module 430. As mentioned above, because the coverage of the vehicle area network 140 may not cover the cabin of the audit, the auditor's mobile client computer 160 can first store the audit data. Then, the auditor can start supervision along the audit route provided by the audit module 430. The audit module 430 can automatically record the recording time of the audit data, including the time of selecting the audit result and the time of completing the audit.

When an auditor conducts an audit on a certain audit item, he or she can use the input device of the mobile client computer 160, such as a camera, microphone, etc., to take photos, videos, audio files, etc. as evidence for the audit item. The auditor can also use the mobile client computer 160 to edit and annotate the photos or videos to explain why the evidence supports the audit result he or she has selected. For example, the auditor can use the mobile client computer 160 to take a photo of the fruit peels left on the kitchen floor to support the supervisory result he or she has selected of "needs to be improved". In this way, disputes can be reduced and the authority of the auditor can be enhanced.

After the audit is completed, the auditor takes the mobile client computer 160 back to an environment connected to the server 110, for example, through the vehicle local area network 140, the telecommunications network 120 or the satellite network 130, and the mobile client computer 160 transmits the audit data temporarily stored in the internal to the server 110. The server 110 stores the audit data in the audit data set 550. In some embodiments, after the audit data is uploaded, the audit module 430 first notifies the superior of the audit department to sign the audit data. Then, the server 110 can send the message of the completion of uploading the audit data to the relevant personnel through the aforementioned email server 460 or message server 470.

The audit module 430 can generate general statistics for the audit data, such as the overall pass rate, the sub-section pass rate, the pass rate of a certain set of regulations, and the pass rate of the person in charge. The audit data can also be compared with other audit data corresponding to the same audit template. For example, the improvement rate of the previous audit data of the same audit template can be calculated.

After the audit data has been signed or uploaded, the relevant responsible personnel can view the audit data. In one embodiment, the audit module 430 can generate a corresponding improvement notice for each responsible person. For example, the improvement notice received by the first mate only includes one audit item. The improvement notice received by the third mate includes three audit items.

After the responsible person or his agent has improved the unqualified audit items, the responsible person or his agent can use the client computer 150, 160 or 170 to enter the unqualified audit items of the audit module 430 and input the corresponding improvement results. In some examples, photos, videos or audio files can also be input as evidence of the improvement measures. Similarly, when the mobile client computer 160 of the responsible person or his agent fails to connect to the server 110, the improvement results and the corresponding evidence can be temporarily stored in the mobile client computer 160. When the mobile client computer 160 can be connected to the server 110, the temporarily stored improvement results and the corresponding evidence can be transmitted to the server 110.

In one embodiment, these improvement results are associated with the audit data. The supervisor or the superior of the responsible person can judge whether the improvement is suitable for the audit item based on the improvement results supported by the evidence. When the auditor or the superior of the responsible person believes that the improvement results are still unacceptable, the responsible person can be asked to make improvements again. The audit module 430 can also perform statistics on the improvement rate, or perform the above statistics on the audit data after improvement.

As mentioned above, the audit data can generate a formal audit report according to the audit report template. The audit report can be generated by the audit module 430 before any improvement is made, or after all improvements are completed. The various documents prepared during the audit can be attached to the audit report, and the evidence of the improvement after the audit can also be attached to the audit report. After the audit report is generated, the auditor can sign and confirm on the printed paper, or sign and confirm on the electronic version of the audit report electronically.

In the supervision and auditing mentioned above, the supervisor or auditor has a corresponding relationship with the person in charge of each project. When there are deficiencies in the audited or supervised project, the person in charge or his agent must make improvements. However, the main difference between handover and the aforementioned supervision and auditing is that the person who leaves office does not need to improve the project he is responsible for, because the successor must deal with the deficiencies in the project he is responsible for. The handover module 440 that this application intends to protect is mainly to make the responsibilities of the person who leaves office and the successor clear, because the successor can present the succession situation through the handover module 440, which will prevent the person who leaves office from easily removing the responsibility. When the outgoing person knows the above situation, he will also carefully handle the affairs before handing over to avoid being recorded by the successor through the handover module 440.

