Abstract
本發明提供一種無損土壤侵蝕防止效果而凍結融解穩定性優異之土壤侵蝕防止劑。 本發明形成一種土壤侵蝕防止劑,其包含相對於源自主單體之結構單元100質量份含有源自多官能單體之結構單元0.01~0.10質量份之水性樹脂乳膠與水溶性高分子,且水溶性高分子之含量相對於水性樹脂乳膠為1~7質量%。較佳為源自多官能單體之結構單元為0.05~0.10質量份,水溶性高分子之含量為1~5質量%。
Description
本發明係關於一種較佳地用以防止因由建設平整地、道路、水壩等時之填土或切土所形成之坡面等導致之土壤侵蝕之土壤侵蝕防止劑。
於建設平整地、道路、水壩等時進行填土或切土,由此所形成之坡面若放置不顧,則會因降雨或風化等而被侵蝕,從而發生土崩或落石等事故。
因此,於專利文獻1中,藉由對坡面噴附以下噴附材料而防止了土壤之侵蝕,該噴附材料係將包含水膨潤性吸水性樹脂、界面活性劑及合成樹脂乳膠之土壤乾燥防止劑以噴附材料每1m3為0.5~1.5kg之比例調配而成。
坡面工程所使用之材料有時亦會保管於倉庫等中,但有時亦會搬進現場,覆蓋片材等而進行保管。於寒冷地帶之冬季,有時會視保管場所而低於冰點,從而存在土壤侵蝕防止劑凍結而凝聚等問題。

關於土壤侵蝕防止劑,雖存在專利文獻1所記述者,但專利文獻2係關
於一種聚丙烯醯胺系之樹脂,專利文獻3係將烷氧基化化合物作為構成成分者,尚不知與乙酸乙烯酯系樹脂乳膠之凍結融解穩定性改良相關之技術。
本發明係鑒於此種情況而完成者,且提供一種無損土壤侵蝕防止效果而提高凍結融解穩定性之土壤侵蝕防止劑。
即,本發明係如下所示。
(1)一種土壤侵蝕防止劑,其特徵在於:其係包含水性樹脂乳膠與水溶性高分子者,且水性樹脂乳膠之特徵在於相對於源自主單體之結構單元100質量份,含有源自多官能單體之結構單元0.01~0.10質量份,且水性樹脂乳膠之含量為99~93質量%,水溶性高分子之含量為1~7質量%。
(2)如(1)之土壤侵蝕防止劑,其特徵在於:水性樹脂乳膠相對於源自主單體之結構單元100質量份,含有源自多官能單體之結構單元0.05~0.10質量份。
(3)如(1)或(2)之土壤侵蝕防止劑,其特徵在於使用包含源自乙酸乙烯酯之結構單元之水性樹脂乳膠。
(4)如(1)至(3)中任一項之土壤侵蝕防止劑,其特徵在於使用乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物乳膠。
(5)一種綠化工法,其使用如(1)至(4)中任一項之土壤侵蝕防止劑。
(6)一種綠化工法,其將如(1)至(4)中任一項之土壤侵蝕防止劑以噴附材料每1m3為1~10kg之方式使用。
(7)一種噴附材料,其將如(1)至(4)中任一項之土壤侵蝕防止劑以噴附材料每1m3為1~10kg之方式使用。
根據本發明者所進行之實驗,可知水性樹脂乳膠中之多官能單體含量越多,越會以更少之水溶性高分子添加量使凍結融解穩定性變得良好。又,可知於含有等量之水溶性高分子之土壤侵蝕防止劑之情形時,凍結融解穩定性會於水性樹脂乳膠中之多官能單體含量不同時存在差異。具體而言,發現包含相對於源自主單體之結構單元100質量份含有源自多官能單體之結構單元0.01~0.10質量份之水性樹脂乳膠與水溶性高分子,且水溶性高分子之含量相對於水性樹脂乳膠為1~7質量%之土壤侵蝕防止劑發揮出優異之效果,從而完成了本發明。
以下,對本發明之實施形態詳細地進行說明。
本發明之土壤侵蝕防止劑之特徵在於:其係包含水性樹脂乳膠與水溶性高分子者,且水性樹脂乳膠相對於源自主單體之結構單元100質量份,含有源自多官能單體之結構單元0.01~0.10質量份,水溶性高分子之含量相對於水性樹脂乳膠為1~7質量%。較佳為相對於源自主單體之結構單元100質量份,源自多官能單體之結構單元為0.05~0.10質量份,且水溶性高分子之含量相對於水性樹脂乳膠為1~5質量%。
