Description
本發明係關於一種用於在建築物內安裝的管系統,尤其是在不通風區域。
撓性氣體管路(Flexible gas piping,FGP),也稱為波紋狀不銹鋼管(corrugated stainless steel tubing,CSST),利用以輥筒(roll)或盤管(coil)形式提供的不銹鋼波紋管與現場連接配件,以將來自一中央供應點(例如儀表或調節器)的氣體分配到房屋或建築物內的各式電器。這項技術(給房屋裝管路的過程比擬為給房屋佈線電力的過程)實際降低了安裝時間並因此相關的勞動力的成本較高。
本領域中存在的管道容納系統,以在管道洩漏時容納流體。一種現有的管道容納系統揭露在美國發明專利號7,004,510中,其全部內容通過引用併入本文。美國發明專利號7,004,510的管道容納系統使用一種套管,其適用於地下設施。需要不同類型的管道系統,用於建築物內的安裝,特別是在不通風區域。

第1圖係一管系統10的局部剖面之側視圖。管系統10包含容納在一第一護套14內之一管12。該管12可以是由金屬製成,並且在本實施例中,呈波紋狀不鏽鋼管。管12也可以是螺旋纏繞管,管12可以是不鏽鋼以外的金屬所製成。管12具有多個波峰與多個波谷之一波狀外表面。

一配件42可以固定至管12之一端。可以使用現有的配件,例如自OmegaFlex公司獲得AutoFlare TM配件。可選的膠帶40,例如自溶性矽酮膠帶(self-amalgamating silicone tape),可以從配件延伸到管12,這裡的符號需要這樣的密封件。

- 一種管系統,包含:一流體輸送管,包含多個波峰與多個波谷之一波狀外表面;一第一護套,包圍該管;一第二護套,包圍該第一護套,其中該第二護套包含沿周向設置於該第二護套之一內側面上的複數縱向延伸的肋;以及一線繩,位於該第一護套與該第二護套之間。
- 如請求項1所述之管系統,其中該管為波紋狀不鏽鋼管。