Generally speaking, the outgoing person and the successor should usually hold the same position. Among the responsibilities of a certain position, it is necessary to be responsible for the safekeeping of certain equipment and certain documents. When it is necessary to keep documents, it may be necessary to update the content of the documents on time. For example, at each regular maintenance, it is necessary to update the content of the equipment maintenance documents and schedule the date of the next regular maintenance. In this application, for convenience, the documents can be regarded as a special type of equipment. Filling out the updated content of the documents is equivalent to operating the equipment. Of course, the documents must be preserved and kept clean. When leaving the position, the above-mentioned equipment and documents that are responsible for safekeeping are included in the handover list. When taking over, the successor must check the equipment and documents one by one according to the handover list. When there is a shortage or omission, the problem should be reported to the outgoing person or superior.

In some cases, the positions of the outgoing and incoming engineers may not be the same. For example, when the third engineer resigns, his successor may be the second engineer. However, the list of tasks that the third engineer was originally responsible for will not change. It is just that the second engineer will take over the position of the third engineer.

Please refer to FIG10, which is a block diagram of a handover template 1000 according to an embodiment of the present application. The handover template 1000 includes handover template data 1010, which may include some basic data, such as handover template name, handover template serial number, handover template creator, creation time, modification time and other data.

A handover template 1000 may correspond to a certain applicable vehicle class 1020, or even to a specific vehicle. According to the corresponding class or vehicle, the configuration and equipment data of the class or vehicle can be found in the vehicle data 510. Part of this equipment data will be included in the handover list in the handover template 1000.

A handover template 1000 may correspond to a responsible person position 1030. The handover list that the responsible person position 1030 is responsible for includes multiple handover equipment 1040. As mentioned above, the above-mentioned handover equipment 1040 may include documents. In one embodiment, the multiple handover equipment 1040 may be classified into multiple handover categories. For example, the above-mentioned handover template may include generator equipment classification, fire protection equipment classification, main machine equipment classification, auxiliary machine equipment classification, information equipment classification, etc. Each handover equipment 1040 belongs to one of the categories. One category may include one or more handover equipment 1040.

Please refer to FIG. 11, which is a block diagram of handover data 1100 according to an embodiment of the present application. The handover data 1100 corresponds to a handover template 1000. The handover record data 1110 may also include data such as the start time of the handover and the end time of the handover.

The handover data 1100 will actually correspond to a vehicle 1120, rather than one or more applicable vehicle levels 1020. A person skilled in the art can understand that the vehicle 1120 should belong to one of the one or more applicable vehicle levels 1020.

The handover data 1100 will actually correspond to the outgoing person's account 130 and the successor's account 135. In one embodiment, in order to clarify the responsibility of the handover, after the start handover time has passed, the outgoing person cannot make any changes to the handover data 1100. After the end handover time has passed, the successor cannot make any changes to the handover data 1100 either.

Before the outgoing person makes an account, he can record the equipment 1040 he wants to account for, that is, add the corresponding account information and evidence 1150. For example, the outgoing person can know in advance that he will be out of office for vacation after two weeks of docking. Therefore, he can fill in the account information and evidence 1150 within these two weeks. Before the end of the account, for example, within two weeks after boarding the ship, the successor can also record the received equipment 1040, that is, add the corresponding receipt information and evidence 1160. If there is a difference or dispute over a certain equipment 1040, these account information and evidence 1150 and receipt information and evidence 1160 can serve as the basis for reviewing responsibility.

The outgoing person and the successor are obliged to hand over each device 1040 in the handover list. Before the handover begins, the handover module 440 can notify the outgoing person's account 1130 through the above-mentioned email server 460 and/or message server 470 which devices 1040 in the handover list still lack handover information and evidence 1150, so that the outgoing person can use time to fill in the handover information and evidence 1150.

Before the handover is completed, the handover module 440 can notify the successor account 1135 through the above-mentioned email server 460 and/or message server 470 which devices 1040 in the handover list are still lacking receiving data and evidence 1160, so that the successor can use time to fill in the receiving data and evidence 1150.

