Abstract
本發明係一種組合木磚,其包括一頂板、二側板以及二主立板,其中該頂板兩側各具至少一個相對應之鳩尾榫(簡稱鳩榫),而該二側板係分立於該頂板之二側,於該每一側板之頂面具對應個與該頂板鳩榫相嵌合之榫卯槽(簡稱鳩槽),且該側板之二側面各具至少一個相對應之插榫,該二主立板係分立於該頂板與二側板之前後,於該每一主立板之二側具對應個與側板插榫相嵌合之插槽;藉由本發明之實施,得將該複數個組合木磚接合,採橫向或及縱向對接、垂接、鄰接、交錯疊接、搭接、疊接或垂疊接等接合方式,於接合處以固定件(如實木圓榫)固定,將其快速構築成所需之任一傢俱造型、隔間牆、地板、壁面之一部或全部者。
Description
本發明係一種組合木磚,尤指能以五片板塊組合成一底部具鏤空部之空心木磚,該組合木磚之頂板與側板分別具有鳩榫與鳩槽,而該組合木磚之主立板與側板分別具插榫與插槽,進而能將一頂板、二側板以及二主立板嵌合成一組合木磚,透過各種實木圓榫、木梢、彈簧梢作為固定件,能將複數個組合木磚排列採橫向或及縱向對接、垂接、鄰接、交錯疊接、搭接、疊接或垂疊接等接合方式,以接合成一完整,且適合現場環境之傢俱造型、隔間牆、地板、壁面之一部或全部者。
有關木磚塊之專利部份, 鈞局於中華民國六十九年十一月一日公告第33951號,專利名稱為「木磚壁板之構造」,其係謂:「主要者係由單元木磚與泡棉所貼合構成,其特徵為,在單元木磚正面之右側與下方刨削等距下凹拼合緣,其左側與上方則削成與下凹拼合緣一半距離之凸出緣,又下凹拼合緣之右側前端與下方之左側各留有與拼合緣半距之缺口,俾使拼合緣各單元木磚互相牽制構成木磚壁板者。」
該案之施工後,僅能為薄面之平面接合,能構成地板與壁板,而無法做其他立體造型變化之接合。
次查到,鈞局於二○一三年十月十一日公告第TWM463138U號,專利名稱為「積木磚塊結合構造」,其係謂:「其包括:至少二積木磚塊,該積木磚塊週邊設有提供膠合並具接角之平面;至少一膠片,係設於至少二積木磚塊其具接角之平面,該膠片係具有為非永久接合之黏性且其形狀係對應二積木磚塊之平面。」
該案侷限於兒童遊戲專用,且需經過水洗後,才具下一次遊戲的黏性,無法製成耐壓之傢俱。
現代有越來越多人喜歡木工,由於未受過專業訓練,對於製做木材構件,多未能由一己之力製出,雖然坊間出現3D列印或模組製造,但除非混以塑料,否則難以列印,不然就是製造成本過高;若採用塑料或保麗龍壓製,其實用性低,且易形成石化垃圾。
如果能在工廠,用穩定不變形的木板做精密設計後,進行銑削或及線鋸切割、鑽孔等加工,交由使用者視其需求,再進行組裝接合,即將模組化之組合木磚部件,做成一小單體,藉由固定件,將複數個組合木磚進行如樂高玩具般的恣意累疊,令童叟砌牆將不再是夢想。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種能快速組裝之組合木磚;其至少包括一頂板、二側板以及二主立板,其中該頂板兩側各具至少一個相對應之鳩榫,而該二側板係分立於該頂板之二側,於該每一側板之頂面具對應個與該頂板鳩榫相嵌合之鳩槽,且該側板之二側面各具至少一個相對應之插榫,該二主立板係分立於該頂板與二側板之前後,於該每一主立板之二側具對應個與側板插榫相嵌合之插槽,亦得以環保膠塗佈於相嵌合之鳩槽與鳩榫及插榫與插槽,再相嵌形成第一種組合木磚之結構-構成一小單體,以達堅固之目的;藉由本發明之實施,得將該複數個組合木磚接合,採橫向或及縱向之對接、搭接、疊接之方式,於接合處以固定件固定,以構築成所需之任一牆面或傢俱造型之一部或全部者。
前述之板體得採用質輕之15毫米多層夾板(用防蟲薄芯板交錯黏合之多層耐潮夾板)較佳,使其具備堅固、穩定不變形及經久耐用之特性,使該組合木磚具備可釘、可鑽、可漆、可磨、可貼附、可批土等特性,受損之板體可拆下更換,大大降低維修成本與拆裝工時。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種採物理接合,達到二個組合木磚能快速定位成完整有序之對接、垂接、鄰接、交錯疊接、搭接、疊接或垂疊接之組合木磚;其係於主立板之頂面與底面設有至少二個相對應之盲孔,該側板之一正面設有至少二個對應之圓榫卯孔(以下簡稱盲孔),該主立板之一正面設有與該側板盲孔對應之盲孔,並於頂板設有與側板盲孔對應之盲孔,以實木圓榫接合,並得以環保膠塗佈於相嵌合之鳩槽與鳩榫;插
