Abstract

Cleaning tools that have a cleaning head and a cleaning sheet mounted on the cleaning head are well known. As such a cleaning tool, for example, the cleaning tool described in Patent Document 1 (Japanese New Model Gazette No. 3152632) can be cited. The cleaning tool has a main body formed with a slit for holding a cleaning sheet, a support arm that supports the main body rotatably and is formed into a roughly U-shaped shape, and a handle that connects the end of the support arm via a free joint. In the cleaning tool (cleaning tool) of Patent Document 1, the cleaning sheet is mounted to the main body in the following order. First, the cleaning sheet is placed on the ground or the like. Next, the main body is arranged in a manner such that the central portion of the cleaning sheet contacts the lower surface of the main body. Then, the portions of the cleaning sheet on both sides where the main body is not arranged are sandwiched between the narrow slits of the upper surface of the main body. The installation is performed in the above manner. When the cleaning sheet is removed from the main body, the procedure is performed in the reverse order.

Thus, the installation and removal of the cleaning sheet to the cleaning tool in Patent Document 1 requires multiple steps. Furthermore, if the main body cannot be arranged at the appropriate part of the cleaning sheet, it becomes difficult to clamp the two side parts of the cleaning sheet in the narrow seam of the main body, so it is necessary to perform the operation carefully. Therefore, the installation and removal of the cleaning sheet to the cleaning tool cannot necessarily be called simple, and there is room for improvement in the cleaning sheet.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning sheet that can be easily installed and removed from a cleaning tool, and a cleaning tool equipped with the cleaning sheet. [Technical means for solving the problem]

The cleaning sheet of the present invention can be installed on a cleaning tool. The cleaning tool is equipped with a cleaning head and a head rotating member for rotatably supporting the cleaning head. According to the present invention, a cleaning sheet that can be easily attached to and removed from a cleaning tool and a cleaning tool equipped with the cleaning sheet can be provided.

This embodiment discloses the following aspects.

[Aspect 1] A cleaning sheet that can be mounted on a cleaning tool, the cleaning tool comprising a cleaning head and a head rotating member that rotatably supports the cleaning head, characterized in that: the cleaning sheet has a length direction, a width direction, and a thickness direction that are orthogonal to each other, and comprises: a first sheet portion; a second sheet portion that is stacked on the first sheet portion in the thickness direction; an end portion of the first sheet portion in the width direction and an end portion of the second sheet portion in the width direction are connected along the thickness direction; The cleaning sheet is provided with a first longitudinal connection portion for connecting the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion in the longitudinal direction; a second longitudinal connection portion for connecting the other end of the first sheet portion in the width direction and the other end of the second sheet portion in the width direction along the longitudinal direction; and an insertion portion located between the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion and between the first longitudinal connection portion and the second longitudinal connection portion, into which the cleaning head can be inserted from at least one end in the longitudinal direction. In this cleaning sheet, at least the first longitudinal connecting portion is joined so that the first sheet inner side surface and the second sheet inner side surface face each other. Therefore, the first longitudinal connecting portion is formed into a wrinkled shape protruding outward from the main body of the tube formed by the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion. Therefore, when using the cleaning sheet, it is easy to grasp the first longitudinal connecting portion. Thereby, when the cleaning sheet is mounted on the cleaning head, when the cleaning sheet is removed from the cleaning head, etc., the cleaning sheet can be easily moved by grasping the first longitudinal connecting portion. That is, when the insertion portion is made into a cylindrical shape, the cross-sectional area of the cylinder is larger on the side of one end in the length direction than on the side of the other end. Thus, when the cleaning head is inserted into the cleaning sheet, it is inserted from the side of one end in the length direction, that is, the side where the cross-sectional area of the cylinder is larger, thereby making it very easy to attach the cleaning sheet to the cleaning head. [First embodiment] First, the cleaning tool 1 will be described. Figures 1 to 3 are diagrams showing an example of the configuration of the cleaning tool 1 of the embodiment. Figure 1 is a three-dimensional diagram showing the entire cleaning tool 1, Figure 2 is a front view of the cleaning head 3 of the cleaning tool 1 in a closed state, and Figure 3 is a front view of the cleaning head 3 in an unfolded state. The cleaning tool 1 includes: a cleaning head 3; a bracket (head rotating member) 5 that rotatably supports the cleaning head 3; and a cleaning tool handle 7 connected to the bracket 5.

The cleaning head 3 has a roughly plate-like shape and has a longitudinal direction D1, a short side direction D2, and a thickness direction D3 that are orthogonal to each other. Among them, an arbitrary direction in a plane including the longitudinal direction D1 and the short side direction D2 is referred to as a plane direction P. The cleaning head 3 has a cleaning surface 111 and a bracket hole 117. The cleaning surface 111 extends parallel to the plane direction P and includes a first cleaning surface 113 on one side of the thickness direction D3 of the cleaning head 3 and a second cleaning surface 115 on the other side. The bracket hole 117 is a hole for mounting the bracket 5 and has a head rotation axis _RA1 extending parallel to the longitudinal direction D1. The head rotation axis _RA1 is a rotation axis for rotating the cleaning head 3 relative to the bracket 5. The cleaning head 3 has a gripping portion 123 that can grip a portion of the cleaning sheet 30. Specifically, the gripping portion 123 has a first gripping portion (first head component) 125 and a second gripping portion (second head component) 135. The first gripping portion 125 and the second gripping portion 135 have a common rotation end 145 having a gripping portion rotation axis _RA2 extending parallel to the head rotation axis _RA1 (longitudinal direction D1) at an end 151 on one side of the short side direction D2, and are connected to each other by the rotation end 145. Furthermore, the first gripping portion 125 and the second gripping portion 135 have individual opening and closing ends 147 extending parallel to the head rotation axis _RA1 (longitudinal direction D1) at the end edge 149 on the other side of the short side direction D2. Therefore, the first gripping portion 125 and the second gripping portion 135 can separate or contact the opening and closing ends 147 on both sides with the gripping portion rotation axis _RA2 of the rotation end 145 as the axis, that is, they can be opened and closed, and a part of the cleaning sheet 30 can be opened or gripped.

