Abstract
本發明之課題在於提供一種減少在紡絲步驟中產生之焦油,且使該焦油之洗淨變得容易,進而與高溫之輥之摩擦小的合成纖維用處理劑及合成纖維。
本發明之合成纖維用處理劑之特徵在於含有式(1)所示之化合物A、式(2)所示之化合物B及式(3)所示之化合物C。
Description
本發明係關於一種特徵在於可減少由於在紡絲步驟中之長時間之操作而累積之導絲輥(godet roller)上之焦油,或者使累積之焦油變得容易洗淨,進而與高溫之輥之摩擦小的合成纖維用處理劑以及附著有該處理劑之合成纖維。
一般,在合成纖維之紡絲步驟中,從減少摩擦,防止斷絲等纖維損傷之觀點出發,有實施在合成纖維之長絲紗之表面附著合成纖維用處理劑之處理的情況。為了減少紡絲步驟中可能產生之細毛數,較佳為該合成纖維用處理劑之摩擦儘可能地低。由於該處理劑暴露於高溫之導絲輥之熱下,故而因長時間操作亦可能會變成導絲輥上之焦油。該焦油由於絲條從焦油之上通過從而使絲條之品質降低,進而成為引起斷絲,亦引起生產性降低之原因。又,為了洗淨累積之焦油,必須暫時停止生產,焦油之洗淨所用時間會引起生產性之降低。
先前,已知專利文獻1~4中揭示之合成纖維用處理劑。專利文獻1揭示有一種含有1~50%之氫化蓖麻油衍生物之合成纖維用處理劑。專利文獻2揭示有一種以特定之比例含有硫代二丙酸酯、二級烷基磺酸化合物、磷酸酯之合成纖維用處理劑。專利文獻3揭示有一種含有含硫化合物與格爾伯特醇之酯化物之合成纖維用處理劑。專利文獻4揭示有一種含有具有特定結構之磷酸化合物之合成纖維用處理劑。

[發明所欲解決之問題]
然而,該等先前之合成纖維用處理劑無法應對在紡絲步驟中經長時間暴露於高溫之輥而產生之焦油之累積,又,亦無法應對累積之焦油之洗淨。進而,對於與高溫之輥之摩擦阻力之應對亦不充分。
本發明所欲解決之課題在於提供一種減少在紡絲步驟中產生之焦油,且使該焦油之洗淨變得容易,進而與高溫之輥之摩擦小的合成纖維用處理劑及合成纖維。
[解決問題之技術手段]
本發明者為了解決上述課題,反覆進行深入研究,結果發現為了減小紡絲步驟中與高溫之輥之摩擦,且減少產生之焦油,進而即使焦油累積亦提高其洗淨性,具有特定之化學結構之磺酸化合物大為相關,從而解決了上述課題。
本發明具體而言以下述事項為主旨。
1.一種合成纖維用處理劑,其特徵在於含有下述式(1)所示之化合物A、下述式(2)所示之化合物B及下述式(3)所示之化合物C。

2.如1.記載之合成纖維用處理劑,其中若將上述化合物A、上述化合物B及上述化合物C之含有比例之合計設為100質量%,則以40~79質量%之比例含有上述化合物A,以20~59質量%之比例含有上述化合物B以及以1~40質量%之比例含有上述化合物C。
3.如1.或2.記載之合成纖維用處理劑,其中上述式(1)之R1

