Abstract

A mobile ice hot compress device is suitable for being detachably worn on a user's head, and comprises a wearing unit and at least one compress bag unit. The wearing unit comprises a first soft iron cloth that can be bent into a ring shape, and at least one second soft iron cloth that can be bent into an arch bridge shape and has two ends connected to the first soft iron cloth. The first soft iron cloth and the at least one second soft iron cloth cooperate to define a head-wearing space that can be worn on the user's head. The at least one compress bag unit is detachably and adjustably disposed on the first soft iron cloth or/and the at least one second soft iron cloth, and can contact the user. The wearing unit can be stably worn on the user's head, and the at least one compress bag unit can be adjusted and moved to the part that needs ice or heat compress. It does not need to be held in hand during use, which is very convenient.

Description

Mobile ice and hot compress device

The present invention relates to a medical assistive device, and more particularly to a mobile ice-heating device suitable for being detachably worn on the user's head.

After an injury or surgery, patients usually need to apply ice or heat to the affected area to suppress inflammation or relieve pain. However, the common ice and heat compress devices on the market generally do not have a fixed design that can be positioned on the affected area, especially when the affected area is the face or head, such as the eye area after surgery. At this time, the patient or caregiver needs to hold the ice and heat compress device against the affected area for a period of time, which is quite troublesome and inconvenient to use. Therefore, the design of the ice and heat compress device still needs to be improved.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a mobile ice heating device which can at least overcome the disadvantages of the prior art.

Therefore, the mobile ice and hot compress device of the present invention is suitable for being detachably worn on the head of a user, and comprises a wearing unit and at least one compress bag unit. The wearing unit comprises a first soft iron cloth that can be bent into a ring shape, and at least one second soft iron cloth that can be bent into an arch bridge shape and has two ends connected to the first soft iron cloth. The first soft iron cloth and the at least one second soft iron cloth cooperate to define a head-wearing space that can be worn on the head of the user. The at least one compress bag unit is detachably and adjustably disposed on the first soft iron cloth or/and the at least one second soft iron cloth, and can contact the user.

The utility model has the following advantages: through the setting of the wearing unit, the wearing unit can be worn on the head of the user, and the at least one compress bag unit can be installed in an adjustable and displaceable manner, and can be positioned at the part requiring ice compress or heat compress, and is very convenient and stable to use.

Referring to FIG. 1 , FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 , an embodiment of the mobile ice and heat compress device of the present invention is suitable for being detachably worn on the head of a user 9 for ice or heat compressing an affected part 91. Of course, it can also be worn on other parts of the user 9 in use, which will not be described here. The mobile ice and heat compress device includes a wearing unit 1, a compress bag unit 2, and a timing unit 3.

The wearing unit 1 includes a first soft iron cloth 11 that can be bent into a ring shape, two second soft iron cloths 12 that cross each other in a cross shape, a plurality of wearing magnetic suction groups 13 that are respectively arranged at one end of the first soft iron cloth 11 and at both ends of the second soft iron cloths 12, and a plurality of wearing covers 14 that are respectively wrapped and fixed on the outer periphery of the wearing magnetic suction groups 13. Each of the second soft iron cloths 12 can be bent into an arch bridge shape and its two ends are combined with the first soft iron cloth 11. The second soft iron cloths 12 cooperate with the first soft iron cloth 11 to define a head wearing space 15 that can be worn on the head of the user 9. It should be noted that the number of the second soft iron cloth 12 is not limited to two, and can be one, three, etc. according to actual needs, and can even be omitted depending on the situation.

Referring to FIG. 1 , FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 , it should be noted that the first soft iron cloth 11 and the second soft iron cloth 12 are respectively long strips with iron properties. A non-magnetic but magnetically conductive magnetically absorbent material layer is formed on a soft rubber or plastic film by spraying, laminating, or pasting. The magnetically absorbent material layer is made of pig iron, reduced iron, nickel, or cast iron, etc., so any position can be directly attracted by a magnet and is not limited by the magnetic attraction position. Since the structure of the soft iron cloth is a general existing technology, it will not be described here. The wearing magnetic attraction group 13 located at one end of the first soft iron cloth 11 can be magnetically attracted to the other end of the first soft iron cloth 11, and can be displaced to change the magnetic attraction position to match the head circumference size of the user 9 or the size of the intended wearing part, so that it can be comfortably and stably worn on the user 9. The wearing magnetic attraction groups 13 located at both ends of each of the second soft iron cloths 12 can be magnetically attracted to the first soft iron cloth 11, and can also change the magnetic attraction position to correspond to the affected part 91. Each of the wearing magnetic attraction groups 13 has a plurality of magnets 131, which can be distributed and fixed on one end of the first soft iron cloth 11 or one side or both sides of each end of each of the second soft iron cloth 12. FIG. 4 shows an example of installation on the first soft iron cloth 11. The magnet 131 of this embodiment uses a strong magnet. It should be noted that the number of magnets 131 can also be one according to actual needs. Each of the wearing protective covers 14 is sewn and connected to the first soft iron cloth 11 or the corresponding second soft iron cloth 12, and can position the magnet 131 of the corresponding wearing magnetic attraction group 13.