The first gripping portion 125 includes a first inner surface 129 and a first outer surface 127 on the opposite side of the thickness direction D3 from the first inner surface 129. The second gripping portion 135 includes a second inner surface 139 and a second outer surface 137 on the opposite side of the second inner surface 139 in the thickness direction D3.

The cleaning head 3 is divided into a first head region 119 and a second head region 121 by an imaginary plane extending perpendicularly to the plane direction P (parallel to the thickness direction D3) through the head rotation axis _RA1 in the closed state of the cleaning head 3. The first gripping portion 125 is provided in the first head region 119 with two hammers 153 disposed between the first inner surface 129 and the first outer surface 127. The two hammers 153 extend parallel to the head rotation axis _RA1 (longitudinal direction D1), are separated from the head rotation axis _RA1 , and are disposed between the head rotation axis _RA1 and the rotation end 145. Thus, the center of gravity of the cleaning head 3 is located in the first head region 119. Therefore, when the cleaning tool 1 is lifted, the rotating end 145 can be easily positioned vertically below the rotating axis _RA1 , that is, the cleaning head 3 can be easily erected.

The first inner surface 129 of the first gripping portion 125 includes two first recesses 157 arranged in the longitudinal direction D1 and two first protrusions 155 arranged on the outer sides of the two first recesses 157 in the longitudinal direction D1. In the thickness direction D3, the two first recesses 157 are respectively recessed with respect to the second gripping portion 135, and the two first protrusions 155 are respectively protruded with respect to the second gripping portion 135. On the top surface of each of the two first protrusions 155, a first slit 163 capable of holding the cleaning sheet 30 is provided.

The second inner surface 139 of the second gripping portion 135 includes two second protrusions 159 arranged in the longitudinal direction D1 and two second recesses 161 arranged on the outer sides of the two second protrusions 159 in the longitudinal direction D1. In the thickness direction D3, the two second protrusions 159 protrude from the first gripping portion 125, and the two second recesses 161 are recessed from the first gripping portion 125. A second slit 165 capable of holding the cleaning sheet 30 is provided on the top surface of each of the two second protrusions 159.

Furthermore, the two second protrusions 159 and the two first recesses 157 are engaged with each other in the closed state of the gripping portion 123. Furthermore, the two second recesses 161 and the two first protrusions 155 are engaged with each other in the closed state of the gripping portion 123. Thus, the first gripping portion 125 and the second gripping portion 135 can hold the cleaning sheet 30 and maintain the closed state of the gripping portion 123.

The first gripping portion 125 and the second gripping portion 135 are provided with a mating protrusion 169 and a mating recess 171 that can be mated with each other to maintain the closed state of the gripping portion 123. In addition, a recess 173 for unfolding the gripping portion 123 in the closed state is arranged at a position closer to the opening and closing end 147 than the rotating end 145 in the short side direction D2 of both side surfaces at both ends of the longitudinal direction D1 of the cleaning head 3. The user can put a finger into the recess 173 to unfold the first gripping portion 125 and the second gripping portion 135 to easily form an unfolded state, thereby making it easier to attach or remove the cleaning sheet 30 to or from the cleaning head 3.

The shape of the cleaning head 3 viewed from the thickness direction D3 is not limited to the aforementioned rectangular shape, and may be, for example, a polygon (e.g., a triangle, a trapezoid, a rhombus, a pentagon, a hexagon), a curved shape (e.g., a circle, an ellipse), etc. The thickness of the cleaning head 3 (the length in the thickness direction D3) is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, 0.5 to 3.0 cm, and is preferably 1.0 to 2.0 cm from the viewpoint of the strength of the cleaning tool and the viewpoint of cleaning a narrow space.

The bracket hole 117 is arranged in the first gripping portion 125. The bracket hole 117 holds the head connection portion 201 of the bracket 5. Grease for suppressing excessive rotation of the cleaning head 3 is arranged between the bracket hole 117 and the head connection portion 201 of the bracket 5. Such a cleaning head 3 can be used as a one-hand cleaning head.

The bracket 5 is composed of a horizontally U-shaped rod-shaped member. The bracket 5 includes: a head connection portion 201 rotatably connected to the bracket hole 117; a handle connection portion 203 connected to the cleaning tool handle 7; and a separation portion 205 that separates the head connection portion 201 from the handle connection portion 203. The head connection portion 201, the handle connection portion 203, and the separation portion 205 are arranged on a single plane, that is, the bracket virtual plane.

The cleaning tool handle 7 is formed by sequentially connecting a connecting rod 301, a first handle portion 307, a second handle portion 309, a third handle portion 311, and a fourth handle portion 313 having a grip portion 315. The connecting rod 301, the first handle portion 307, the second handle portion 309, the third handle portion 311, and the fourth handle portion 313 can be switchably connected and separated.