及上述式(3)之R3
之碳數為10~20。
4.如1.至3.中任一項記載之合成纖維用處理劑,其中藉由離子層析法從合成纖維用處理劑檢測出之硫酸根離子之濃度為100 ppm以下。
5.如1.至4.中任一項記載之合成纖維用處理劑,其含有平滑劑、非離子性界面活性劑及離子性界面活性劑,上述離子性界面活性劑含有上述化合物A、上述化合物B及上述化合物C,若將上述平滑劑、上述非離子性界面活性劑及上述離子性界面活性劑之含有比例之合計設為100質量%,則合計以0.1~10質量%之比例含有上述化合物A、上述化合物B及上述化合物C。
6.如5.記載之合成纖維用處理劑,其中上述離子性界面活性劑含有磷酸酯化合物,上述磷酸酯化合物包含下述式(4)所示之磷酸酯Q1、及選自下述式(5)所示之磷酸酯Q2與下述式(6)所示之磷酸酯Q3之至少1種以上,在經鹼過中和預處理之上述合成纖維用處理劑之P核NMR測定中,當將歸屬於磷酸酯Q1、上述磷酸酯Q2、上述磷酸酯Q3、磷酸及其鹽之P核NMR積分比率之合計設為100%時,歸屬於上述磷酸酯Q1之P核NMR積分比率為15%以上。

8.一種合成纖維,其特徵在於附著有如1.~7.中任一項記載之合成纖維用處理劑。
[發明之效果]
根據本發明,可減少紡絲步驟中產生之焦油,且可使該焦油之洗淨變得容易,進而可減小與高溫之輥之摩擦阻力。
本發明係關於一種含有上述式(1)~(3)所示之3種磺酸化合物之合成纖維用處理劑、或附著有該合成纖維用處理劑之合成纖維。
以下針對本發明進行詳細說明。
<化合物A、B、C>
本發明之合成纖維用處理劑含有下述式(1)所示之化合物A、下述式(2)所示之化合物B及下述式(3)所示之化合物C作為必需成分。

(化合物A)
本發明中之上述式(1)所示之化合物A較佳為一級磺酸化合物,式(1)中之R1
所示之烯基可為直鏈結構,亦可為分支結構。式(1)所示之化合物A對雙鍵之位置並無限制,較佳為在2-3位之間具有雙鍵。又,有順式-反式異構物,可為順式體,亦可為反式體。
本發明中,較佳為上述式(1)中之R1
為碳數10~20之烯基之烯烴磺酸化合物,更佳為碳數12~19之烯基,尤佳為碳數14~18之烯基。
本發明中之式(1)所示之化合物A可單獨使用1種,亦可組合2種以上使用。
(化合物B)
本發明中之上述式(2)所示之化合物B較佳為一級磺酸化合物,式(2)中之羥烷基可為直鏈結構,亦可為分支結構。羥基之位置並無限制,將式(2)之磺基所鍵結之碳作為1位,較佳為位於3位上。又,較佳為碳數10~20之羥烷基,更佳為碳數12~19之羥烷基,尤佳為碳數14~18之羥烷基。
上述式(2)所示之化合物B可單獨使用1種,亦可組合2種以上使用。
(化合物C)
關於本發明中之上述式(3)所示之化合物C,式(3)中之R3
所示之烴基可為直鏈結構,亦可為分支結構。磺基之位置並無限制,式(3)之化合物較佳為在烴鏈之末端具有至少1個磺基。烴基上可具有雙鍵,可為反式體亦可為順式體。
又,烴基上可具有羥基。
本發明中,上述式(3)中之R3
之碳數較佳為10~20,更佳為碳數12~19,尤佳為碳數14~18。
本發明中之式(3)所示之化合物C可單獨使用1種,亦可組合2種以上使用。
本發明中之上述式(1)所示之化合物A、上述式(2)所示之化合物B及上述式(3)所示之化合物C之化合物可藉由用三氧化硫對烯烴進行磺化而作為混合物獲得,該合成方法作為工業上之製法而被熟知。已知根據烯烴與三氧化硫之饋入物質量比或反應溫度,該等化合物之生成比例不同,進而亦可能產生各種異構物或副產物(參考文獻1:橋本茂、永井敏雄,「基於NMR譜法之α-烯烴磺酸鈉之異構物分析」,1977年,分析化學,第26卷,第1號,第10~14頁。