Since the successor may not be familiar with the location of the received equipment, in one embodiment, the handover module 440 can also use the transport data 510 to find the cabin location of various equipment, so that the successor can go to receive it. Each handover equipment 1040 can also correspond to an equipment handover result 1170. When the successor has no problem with the status of the handover equipment 1040, the equipment handover result can be set to pass. On the contrary, when the successor has no problem with the status of the handover equipment 1040, the equipment handover result can be set to fail. When the handover is completed, if the successor has not set the equipment handover result 1170 corresponding to certain handover equipment 1040, the equipment handover result 1170 can be set to a default value. The default value may be a pass or a fail. When at least one of the handover equipment results 1170 is a fail, the handover record data 1110 may set the handover data 1100 as a fail. The fail ratio may also be calculated based on the fail ratio.

After a handover is completed, the handover data 1100 can be archived for future reference. In one embodiment, the next handover data 1100 can be opened immediately. The received data and evidence 1160 of the previous handover data 1100 can be copied to the handover data and evidence 1150 of the next handover data 1100. The successor account 1135 of the previous handover data 1100 is converted to the outgoing account 1130 of the next handover data 1100. Of course, the transporter 1120 of the next handover data 1100 remains unchanged. In this way, the new successor can use the new handover data to record the handover equipment 1040 in its handover list. The handover data and evidence 1150 are used as a memorandum for the corresponding equipment.

Similarly, since the mobile client computer 160 used by the outgoing and incoming personnel may not be able to connect to the server 110 via the vehicle LAN 140 or other networks during the handover process, the handover data 1100 may be temporarily stored in the mobile client computer 160. When the mobile client computer 160 is able to connect to the server 110 via the vehicle LAN 140 or other networks, the handover data 1100 will be synchronized to the server 110.

The evaluation module 450 of FIG. 4 can perform statistics and related calculation operations on part or all of the supervision data 600, audit data 800, audit report 914 and handover data 1100 stored in the database 410 by the supervision module 420, the audit module 430 and the handover module 440, so as to conduct internal investigation and research on the enterprise. The results after statistics and investigation and research can be used for personnel assessment and evaluation.

In one embodiment, the assessment module 450 can conduct statistics and surveys on objects. The objects referred to here include individual vehicles, vehicle levels, individual equipment, equipment categories, etc. It is worth noting that documents can also be considered a type of equipment. For example, statistics can be conducted on the most common deficiencies found in the supervision data 600 and audit data 800 of vehicles at each level. And ask the members of each level of vehicles to develop improvement plans for the above-mentioned most common deficiencies. In one example, statistics can be conducted on the most common deficiencies found in the supervision data 600 and audit data 800 of each vehicle. And ask the members of each vehicle to develop improvement plans for the above-mentioned most common deficiencies. In one example, the most frequently found deficiencies in the supervisory data 600 and the audit data 800 for each category of equipment can be counted. The person in charge of each category can be asked to make an improvement plan for the most frequently found deficiencies. The person in charge of the individual equipment can be asked to make an improvement plan for the most frequently found deficiencies.

In one embodiment, the most frequently found deficiencies can be statistically summarized to form a statistically generated supervision template and/or audit template. When members know that the company will specifically use the statistically generated supervision template and/or audit template for supervision and audit, they should be able to prevent better than cure and actively improve the common deficiencies before supervision and audit.

In one embodiment, the evaluation module 450 can conduct statistics and surveys on personnel. The personnel referred to here can be the direct person in charge and the indirect person in charge of the supervised audit, or the person in charge of the supervised audit. For example, statistics can be conducted on the most common deficiencies and/or the rarest deficiencies found in the supervision data 600 and the audit data 800 of individual personnel, and the statistical results can be notified to the individual personnel through the above-mentioned email server 460 and/or message server 470. In one example, statistics can be collected for the most common deficiencies found in the supervision data 600 and the audit data 800 for various positions, and the statistical results can be notified to the personnel in charge of various positions through the above-mentioned email server 460 and/or message server 470.