關於水性樹脂乳膠之種類,只要為將水作為分散介質、將樹脂作為分散物質者,則無特別限定,可使用將乙酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸酯、苯乙烯、乙烯、丁二烯等各種烯烴系化合物單獨用作主單體或使用複數種作為主單體並進行聚合而製備而成之水性樹脂乳膠。具體而言,可例示:乙酸乙烯酯樹脂乳膠、乙酸乙烯酯共聚物乳膠、丙烯酸酯樹脂乳膠、苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物乳膠、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物乳膠、苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物乳膠、亞乙烯樹脂乳膠、聚丁烯樹脂乳膠、丙烯腈-丁二烯樹脂乳膠、甲基丙烯酸
酯-丁二烯樹脂乳膠、瀝青乳膠、環氧樹脂乳膠、胺基甲酸酯樹脂乳膠、聚矽氧樹脂乳膠等,其中,較佳為包含源自乙酸乙烯酯之結構單元之樹脂之乳膠(乙酸乙烯酯樹脂乳膠、乙酸乙烯酯共聚物乳膠、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物乳膠等),進而較佳為乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物乳膠。
本發明中之所謂多官能單體,於成為共聚物之構成成分之情形時,意指可提供兩個以上之乙烯性雙鍵之單體,具體而言,可例示:氰尿酸三烯丙酯、異氰尿酸三烯丙酯、鄰苯二甲酸二烯丙酯等。
水性樹脂乳膠之製造方法並無特別限定,例如可藉由向將水作為主成分之分散介質中添加乳化劑與單體,一面進行攪拌一面使單體進行乳化聚合而製造。根據該製造時所使用之單體之種類或添加速度,可使所獲得之乳膠之甲苯不溶物成分產生變化。作為乳化劑,可列舉離子性(陽離子性、陰離子性、兩性)界面活性劑或非離子性(Nonionic)界面活性劑。作為非離子性界面活性劑,可列舉烷基糖苷之類之低分子系界面活性劑或者聚乙二醇或聚乙烯醇之類之高分子系界面活性劑,較佳為高分子系界面活性劑。高分子系界面活性劑尤佳為包含聚乙烯醇者,其平均聚合度例如為200~2500,較佳為400~2200,進而較佳為500~2000。聚乙烯醇係平均聚合度越大,乳化分散力越高,因此為了獲得所需分散度之乳膠,只要使用具有適當平均聚合度之聚乙烯醇即可。又,聚乙烯醇亦可將平均聚合度互不相同之複數種組合使用。聚乙烯醇之皂化度並無特別限定,例如為70%以上,較佳為80~95%。其原因在於:若皂化度過低,則對水之溶解性會極度降低,若不使用特殊之溶解方法則無法溶解,而難以於工業上使用。聚乙烯醇係皂化度越低,乳化分散力越高,因此為了獲得所需分散度之乳膠,只
要使用具有適當皂化度之聚乙烯醇即可。乳化劑亦可將不同之複數種組合使用。乳化劑之添加量並無特別限定,例如相對於分散介質100質量份為0.5~20質量份,較佳為1至10質量份。乳化劑係添加量越多,乳化分散力越高,因此為了獲得所需分散度之乳膠,乳化劑之添加量係適當進行調整。
土壤侵蝕防止劑之固形物成分比例為25~60質量%,較佳為30~40質量%。其原因在於:若該固形物成分比例過低,則土壤侵蝕防止劑之聚合物量過少而土壤侵蝕防止效果較弱,若固形物成分比例過高,則黏度變得過高而難以調配於噴附材料中,又,有凍結融解穩定性降低之傾向。
又,本發明之水性樹脂乳膠中所包含之水溶性高分子並無特別限定,可例示:甲基纖維素、乙基纖維素、羥甲基纖維素、羥丙基甲基纖維素、羥丁基甲基纖維素、羥乙基纖維素、羧甲基纖維素、胺基甲基羥基丙基纖維素、胺基乙基羥丙基纖維素等纖維素衍生物類;澱粉、角叉菜膠、甘露聚醣、瓊脂糖、葡聚糖、黃耆膠、果膠、牛皮膠、海藻酸或其鹽;明膠;聚乙烯吡咯啶酮;聚丙烯酸或其鹽、聚甲基丙烯酸或其鹽;聚丙烯醯胺、聚甲基丙烯醯胺等丙烯醯胺類;玻尿酸及其鹽、硫酸軟骨素及其鹽、聚乙烯醇、聚乙亞胺(polyethyleneimine)、聚環氧乙烷、聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、甘油,亦可將複數種組合使用。又,亦可使用與水混合之非離子性界面活性劑,可例示:聚氧乙烯壬基苯醚、聚氧乙烯苯乙烯化苯醚、聚氧乙烯油醚、聚氧乙烯月桂醚等聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚類或聚氧乙烯烷基醚類;聚乙二醇單月桂酸酯、聚乙二醇單硬脂酸酯、聚乙二醇單油酸酯等聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯類;及氧化乙烯/氧化丙烯嵌段共聚物等。
