Abstract

本發明為一種可攜式健身器，主要由一基盤、二拉帶輪組、一支撐盤、一風扇輪組所組成，藉由在該基盤上設支撐盤，而二拉帶輪組設於基盤上，風扇輪組設於支撐盤上，使風扇輪組及二拉帶輪組之間呈垂直排列，進而減少整體的體積，更佳的是，由於體積減小，因此使用者能夠任意位移並掛置於所需使用的位置，而本發明又因為可以掛置於不同的位置，根據其掛置位置不同，而能夠訓練人體不同位置的肌肉。

Description

可攜式健身器
本發明係關於健身的技術領域，特別係指一種可攜式健身器。
現代社會對於身體外型的維持逐漸重視，因此，許多人會在下班、課後、假日等閒暇時間到健身房進行有氧運動或重訓。健身房內有許多不同種類的健身器材，健身器材藉由滑輪、拉桿、搖臂…等元件組配合，形成各類不同款式的健身器材，讓使用者可以針對所欲訓練的肌群挑選合適的健身器材。
以划船器(Rowing Machine)【0001】為例，使用者通常能夠乘坐於划船器的座椅上，握持划船器的把手並收縮手臂，以訓練使用者的肌肉；然而，划船器的體積龐大，一般家庭難有空間放置，更因其體積龐大而難以搬運，因此多數人僅能在健身房使用划船器。
再者，每一種健身器材的滑輪、拉桿、搖臂…等元件都是固定的，因此，使用者欲訓練不同的肌群時，必須更換對應的器材；再以划船器為例，划船器最主要係訓練人體的背部、大腿、小腿、臀大肌和肱二頭肌，當使用者欲訓練三頭肌、棘上肌、棘下肌、肩胛下肌小圓肌…等不同部位的肌群時，則無法再使用划船器，而須改使用其他健身器材，然健身器材的購價昂貴，一般 人難以同時購置多種不同的健身器材，故一般使用者多選擇在健身房共用健身器材。
有鑑於此，確有必要提供一種技術方案，以改善健身器材體積龐大的問題；同時，也須解決單一健身器材僅能訓練單一肌群的問題。
本發明第一個目的在於，解決健身器材體積龐大的問題。
本發明第二個目的在於，解決健身器材僅能訓練單一肌群的問題。
為達成前述目的，本發明為一種可攜式健身器，包含：一基盤；二拉帶輪組，設於該基盤上，且各該拉帶輪組分別具有一拉繩輪、一皮帶輪及一拉帶輪軸，該拉繩輪透過一單向軸承組設於該拉帶輪軸上，而該皮帶輪固定於該拉帶輪軸上；一支撐盤，具有設於該基盤上的一支撐架，以及設於該支撐架上的一承座；一風扇輪組，設於該承座上，該風扇輪組具有穿過該承座並固定於該基盤上的一風扇輪軸，以及固定連接該風扇輪軸的一風扇輪；一皮帶，帶動連接該二拉帶輪組的各該拉帶輪軸以及該風扇輪組的該風扇輪軸。
在一較佳實施例中，另具有設於該基盤上的二磁座桿、能夠滑移地設於該磁座桿上的一磁石座、以及供以操作該磁石座位移的一調整桿，該磁 石座上設有複數個釹鐵硼磁鐵並開設有一斜開口，該調整桿樞設於該承座上並穿過該斜開口。
在一較佳實施例中，該把手是由一握柄及一固定件組成，該握柄概呈柱狀以供使用者握持，而該固定件的兩端分別連接該握柄的兩端，使該把手整體呈環狀，該固定件上凹設有二固定凹，且該二固定凹的凹設方向相垂直。
在一較佳實施例中，該支撐架的數量為二個U字形架，且分別架設於該基盤上，該承座再固定於該二支撐架上，而該二拉帶輪位於該承座與該基盤之間。
在一較佳實施例中該基盤上設有二滑輪座組，該二滑輪座組分別具有一座桿、一拉繩及一把手，各該滑輪座組的座桿分別固定於該基盤上，該拉繩的其中一端固定於該拉繩輪上，該拉繩的另一端連接該把手；有一拉繩式彈簧盒透過一單向軸承組設於該拉帶輪軸上，該拉繩式彈簧盒內裝設有渦形彈簧。
在一較佳實施例中，另具有一網框，該網框由二網蓋及一固定環條組成，而該網蓋藉由該固定環條固定後環繞界定一組設空間，該基盤固定於其中一個該網蓋上並位於該組設空間內。
在一較佳實施例中，另具有設於該基盤上的一發電機，該發電機固定於其中一個該支撐架上，而該發電機內設有電磁鐵，且該風扇輪的材質為鋁。
在一較佳實施例中，該風扇輪組另具有複數風扇葉片，各該風扇葉片組設於該風扇輪上。