榫與插槽及圓榫與盲孔,以達堅固之目的,藉由固定件(如實木圓榫、木梢、彈簧梢…等)作為卡置於盲孔內之固定件,能將各個組合木磚做密合之對接、垂接、鄰接、交錯疊接、搭接、疊接或垂疊接。
前述之固定件接合,可令各個組合木磚之接合面做到精準定位與密合,並可重複拆裝排接使用,符合快速組裝與環保低污染之特性。
又,未用於接合面之側板、主立板之盲孔,於安裝時可水平翻轉180度,使盲孔朝向鏤空部,不影響接合成組合木磚之外表平整性,而頂板可更換用不具盲孔之頂板,即具盲孔與不具盲孔之板體可視情況來搭配使用。
本發明之次二目的在於提供一種能具更大剛性之組合木磚;其係在組合木磚鏤空部填有隔音膠、耐燃泡棉、防火棉或膨脹石墨之任一者,除了增加剛性,並能提升組合木磚之隔音與阻燃效果。
本發明之次三目的在於提供一種能隱藏電線與水管之組合木磚;其係將組合木磚上設有線孔或及水管孔之任一者。即在組合木磚之任一面或二面直接鑽通,供電線與水管或及瓦斯管…等管線穿設,刻意隱藏該等管線,不會破壞組合木磚外表之平滑質感。

請同時參閱第一至三圖,圖中揭示本發明係為一種組合木磚1,尤指能以五片板塊組合成一底部具鏤空部之空心木磚,其至少包括一頂板2、二個側板3以及二個主立板4,其中該頂板2兩側各具至少一個相對應之鳩榫21,而該二個側板3係分立於該頂板2之二個側,於該每一側板3之頂面具對應個與該鳩榫21相嵌合之鳩槽31,且該側板3之二個側面各具至少一個相對應之插榫32,該二個主立板4係分立於該頂板2與二個側板3之前後,於該每一主立板4之二個側具對應個與側板插榫32相嵌合之插槽41,得以環保膠(圖未示-符合國家標準之F3低醛膠)塗佈於相嵌合之鳩槽31與鳩榫21及插榫32與插槽41,再相嵌形成第一種組合木磚1之結構-構成一小單體,以達堅固之目的;藉由本發明之實施,得將該複數個組合木磚1接合,採橫向或及縱向對接、垂接、鄰接、交錯疊接、搭接、疊接或垂疊接等接合方式,於接合處以固定件(本實施例亦可採環保膠膠合)固定,將其快速構築成所需之任一傢俱造型、隔間牆、地板、壁面之一部或全部者。
前述該組合木磚1之各板體(2、3、4)得採用質輕之15毫米多層夾板(用防蟲薄芯板交錯黏合之多層耐潮夾板)較佳,使其具備堅固、穩定不變形及經久耐用之特性;該固定件採符合國家標準之F3低醛膠(環保膠),該組合木磚1具備可釘、可鑽、可漆、可磨、可貼附、可批土等特性,且受損之板體(2、3、4)可拆下替換,大大降低維修成本與拆裝工時。
再者,該組合木磚1之頂板2與側板3分別具有鳩榫21與鳩槽31,可用成型銑刀銑出,而該組合木磚1之主立板4與側板3分別具插榫32與插槽41,得用立銑或線鋸機(或帶鋸機)製出,進而能將一頂板2、
二個側板3以及二個主立板4。
其次,將組合木磚1上設有線孔(圖未示)或及水管孔(圖未示)瓦斯管孔(圖未示)…等之任一者;即在組合木磚1之任一面或二個面直接鑽通,供電線、水管或及瓦斯管穿設,藉以隱藏電線、水管或及瓦斯管,以增加組合木磚1構築成所需之任一傢俱造型、隔間牆、地板、壁面…等之外表美觀。
繼續參閱第四圖,若與第三圖對照,不難發現其間之差異在於本發明之組合木磚1之鏤空部11被隔音膠、耐燃泡棉、防火棉之任一填料12填滿者,使該組合木磚1提升隔音、耐燃效果,而不喪失質輕之特性,亦提升組合木磚1整體之剛性,且該組合木磚1仍具備可釘、可鑽、可漆、可磨、可貼附、可批土等特性,讓受損之板體2、3、4可被輕易拆下更換。