In one embodiment, multiple supervision data and multiple audit data corresponding to the same supervision template or the same audit template can be counted so as to find the most lenient and most stringent supervisors and auditors in supervision and auditing according to the number of missing items. The enterprise can ask supervisors and auditors to adjust the standards of supervision and auditing according to the policy.

In one embodiment, statistics and lists can be made for the failure rate of individual personnel in the handover data 1100, and the statistical results can be notified to the individual personnel through the above-mentioned email server 460 and/or message server 470. The individual personnel referred to here can be the statistical results when they serve as the outgoing person, or the statistical results when they serve as the successor. The statistical results can also be counted according to the equipment type, for example, it can be counted that the failure rate of the generator type equipment is the highest, or the failure rate of other types of equipment is the highest, etc.

In one embodiment, the focus of the assessment of individual personnel during promotion can be strengthened based on the statistics of part or all of the supervision data 600, audit data 800, audit report 914 and handover data 1100. For example, when the performance of an individual personnel is weak in a certain aspect, the assessment of that aspect can be strengthened. When it is considered that the weakness in this aspect has been strengthened, the promotion can be given.

In another embodiment, personnel can be dispatched based on statistical data. For example, if the generator equipment of a certain vehicle has many deficiencies during supervision and audit, when dispatching personnel responsible for the generator equipment, the performance of the personnel in the supervision and audit of the generator equipment can be considered. When the performance of the personnel in the generator equipment is good, they will be more suitable for dispatching to the above vehicle than others.

Please refer to FIG. 12 , which is a flow chart of a method 1200 for supervising the operation of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present application. The method 1200 for supervising the operation of a vehicle can be applied to a client computer of a network information system. The network information system can be the network information system 100 shown in FIGS. 1A to 1C . The client computer can be the fixed client computer 150, the mobile client computer 160 or the client computer 170 shown in FIGS. 1A to 1C and FIG. 3 . The method 1200 for supervising the operation of a vehicle can start from step 1210.

Step 1210: Download a supervision template from a server of the network information system via a network through a network from the network connection device of the client computer.

Step 1220: The central processing unit of the client computer generates a supervision report according to the supervision template, wherein the supervision template includes a plurality of supervision items, each of which corresponds to an applicable cabin and equipment and a plurality of supervision results.

Optional step 1225: Generate a supervision route plan according to the configuration of the applicable vehicle level corresponding to the supervision template, wherein the supervision route plan passes through the applicable cabins and equipment corresponding to the multiple supervision items. In one embodiment, in order to facilitate skipping the cabins and equipment of the items that have been supervised, the supervision route plan skips the applicable cabins and equipment corresponding to the supervision items that have received the supervision results.

Step 1230: Receive from the input device of the client computer a supervision space and equipment corresponding to each of the supervision items in the supervision report and one of the plurality of supervision results, wherein the supervision space and equipment corresponds to the applicable space and equipment.

In one embodiment, in order to facilitate the classification of close, similar or related supervision items, the supervision template includes multiple supervision categories, and each of the above-mentioned supervision items belongs to one of the multiple supervision categories.

In one embodiment, in order to simplify the process of supervisory personnel filling out supervision reports, one or more supervision items of each of the above-mentioned supervision categories corresponding to the supervision report correspond to the same supervision cabin and equipment.

In one embodiment, in order to simplify the design of the supervision report, one or more of the supervision items corresponding to each of the above-mentioned supervision categories of the supervision report correspond to the same applicable regulatory provisions, wherein the applicable regulatory provisions belong to at least one applicable regulatory provision corresponding to the corresponding supervision category in the supervision template.

In one embodiment, in order to simplify the design of the supervision report, one or more of the supervision items corresponding to each of the above-mentioned supervision categories in the supervision report correspond to the same person in charge, wherein the position of the person in charge belongs to a position of a person in charge corresponding to the corresponding supervision category in the supervision template.

Step 1240: When the network connection device of the client computer is connected to the server through the network, the supervision report is transmitted to the server.