在一較佳實施例中，另具有一磁環設置於該風扇輪上。
在一較佳實施例中，該基盤上設有一壁掛組，該壁掛組具有穿過其中一個該網蓋的二固定片，且該二固定片上分別具有一第一鉤及一第二鉤。
藉由在該基盤上設支撐盤，【0002】而二拉帶輪組設於基盤上，風扇輪組設於支撐盤上，使風扇輪組及二拉帶輪組之間垂直排列，進而減少整體的體積，更佳的是，由於體積減小，因此使用者能夠任意位移並掛置於所需使用的位置，而本發明可以掛置於不同的位置，又根據其掛置位置不同，而能夠訓練人體不同位置的肌肉。

請參閱圖1至圖5，本發明為一種可攜式健身器，主要由一網框10、一基盤20、二拉帶輪組30、一支撐盤40及一風扇輪組50所組成，其中：該網框10由二網蓋11及一固定環條12組成，而該網蓋11藉由該固定環條12固定後環繞界定一組設空間13，該基盤20固定於其中一個該網蓋11上並位於該組設空間13內；該二拉帶輪組30設於該基盤20上，且各該拉帶輪組30分別具有一拉繩輪31、一皮帶輪32及一拉帶輪軸33，該拉帶輪軸33透過一軸承34組設於該基盤20上，該拉繩輪31透過一單向軸承34組設於該拉帶輪軸33上，而該皮帶輪32透過一六角螺帽35固定於該拉帶輪軸33上；在本實施例中，該基盤20上設有二滑輪座組60，該二滑輪座組60分別具有一座桿61、一拉繩62及一把手63，各該滑輪座組60的座桿61分別固定於該基盤20上，該拉繩62的其中一端固定於該拉繩輪31上，該拉繩62的另一端連接該把手63；有一拉繩式彈簧盒36透過一單向軸承34組設於該拉帶輪軸33上，該拉繩式彈簧盒36內裝設有渦形彈簧(圖未示)，並藉由渦形彈簧(圖未示)提供回彈力，當藉該把手63抽拉該拉繩62時，該渦形彈簧(圖未示)提供回彈力使該拉繩62能夠回捲於該拉繩輪31上。
該支撐盤40具有設於該基盤20上的一支撐架41，以及設於該支撐架41上的一承座42；在本實施例中，該支撐架41的數量為二個U字形架，且分別架設於該基盤20上，該承座42再固定於該二支撐架41上，而該二拉帶輪組30位於該承座42與該基盤20之間。
該風扇輪組50設於該承座42上，該風扇輪組50具有穿過該承座42並固定於該基盤20上的一風扇輪軸51，以及固定連接該風扇輪軸51的一風扇輪52；在本實施例中，另具有設於該基盤20上的一發電機71，該發電機71固定於 其中一個該支撐架41上，而該發電機71內設有電磁鐵，且該風扇輪52的材質為鋁，當風扇輪52轉動時，能夠與該發電機71內的電磁鐵感應而產生感應電流。
一皮帶80連接該二拉帶輪組30的各該拉帶輪軸33以及該風扇輪組50的該風扇輪軸51。
在本實施例中，該風扇輪組50另具有複數風扇葉片53，各該風扇葉片53組設於該風扇輪52上，進而增加該風扇輪52的重量，提供使用者更重的阻力。
其次，另具有設於該基盤20上的磁石調節組90，該磁石調節組90具有二磁座桿91、能夠滑移地設於該磁座桿91上的一磁石座92、以及供以操作該磁石座92位移的一調整桿93，該磁石座92上設有複數個釹鐵硼磁鐵(Neodymium magnet；NdFeB magnet)並開設有一斜開口921，該調整桿93樞設於該承座42上並穿過該斜開口921，藉由擺動該調整桿93以調節該磁石座92與該風扇輪52之間的距離。
再者，該把手63是由一握柄631及一固定件632組成，該握柄631概呈柱狀以供使用者握持，而該固定件632的兩端分別連接該握柄631的兩端，使該把手63整體呈環狀，該固定件632上凹設有二固定凹6321，且該二固定凹6321的凹設方向相垂直，藉此讓使用者以不同方向抓握該握柄631時，拉繩62可以卡固於其中一個該固定凹6321，防止拉繩62任意滑動。
特別的是，另具有一磁環521設置於該風扇輪52上，藉由設置該磁環521，以提供更多的磁阻力。