The connecting rod 301 is a rotating part having a handle rotating axis _RA3 that allows the cleaning tool handle 7 to rotate in a predetermined direction, and is composed of a pair of first joints 303 and a second joint 305. The first joint 303 is connected to the handle connecting part 203, and the second joint 305 is connected to the first handle part 307. The connecting rod 301 (cleaning tool handle 7) is connected to the handle connecting part 203 of the bracket 5 so as to be rotatable on the bracket virtual plane.

Next, the cleaning sheet 30 will be described. FIG. 4 is a diagram showing an example of the configuration of the cleaning sheet 30 of the embodiment. FIG. 4(a) is a cross-sectional view of the cleaning sheet 30 along the IVa-IVa line of FIG. 4(b), and FIG. 4(b) is a front view of the cleaning sheet 30. The cleaning sheet 30 can be mounted on the cleaning tool 1 (the cleaning head 3), and has a length direction L, a width direction W, and a thickness direction T that are orthogonal to each other. In the present embodiment, when viewed from the thickness direction T, it has a roughly rectangular shape. Here, the length direction L, the width direction W, and the thickness direction T of the cleaning sheet 30 are parallel to the length direction D1, the short side direction D2, and the thickness direction D3 of the cleaning head 3, respectively, when the cleaning sheet 30 is mounted on the cleaning head 3.

The cleaning sheet 30 includes: a first sheet portion 31; and a second sheet portion 32 stacked on the first sheet portion 31 in the thickness direction T. The first sheet portion 31 includes: a first sheet inner side surface 31IS on the side of the second sheet portion 32; and a first sheet outer side surface 31OS on the side opposite to the first sheet inner side surface 31IS. The second sheet portion 32 includes: a second sheet inner side surface 32IS on the side of the first sheet portion 31; and a second sheet outer side surface 32OS on the side opposite to the second sheet inner side surface 32IS. In the present embodiment, the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 are a one-piece sheet member, and therefore, the cleaning sheet 30 is formed by folding the one-piece sheet member in half.

The cleaning sheet 30 further includes a first longitudinal connection portion 35 at one end portion in the width direction W of the cleaning sheet 30, which connects one end portion 31a in the width direction W of the first sheet portion 31 and one end portion 32a in the width direction W of the second sheet portion 32 continuously or intermittently along the longitudinal direction L. In the present embodiment, the first longitudinal connection portion 35 connects one end portion in the width direction W of the first sheet inner side surface 31IS and one end portion in the width direction W of the second sheet inner side surface 32IS in the longitudinal direction L in a state where the two portions face each other. The method of connection is not particularly limited, but examples thereof include welding, pressing, and bonding. Furthermore, as shown in the present embodiment, the first longitudinal connecting portion 35 may be continuously or intermittently arranged from one end 30E1 to the other end 30E2 in the longitudinal direction L, that is, throughout the entire length of the cleaning sheet 30 in the longitudinal direction L. Furthermore, the first longitudinal connecting portion 35 may be continuously or intermittently arranged over a portion of the entire length, for example, more than 50%, preferably more than 80%.

In the present embodiment, the first longitudinal connection portion 35 includes: a longitudinal joint portion 33 and a longitudinal non-joined portion 39. The longitudinal joint portion 33 joins the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 along the longitudinal direction L. The longitudinal non-joined portion 39 is located on the opposite side of the second longitudinal connection portion 36 with respect to the longitudinal joint portion 33 in the width direction W, and makes the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 non-joined along the length direction L. At this time, the longitudinal joint portion 33 is formed partially or entirely with respect to the width of the first longitudinal connection portion 35 in the width direction W as shown in the present embodiment. In the case where the longitudinal joint portion 33 is formed entirely with respect to the width of the first longitudinal connection portion 35, the longitudinal non-joined portion 39 does not exist. Furthermore, the longitudinal joint 33 is continuously or intermittently arranged throughout the entire length of the cleaning sheet 30 in the longitudinal direction L as shown in the present embodiment, but it may be continuously or intermittently arranged throughout a portion of the entire length, for example, more than 50%, preferably more than 80%. Furthermore, in the present embodiment, in the width direction W, the end edge 31aE of the first sheet portion 31 and the end edge 32aE of the second sheet portion 32 are substantially aligned.

The cleaning sheet 30 is provided with a second longitudinal connection portion 36 at the other end portion in the width direction W of the cleaning sheet 30, which connects the other end portion 31b in the width direction W of the first sheet portion 31 and the other end portion 32b in the width direction W of the second sheet portion 32 continuously or intermittently along the longitudinal direction L. In the present embodiment, the second longitudinal connection portion 36 is a portion where the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 of a sheet member are connected, and is formed as a folded portion (folded position) where the sheet member is folded in half. At this time, in the width direction W, the end edge 31bE of the first sheet portion 31 and the end edge 32bE of the second sheet portion 32 are substantially aligned. Furthermore, the second longitudinal connecting portion 36 is continuously or intermittently arranged over the entire length of the cleaning sheet 30 in the longitudinal direction L as shown in the present embodiment, but may be continuously or intermittently arranged over a portion of the entire length, for example, more than 50%, preferably more than 80%.

The cleaning sheet 30 further includes an insertion portion 30a, which is located between the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 and between the first longitudinal connection portion 35 and the second longitudinal connection portion 36. The insertion portion 30a allows the cleaning head 3 to be inserted from at least one of the two end portions 30E1 and 30E2 in the longitudinal direction L. The insertion portion 30a is a region where the first sheet inner side surface 31IS and the second sheet inner side surface 32IS are substantially in contact before the cleaning head 3 is inserted, and a cylindrical region formed by the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 after the cleaning head 3 is inserted. In this embodiment, an opening 38 connected to the insertion portion 30a is formed at either of the two end portions 30E1 and 30E2 in the longitudinal direction L, and the cleaning head 3 can be inserted into the insertion portion 30a from either opening 38. Thus, the user does not need to pay attention to the direction of insertion of the cleaning sheet 30, and can easily attach the cleaning sheet 30 to the cleaning head 3.

