Abstract
一種迎賓燈,包括由單一發光體構成的光源、透鏡組、具有固定影像的投影片及鏡頭。透鏡組設於光源光路下游。投影片設於透鏡組光路下游。鏡頭設於投影片的光路下游。光源的光軸與透鏡組的光軸實質平行,而鏡頭的光軸與迎賓燈的成像面不垂直。另,一種迎賓燈亦被提供。
Description
本發明是有關於一種投影機,且特別是有關於一種迎賓燈。
迎賓燈(又稱照地燈)是做為輔助照明用途,可用於地面照明或是於低環境光下的行進路線照明。例如汽車使用之迎賓燈,通常安裝於車門或是後視鏡等位置,舉例來說,於開門時會開啟照明功能而將影像投影於地面上,不僅產生獨特炫目的影像光與投影影像,例如於夜間的低環境光下在開車門時也提供照亮地面的功能,使上、下車的人可注意地面狀況,而不會誤踩地面的髒污、水坑、或其它危險的地形。但是,由於迎賓燈通常以傾斜地方式投影影像至地面,較靠近迎賓燈的局部影像亮度較亮,而較遠離迎賓燈的局部影像亮度較暗,迎賓燈與地面之間的距離不對稱性導致了影像亮度不均勻現象。
本發明的一示例中提供一種迎賓燈,其可投射出亮度均勻的影像畫面。
本發明實例中,迎賓燈包括由單一發光體構成的光源、透鏡組、投影片及鏡頭。透鏡組設於光源光路下游、投影片設於透鏡組光路下游、且鏡頭設於投影片光路下游。
於一實例中,透鏡組與鏡頭共光軸,但光源光軸在垂直光軸方向上與透鏡組與鏡頭的光軸偏移一非零偏移量(OFFSET)。
又一實例中,透鏡組與鏡頭共光軸,但光源光軸傾斜於透鏡組及鏡頭的光軸。
再一實例中,光源與透鏡組共光軸,但光源與鏡頭組的光軸傾斜於鏡頭光軸。
基於上述,在本發明實例的迎賓燈中,藉由偏移或傾斜設計,在迎賓燈引入幾何上的不對稱性,以造成光學上的不對稱性,以平衡迎賓燈與地面之間的距離不對稱性,因此迎賓燈可投射出亮度均勻的影像畫面。
圖1至圖3為本發明不同實施例的迎賓燈的示意圖。
請參照圖1,於本例中,迎賓燈100包括光源110、透鏡組120、投影片130及鏡頭140。於以下段落中會詳細說明上述各元件。
於本例中,迎賓燈100僅包括一光源110,且光源110具有一光軸I1為由單一發光體構成。發光體例如是經各式封裝的發光二極體模組、經各式封裝的雷射二極體模組、螢光燈或電熱發光元件(Lamp)等可輸出照明光IB的元件。而前述經封裝者中可僅包括單一發光晶片或是多枚發光晶片。於本例中,光源110僅包括一以SMD技術封裝的白光發光二極體模組,而前述的白光發光二極體模組包括多枚LED晶片,總額定功率為2瓦特或以下。
透鏡組120於系統中可用於收光、準直光線之用,其包括至少一或是多枚透鏡。於本例中,透鏡組120具有一光軸I2,且包括至少一枚準直透鏡,其可將入射於此準直透鏡的光沿著光軸I2方向準直化。於一例中,透鏡組120僅包括一枚透鏡。於另例中,透鏡組120包括多枚透鏡,本發明並不以透鏡數量為限。
於本例中,投影片130可將照明光IB轉換成,固定且不可變更的圖案的,影像光IMB的裝置或元件,其包括一穿透式的固定影像層。舉例而言,投影片130可為一載有特定圖案的透明膠片或具有特定圖案透光部(例如是鏤空或玻璃等)的鈑金件(例如是金屬或塑膠板等),而投影片130將照明光IB轉換成影像光IMB的過程無需消耗電力。亦即投影片130並非DMD、LCD、LCOS等需消耗電力的光閥。於本例中,投影片130為載有特定圖案的透明膠片,當光通過特定圖案時,光會被部分吸收、阻擋或反射,並允許部分光線通過以構成圖案。濾光片和投影片130具有相同的功能及相同的特性,惟其係特指藉由濾除部份光線而形成圖案的投影片130。
鏡頭140為一投影鏡頭,包括多枚具屈光度的透鏡。於本例中,鏡頭140具有一光軸I3,而於光軸上I3包括了以光圈區隔的前透鏡群及後透鏡群,而前透鏡群及後透鏡群分別包括一枚或更多的透鏡,例如是包括具有屈光度的一或多枚透鏡的組合。透鏡可以是雙凹透鏡、雙凸透鏡、凹凸透鏡、凸凹透鏡、平凸透鏡以及平凹透鏡之任一者。或者,光圈可設置於鏡頭140的入光端或出光端亦可,本發明對鏡頭140的型態及其種類並不加以限制。