水溶性高分子於土壤侵蝕防止劑中之含量越多,水性樹脂乳膠之凍結融解穩定性越為提高,但另一方面,有土壤侵蝕防止效果降低之傾向。因
此所含有之水溶性高分子較佳為1~7質量%,進而較佳為1~5質量%。
繼而,對本發明之土壤侵蝕防止劑之使用方法進行說明。該土壤侵蝕防止劑既可單獨噴附至應保護之面,亦可調配於將土壤作為主體並混合有種子、肥料等之噴附材料中而與噴附材料一併噴附至應保護之面。將噴附材料噴附至對象面之方法並無特別限制,例如可列舉:種子散佈法、客土噴附法、基材噴附法等,或者於對象面廣闊之情形時,亦可由直升機等航空器噴播以進行噴附。
所使用之噴附材料並無特別限制,例如可使用於樹皮堆肥、泥炭沼等有機質材料或砂質土中混合有種子、肥料等者。
土壤侵蝕防止劑之添加量並無特別限定,係以相對於噴附材料1m3成為1~10kg、較佳為4~6kg之方式進行添加。
[實施例]
以下,對本發明之實施例進行說明。於以下之說明中,只要未特別事先說明,則「份」、「%」分別意指「質量份」、「質量%」。
(製造例1:水性樹脂乳膠1)
向附帶攪拌機之高壓聚合罐中投入預先使作為乳化劑之DENKA POVAL B-05(皂化度88mol%,平均聚合度600,電氣化學工業公司製造)1.6份及DENKA POVAL B-17(皂化度88mol%,平均聚合度1700,電氣化學工業公司製造)2.7份、作為助劑之甲脒亞磺酸0.1份、乙酸鈉0.2份、硫酸亞鐵七水合物0.005份、乙二胺四乙酸四鈉0.01份溶解於100份之純水中而成者後,於攪拌下填充乙酸乙烯酯單體57份、乙烯19份、及氰尿酸三烯丙酯單體0.06份並將內液溫度設為55℃後,連續添加5%氫過氧化第三丁基水溶液2.7份而進行聚合。於聚合途中添加乙酸乙烯酯單體25份、氰尿酸三烯丙
酯單體0.02份。繼續進行聚合直至未反應之乙酸乙烯酯單體量未達2%。
將聚合後殘存之乙烯去除,並於減壓下將所生成之乳膠中之未反應之乙酸乙烯酯單體去除,結果獲得表1所記載之相對於主單體之多官能單體之含有份數為0.10份之水性樹脂乳膠1。
(製造例2~6:水性樹脂乳膠2~6)
以下述表1記載之組成並依據製造例1之順序進行聚合,而分別獲得如表1所記載般,相對於主單體之多官能單體之含有份數為0.05份之水性樹脂乳膠2、相對於主單體之多官能單體之含有份數為0.01份之水性樹脂乳膠3、不含多官能單體之水性樹脂乳膠4、相對於主單體之多官能單體之含有份數為0.20份之水性樹脂乳膠5、相對於主單體之多官能單體之含有份數為0.10份之水性樹脂乳膠6。
(土壤侵蝕防止劑之製備:實施例1)
將作為水溶性高分子之PEG400(純正化學製造)以相對於最終獲得之水性樹脂乳膠整體成為表2記載之特定含量(質量%)之方式向製造例1中所獲得之水性樹脂乳膠1進行添加,並以水性樹脂乳膠整體之固形物成分比例成為30%之方式適當地添加水以進行調整,而製成實施例1之土壤侵蝕防止劑。再者,於表2中,所使用之水溶性高分子種類係以「*」表示。
(土壤侵蝕防止劑之製備:實施例2~14及比較例1~3)
依據表2記載之組成、比例而製成實施例2~14及比較例1~3之土壤侵蝕防止劑。再者,水溶性高分子分別使用PEG400(純正化學製造)、PEG20000(純正化學製造)、DENKA POVAL B-05(皂化度88mol%,平均聚合度600,電氣化學工業公司製造)、DENKA POVAL B-17(皂化度88mol%,平均聚合度1700,電氣化學工業公司製造)、DENKA POVAL
B-33(皂化度88mol%,平均聚合度3300,電氣化學工業公司製造)、羥乙基纖維素(2%水溶液黏度(20℃):200-300mPa‧s東京化成工業製造)、羧甲基纖維素Cellogen 7A(第一工業製藥製造)。