The sheet member used as the material of the cleaning sheet 30 is not particularly limited as long as it can be used as a cleaning sheet, and examples thereof include those containing nonwoven fabrics and those containing fiber bundles. Examples of nonwoven fabrics include spunbond nonwoven fabrics, hot air nonwoven fabrics, water needle nonwoven fabrics, airflow-laid nonwoven fabrics, point-bonded nonwoven fabrics, and melt-blown nonwoven fabrics. Examples of nonwoven fabric materials include polyethylene fibers, polypropylene fibers, core-sheath composite fibers having a core of polyethylene terephthalate and a sheath of polyethylene, nylon fibers, acrylic fiber woven fibers, and rayon fibers. The cleaning sheet 30 may be in a dry form or in a wet form impregnated with a chemical solution. The basis weight of the cleaning sheet 30 is, for example, 1 to 1000 g/m ² , preferably 10 to 100 g/m ² . The dimension (thickness) in the thickness direction T of the cleaning sheet 30 is, for example, 0.1 to 5 mm, preferably 0.1 to 2 mm. The cleaning sheet 30 may also be a laminate of a plurality of sheet components. As the sheet component of the material, for example, the cleaning sheet described in the International Publication No. WO2016181514 may be used.

In this cleaning sheet 30, the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 are connected by the first longitudinal connecting portion 35 and the second longitudinal connecting portion 36 at both ends (31a, 31b/32a, 32b) in the width direction W, so as to obtain a shape that can form a tube. Then, between the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32, and between the first longitudinal connecting portion 35 and the second longitudinal connecting portion 36, that is, the portion that becomes the inner side of the tube, it is possible to form an insertion portion 30a into which the cleaning head 3 can be inserted. Therefore, when the cleaning sheet 30 is mounted on the cleaning tool 1, the cleaning sheet 30 can be easily mounted on the cleaning tool 1 only by inserting the cleaning head 3 into the insertion portion 30a (inside the tube). Furthermore, when removing the cleaning sheet 30 from the cleaning tool 1, the cleaning sheet 30 can be easily removed from the cleaning tool 1 by simply grabbing and pulling the end 30E1 or the end 30E2 in the longitudinal direction L of the cleaning sheet 30. Therefore, the cleaning sheet 30 can be easily attached to and removed from the cleaning tool 1.

Furthermore, as an ideal form of the present embodiment, the cleaning sheet 30 is formed by folding a sheet member in half at the second longitudinal connection portion 36 and joining them at the first longitudinal connection portion 35. Therefore, there is no joined portion at the second longitudinal connection portion 36. Therefore, when the cleaning sheet 30 is mounted on the cleaning head 3, the cleaning sheet 30 forms a tube with few joined portions. Thereby, when the cleaning head 3 is inserted into the insertion portion 30a of the cleaning sheet 30, that is, the inside of the tube, or when it is pulled out from the inside of the tube, the cleaning head 3 is not easily affected by being hooked on the joined portion, etc., and the cleaning head 3 can be smoothly inserted or pulled out. Therefore, by using the cleaning sheet 30, the cleaning sheet 30 can be attached to and removed from the cleaning tool 1 more easily.

Furthermore, as an ideal form of this embodiment, in this cleaning sheet 30, at least the first longitudinal connecting portion 35 is formed so that the first sheet inner side surface 31IS and the second sheet inner side surface 32IS face each other and are joined. Therefore, the first longitudinal connecting portion 35 is formed into a wrinkled shape protruding from the main body of the tube formed by the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 toward the outer side of the width direction W. Therefore, when using the cleaning sheet 30, it is easy to grab the first longitudinal connecting portion 35. Thereby, when the cleaning sheet 30 is mounted on the cleaning head 3, when the cleaning sheet 30 is removed from the cleaning head 3, etc., by grabbing the first longitudinal connecting portion 35, the cleaning sheet 30 can be easily moved. In particular, when removing the cleaning sheet 30, the cleaning sheet 30 can be removed by grasping the first longitudinal connecting portion 35 which is less dirty (or not dirty), instead of holding the dirty portion (the tube portion) of the cleaning sheet 30.

[Second embodiment] Figure 5 is a front view showing an example of the configuration of a cleaning sheet of the embodiment. This embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that the other end 30E2 of the cleaning sheet 30 in the longitudinal direction L is partially or completely joined. This difference will be mainly described below.

The cleaning sheet 30 includes an opening portion 38 located at one end 30E1 in the length direction L, and a width direction connecting portion 34 located at the other end 30E2. The opening portion 38 is formed by disconnecting one end 31E1 in the length direction L of the first sheet portion 31 and one end 32E1 in the length direction L of the second sheet portion 32. The width direction connecting portion 34 is formed by continuously or intermittently connecting the other end 31E2 in the length direction L of the first sheet portion 31 and the other end 32E2 in the length direction L of the second sheet portion 32 in the width direction W. The method of connection (or joining) is not particularly limited, but for example, welding, pressing, bonding, etc. can be cited. Furthermore, the width direction connecting portion 34 can be continuously or intermittently arranged throughout the entire length of the width direction W of the cleaning sheet 30 as shown in the present embodiment, but it is sufficient to be continuously or intermittently arranged throughout a portion of the total length, for example, more than 20%, preferably more than 50%.