Referring to FIG. 1 , FIG. 3 and FIG. 5 , the compress unit 2 can be detachably and adjustably disposed on the first soft iron cloth 11 or the second soft iron cloths 12. In the present embodiment, the compress unit 2 is disposed on one of the second soft iron cloths 12 as an example for explanation. However, it should be noted that the number of the compress unit 2 is not limited to one. It can be two, three, etc. according to actual needs. The user 9 can change the location or increase the number as needed. For example, it can also be disposed on the first soft iron cloth 11 or another of the second soft iron cloths 12. It will not be further explained here. The compress bag unit 2 includes a temperature regulating dressing 21 that can contact the affected part 91 of the user 9 to adjust the temperature of the contact part with the user 9, and a compress bag magnetic attraction group 22 arranged on one side of the temperature regulating dressing 21 away from the user 9. The temperature regulating dressing 21 has a waterproof bag 211 and a gel body 212 filled and sealed in the waterproof bag 211. Since the temperature regulating dressing 21 can be a common existing hot and cold compress pad or hot and cold compress bag, its structure is not the focus of the present invention, so it is not described in detail here. The compress bag magnetic attraction group 22 can be magnetically attracted to the corresponding second soft iron cloth 12, and can change the magnetic attraction position to correspond to the affected part 91. Of course, it can also be magnetically attracted to the first soft iron cloth 11 or another second soft iron cloth 12. The magnetic suction group 22 of the compress bag has a plurality of magnets 221, which can be distributed and fixed on the waterproof bag 211. In this embodiment, strong magnets are used. It should be noted that the number of magnets 221 can also be one according to actual needs.

The timing unit 3 is detachably mounted on the first soft iron cloth 11 or the at least one second soft iron cloth 12. In this embodiment, the timing unit 3 is mounted on the first soft iron cloth 11 as an example for illustration. The timing unit 3 includes a timer 31 and a timing magnetic attraction group 32 mounted on the back of the timer 31. The timer 31 can be used by the user 9 or the caregiver to set a predetermined time for cold or hot compress. When the predetermined time is over, a reminder sound or/and light will be emitted, so that the compress bag unit 2 can be detached from the wearing unit 1, or the entire mobile ice and hot compress device can be removed from the user 9, effectively preventing the user 9 from being frozen or scalded, and improving the safety of use. Since the timer 31 can be a general existing technology, its structure is not the focus of the present invention, so it is not described in detail here. The timing magnetic suction group 32 has a plurality of magnets 321. This embodiment uses a strong magnet. It should be noted that the number of magnets 321 can also be one according to actual needs. When in use, the timing magnetic attraction group 32 can be magnetically attracted to the first soft iron cloth 11, and of course the magnetic attraction position can also be changed, for example, magnetically attracted to the second soft iron cloth 12.

When in use, the wearing unit 1 is assembled into a three-dimensional shape according to the wearing part of the user 9, so as to be appropriately and tightly worn on the user 9, and then the compress bag unit 2 and the timing unit 3 are installed on the wearing unit 1, so that the affected part 91 of the user 9 can be iced or heated by the compress bag unit 2, which is quite convenient. It is worth mentioning that when not in use, the compress bag unit 2 and the timing unit 3 can be detached from the wearing unit 1, and the wearing unit 1 can be disassembled and disassembled, so as to reduce the space for storage.

In summary, the mobile ice and hot compress device of the present invention can be worn on the head of the user 9 through the arrangement of the wearing unit 1, and the compress bag unit 2 can be installed and adjusted and displaced at will, and can be positioned at the part that needs ice or hot compress. In addition to reducing the need for holding, it can also reduce unnecessary ice and hot compress areas. It is very convenient and stable to use, so it can indeed achieve the purpose of the present invention.

Claims (9)

A mobile ice hot compress device is suitable for being detachably worn on a user's head, and comprises: a wearing unit, including a first soft iron cloth that can be bent into a ring shape, and at least one second soft iron cloth that can be bent into an arch bridge shape and has two ends connected to the first soft iron cloth, the first soft iron cloth and the at least one second soft iron cloth cooperate to define a head-wearing space for the user's head to wear; and at least one compress bag unit, which is detachably and adjustably disposed on the first soft iron cloth or/and the at least one second soft iron cloth and can contact the user. A mobile ice hot compress device as described in claim 1, wherein the wearing unit includes two second soft iron cloths that cross each other in a cross shape. A mobile ice hot compress device as described in claim 1, wherein the first soft iron cloth and the at least one second soft iron cloth are iron-like and non-magnetic, and the wearing unit further comprises a plurality of wearing magnetic attraction groups respectively arranged at one end of the first soft iron cloth and at both ends of the at least one second soft iron cloth, the wearing magnetic attraction group located at one end of the first soft iron cloth can be magnetically attracted to the other end of the first soft iron cloth, and the wearing magnetic attraction groups located at both ends of the at least one second soft iron cloth can be magnetically attracted to the first soft iron cloth. A mobile ice hot compress device as described in claim 3, wherein each of the wearable magnetic suction groups has at least one magnet. A mobile ice hot compress device as described in claim 4, wherein the wearing unit further includes a plurality of wearing covers respectively wrapped and fixed on the outer periphery of the wearing magnetic suction groups, and each of the wearing covers is sewn and connected to the corresponding first soft iron cloth or the at least one second soft iron cloth. A mobile ice hot compress device as described in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the at least one compress bag unit includes a temperature-regulating compress that can adjust the temperature of the part in contact with the user, and a compress bag magnetic attraction group arranged on a side of the temperature-regulating compress away from the user, and the compress bag magnetic attraction group can be magnetically attracted to the first soft iron cloth or the at least one second soft iron cloth. A mobile ice hot compress device as described in claim 6, wherein the compress bag magnetic attraction group has at least one magnet. A mobile ice and hot compress device as described in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the mobile ice and hot compress device further comprises a timing unit detachably disposed on the first soft iron cloth or the at least one second soft iron cloth. A mobile ice hot compress device as described in claim 8, wherein the timing unit includes a timer and a timing magnetic attraction group disposed on the timer and magnetically attracted to the first soft iron cloth or the at least one second soft iron cloth, and the timing magnetic attraction group has at least one magnet.