最後，該基盤20上設有一壁掛組21，該壁掛組21具有穿過其中一個該網蓋11的二固定片211，且該二固定片211上分別具有一第一鉤2111及一第 二鉤2112，當使用者將本發明掛置於較高處時，該第一鉤2111鉤掛於較第二鉤2112遠離地面的位置，使用者在拉該握柄631時是朝向地面抽拉，而該第一鉤2111能夠承受朝向地面的拉力，防止本發明可攜式健身器脫落；當使用者將本發明掛置於較低處時，該第一鉤2111鉤掛於較第二鉤2112接近地面的位置，使用者在拉該握把時是向上抽拉，而該第一鉤2111能夠承受朝上的拉力，防止本發明可攜式健身器脫落。
較佳的是，其中一個該網蓋11上設有一電子錶72，供以讓使用者紀錄運動時間、運動次數、消耗熱量…等健身資訊。
特別的是，該風扇輪52上的各該風扇葉片53能夠根據使用者需求調整數量，當使用者需求阻力較低時，能夠減少該風扇輪52上風扇葉片53的數量，以讓風扇輪52產生的阻力最合適使用者的需求。
藉由在該基盤20上設支撐盤40，【0003】而二拉帶輪組30設於基盤20上，風扇輪組50設於支撐盤40上，使風扇輪組50及二拉帶輪組30之間垂直上下排列，進而減少整體的體積，更佳的是，由於體積減小，因此使用者能夠任意位移並掛置於所需使用的位置，而本發明又因為可以掛置於不同的位置，根據其掛置位置不同，而能夠訓練人體不同位置的肌肉。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種可攜式健身器，包含：一基盤；二拉帶輪組，設於該基盤上，且各該拉帶輪組分別具有一拉繩輪、一皮帶輪及一拉帶輪軸，該拉繩輪透過一單向軸承組設於該拉帶輪軸上，而該皮帶輪固定於該拉帶輪軸上；一支撐盤，具有設於該基盤上的一支撐架，以及設於該支撐架上的一承座；一風扇輪組，設於該承座上，該風扇輪組具有穿過該承座並設於該基盤上的一風扇輪軸，以及固定連接該風扇輪軸的一風扇輪；一皮帶，帶動連接該二拉帶輪組的各該皮帶輪以及該風扇輪組的該風扇輪軸；二滑輪座組，分別具有一座桿、一拉繩及一把手，各該滑輪座組的座桿分別固定於該基盤上，該拉繩的其中一端固定於該拉繩輪上，該拉繩的另一端連接該把手；有一拉繩式彈簧盒透過一單向軸承組設於該拉帶輪軸上，該拉繩式彈簧盒內裝設有一渦形彈簧。
  2. 如請求項1所述之可攜式健身器，其中，另具有設於該基盤上一磁石調節組，該磁石調節組具有二磁座桿、能夠滑移地設於該磁座桿上的一磁石座、以及供以操作該磁石座位移的一調整桿，該磁石座上設有複數個釹鐵硼磁鐵並開設有一斜開口，該調整桿樞設於該承座上並穿過該斜開口。
  3. 如請求項1所述之可攜式健身器，其中，該把手是由一握柄及一固定件組成，該握柄為柱狀以供使用者握持，而該固定件的兩端分別連接該握 柄的兩端，使該把手整體為環狀，該固定件上凹設有二固定凹，該二固定凹的凹設方向相垂直。
  4. 如請求項1所述之可攜式健身器，其中，該支撐架的數量為二個U字形架，且分別架設於該基盤上，該承座再固定於該二支撐架上，而該二拉帶輪組位於該承座與該基盤之間。
  5. 如請求項1所述之可攜式健身器，其中，另具有一網框，該網框由二網蓋及一固定環條組成，而該網蓋藉由該固定環條固定後環繞界定一組設空間，該基盤固定於其中一個該網蓋上並位於該組設空間內。
  6. 如請求項1所述之可攜式健身器，其中，另具有設於該基盤上的一發電機，該發電機固定於其中一個該支撐架上，該發電機內設有電磁鐵，且該風扇輪的材質為鋁，該發電機與該風扇輪鄉感應以產生感應電流。
  7. 如請求項1至6中任一項所述之可攜式健身器，其中，該風扇輪組另具有複數風扇葉片，各該風扇葉片組設於該風扇輪上。
  8. 如請求項1至6中任一項所述之可攜式健身器，其中，另具有一磁環設置於該風扇輪上。
  9. 如請求項5所述之可攜式健身器，其中，該基盤上設有一壁掛組，該壁掛組具有穿過其中一個該網蓋的二固定片，且該二固定片上分別具有一第一鉤及一第二鉤。
