Abstract

A driving mechanism of fitness equipment and a fitness equipment for effective skeletal movement are provided. The driving mechanism of the fitness equipment includes a connecting unit, an eccentric unit, two connecting plates, a transmission shaft, at least one vibrating units and a motor. The connecting unit has a first surface, a second surface and a through hole. The first surface is opposite to the second surface, and the through hole extends from the first surface to the second surface. The eccentric unit is disposed in the through hole. The two connecting plates are respectively disposed on the first surface and the second surface of the connecting unit. The transmission shaft passes through the connecting plates and is disposed in the eccentric unit. The vibrating units is located on one side of the connecting unit, and the vibrating unit is located between the two connecting plates and connected with the connecting plates. The motor is configured to drive the transmission shaft and the eccentric unit to rotate, so as to drive the connecting unit, the connection plates and the vibration units to perform a reciprocating motion.