本發明之合成纖維用處理劑若將上述式(1)所示之化合物A、上述式(2)所示之化合物B及上述式(3)所示之化合物C之含有比例之合計設為100質量%,則較佳為以40~79質量%之比例含有上述化合物A,以20~59質量%之比例含有上述化合物B以及以1~40質量%之比例含有上述化合物C。上述化合物A在上述範圍中更佳為以50~73質量%之比例含有。上述化合物B在上述範圍中更佳為以20~43質量%之比例含有。上述化合物C在上述範圍中更佳為以1~19質量%之比例含有。
藉由α-烯烴與三氧化硫之反應合成上述式(1)所示之化合物A、上述式(2)所示之化合物B及上述式(3)所示之化合物C之情形時,本發明之合成纖維用處理劑亦可含有因該反應而生成之雜質。作為該雜質,除了作為反應中間產物之1,2-磺內酯、1,3-磺內酯、1,4-磺內酯之類之環狀結構物以外,可例舉在烴鏈上具有雙鍵之二級磺酸化合物等內部烯烴磺酸化合物等。
藉由α-烯烴與三氧化硫之反應而獲得之上述式(1)所示之化合物A、上述式(2)所示之化合物B及上述式(3)所示之化合物C大多含有大量之硫酸鈉等硫酸鹽作為雜質。該硫酸鹽容易在紡絲中在高溫之導絲輥上作為焦油而累積。因此,上述化合物A、化合物B及化合物C較佳為精製後混合於合成纖維用處理劑。具體而言,較佳為以藉由離子層析法從合成纖維用處理劑檢測出之硫酸根離子之濃度成為100 ppm以下之方式進行精製。精製方法可使用一般方法,例如可例舉不良溶劑晶析法或離子交換法等。
本發明中之合成纖維用處理劑中含有平滑劑、非離子性界面活性劑及離子性界面活性劑,上述離子性界面活性劑含有上述化合物A、上述化合物B及上述化合物C,若將上述平滑劑、上述非離子性界面活性劑及上述離子性界面活性劑之含有比例之合計設為100質量%,則較佳為合計以0.1~10質量%之比例含有上述化合物A、上述化合物B及上述化合物C,更佳為以0.1~8質量%之比例含有,更佳為以0.1~5質量%之比例含有。