繼續參閱第五、六圖,分別與第一、二個圖對照,不難發現其間之差異在於本發明為提供一種完全物理接合,達到二個組合木磚1能快速定位成完整有序之對接、垂接、鄰接、交錯疊接、搭接、疊接或垂疊接;其係於主立板4之頂面與底面設有至少二個個相對應之盲孔42、43,藉由固定件(如第七圖圖號5,本實施例為木梢)作為卡置於盲孔42、43內,能將二個組合木磚1做密合之疊接(如第七圖)、搭接(如第八圖)、交錯疊接(如第九圖)之樣態;於該側板3之一正面設有至少二個個對應之盲孔33,藉由固定件(5,如木梢)作為卡置於盲孔33內,能將二個組合木磚1做密合之左右對接(如第九圖)、搭接(如第八圖)之樣態。
再者,於該主立板4之一正面設有與該側板盲孔33對應之盲孔44,藉由固定件5作為卡置於盲孔33、44內之固定件,能將二個組合木磚1做密合之垂接(如第十圖)與鄰接(如第十一圖)之樣態。
其次,於該頂板2之頂面設立與側板盲孔33對應之盲孔22,藉由固定件5作為卡置於盲孔33、22內之固定件,能將二個組合木磚1做密合之垂疊接(如第十二個圖)之樣態。
又,經由板體(2、3、4)之各盲孔22、33、42、43、44設立,以環保膠(圖未示-符合國家標準之F3低醛膠-)塗佈於相嵌合之鳩槽31與鳩榫21及插榫32與插槽41,再相嵌形成第二種組合木磚1(如第五圖)之結構,構成一小單體;藉由本發明之實施,得將該複數個組合木磚1接合,經由
固定件5之卡置於該等盲孔22、33、42、43、44,使二個組合木磚1能精準且快速完成對接(如第九圖)、垂接(如第十一圖)、鄰接(如第十二個圖)、交錯疊接(如第十圖)、搭接(如第八圖)、疊接(如第七圖)或垂疊接(如第十三圖)等之樣態連接;於安裝時,非接合面之板體,亦可搭配無設盲孔之板體使用。
前述之固定件5(如木梢、彈簧梢、木螺釘、螺絲與螺帽、環保膠…等),可令各個組合木磚1之接合面做到精準定位與密合,並可重複拆裝排接使用,符合快速組裝與環保低污染之特性。
又,未用於接合面之側板3、主立板4之盲孔33、42、43、44,於安裝時可使盲孔33、42、43、44朝向鏤空部,不影響接合成組合木磚1之外表平整性,而頂板2可更換用不具盲孔22之頂板2,即具盲孔22與不具盲孔22之板體2可視情況來搭配使用。
繼續參閱第十四、十五圖,若與第五圖對照,則不難發現第十四圖之該組合木磚1A之長度較原設計圖示之尺寸縮短了一倍,其頂板(圖未示)亦隨其比例縮短,而第十五圖之該組合木磚1B長度增加3分之1倍,其頂板(圖未示)亦隨其比例增長,如此之設計能讓水平或垂直及縱深之排列變更為多樣合適現有地形,省卻裁切之麻煩。
綜上所述之結構,本發明係利五片板體膠合組合而成之組合木磚,即可令二種結構之板體可混合搭配膠合成一組合木磚,藉由固定件將任意二個組合木磚進行密合之對接、垂接、鄰接、交錯疊接、搭接、疊接或垂疊接,以拼出使用者所需實用之造型傢俱,滿足在家自創拼湊傢俱之樂趣,其質輕與環保及拆裝快速為本發明之特性。
以上所述為本發明之較佳實施例之詳細說明與圖式,並非用來限制本發明,尤其是前述組合木磚進行密合之對接、垂接、鄰接、交錯疊接、搭接、疊接或垂疊接...等等接合方式只是實施例之一,其實有千變萬化之組合方式,本發明之所有範圍應以下述之專利範圍為準,凡專利範圍之精神與其類似變化之實施例與近似結構,皆應包含於本發明之保護中。

Claims (3)
- 一種組合木磚,其至少包括:一頂板,其兩側各具至少一個相對應之鳩榫;二個側板,其係分立於該頂板之二個側,於該每一側板之頂面具對應個與該頂板鳩榫相嵌合之鳩槽,且該側板之二個側面各具至少一個相對應之插榫;以及二個主立板,其分立於該頂板與二個側板之前後,於該每一主立板之具對應數個與側板插榫相嵌合之插槽;藉由相嵌合之鳩槽與鳩榫及插榫與插槽,以達堅固之目的;藉由固定件卡置於盲孔之內,能將二個組合木磚做緊密之接合。
- 如請求項1所述之組合木磚,其中該主立板之頂面與底面設有至少二個相對應之盲孔,該側板之一正面設有至少二個對應之盲孔,該主立板之一正面亦設有對應之盲孔。
- 如請求項1所述之組合木磚,其中該頂板之頂面之中央處設有至少二個相對應之盲孔。
