Abstract

A portable electronic device includes a casing, a battery module and at least two assemblies. The casing has an upper part and a lower part, and an accommodating space is formed between the upper part and the lower part. The battery module is disposed in the accommodating space, and the battery module includes a frame, a first engaging structure, and a second engaging structure. The first and second engaging structures are respectively formed at a first surface and a second surface of the frame. Each of these assemblies has a third engaging structure and a fourth engaging structure, which are configured to be respectively engaged with the second and first engaging structures. The first one and the second one of the assemblies are respectively engaged with the first surface and the second surface of the frame to clamp the battery module, so that there is a distance between the battery module and a metal element.