作為本發明中之合成纖維用處理劑中使用之平滑劑,可例舉(1)硬脂酸辛酯、棕櫚酸月桂酯、油酸油酯、芥酸油酯等單酯化合物,(2)己二酸二油酯、1,4-丁烷二油酸酯、癸二酸二月桂酯、反丁烯二酸二油酯等二酯化合物,(3)巰基丙酸月桂酯、巰基丙酸辛酯、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、硫代二丙酸二油酯等含硫酯化合物,(4)包含石蠟、烯烴、環烷等之礦物油。其中,較佳為含有分子中具有分支結構之酯化合物者。作為分子中具有分支結構之酯化合物,例如可例舉(5)硬脂酸異丁酯、油酸2-乙基己酯、芥酸2-乙基己酯、油酸異硬脂酯、芥酸異二十四烷基酯等分支單酯化合物,(6)癸二酸二異月桂酯、己二酸二異硬脂酯、己二酸二異二十四烷基酯、順丁烯二酸二-2-乙基己酯、新戊二醇二油酸酯、己二酸2-乙基己酯等分支二酯,(7)甘油三油酸酯、甘油三月桂酸酯、三羥甲基丙烷三油酸酯、三羥甲基丙烷大豆脂肪酸酯、季戊四醇四辛酸酯等多元醇酯,(8)偏苯三甲酸三辛酯、檸檬酸三乙酯等多元羧酸酯,(9)大豆油、椰子油、蓖麻油、棕櫚油、菜籽油等天然油脂,(10)巰基丙酸2-乙基己酯、巰基丙酸異月桂酯、硫代二丙酸二異月桂酯、硫代二丙酸二異硬脂酯、二硫代丙酸二異棕櫚酯、三羥甲基丙烷三巰基丙酸酯等含硫分支酯。其中,更佳為己二酸2-乙基己酯、油酸異硬脂酯、菜籽油、三羥甲基丙烷三油酸酯、硫代二丙酸二異硬脂酯、硫代二丙酸二異月桂酯。該等平滑劑成分可單獨使用1種,亦可組合2種以上使用。
<非離子性界面活性劑>
作為本發明中之合成纖維用處理劑中使用之非離子性界面活性劑,並無特別限制,例如可例舉(1)對選自有機酸、有機醇、有機胺及有機醯胺之至少1種加成碳數2~4之環氧烷而成之化合物、例如聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯、聚氧乙烯油酸酯、聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯甲醚、聚氧乙烯辛醚、聚氧丙烯月桂醚甲醚、聚氧丁烯油醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯月桂醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯壬基苯基醚、聚氧乙烯月桂基胺基醚、聚氧乙烯月桂醯胺醚等醚型非離子性界面活性劑,(2)山梨醇酐單油酸酯、山梨醇酐三油酸酯、甘油單月桂酸酯等多元醇偏酯型非離子性界面活性劑,(3)聚乙二醇二油酸酯、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐單油酸酯、聚氧丁烯山梨醇酐三油酸酯、聚氧丙烯蓖麻油、聚氧乙烯氫化蓖麻油、聚氧乙烯丙烯氫化蓖麻油三油酸酯、聚氧乙烯氫化蓖麻油三月桂酸酯、選自蓖麻油之環氧乙烷(以下稱EO)加成物及氫化蓖麻油之EO加成物之至少1種化合物與單羧酸及二羧酸縮合而成之醚酯化合物等聚氧伸烷基多元醇脂肪酸酯型非離子性界面活性劑,(4)二乙醇胺單月桂醯胺等烷基醯胺型非離子性界面活性劑等。該等非離子性界面活性劑可單獨使用1種,亦可組合2種以上使用。本發明中,在化合物名之末端記載有EO及PO者分別意指環氧乙烷及環氧丙烷之加成物,後續數字表示其加成莫耳數。
<磷酸酯>
本發明中之合成纖維用處理劑可含有下述式(4)所示之磷酸酯Q1、及選自下述式(5)所示之磷酸酯Q2與下述式(6)所示之磷酸酯Q3之至少1種以上。

在此,在經鹼過中和預處理之上述合成纖維用處理劑之P核NMR測定中,當將歸屬於上述磷酸酯Q1、磷酸酯Q2、磷酸酯Q3、磷酸及其鹽之P核NMR積分比率之合計設為100%時,歸屬於上述磷酸酯Q1之P核NMR積分比率較佳為15%以上,更佳為17%以上,更佳為20%以上。又,同樣地,歸屬於上述磷酸酯Q2之P核NMR積分比率較佳為5~50%,更佳為6~45%,更佳為7~40%。進而,更佳為歸屬於上述磷酸酯Q1之P核NMR積分比率為15~80%,且歸屬於上述磷酸酯Q2之P核NMR積分比率為5~50%,更佳為歸屬於上述磷酸酯Q1之P核NMR積分比率為17~70%,且歸屬於上述磷酸酯Q2之P核NMR積分比率為6~45%,尤佳為歸屬於上述磷酸酯Q1之P核NMR積分比率為20~60%,且歸屬於上述磷酸酯Q2之P核NMR積分比率為7~40%。
本發明中之「鹼過中和預處理」係指對於合成纖維用處理劑添加過量之鹼(例如氫氧化鈉、氫氧化鉀、月桂胺)之預處理。在31
P-NMR之測定中,藉由實施該「鹼過中和預處理」可使歸屬於磷酸酯Q1、磷酸酯Q2、磷酸酯Q3、磷酸及其鹽之波峰清楚地分開,可基於下述數學式(1)~數學式(4)計算歸屬於各化合物之P核積分比率。在本發明中之31
P-NMR之測定中,實施向合成纖維用處理劑加入可使觀測波峰分開程度之鹼之鹼過中和處理。