針對各所獲得之土壤侵蝕防止劑,進行凍結融解穩定性、土壤侵蝕防止性能評價,將其結果示於表2。
(甲苯不溶物成分比例測定)
(1)將乳膠10g塗佈於氟樹脂板(設為100cm2左右之面積)上,於23℃下使之乾燥5天。
(2)將乾燥皮膜切割成5mm見方,將其1g放入至螺旋管中,用甲苯50g填滿並塞嚴。
(3)於50℃之熱水浴中振盪5小時。
(4)利用200目金屬篩網進行過濾,將所回收之不溶物成分於通風室內以23℃乾燥1夜後,利用乾燥機(105℃)使之乾燥3小時,而測定不溶物成分之乾燥重量。
(5)根據下述式求出甲苯不溶物成分比例。甲苯不溶物成分比例(%)=回收不溶物成分乾燥重量÷添加膜重量×100
(凍結融解穩定性評價)
(1)稱取50g乳膠至100ml容器中。
(2)於環境試驗機中(-20℃)靜置16小時而使之凍結。
(3)自環境試驗機中取出,於30℃之熱水浴中靜置1小時而使之融解。
(4)利用目視觀察融解後之狀態,並以下述基準判定凝聚之程度。
○:與凍結前之乳膠同等
△:雖流動而成為液狀,但發現凝聚物
×:成為海綿狀,並沒有流動
(土壤侵蝕防止評價)
繼而,藉由以下之方法製作調配有所製作之樣品之厚層基材噴附法之植物生長基盤,測定因降水試驗而流出之土壤之量。
(1)混合:於容器中添加樹皮堆肥(富士見環境綠化公司製造之Fujimi soil 5號)7L、高度化成肥料(日東FC公司製造,15-15-15)21g、種子(KANEKO SEEDS公司製造之Italian ryegrass)3.5g、各種侵蝕防止劑21g並進行混練,而製成植物生長基盤材料。
(2)施工:將植物生長基盤材料填充至木框(30cm×30cm之矩形,高度10cm)中並攤平後,自上方進行壓縮直至體積成為一半。
(3)固化:取下木框,於23℃室內固化1夜。
(4)降水:利用噴壺對已固化之植物生長基盤進行降水。使植物生長基盤傾斜9°,並自50cm之高度以1小時200mm之強度實施30分鐘降水,藉由目視觀察流出之土壤量,並以下述方式進行判定。
○:幾乎未發現流出。
△:發現一部分流出。
×:發現整體流出。
若參照表2,則可知有如下傾向:水溶性高分子之含量越多,水性樹脂乳膠之凍結融解穩定性越為提高而土壤侵蝕防止效果越為降低。又,可知於水溶性高分子含量相同之情況下,水性樹脂乳膠中之多官能單體含量越多,越會在添加少量之水溶性高分子之情況下提高凍結融解穩定性。
根據以上情況證實,藉由使用特徵在於包含相對於源自主單體之結構單元100質量份含有源自多官能單體之結構單元0.01~0.10質量份之水性
樹脂乳膠與水溶性高分子,且水溶性高分子之含量相對於水性樹脂乳膠為1~7質量%之土壤侵蝕防止劑,可無損土壤侵蝕防止效果而獲得較高之凍結融解穩定性。
本發明之包含水性樹脂乳膠之土壤侵蝕防止劑由於無損土壤侵蝕防止效果而凍結融解穩定性優異,故而即便於寒冷地帶之冬季,保管穩定性亦優異而可用於綠化工程等。
Claims (7)
- 一種土壤侵蝕防止劑,其特徵在於:其係包含水性樹脂乳膠與水溶性高分子者,且上述水性樹脂乳膠之特徵在於相對於源自主單體之結構單元100質量份,含有源自多官能單體之結構單元0.01~0.10質量份,且水性樹脂乳膠之含量為99~93質量%,水溶性高分子之含量為1~7質量%,土壤侵蝕防止劑之固形物成分比例為25~60質量%。
- 如請求項1之土壤侵蝕防止劑,其中上述水性樹脂乳膠相對於源自主單體之結構單元100質量份,含有源自多官能單體之結構單元0.05~0.10質量份。
- 如請求項1或2之土壤侵蝕防止劑,其使用包含源自乙酸乙烯酯之結構單元之水性樹脂乳膠。
- 如請求項1或2之土壤侵蝕防止劑,其使用乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物乳膠。
- 一種綠化工法,其使用如請求項1至4中任一項之土壤侵蝕防止劑。
- 一種綠化工法,其將如請求項1至4中任一項之土壤侵蝕防止劑以噴附材料每1m3為1~10kg之方式使用。
- 一種噴附材料,其將如請求項1至4中任一項之土壤侵蝕防止劑以噴附 材料每1m3為1~10kg之方式使用。
