本發明係一種動力工具之旋轉定位裝置,其第一較佳實施例係如圖1至圖4所示,其係設於一動力工具的握柄40及作動頭50之間,其中該握柄40於頂部設有一開口狀的結合槽41,且於內部設有一伸設至該結合槽41的鎖固座42,該鎖固座42能轉動地設於該握柄40內,該作動頭50的底部設於該結合槽41內且與該鎖固座42相結合,使該作動頭50能轉動地設置於該握柄40的頂部處,本發明的動力工具之旋轉定位裝置第一較佳實施例設有一旋轉組10及一定位組20,其中:請配合參看如圖2及圖3所示,該旋轉組10設於該握柄40及該作動頭50之間且設有至少一卡合部11及一卡設件12,該至少一卡合部11設於該作動頭50的外表面,較佳的是,該旋轉組10設有數個間隔設置的卡合部11,且各該卡合部11為一形成於該作動頭50外表面的卡合面,該卡設件12設於該作動頭50上且與該至少一卡合部11相卡設結合,較佳的是,該卡設件12為一套設於該作動頭50上的環狀體,且於內表面設有與該至少一卡合部11相卡設結合的卡設面,使該卡設件12能經由該至少一卡合部11而固設於該作動頭50上。

中該卡設件12經由該至少一卡合部11而隨著該作動頭50轉動,此時,位於該卡設件12底部的其中一定位部22會移動至該結合部21內,使用者如圖7所示移開推抵該推板233的手後,該受壓縮的推抵單元232會推動該操作鍵23相對該結合部21朝上移動,使該定位凸塊231與移動至該結合部21內的該定位部22如圖4及圖5所示相卡設結合,提供一定位效果,藉由於該握柄40及該作動頭50之間設置該旋轉組10及該定位組20的方式,讓使用者能方便地調整該作動頭50相對該握柄40的角度進行使用,不會受限於周遭環境或工件結構的狀態,讓轉動後的該作動頭50能穩固地與該握柄40相結合,不會因震動而使該作動頭50相對該握柄40產生晃動或轉動的情形,不僅能提升使用動力工具的安全性,並且能改善動力工具的操作品質,藉以提供一種能調整角度且能穩固定位的動力工具之旋轉定位裝置。

其中,於轉動的過程中該卡設件12A的珠體122A於轉動的過程中局部縮入該容設槽121A中並壓抵該抵頂件123A,且當該卡設件12A隨著該作動頭50的轉動而移動至另一該卡合部11A時,該壓縮的抵頂件123A會推動該珠體122A朝外移動並與該卡合部11A相卡設結合,提供第一階段的定位效果,此時,與該卡合部11A直線相對的定位部22A會移動至該結合部21A內,使用者如圖14所示移開推抵該推板233A的手後,該受壓縮的推抵單元232A會推動該操作鍵23A相對該結合部21A朝上移動,使該定位凸塊231A與移動至該結合部21A內的該定位部22A如圖11所示相卡設結合,提供第二階段的定位效果,藉由於該握柄40及該作動頭50之間設置該旋轉組10A及該定位組20A的方式,讓使用者能方便地調整該作動頭50相對該握柄40的角度進行使用,不會受限於周遭環境或工件結構的狀態,並且通過兩段式的定位操作讓轉動後的該作動頭50能穩固地與該握柄40相結合,不會因震動而使該作動頭50相對該握柄40產生晃動或轉動的情形,不僅能提升使用動力工具的安全性,並且能改善動力工具的操作品質,藉以提供一種能調整角度且能穩固定位的動力工具之旋轉定位裝置。