上述式(4)~(6)所示之磷酸酯Q1~Q3中之對應於磷酸酯之抗衡離子並無特別限制,例如可例舉氫、鹼金屬、鹼土類金屬、銨、有機胺、鏻等。其中,較佳為二丁基乙醇胺、聚氧乙烯月桂基胺基醚、聚氧乙烯辛基胺基醚、氫氧化鈉、氫氧化鉀。
該等磷酸酯可單獨使用1種,亦可組合2種以上使用。
本發明中之合成纖維用處理劑可進而含有其他之離子性界面活性劑,具體而言,例如可例舉(1)乙酸鉀、辛酸鉀鹽、油酸鉀鹽、油酸鈉鹽、烯基琥珀酸鉀鹽等羧酸皂型離子性界面活性劑,(2)二級烷磺酸鈉鹽、十二烷基苯磺酸鈉鹽、二辛基磺基琥珀酸鈉鹽等磺酸酯型離子性界面活性劑,(3)聚氧乙烯月桂基硫酸酯鈉鹽、十六烷基硫酸鉀鹽、牛脂硫化油、蓖麻油硫化油等硫酸酯型離子性界面活性劑等。該等成分可單獨使用1種,亦可組合2種以上使用。
<其他成分>
本發明之合成纖維用處理劑在不損害本發明之效果之範圍內可進而調配用於處理劑之品質保持之穩定劑或抗靜電劑、黏合劑、抗氧化劑、紫外線吸收劑等通常合成纖維之處理劑中使用之成分。
<合成纖維>
本發明之合成纖維為附著有本發明之合成纖維用處理劑之合成纖維。作為供本發明之合成纖維用處理劑附著之合成纖維,並無特別限制,例如可例舉(1)聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚對苯二甲酸丙二酯、聚乳酸酯等聚酯系纖維、(2)尼龍6、尼龍66等聚醯胺系纖維、(3)聚丙烯酸系、改性丙烯酸系等聚丙烯酸系纖維、(4)聚乙烯、聚丙烯等聚烯烴系纖維等。作為所製造之合成纖維之纖度,並無特別限制,較佳為150 dtex以上,更佳為500 dtex以上,尤佳為1000 dtex以上。又,作為所製造之合成纖維之強度,並無特別限制,較佳為5.0 cN/dtex以上,更佳為6.0 cN/dtex以上,尤佳為7.0 cN/dtex以上。
使本發明之合成纖維用處理劑(不含溶劑)附著於合成纖維之比例並無特別限制,較佳為相對於合成纖維以0.1~3質量%(不含稀釋劑與水)之比例附著本發明之合成纖維用處理劑。根據上述構成,可進一步提高本發明之效果。
又,使本發明之合成纖維用處理劑附著之方法並無特別限制,例如可採用輥供油法、使用計量泵之導引供油法、浸漬供油法、噴霧供油法等公知之方法。
本發明中之合成纖維用處理劑藉由含有上述式(1)所示之化合物A、上述式(2)所示之化合物B及上述式(3)所示之化合物C作為必需成分,可減少合成纖維之紡絲步驟中產生之焦油,且可使該焦油之洗淨變得容易。進而,可減小與高溫之輥之摩擦阻力。
[實施例]
以下,例舉實施例來說明本發明,但本發明之技術範圍並不由該等限定。再者,在以下之實施例及比較例中,份意指質量份,且%意指質量%。
<試驗分類1(磺酸化合物)>
・磺酸化合物(S1-1、S2-1及S3-1之合成)
向1-十四碳烯中加入三氧化硫,於50℃以下進行磺化。向其中加入過量之氫氧化鈉水溶液,攪拌1小時後,在高壓釜中以150℃加熱1小時。向其中加入石油醚及乙醇,攪拌、靜置後,去除油相,藉此萃取去除油溶性之雜質。使剩下之水相蒸發乾燥。對其用層析法分別分取抗衡離子為氫之S1-1、S2-1、S3-1。繼而,以使該等之pH值成為9之方式,分別加入氫氧化鈉並充分攪拌,然後蒸發乾燥,藉此獲得S1-1、S2-1、S3-1。
S1-2~S1-5、S2-2~S2-5、S3-2~S3-5使用表1~3所示之碳數之α-烯烴原料,藉由與S1-1、S2-1、S3-1同樣之方法合成。再者,S1-3、S2-3、S3-3之中和劑使用月桂胺EO4,S1-4、S2-4、S3-4之中和劑使用氫氧化鉀。
將本次之實施例及比較例中所用之上述式(1)所示之化合物A(S1-1~S1-5)之內容示於表1,將上述式(2)所示之化合物B(S2-1~S2-5)之內容示於表2,將所用之上述式(3)所示之化合物C(S3-1~S3-5)之內容示於表3。