於以下段落中會詳細說明上述各元件的設置方式及光學效果。
請再參照圖1,於本例中,透鏡組120設於光源110光路下游。投影片130設於透鏡組120光路下游。鏡頭140設於投影片130光路下游。由於光是從光路的上游往下游傳遞。因此,一元件的光路下游可理解為光通過該元件後的光路部分。例如,光源110光路下游,為光從光源110發出後的光路都稱為光源110光路下游,如透鏡組120、投影片130、鏡頭140皆位於光源110光路下游,而投影片130、鏡頭140則位於透鏡組120的光路下游,依此類推。
並且,光源110光軸I1、透鏡組120光軸I2、鏡頭140光軸I3三者實質平行,且透鏡組120光軸I2與鏡頭140光軸I3彼此重合(即兩者共光軸),但光源110與透鏡組120在一垂直光軸I1的方向D有一非零偏移量OS,其中偏移量OS可在經絕對值運算後的0.1毫米(mm)或以上且0.3、0.6、1、3、5、10毫米或以下的範圍內且不包含0毫米,即光源110光軸I1與透鏡組120光軸I2兩者彼此互不重合。
以透鏡組120光軸I2為基準,當偏移量OS為正時,其代表意義是光源110光軸I1相較於透鏡組120光軸I2,在方向D的反方向上具有一偏移量OS,反之當偏移量OS為負時,則代表光源110光軸I1相較於鏡頭140光軸I3,在方向D上具有一非零偏移量OS。於本例中,偏移量OS的方向是在方向D上偏移0.25毫米,即為-0.25毫米。
由另一觀點觀之,若將光源110視為一光學子系統S1,透鏡組120、鏡頭140則視為另一光學子系統S2,光學子系統S1的光軸I1相較於光學子系統S2的光軸I2(或I3)在方向D或方向D的反方向上具有一非零的偏移量OS。
請再參照圖1,由光源110發出的照明光IB傳遞至透鏡組120後,透鏡組120將照明光IB準直化後,照明光IB再傳遞至投影片130。投影片130將照明光IB轉換成影像光IMB後,鏡頭140將影像光IMB投影於投影媒介PM的表面上,於本例中,投影媒介PM為地面,但不以此為限。投影媒介PM的表面可視為成像面IS。於本例中,鏡頭140光軸I3與成像面IS之間夾有一非零夾角θ1(或稱第一夾角),偏移量OS與夾角θ1呈反比關係,亦即,偏移量OS的絕對值愈大,對應的夾角θ1的絕對值愈小時,則有較佳的均勻度改善功效。夾角θ1是指和光軸之間,小於90度的銳角。
在此必須說明的是,下述實施例沿用前述實施例的部分內容,省略了相同技術內容的說明,關於相同的元件名稱可以參考前述實施例的部分內容,下述實施例不再重複贅述。
請參照圖2,圖2的迎賓燈100a大致上類似於圖1的迎賓燈,其主要差異在於:在迎賓燈100a中,光源110光軸I1與鏡頭140光軸I2不平行,而透鏡組120光軸I2、鏡頭140光軸I3兩者仍保持實質平行且重合(即兩者共光軸)。詳細來說,光源110光軸I1相對於透鏡組120光軸I2(或鏡頭140光軸I3)傾斜,且兩者之間夾有一非零夾角θ2(或稱第二夾角)。夾角θ2經絕對值運算後可為30、20或是10度或以下,於本例中,夾角θ2經絕對值運算後約為20度。
由另一觀點觀之,若將光源110視為一光學子系統S1,透鏡組120、鏡頭140則視為另一光學子系統S2,光學子系統S1的光軸I1相較於光學子系統S2的光軸I2(或I3)傾斜且夾出一夾角θ2。
以透鏡組120光軸I2為基準,當夾角θ2為正時,其代表意義是光源110光軸I1相對於透鏡組120光軸I2以順時針方向旋轉夾角θ2。反之當夾角θ2為負時,則代表意義是光源110光軸I1相對於透鏡組120光軸I2以逆時針方向旋轉夾角θ2。於本例中,光源110光軸I1相對於透鏡組120光軸I2以逆時針方向旋轉夾角20度,即為-20度。
