A hydraulic brake device is configured to be mounted on an opening end of a handlebar located at an axis of the handlebar. The hydraulic brake device includes a main body and a lever. The main body includes a hydraulic tank, a mount structure, and a piston. The hydraulic tank is connected to the mount structure, and the mount structure is configured to be mounted on the opening end of the handlebar. The hydraulic tank has a hydraulic chamber, and a long axis of the hydraulic chamber is defined on a reference plane.