In one embodiment, in order to enable the vehicle to perform supervision activities with or without a telecommunications network, the network includes one of the following or any combination thereof: a vehicle area network covering the interior of a vehicle; a satellite network; and a telecommunications network.

The present application provides a client computer suitable for executing the method 1200 for supervising the operation of a vehicle as shown in FIG. 12 and its various variations.

The client computer can be the fixed client computer 150, the mobile client computer 160 or the client computer 170 shown in FIGS. 1A to 1C and FIG. 3 . The method 1300 for supervising and improving the operation of a vehicle can start from step 1310.

Step 1310: Log into a server of the network information system with a user account through a network from the network connection device of the client computer.

Step 1320: Enable the network connection device of the client computer to download a supervision report from the server, wherein the supervision report includes a plurality of supervision items, each of which corresponds to a person in charge and a supervision result.

Step 1330: Receive an improvement result and an improvement evidence file from the input device of the client computer. In one embodiment, the content of the improvement evidence file includes one of the following or any combination thereof: sound, photo, and image.

Step 1340: The central processing unit of the client computer determines that when the person in charge corresponding to the first supervision item of the plurality of supervision items corresponds to the user account, the improvement result and the improvement evidence file are associated with the first supervision item of the supervision report to update the supervision report. In one embodiment, when the sports equipment corresponding to the user account is the same as the sports equipment corresponding to the supervision report, the above determination step is performed again.

Step 1350: When the network connection device of the client computer is connected to the server through the network, the updated part of the supervision report is transmitted to the server.

The servo method 1400 for supervising the operation of a sports tool can be applied to a server of a network information system. Step 1410: Sending a supervision template to a client computer of the network information system via a network, wherein the supervision template includes a plurality of supervision items, each of which corresponds to an applicable cabin and equipment and a plurality of supervision results.

In one embodiment, in order to preserve the supervision evidence and improvement evidence of a supervision project, the supervision report includes an evidence file of one of the multiple supervision projects, wherein the content of the evidence file includes one of the following or any combination thereof: sound, photo and image.

In one embodiment, in order to ensure that the applicable regulatory provisions of the supervision item comply with one of one or more applicable regulatory provisions set in advance, the supervision report includes an applicable regulatory provision of one of the multiple supervision items, and the applicable regulatory provision belongs to at least one applicable regulatory provision corresponding to the corresponding supervision item in the supervision template.

In one embodiment, in order to let the sports equipment management personnel know the severity of the supervision item deficiency and deal with it in a timely manner, one of the multiple supervision items corresponds to a severity level.

The client computer can be the fixed client computer 150, the mobile client computer 160 or the client computer 170 shown in FIGS. 1A to 1C and FIG. 3 . The method 1500 for auditing the operation of a vehicle can start from step 1510.

Step 1510: Download an audit template and multiple files from a server of the network information system via a network from the network connection device of the client computer, wherein the audit template includes a document preparation template, an audit report template and multiple audit items, each of the audit items corresponds to an applicable space and equipment, at least one applicable regulatory provision and multiple audit results.

Step 1520: Instruct the central processing unit of the client computer to generate audit data according to the audit template.

Step 1610: Log into a server of the network information system with a user account through a network from the network connection device of the client computer.

Step 1620: The network connection device of the client computer downloads an audit data from the server, wherein the audit data includes multiple files and multiple audit items, each of which corresponds to a file owner, and each of which corresponds to a owner and an audit result. Then, the process can proceed to step 1625 for determination, step 1630 for item improvement and update, or step 1650 for file update.