In this cleaning sheet 30, one end 30E1 in the length direction L of the tube (insertion portion 30a) formed by the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 is opened as the entrance of the tube, that is, as the opening portion 38, and the other end 30E2 is closed by the width direction connecting portion 34. Therefore, when the cleaning sheet 30 is mounted on the cleaning tool 1, when the cleaning head 3 is inserted into the opening portion 38, the cleaning head 3 is excessively pushed (or the cleaning sheet 30 is excessively pulled) to prevent the cleaning head 3 from protruding from the end on the opposite side of the opening portion 38 of the cleaning sheet 30. That is, such protrusion does not occur, and the cleaning sheet 30 can be mounted on the cleaning tool 1 very easily.

Furthermore, usually, the cleaning sheet exists near the portion opposite to the width direction connecting portion of the cleaning head, but this portion is not covered by the cleaning sheet. Therefore, it is not easy to use this portion of the cleaning head for cleaning. However, this cleaning sheet 30 can cover this portion of the cleaning head 3 with the portion (the other end portion 30E2) including the width direction connecting portion 34 of the cleaning sheet 30. Therefore, by pressing this portion of the cleaning head 3 against the object to be cleaned such as a wall, the object to be cleaned can be cleaned with the portion (the other end portion 30E2) including the width direction connecting portion 34 of the cleaning sheet 30.

[Third embodiment] Figure 6 is a front view showing an example of the configuration of a cleaning sheet of the embodiment. This embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the length of the insertion portion 30a of the cleaning sheet 30 in the width direction W is longer at one end 30E1 than at the other end 30E2 in the length direction L. This difference will be mainly described below.

In the cleaning sheet 30, the distance between the end edge 35E of the first longitudinal connecting portion 35 on the second longitudinal connecting portion 36 side and the end edge 36E of the second longitudinal connecting portion 36 on the first longitudinal connecting portion 35 side in the width direction W is defined as a distance d. In this case, the distance d is longer on the side of one end 30E1 in the longitudinal direction L (distance d1) than on the side of the other end 30E2 (distance d2). In the present embodiment, the distance d decreases monotonically from the one end 30E1 in the longitudinal direction L toward the other end 30E2. In other words, the longitudinal joint 33 is directed from one end 30E1 side of the longitudinal direction L toward the other end 30E2 side toward the center of the insertion portion 30a in the width direction W. That is, the longitudinal joint 33 is inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction L. The angle of inclination with respect to the longitudinal direction L is, for example, 1 to 5°.

In this cleaning sheet 30, when the insertion portion 30a is formed into a cylindrical shape, the cross-sectional area of the tube is larger on the side of one end 30E1 in the longitudinal direction L than on the side of the other end 30E2. Therefore, when the cleaning head 3 is inserted into the cleaning sheet 30, it can be inserted from the side of the one end 30E1 in the longitudinal direction L, that is, the side where the cross-sectional area of the tube is larger, thereby making it very easy to attach the cleaning sheet 30 to the cleaning head 3. Furthermore, since the cross-sectional area of the tube is small at the other end 30E2 of the cleaning sheet 30 in the longitudinal direction L, the cleaning sheet 30 can firmly and stably hold the cleaning head 3, and the cleaning sheet 30 can be installed so as not to be easily separated from the cleaning head 3 during cleaning.

[Fourth Implementation Form] Figure 7 is a front view showing an example of the configuration of a cleaning sheet of the implementation form. This implementation form is different from the first implementation form in that at least one of the first longitudinal connecting portion 35 and the second longitudinal connecting portion 36 includes a plurality of longitudinal joints 33. This difference will be mainly described below.

The cleaning sheet 30 includes a plurality of longitudinal joints 33a, 33b, and 33c at the first longitudinal connecting portion 35. The longitudinal joints extend along the longitudinal direction L and are arranged at intervals in the width direction W, and are used to join the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32. The plurality of longitudinal joints 33a, 33b, and 33c are arranged at least on the other end 30E2 side in the longitudinal direction L. In the present embodiment, the longitudinal joint 33a is arranged over the entire length of the cleaning sheet 30 in the longitudinal direction L. The longitudinal joint 33b is arranged over a range of less than half of the entire length of the cleaning sheet 30 in the longitudinal direction L on the other end 30E2 side. The longitudinal joint 33c is arranged over a range of less than 1/4 of the entire length of the cleaning sheet 30 in the longitudinal direction L near the other end 30E2. That is, the length in the longitudinal direction L is: longitudinal joint 33a>longitudinal joint 33b>longitudinal joint 33c.

In this cleaning sheet 30, the distance d between the inner edge of the first longitudinal connecting portion 35 and the inner edge of the second longitudinal connecting portion 36 is made longer at one end 30E1 side (distance d1) than at the other end 30E2 side (distance d2) in the longitudinal direction L. For example, the relationship of the distances d1, d3, and d2 between the inner edges 33aE, 33bE, and 33cE of the longitudinal joints 33a, 33b, and 33c in the width direction W and the inner edge 36E of the second longitudinal connecting portion 36 is set to be d1>d3>d2. In this case, when the cleaning head 3 is inserted into the cleaning sheet 30, the cleaning sheet 30 can be easily mounted on the cleaning head 3 by inserting it from the side of one end 30E1 in the length direction L, that is, the side where the cross-sectional area of the tube is larger. In addition, on the side of the other end 30E2 in the length direction L of the cleaning sheet 30, since the cross-sectional area of the tube is small, the cleaning sheet 30 can hold the cleaning head 3 strongly and stably, and the cleaning sheet 30 can be mounted so that it is not easy to be separated from the cleaning head 3. Furthermore, since a plurality of longitudinal joints 33 are used, even if one longitudinal joint 33 is damaged during installation, the other longitudinal joints 33 can also supplement the function, so the aforementioned function can be ensured more stably. Furthermore, if the relationship between the distances d1, d3, and d2 is set to d1>d3>d2, the lengths of the longitudinal joints 33a, 33b, and 33c in the longitudinal direction L can be any length. This implementation form is different from the first implementation form in that the edge 31aE of the first sheet portion 31 and the edge 32aE of the second sheet portion 32 are separated in the width direction W. The following mainly describes this difference.