<試驗分類2(磷酸酯化合物)>
・磷酸酯化合物(P-1)之合成
在四口燒瓶內向攪拌下之2-乙基己醇中加入五氧化二磷,於70±5℃下反應3小時。繼而,加入作為中和劑之二丁基乙醇胺,於50℃下攪拌1小時。(P-2~P-5)使用表4之原料,以與P-1同樣之方法合成。再者,在P-2及P-5之中和中,藉由向氫氧化鈉水溶液中加入磷酸化物並攪拌而進行中和。
・磷酸酯化合物(rP-1)之合成
在四口燒瓶內向攪拌下之油醇中加入五氧化二磷與多磷酸,於60±5℃下反應3小時。繼而,將其加入作為中和劑之氫氧化鉀水溶液中,於50℃下攪拌1小時。

將作為平滑劑之20份己二酸二油酯(A-1)、35份油酸油酯(A-2)、5份硫代二丙酸二異硬脂酯(bSA-1)、作為非離子性界面活性劑之10份聚乙二醇(分子量600)與2莫耳油酸之酯化物(B-4)、8份山梨醇酐單油酸酯(B-5)、10份蓖麻油-EO8(B-8)、8份1莫耳蓖麻油-EO20與3莫耳油酸之酯化物(B-11)、作為其他成分之0.7份油酸鉀鹽(D-1)、作為化合物A之0.4份(S1-1)、作為化合物B之0.20份(S2-1)、作為化合物C之0.1份(S3-1)、作為磷酸酯之2.6份(P-1)均勻混合,製備實施例1之合成纖維用處理劑。
・合成纖維用處理劑(實施例2~12及比較例1~5)之製備
與實施例1之合成纖維用處理劑之製備同樣地,製備實施例2~12及比較例1~5之合成纖維用處理劑,實施例1~12之組成示於表5,比較例1~5之組成示於表6。
其中,實施例2及比較例5除表5、6之原料以外,相對於處理劑100份,以0.8份之比例添加作為抗氧化劑之1,3,5-三(3,5-二第三丁基-4-羥基苄基)-1,3,5-三𠯤-2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)-三酮。
向製備之合成纖維用處理劑0.10 g中加入月桂胺0.15 g並充分攪拌。以氘氯仿為溶劑,測定其31
P-NMR。再者,磷酸酯化合物之P核積分比率使用供於31
P-NMR(瓦里安公司製造之商品名MERCURY plus NMR Spectrometor System,300 MHz)而得之測定值,由上述數學式(1)~數學式(4)算出,並示於下述表5、6。

