本發明涉及一種利用水溶性聚合物的油包水型唇部化妝品組合物，更加詳細而言，涉及一種如下唇部化妝品組合物，所述唇部化妝品組合物中，水溶性聚合物在沒有乳化劑的情況下穩定於油相內，藉由水溶性聚合物提供充分的提高唇部豐盈的效果，同時表現出優異的光澤性，在唇部上的貼合感好，並且沒有黏糊感，使用感突出。
本申請主張於2015年6月26日提交於韓國專利局的韓國專利申請第10-2015-0091009號的申請日的利益，其全部內容包含在本說明書中。
近年來，女性對緩解皮膚皺紋的化妝品的關注度逐漸增加，特別是對能夠使在生理、物理及生物學特性上與皮膚不同的唇部顯示出具有豐盈感、飽滿、性感外形的產品的關注度逐漸增加。根據這些要求，也實行整形外科手術，但考慮到費用和皮肉之苦等，越來越多的人想藉由化妝品來實現上述要求。隨著想藉由化妝品來解決這種要求的消費者逐漸增
多，正在積極開展研究增強唇部豐盈及唇部輪廓的產品，並且陸續生產出了相關產品。
一般具有豐唇效果(lip-plumping)或改善皺紋效果的唇部用化妝品是藉由在油性基材中混合蠟狀物質而制得，其組成成分可分為如下幾種。首先，第一種為包含如小燭樹蠟、地蠟(ceresin)、巴西棕櫚蠟、石蠟、木蠟、鯨蠟、蜜蠟、微晶蠟及聚乙烯等的藉由提高硬度來維持唇部用化妝品組合物的外形的蠟相成分，第二種為包含荷荷芭油、角鯊烷、羊毛脂油、羊毛脂衍生物、從動物中提取的油、合成酯類油以及矽油等液相油性成分，第三種為摻和有用於改善唇部狀態的功效成分、維生素類、高保濕成分及抗氧化成分，第四種為包含由有機色素和無機色素組成的色素成分，第五種為包含抗氧化劑、防腐劑、著香劑及營養成分，第六種為添加有珍珠顏料等其他成分。
此外，提供豐盈效果的習知物質有提供溫感(warming)效果的增溫劑(warming agent)即多元醇、辣椒粉、辣椒香料、辣椒汁、辣椒素(capsaicin)、高辣椒鹼(Homocapsaicin)、高二氫辣椒鹼、壬醯香草胺(nonanoyl vanillyl amide)、壬酸香草醚、香草醇烷基醚衍生物(日本公開專利公報昭57-9729號)、異香草醇烷基醚(isovanillyl alcohol alkyl ether)、乙基香草醇烷基醚、藜蘆基醇衍生物、被取代的苄醇衍生物、被取代的苄基醇烷基醚、香蘭素丙二醇縮醛、乙基香蘭素丙二醇縮醛、薑汁、生薑油、薑辣素(gingerol)、薑(gingeron)、鹿蹄草、桂皮、生薑、迷迭香及煙酸成分等，除了增溫劑以外的物質有棕櫚醯寡肽
(Palmitoyl Oligopeptide；Pal-GHK)及膠原蛋白(collagen)成分等。
然而，當使用這種具有豐唇效果的成分時，有對唇部產生刺激並且黏糊感強的問題。
此外，對於現有的唇部用化妝品組合物，為了顯示光澤效果，主要使用了油溶性聚合物。但是，當使用油溶性聚合物時，黏糊感強且有沉悶感。
並且，當使用水溶性聚合物，且劑型為口紅時，會降低棒(stick)的硬度，且顯著降低口紅成分之間的相容性，導致油從口紅中分離出，使得棒的外觀變得雜亂，並且因為為了乳化水溶性成分而使用的各種乳化劑，對皮膚刺激危險性大(韓國申請公開專利第10-1999-0009865(1999年02月05日公開))。並且，雖然韓國授權專利第10-1221270號(2013年01月11日公告)中公開了適用包含水溶性聚合物的乳化基質的口紅，但所述口紅是由圓筒形狀核心部和圍繞所述核心部的殼部組成的雙重結構的口紅，其中沒有公開使用於單一劑型的內容。
對此，本申請的發明人發現，使用水溶性聚合物可以解決現有的具有豐唇效果特性的組合物的問題點，同時能夠提高光澤效果並降低貼合感，從而完成了本發明。
因此，本發明提供一種唇部用化妝品組合物，所述唇部用化妝品組合物中，水溶性聚合物在沒有乳化劑的情況下穩定於油相內，從而提供唇部豐盈效果的同時，提高光澤並且提供沒有黏糊感的貼合感唇部。