In the cleaning sheet 30, the first longitudinal connection portion 35 includes a longitudinal joint portion 33 and a longitudinal non-joined portion 39. The longitudinal joint portion 33 is located on the second longitudinal connection portion 36 side in the width direction W, and joins the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 along the longitudinal direction L. The longitudinal non-joined portion 39 is located on the opposite side of the second longitudinal connection portion 36 side in the width direction W, and makes the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 non-joined along the longitudinal direction L. In other words, in the end portion 31a of the first sheet portion 31 and the end portion 32a of the second sheet portion 32, the longitudinal joint portion 33 is located on the second longitudinal connection portion 36 side in the width direction W, and the longitudinal non-joined portion 39 is located on the opposite side of the second longitudinal connection portion 36. Furthermore, in the width direction W, the distance d41 between the end edge 31aE of the first sheet portion 31 and the longitudinal joint portion 33 in the longitudinal non-joined portion 39 and the distance d42 between the end edge 32aE of the second sheet portion 32 and the longitudinal joint portion 33 are different from each other. In other words, the end edge 31aE of the first sheet portion 31 and the end edge 32aE of the second sheet portion 32 are separated by a distance d4 (=|d42-d41|＞0) in the width direction W, that is, they are offset from each other. Furthermore, in this example, d42＞d41 is made, but it can also be made conversely so that d42＜d41.

In this cleaning sheet 30, one of the edge 31aE of the first sheet portion 31 and the edge 32aE of the second sheet portion 32 of the longitudinal non-joined portion 39 protrudes outward in the width direction W relative to the other. Therefore, it becomes easy to put a finger into the area V1 between the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 of the longitudinal non-joined portion 39. In addition, for example, by putting the index finger into the area V1 between the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32, pressing the first sheet portion 31 from the outside with the middle finger and pressing the second sheet portion 32 from the outside with the thumb, the longitudinal non-joined portion 39 can be firmly grasped with three fingers. [Sixth Implementation Form] Figure 9 is a diagram showing another configuration example of the cleaning sheet of the implementation form. Figure 9(a) is a cross-sectional view of the cleaning sheet 30 along the line IXa-IXa of Figure 9(b), and Figure 9(b) is a front view of the cleaning sheet 30. This implementation form is different from the first implementation form in that the edge 31aF (or edge 31bF) of the first sheet portion 31 and the edge 32aF (or edge 32bF) of the second sheet portion 32 are separated in the longitudinal direction L. The following mainly describes this difference.

In the cleaning sheet 30, the first longitudinal connection portion 35 includes a longitudinal joint portion 33 and a longitudinal non-joined portion 39. In this cleaning sheet 30, one of the edge 31aF (or edge 31bF) of the first sheet portion 31 and the edge 32aF (or edge 32bF) of the second sheet portion 32 of the longitudinal non-joined portion 39 is retracted toward the inside of the longitudinal direction L relative to the other. Therefore, it becomes easy to put a finger into the area V21 (or area V22) between the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 of the longitudinal non-joined portion 39. In addition, for example, by putting the index finger into the area V21 (or area V22) between the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32, pressing the first sheet portion 31 from the outside with the middle finger and pressing the second sheet portion 32 from the outside with the thumb, the longitudinal non-joined portion 39 can be firmly grasped with three fingers. This implementation form is different from the first implementation form in that at least one of the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 extends further in the length direction L than the first length direction connecting portion 35 and the second length direction connecting portion 36. The following mainly describes this difference.

In the cleaning sheet 30, at least one of the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32, at least one of the one end portion 30E1 and the other end portion 30E2 in the longitudinal direction L is provided with an extension portion 37. The extension portion 37 is a portion located between the first longitudinal connection portion 35 and the second longitudinal connection portion 36 in the width direction W, and extends outward from the end edges of the first longitudinal connection portion 35 and the second longitudinal connection portion 36 in the longitudinal direction L. Therefore, the extension portion 37 is formed by at least one of the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32. In the present embodiment, the extension portion 37 extends outward in the longitudinal direction L from the edge of the first longitudinal connecting portion 35 and the second longitudinal connecting portion 36 of one end portion 30E1 of the cleaning sheet 30 and is formed by the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 .

In this cleaning sheet 30, a portion approximately in the middle of at least one of the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 in the width direction W is extended outward at at least one of the one end portion 30E1 and the other end portion 30E2 in the length direction L (extension portion 37). Therefore, it becomes easy to grasp at least one of the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 of the extension portion 37. Thereby, it is easy to open the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 toward opposite sides. Therefore, the distance between the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32 can be enlarged, and the cleaning head 3 can be inserted into and removed from the cleaning sheet 30 very easily. That is, the cleaning sheet 30 can be correctly and easily installed and removed from the cleaning head 3.