A method for supervising the operation of a sports tool is applicable to a client computer of a network information system, wherein the method for supervising the operation of the sports tool comprises: a network connection device of the client computer downloads a supervision template from a server of the network information system via a network; a central processing unit of the client computer generates a supervision report according to the supervision template, wherein the supervision template comprises a plurality of supervision items, each of which corresponds to a Applicable compartments and equipment and multiple supervision results; the input device of the client computer receives a supervision compartment and equipment corresponding to each of the above-mentioned supervision items in the supervision report and one of the multiple supervision results, wherein the supervision compartment and equipment corresponds to the applicable compartment and equipment; and when the network connection device of the client computer is connected to the server through the network, the supervision report is transmitted to the server. The method for supervising the operation of a sports equipment as described in claim 1 further includes the input device of the client computer receiving a person in charge corresponding to each of the above-mentioned supervision items in the supervision report, wherein the position of the person in charge belongs to the position of a person in charge corresponding to the corresponding supervision item in the supervision template. The method for supervising the operation of a sports equipment as described in claim 1 further includes the input device of the client computer receiving an evidence file of one of the multiple supervision items, wherein the content of the evidence file includes one of the following or any combination thereof: sound, photo and image. A method for supervising the operation of a sports equipment as described in claim 1, wherein the supervision template includes multiple supervision categories, and each of the above-mentioned supervision items belongs to one of the multiple supervision categories. A method for supervising the operation of a vehicle as described in claim 7, wherein one or more of the supervision items belonging to each of the above-mentioned supervision categories corresponding to the supervision report correspond to the same supervision compartment and equipment. A method for supervising the operation of sports equipment as described in claim 7, wherein one or more of the supervision items corresponding to each of the above-mentioned supervision categories in the supervision report correspond to the same applicable regulatory provisions, wherein the applicable regulatory provisions belong to at least one applicable regulatory provision corresponding to the corresponding supervision category in the supervision template. A method for supervising the operation of sports equipment as described in claim 7, wherein one or more of the supervision items corresponding to each of the above-mentioned supervision categories in the supervision report correspond to the same person in charge, wherein the position of the person in charge belongs to a position of a person in charge corresponding to the corresponding supervision category in the supervision template. The method for supervising the operation of a vehicle as described in claim 1 further comprises generating a supervision route plan according to the configuration of the applicable vehicle level corresponding to the supervision template, wherein the supervision route plan passes through the applicable cabins and equipment corresponding to the multiple supervision items respectively. A method for supervising the operation of a vehicle as described in claim 11, wherein the supervision route plan skips the applicable compartment and equipment corresponding to the supervision item that has received the supervision result. A method for supervising the operation of a vehicle as described in claim 1, wherein the network comprises one of the following or any combination thereof: a vehicle area network covering the interior of a vehicle; a satellite network; and a telecommunications network. A method for supervising and improving the operation of sports equipment is applicable to a client computer of a network information system, wherein the method for supervising and improving the operation of sports equipment comprises: a network connection device of the client computer logs into a server of the network information system through a network with a user account; the network connection device of the client computer downloads a supervision report from the server, wherein the supervision report comprises a plurality of supervision items, each of which corresponds to a person in charge and a supervision result; the client computer The input device receives an improvement result and an improvement evidence file; the central processing unit of the client computer determines that when the person in charge corresponding to the first supervision item of the plurality of supervision items corresponds to the user account, the improvement result and the improvement evidence file are associated with the first supervision item of the supervision report to update the supervision report; and when the network connection device of the client computer is connected to the server through the network, the updated part of the supervision report is transmitted to the server. A method for supervising the improvement of sports equipment operation as described in claim 16, wherein the content of the improvement evidence file includes one of the following or any combination thereof: sound, photo and image. The method for supervising and improving the operation of sports equipment as described in claim 16 further includes the step of the central processor of the client computer determining that the person in charge corresponding to the first supervision item of one of the multiple supervision items corresponds to the user account when the sports equipment corresponding to the user account is the same as the sports equipment corresponding to the supervision report. A servo method for supervising the operation of a vehicle is applicable to a server of a network information system, wherein the servo method for supervising the operation of a vehicle comprises: transmitting a supervision template to a client computer of the network information system via a network, wherein the supervision template comprises a plurality of supervision items, each of which corresponds to an applicable cabin and equipment and a plurality of supervision results; receiving a supervision report corresponding to the supervision template from the client computer via the network, wherein the supervision report comprises a supervision cabin and equipment corresponding to each of the above-mentioned supervision items and one of the plurality of supervision results, wherein the supervision cabin and equipment corresponds to the applicable cabin and equipment; and storing the supervision report in a database.