為了實現上述目的，本發明涉及一種包含水溶性聚合物、蠟和漿料的油包水型唇部化妝品組合物。
唇部與現有的導致局部疼痛的豐唇用組合物不同，本發明的唇部用化妝品組合物顯示出優異的豐盈提高效果，同時不刺激唇部，塗抹後光澤度高且沒有黏糊感，並且提高了貼合感，從而使用感非常優異。
第1圖是表示對剛塗抹實施例1後和塗抹15秒後的光澤及唇部豐盈提高效果進行測定的結果。
第2圖是表示塗抹實施例1、2和比較例1至3並經過15秒後對光澤及唇部豐盈提高效果進行測定的結果。
第3圖是表示將實施例1、4、5及比較例1至3塗抹於人造革上後的唇部紋的遮蔽效果。
本發明涉及一種在不適用使用乳化劑的乳化基質，且不使用乳化劑的情況下，將水溶性聚合物穩定於油相內的油包水型唇部用組合物。
本發明中提及的化合物名稱在沒有特別說明的情況下，表示相當於美國化妝品協會(Cosmetic，Toiletry and Fragrance Association，CTFA)發行的國際化妝品原料集(International Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary，ICID)中記載的國際化妝品原料命名(International Nomenclature Cosmetic Ingredient，INCI)的化合物，若該名稱不存在於國際化妝品原料命名中，則表示屬於國際純粹與應用化學聯合會(International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry,IUPAC)指定的IUPAC命名法的化合物，若不存在基於IUPAC命名法的化合物，則表示對應於本發明的技術領域中通用的化合物名稱的化合物。
本說明書中的油包水(Water in Oil，W/O)型表示連續相是油相，分散相是水相的乳液劑型。
本發明中乳液劑型是指包含一種以上液體相的分散相(dispersed phase)以液滴(droplet)形狀分散於包含一種以上的液體相的連續相中(continuous phase)的劑型。
習知在油相中使用水溶性聚合物的唇部用組合物的情況下，從確保劑型的穩定性方面考慮，必須使用乳化劑。然而，在本發明中的水溶性聚合物的穩定化中不涉及乳化劑的使用。
為了在不使用乳化劑的情況下穩定化劑型的油相內的水溶性聚合物，本發明中使最佳含量的蠟和漿料的結構與水溶性聚合物一起混合，由此，提高組合物的黏度，從而使組合物記憶體在的水穩定化。此外，製備組合物時，在適當的溫度下注入水溶性聚合物，較佳為在75~35℃的溫度下注入水溶性聚合物，更佳為在45℃的溫度下注入水溶性聚合物，劑型化在常溫下進行。
為了在不使用乳化劑的情況下穩定化劑型的油相內的水溶性聚合物，本發明中為了高黏度劑型而使用了黏彈性高的蠟和漿料。
本發明的組合物中所使用的水溶性組合物可以選自瓊脂、纖維素膠、卡波姆、羥乙基纖維素、羥甲基纖維素、羥丙基纖維素、膨潤土、聚乙烯醇、聚乙酸乙烯酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚氨酯、果膠、澱粉及黃原膠，以組合物總重量計，使用0.5~40重量%的量。所述聚氨酯可由化學式1來表示。
所述化學式1的n較佳為1~68。所述化學式1中，R和R’為亞苯基。
此外，如上所述，本發明的組合物為了水溶性組合物的穩定
化而使用蠟和漿料。
本發明的組合物中所使用的蠟較佳為固相蠟，可以使用選自微晶蠟、天然地蠟(ozokerite)、蜜蠟、小燭樹蠟、巴西棕櫚蠟、精鍊地蠟(ceresin)、石蠟、褐煤蠟、日本蠟、可可脂及合成蠟中的一種以上，但不限定於此。較佳為使用微晶蠟。這是因為在常溫上凝固時，黏性和彈性高使得黏著力高，從而有助於水溶性聚合物的穩定化。本發明的組合物中，以組合物總重量計，蠟的使用量為0.5~8.5重量%、較佳為1~2重量%。