<試驗分類4(合成纖維用處理劑之硫酸根離子量)>
精確量取試樣1 g(亦包含合成纖維用處理劑之揮發成分),一邊攪拌一邊一點點地加入10%之2-丙醇水溶液,製作用100 mL容量瓶定容之溶液。使製作之水溶液1 mL通過ODS(使十八烷基化學鍵結於矽膠)預處理盒,用於離子層析分析。藉由以下之離子層析條件實施檢測。以相對於已知濃度之基準液之峰面積比測定檢測量,換算硫酸根離子(SO4 2-
)之量。
<離子層析條件>
裝置:東曹公司製造之IC2001 使用抑制器,
分析柱:東曹公司製造之TSKgel SuperIC-AZ 內徑4.6 mm×長度75 mm,
保護柱:東曹公司製造之TSKgel guardcolumn SuperIC-AZ,內徑4.0 mm×長度10 mm,
溶離液:4.8 mmol之Na2
CO3
、2.8 mmol之NaHCO3
之23體積%甲醇水溶液,
流量:0.6 mL/min。
<試驗分類5(合成纖維用處理劑之評價)>
・焦油累積性之評價
根據需要用離子交換水或有機溶劑之稀釋劑將試驗分類3中製備之各處理劑均勻稀釋,製成15%溶液。用加油輥供油法以不揮發成分達到賦予量5質量%之方式,向1670 dtex、288 F、固有黏度0.93之未供油之聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯纖維賦予上述之溶液,使稀釋劑乾燥而製成試驗絲。以初始張力1.5 kg、絲條速度1 m/分鐘,使試驗絲接觸表面溫度240℃之粗化鉻針,觀察行進12小時後之焦油之累積,以下述基準進行評價。結果總結示於表7。
・焦油累積性之評價基準
◎◎:絲道上未見焦油之累積
◎○:絲道上基本未見焦油之累積
○○:絲道上略微可見焦油之累積
○ :絲道上可見少量焦油之累積
× :絲道上可見頗多焦油之累積
・焦油洗淨性之評價
於180℃下,用含浸有以達到5%NaOH之方式調整之甘油溶液的棉棒對焦油累積性評價中所用之粗化鉻針上附著之焦油進行擦拭,測定直到焦油消失之次數。以下述基準評價焦油洗淨性。結果總結示於表7。

◎○:50次以上且未達100次
○○:100次以上且未達150次
○ :150次以上且未達200次
× :200次以上
・張力值之評價
以初始張力1.5 kg、絲條速度0.1 m/分鐘,使焦油累積性評價中所用之絲接觸表面溫度240℃之粗化鉻針,測定該粗化鉻針擦過後之張力。以下述基準評價測定之張力值。結果總結示於表7。

◎◎:未達1.80 kg
◎○:1.80 kg以上且未達1.83 kg
○○:1.83 kg以上且未達1.86 kg
○ :1.86 kg以上且未達1.90 kg