[Eighth Implementation Form] Figure 11 is a front view showing an example of the configuration of a cleaning sheet of an implementation form. This implementation form is different from the first implementation form in that at least one of the two end portions 30E1, 30E2 in the longitudinal direction L has a tightening portion. The following mainly describes this difference.

The cleaning sheet 30 has a first tightening portion or a second tightening portion that can tie and tighten one end or the other end of the first sheet portion 31 in the length direction L and one end or the other end of the second sheet portion 32 in the length direction L with a rope. In the present embodiment, the cleaning sheet 30 has a first tightening portion 40. The first tightening portion 40 (the second tightening portion is also the same) includes: a bag portion 41 that is an extension of the insertion portion 30a in the length direction L; a rope passing portion 42 that is an end of the bag portion 41 and allows a rope 43 to pass through; and a rope 43. The first tightening portion 40 can close one end of the cleaning sheet 30 in the longitudinal direction L by tightening the rope 43, and can open the end by loosening the rope 43.

The cleaning sheet 30 includes a first tightening portion 40 (or a second tightening portion), which can be opened or closed like a Japanese drawstring bag (drawstring bag). When the cleaning sheet 30 is mounted on the cleaning tool 1, for example, the first tightening portion 40 is sealed in advance. This prevents the cleaning head 3 from being excessively pushed (or excessively pulled) when the cleaning head 3 is inserted into the cleaning sheet 30 from the unsealed side, thereby preventing the cleaning head 3 from protruding from the end portion on the opposite side of the insertion side of the cleaning sheet 30. That is, such protrusion does not occur, and the cleaning sheet 30 can be easily mounted on the cleaning tool 1.

Furthermore, the cleaning sheet 30 can achieve the following effects. Usually, the cleaning sheet is present near the portion of the cleaning head that is opposite to the twisting portion, but the portion is not covered by the cleaning sheet. Therefore, it is not easy to use the portion of the cleaning head for cleaning. However, the cleaning sheet 30 can cover the portion of the cleaning head 3 with the portion of the cleaning sheet 30 that includes the first twisting portion 40 (or the second twisting portion) by closing the first twisting portion 40 (or the second twisting portion) before cleaning. Therefore, by pressing the portion of the cleaning head 3 against the object to be cleaned such as a wall, the object to be cleaned can be cleaned with the portion including the first twisted portion 40 (or the second twisted portion) of the cleaning sheet 30 .

[Ninth Implementation Form] Figure 12 is a front view showing another configuration example of the cleaning sheet of the implementation form. This implementation form is different from the first implementation form in that when the cleaning sheet 30 is mounted on the cleaning head 3, the first gripping portion 125 and the second gripping portion 135 are gripped. The following mainly describes this difference.

When the cleaning sheet 30 is mounted on the cleaning head 3, the mounting is performed in the following order. First, as shown in FIG12(a), the cleaning head 3 is inserted into the insertion portion 30a of the cleaning sheet 30, so that the first gripping portion 125 (first head component) and the second gripping portion 135 (second head component) are separated, and a gap 100 is formed between the two. Next, as shown in FIG12(b), a portion of the cleaning sheet 30 (for example, the second longitudinal connecting portion 36) is inserted into the gap 100. Then, as shown in FIG12(c), the first gripping portion 125 and the second gripping portion 135 are combined. At this time, the second convex portion 159 and the first concave portion 157 are engaged with each other while holding the cleaning sheet 30, and the second concave portion 161 and the first convex portion 155 are engaged with each other while holding the cleaning sheet 30. Thus, the cleaning sheet 30 is held by the cleaning head 3.

In this cleaning sheet 30, when installing the cleaning sheet 30, by inserting a part of the cleaning sheet 30 between the first gripping portion 125 and the second gripping portion 135, the cleaning sheet 30 can be closely attached to the cleaning head 3 without gap or deviation. That is, the cleaning sheet 30 can be properly installed on the cleaning head 3 in a simple manner. In addition, when removing the cleaning sheet 30, by removing the part inserted between the first gripping portion 125 and the second gripping portion 135, the cleaning sheet 30 can be made loose with respect to the cleaning head 3. In this way, the cleaning sheet 30 can be easily removed from the cleaning head by grasping the part that is inserted and then removed. At this time, by grabbing the unstained part after insertion, you can remove the cleaning sheet 30 from the cleaning head 3 without getting your hands dirty.