根據產品特點，漿料可以使用氫化蓖麻油異硬脂酸酯、雙-二甘油多醯基己二酸酯-2、氫化聚苯乙烯*乙烯/丙烯/苯乙烯共聚物*丁稀/乙烯/苯乙烯共聚物、油酸/亞油酸/亞麻酸聚甘油酯、礦酯、礦物油*辛酸癸酸甘油三酯*氫化苯乙烯/異戊二烯共聚物、雙-羥基月桂基二甲聚矽氧烷/異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯(IPDI)共聚物、植物固醇/異硬脂醇/鯨蠟醇/硬脂醇/山崳醇二聚亞油酸酯等，但不限定於此。以化妝品組合物總重量計，這種漿料較佳為使用10~70重量%。
本發明的唇部化妝品組合物，除了所述有效成分以外，在不損壞本發明效果的範圍內，可以包含其他蠟、油、粉、顏料、營養成分、揮發性溶解劑、抗氧化劑、防腐劑及香等通常唇部化妝品組合物所包含的成分(以下稱為“其他成分”)。以組合物總重量計，所述其他成分可以包含1~90重量%。
油成分可以使用諸如液體石蠟的礦物性油，鯊魚烯及水角鯊烯(hydro squalene)等動物性油；棕櫚油、鱷梨油、荷荷芭油、香油、橄
欖油及蓖麻油等植物性油；肉豆蔻酸丁酯、肉豆蔻酸異丙酯、鯨蠟醇豆蔻酸酯(cetyl myristate)、棕櫚酸異丙酯、硬脂酸丁酯、聚乙丁烯、聚異丁烯、氫化聚異丁烯、各種多元醇、三-2-乙己基甘油、甘油三酯油、乳酸肉豆蔻、辛基十二烷醇及二異硬脂醇蘋果酸酯等合成油，但不限定於此。
粉成分可以使用通常適用於化妝品的粉，例如白雲母、合成雲母、絹雲母、二氧化鈦、氧化鈦塗層雲母、鋁粉、硫酸鐵、鐵黑、炭黑、硫酸鋇、二氧化矽及泡沸石等無機粉，及尼龍、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA，poly(methyl methacrylate))、聚苯乙烯粉、聚乙烯粉及纖維素粉等有機粉，但不限定於此。
上述顏料可以使用黃色203號、黃色4號、黃色5號、黃色201號、黃色204號、紅色103號、紅色201號、紅色202號、紅色218號、紅色220號、紅色223號、紅色226號、紅色227號、藍色1號、藍色2號等的鋇或鋁色澱的有機顏料及珍珠顏料等，但不限定於此。
本發明的唇部用化妝品組合物，除了劑型化為口紅之外，還可以劑型化為液相形狀，例如可以劑型化為口紅、潤唇膏、護唇膏、唇筆、唇蜜(Liquid rouge)或唇彩，但不限定與此。
此外，本發明提供一種將前述唇部用化妝品組合物成型而製備的口紅。所述成型是指將所述唇部用化妝品組合物固化為棒形狀。
以下，藉由實施例和比較例對本發明進行更加詳細的說明，但本發明的範圍並不限定於這些例子。
[參照例1]唇部用組合物的製備
按照下述表1所示的組成來製備了口紅形狀的唇部用組合物。實施例1是根據本發明所製備的口紅，其為以組合物總重量計，包含10重量%的水溶性聚合物而製備的口紅，比較例1是使用油溶性聚合物聚異丁烯來代替水溶性聚合物而製備的口紅，比較例2是不包含水溶性聚合物和油溶性聚合物(含量：根據組合物總重量的重量%)
根據所述表1的組成，分別製備實施例1至2、4至5及比較例1至2的口紅的具體製備過程如下。
1.對所述原料(1)~(4)及(6)(比較例2的情況下，所述原料(1)~(6))進行稱量，並加熱到90℃以上而溶解後，用攪拌器攪拌，從而製備了混合物。
2.稱量所述原料(7)並放入所述1的混合物中，在45℃的溫度下進行分散。
3.用均勻器均勻地混合2的混合物，然後放入色素調色，並藉由脫氣、賦香及冷卻的過程而製備口紅。
此外，按照如下述表2所示的組成來製備了唇彩形狀的唇部用組合物實施例6。
根據表2的組成，製備實施例6的唇彩的具體製造過程如下。
1.對所述原料(1)~(4)及(6)進行稱量，並加熱到90℃以上進行溶解後，用攪拌器攪拌，從而製備了混合物。
2.稱量所述原料(7)並放入所述1的混合物中，在45℃的溫度下進行分散。