由表7之結果亦明確:各實施例之合成纖維用處理劑之焦油累積性及焦油洗淨性評價、以及張力值之評價均良好。根據本發明,可減少在合成纖維之紡絲步驟中產生之焦油,且可使該焦油之洗淨變得容易,此外可減少與高溫之輥之摩擦阻力。
[產業上之可利用性]
本發明之合成纖維用處理劑或附著有該合成纖維用處理劑之合成纖維在紡絲步驟中,摩擦阻力小,且可減少焦油,進而可使該焦油之洗淨變得容易,非常有用。
Claims (12)
- 一種合成纖維用處理劑,其特徵在於含有下述式(1)所示之化合物A、下述式(2)所示之化合物B及下述式(3)所示之化合物C;[化1]R1-SO3M1 (1)(式(1)中,R1:碳數6~24之烯基,M1:氫原子、鹼金屬、鹼土類金屬、銨、鏻或有機胺鹽)[化2]R2-SO3M2 (2)(式(2)中,R2:碳數6~24之羥烷基,M2:氫原子、鹼金屬、鹼土類金屬、銨、鏻或有機胺鹽)[化3]R3-SO3M3 (3)(式(3)中,R3:具有至少1個磺基(-SO3M3)之碳數6~24之烴基,M3:氫原子、鹼金屬、鹼土類金屬、銨、鏻或有機胺鹽,其中,分子中M3有2個以上之情形時,該等互相可相同亦可不同)。
- 如請求項1之合成纖維用處理劑,其中若將上述化合物A、上述化合物B及上述化合物C之含有比例之合計設為100質量%,則以40~79質量% 之比例含有上述化合物A,以20~59質量%之比例含有上述化合物B以及以1~40質量%之比例含有上述化合物C。
- 如請求項1之合成纖維用處理劑,其中上述式(1)之R1、上述式(2)之R2及上述式(3)之R3之碳數為10~20。
- 如請求項2之合成纖維用處理劑,其中上述式(1)之R1、上述式(2)之R2及上述式(3)之R3之碳數為10~20。
- 如請求項1之合成纖維用處理劑,其中藉由離子層析法從合成纖維用處理劑檢測出之硫酸根離子之濃度為100ppm以下。
- 如請求項2之合成纖維用處理劑,其中藉由離子層析法從合成纖維用處理劑檢測出之硫酸根離子之濃度為100ppm以下。
- 如請求項3之合成纖維用處理劑,其中藉由離子層析法從合成纖維用處理劑檢測出之硫酸根離子之濃度為100ppm以下。
- 如請求項4之合成纖維用處理劑,其中藉由離子層析法從合成纖維用處理劑檢測出之硫酸根離子之濃度為100ppm以下。
- 如請求項1至8中任一項之合成纖維用處理劑,其含有平滑劑、非離子性界面活性劑及離子性界面活性劑,上述離子性界面活性劑含有上述化 合物A、上述化合物B及上述化合物C,若將上述平滑劑、上述非離子性界面活性劑及上述離子性界面活性劑之含有比例之合計設為100質量%,則合計以0.1~10質量%之比例含有上述化合物A、上述化合物B及上述化合物C。
- 如請求項9之合成纖維用處理劑,其中上述離子性界面活性劑含有磷酸酯化合物,上述磷酸酯化合物包含下述式(4)所示之磷酸酯Q1、及選自下述式(5)所示之磷酸酯Q2與下述式(6)所示之磷酸酯Q3之至少1種以上,在經鹼過中和預處理之上述合成纖維用處理劑之P核NMR測定中,當將歸屬於磷酸酯Q1、上述磷酸酯Q2、上述磷酸酯Q3、磷酸及其鹽之P核NMR積分比率之合計設為100%時,歸屬於上述磷酸酯Q1之P核NMR積分比率為15%以上;
(式(4)中,R4:碳數4~24之烷基或碳數4~24之烯基,R5:碳數4~24之烷基或碳數4~24之烯基,M4:氫原子、鹼金屬、鹼土類金屬、銨、鏻或有機胺鹽) (式(5)中, R6:碳數4~24之烷基或碳數4~24之烯基,R7:碳數4~24之烷基或碳數4~24之烯基,M5:氫原子、鹼金屬、鹼土類金屬、銨、鏻或有機胺鹽,M6:氫原子、鹼金屬、鹼土類金屬、銨、鏻或有機胺鹽) (式(6)中,R8:碳數4~24之烷基或碳數4~24之烯基,M7:氫原子、鹼金屬、鹼土類金屬、銨、鏻或有機胺鹽,M8:氫原子、鹼金屬、鹼土類金屬、銨、鏻或有機胺鹽)。 - 如請求項10之合成纖維用處理劑,其中上述磷酸酯化合物包含上述磷酸酯Q1與上述磷酸酯Q2,當將歸屬於上述磷酸酯Q1、上述磷酸酯Q2、上述磷酸酯Q3、上述磷酸及其鹽之P核NMR積分比率之合計設為100%時,使歸屬於上述磷酸酯Q2之P核NMR積分比率成為5~50%。
- 一種合成纖維,其特徵在於附著有如請求項1至11中任一項之合成纖維用處理劑。