Furthermore, in the aforementioned embodiments, the lengthwise joint 33 of the first lengthwise connecting portion 35 can also be formed by a plurality of dot-shaped joints arranged along the lengthwise direction L (not shown). In this case, since each joint is dot-shaped, it is easier to peel off the joints at each joint point. Thus, when the cleaning sheet 30 is removed from the cleaning tool 1, the joints at each joint point are peeled off, and the joints of the lengthwise joint 33 are opened, thereby making it easy to remove the cleaning sheet 30 from the cleaning head 3. Furthermore, in each of the aforementioned embodiments, the first longitudinal connection portion 35 is formed by joining the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32, and the second longitudinal connection portion 36 is formed as a folded portion of the sheet member. However, in each embodiment, the second longitudinal connection portion 36 can also be formed by joining the first sheet portion 31 and the second sheet portion 32. Hereinafter, the first embodiment will be described as an example with reference to FIG. 13. FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view and a front view showing other structural examples of the cleaning sheet of the embodiment. Not only the first longitudinal connection portion 35, but also the second longitudinal connection portion 36 includes a longitudinal joining portion 33 and a longitudinal non-joining portion 39. A cleaning sheet can be mounted on a cleaning tool, the cleaning tool comprising a cleaning head and a head rotating member for rotatably supporting the cleaning head, the cleaning sheet having: a length direction, a width direction and a thickness direction orthogonal to each other, and comprising: a first sheet portion; a second sheet portion, which is stacked on the first sheet portion in the thickness direction; a first length direction connecting portion, which connects one end of the first sheet portion in the width direction and one end of the second sheet portion in the width direction The end is connected along the aforementioned length direction; the second length direction connecting part connects the other end of the aforementioned first sheet part in the aforementioned width direction and the other end of the aforementioned second sheet part in the aforementioned width direction along the aforementioned length direction; and the insertion part is located between the aforementioned first sheet part and the aforementioned second sheet part, and between the aforementioned first length direction connecting part and the aforementioned second length direction connecting part, and can be inserted into the aforementioned cleaning head from at least one end in the aforementioned length direction. As described in claim 1, the cleaning sheet, wherein the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion are an integrated sheet member, and the cleaning sheet has a structure in which the sheet member is folded in half with the second longitudinal connecting portion as a folding position and is joined with the first longitudinal connecting portion. The cleaning sheet as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein the cleaning sheet further comprises: an opening portion in which one end of the first sheet portion in the longitudinal direction and one end of the second sheet portion in the longitudinal direction are made non-connected; and a width direction connecting portion in which the other end of the first sheet portion in the longitudinal direction and the other end of the second sheet portion in the longitudinal direction are connected in the width direction. The cleaning sheet as described in claim 1, wherein the first sheet portion comprises: the first sheet inner side surface on the side of the aforementioned insertion portion, and the first sheet outer side surface on the side opposite to the first sheet inner side surface; the second sheet portion comprises: the second sheet inner side surface on the side of the aforementioned insertion portion, and the second sheet outer side surface on the side opposite to the second sheet inner side surface; the first longitudinal connecting portion is to connect one end of the first sheet inner side surface in the aforementioned width direction and one end of the second sheet inner side surface in the aforementioned width direction in a facing state in the aforementioned longitudinal direction. The cleaning sheet as recited in claim 4, wherein the first longitudinal connection portion comprises: a longitudinal joint portion, which is located on the side of the second longitudinal connection portion in the width direction, and joins the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion along the length direction; and a longitudinal non-joined portion, which is located on the side opposite to the second longitudinal connection portion in the width direction, and makes the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion non-joined along the length direction, and in the width direction, the distance between the end edge of the first sheet portion of the longitudinal non-joined portion and the longitudinal joint portion is different from the distance between the end edge of the second sheet portion and the longitudinal joint portion. A cleaning sheet as recited in claim 4 or 5, wherein the first longitudinal connecting portion comprises: a longitudinal joint portion located on the side of the second longitudinal connecting portion in the width direction, joining the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion along the longitudinal direction; and a longitudinal non-joined portion located on the side opposite to the second longitudinal connecting portion in the width direction, making the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion non-joined along the longitudinal direction, wherein at least one of the two ends of the longitudinal non-joined portion is separated from the end edge of the first sheet portion and the end edge of the second sheet portion in the longitudinal direction. A cleaning sheet as described in claim 1, wherein the distance between the edge of the first longitudinal connection portion on the side of the second longitudinal connection portion and the edge of the second longitudinal connection portion on the side of the first longitudinal connection portion in the width direction is such that the cleaning sheet is longer on one end side in the longitudinal direction than on the other end side. A cleaning sheet as recited in claim 7, wherein at least one of the first longitudinal connecting portion and the second longitudinal width connecting portion includes a longitudinal connecting portion for connecting the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion along the longitudinal direction, and the longitudinal connecting portion is a portion extending from the side of one end portion in the longitudinal direction toward the side of the other end portion toward the center of the aforementioned insertion portion in the aforementioned width direction. A cleaning sheet as recited in claim 7, wherein at least one of the first longitudinal connecting portion and the second longitudinal width connecting portion comprises a plurality of longitudinal joints, which extend along the longitudinal direction and are arranged at intervals in the width direction, and are used to join the first sheet portion with the second sheet portion, and the plurality of longitudinal joints are arranged on the other end side in the longitudinal direction. The cleaning sheet as described in claim 1 further comprises at least one of a first tightening portion and a second tightening portion, wherein the first tightening portion can tie and tighten one end of the first sheet portion in the longitudinal direction and one end of the second sheet portion in the longitudinal direction with a rope, and the second tightening portion can tie and tighten the other end of the first sheet portion in the longitudinal direction and the other end of the second sheet portion in the longitudinal direction with a rope. A cleaning sheet as described in claim 1, wherein, in at least one of the first sheet portion and the second sheet portion, at least one of the one end and the other end in the longitudinal direction has: an extension portion extending outward in the longitudinal direction from the edge of the first longitudinal connecting portion and the second longitudinal connecting portion. The cleaning sheet as described in claim 1, wherein the cleaning head further comprises: a first head component; and a second head component, which can be partially separated from the first head component, the cleaning sheet is that when the cleaning head has been inserted into the insertion portion, the first head component is separated from the second head component, a part of the cleaning sheet is inserted between the first head component and the second head component, and the first head component and the second head component are combined so that the cleaning sheet is retained in the cleaning head. A cleaning tool characterized by comprising: a cleaning head; a head rotating member that rotatably supports the cleaning head; and a cleaning sheet as described in any one of claims 1 to 12 that can be installed and removed from the cleaning head.