3.用攪拌器均勻混合所述2的混合物後，放入色素調色，並藉由脫氣、賦香及冷卻的過程製備了口紅。
[試驗例1]使用感評價
(1)光澤及唇部豐盈提高效果的評價
將所述實施例1的口紅分別塗抹於化妝經驗至少為2年的24~35歲女性，且一周至少持續使用5次以上唇部產品的專家組20名的唇部上後，比較了剛塗抹後和經過15秒後的狀態。對於各個狀態進行了拍照記錄，並將其中1名的結果顯示在第1圖中。
根據第1圖可確認到，塗抹組合物後經過15秒時的光澤度高於剛塗抹後的光澤度，並且能看出提高了唇部豐盈度。
此外，將所述實施例1，2和比較例1至2的口紅分別塗抹於化妝經驗至少2年的24~35歲女性，且一周至少持續使用5次以上唇部產品的專家組20名的唇部上後，比較了塗抹15秒後的狀態。對各個狀態進行拍照記錄，並將其中1名的結果顯示於第2圖中。
根據第2圖可確認到，實施例1、2的組合物的唇部豐盈效果高於比較例1至2。
(2)光澤度評價
利用光澤計(加德納公司)測定根據所述實施例1至2、4至5和比較例1至2的組成而製備的口紅的塗抹光澤。
測定方法如下所述，即在光澤測定紙上以一定的力塗抹5次根據組成而製備的口紅後，利用光澤計測定在塗抹面以60度的反色角度照射光時的反射量來測定光澤度，並將光澤度顯示於表1中(測定3次後的平均值)。下述表3中的結果顯示的數值越高，表示其光澤度越優異。

(3)唇部紋遮蔽效果(面膜效果)
在人造革上以一定的力塗抹5次所製備的口紅後，對紋路填補的程度進行拍照和比較評價。
對此的測定結果顯示於表3中。
根據第3圖可知，塗抹比較例1至2的口紅時，紋路清晰，但塗抹實施例1、4和5的口紅時，特別是塗抹實施例1的口紅時，可確認到紋路基本填補上，塗抹在唇部時，唇部紋被遮蔽，可以得到與做面膜類似的效果。
(4)光澤感、豐盈感、無黏糊感、貼合感及遮紋評價
在24~35歲女性且化妝經驗至少2年以上，並且一周至少持續使用5次以上唇部產品的女性專家組20名的唇部使用實施例1至2、4至5和比較例1至2的口紅唇部後，以每個項目5分制(1分：非常差，3分：一般，5分：非常好)來進行了評價。
評價結果，以5分為滿分(1分：非常差，2分：差，3分：一般，4分：好，5分：非常好)進行評分，並求出了平均分數，且將結果顯示在下述表4中。
如上述表4所示，可知不含水溶性或油溶性聚合物的比較例2的情況下，塗抹於唇部後，雖然沒有黏糊感，但顯示光澤感和豐盈感的程度較弱，並且由於沒有貼合感，因此容易被擦除。
此外，含油溶性聚合物的比較例1顯示出的光澤感和豐盈感的程度較高，貼合感也優異，但黏糊感強，因此具有沉悶感。與此相反，使用水溶性聚合物的實施例1，在光澤感和唇部豐盈感方面顯示出滿足的結果，並且貼合感優異，同時無黏糊感，可以提供輕盈的使用感，從而可以減少使用時的唇部沉悶的感覺。
Claims (4)
- 一種油包水型的唇部化妝品組合物，其包含：一水溶性聚合物，該水溶性聚合物是選自聚乙烯醇、聚乙酸乙烯酯及聚氨酯-10中的一種以上，以組合物總重量計，包含0.5~40重量%的該水溶性聚合物；一蠟，該蠟是微晶蠟和地蠟的混合物，以組合物總重量計，包含0.5~8.5重量%的該蠟；及一漿料，該漿料是氫化蓖麻油異硬脂酸酯，以組合物總重量計，包含5~40重量%的該漿料。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之唇部化妝品組合物，其中，該水溶性聚合物是聚氨酯-10。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之唇部化妝品組合物，其中，該組合物劑型化為口紅、潤唇膏、護唇膏、唇筆、唇蜜或唇彩的形狀。
- 一種口紅，係為如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述之唇部化妝品組合物成型而製備的。