請參照圖3,圖3的迎賓燈100b大致上類似於圖1的迎賓燈,其主要差異在於:在迎賓燈100b中,光源110光軸I1與鏡頭140光軸I3不平行,透鏡組120光軸I2亦與鏡頭140光軸I3不平行,但光源110光軸I1與透鏡組120光軸I2兩者仍保持實質平行且重合(即共光軸)。
由另一觀點觀之,若將光源110與透鏡組120視為一光學子系統S1,鏡頭140則視為另一光學子系統S2,光學子系統S1的光軸I1(或I2)相較於光學子系統S2的光軸I3傾斜且夾出一經絕對值運算後小於30、20、10或是5度的夾角θ3。於本例中,夾角θ3約為3度。
圖4A為一比較實施例的迎賓燈的影像光學模擬圖。圖4B至圖4D分別為圖1至圖3實施例的迎賓燈的影像光學模擬圖。在圖4A至圖4D中,各包含有影像光強度分佈圖及在不同方向D1、D2上的照度分佈圖,在影像光強度分佈圖中,較深的部分為光強度較強的部分,反之,較淺的部分則為光強度較小的部分。於以下的段落會依據圖4A至圖4D來說明上述實施例迎賓燈100、100a、100b的光學效果。
請參照圖4A,比較實施例的迎賓燈(未示出)大致上類似於本實施例的迎賓燈,其主要差異在於:比較實施例迎賓燈的光源光軸與透鏡組光軸並未具有偏移量,且光源光軸、透鏡組光軸及鏡頭光軸的夾角為0度(或180度),即光源、透鏡組、鏡頭三者的光軸彼此為平行且彼此重合(即三者共光軸)。在圖4A的影像光強度分佈圖中,可看出:在方向D1上,影像亮度較為集中於影像的左側,而右側的影像光亮度較小,比較實施例的迎賓燈的影像亮度分佈較不均勻。相較而言,在方向D1上,本實施例的迎賓燈100、100a、100b的影像畫面的光強度較為均勻。
另一方面,在方向D2上,比較實施例的迎賓燈的影像亮度雖差異較小。但本實施例的迎賓燈100、100a、100b的在方向D2上的影像畫面的亮度仍較比較實施例的亮度均勻。
請再參照圖1,相較於比較實施例,在本例的迎賓燈100中,光源110、透鏡組120兩者的光軸I1、I2實質平行,且光源110的光軸I1與透鏡組120的光軸I2在一垂直光軸方向D上有一非零偏移量OS。請再參照圖2、圖3,相較於比較實施例,在本例的迎賓燈100a、100b中,光源110光軸I2與鏡頭140光軸I3不平行,其中圖2迎賓燈100a更是將光源110光軸I1與透鏡組120光軸I2彼此擺設成互為傾斜以在這兩者之間夾出一非零夾角θ2,圖3迎賓燈100b則是將光源110光軸I1與透鏡組120光軸I2之間設計為平行且重合但與鏡頭140光軸I3之間夾出一非零夾角θ3。上述的做法可在整個迎賓燈100、100a、100b的光學系統中在幾何上引入不對稱性,當照明光IB經由上述不同配置方式的透鏡組120、鏡頭140時,即使迎賓燈100、100a、100b與投影媒介PM之間的距離不一樣(即距離上不對稱性),藉由上述引入的幾何不對稱性,較多比例的照明光IB可導引至較遠距離的投影媒介PM,而較少比例的照明光IB則可被導引至較近距離的投影媒介PM,即造成光學上的不對稱性,而使其可在投影媒介PM上投射出亮度均勻的影像。
也就是說,本發明實例的迎賓燈100、100a、100b以偏移或傾斜方式於其內引入光學的不對稱性,藉此以平衡迎賓燈100、100a、100b與投影媒介PM之間距離的不對稱性,而可投射出亮度均勻的影像。
綜上所述,在本發明一實例的迎賓燈中,光源、透鏡組兩者的光軸實質平行,且光源的光軸與透鏡組的光軸在一垂直光軸方向上有一偏移量。於另一實例的迎賓燈中,光源的光軸分別與透鏡組的光軸及鏡頭的光軸皆不平行。即使迎賓燈與投影媒介之間的距離不一樣,藉由上述配置,迎賓燈可在投影媒介上投射出亮度均勻的影像。

Claims (10)
- 一種迎賓燈,包括:一由一單一發光體所構成的光源;一透鏡組,設於該光源的光路下游;一具有固定影像的濾光片,設於該透鏡組的光路下游;一鏡頭,設於該濾光片的光路下游;其中,該光源的光軸與該透鏡組的光軸實質平行,而該鏡頭的光軸與該迎賓燈的一成像面不垂直,並且該光源與該透鏡組在一垂直光軸方向有一偏移量(OFFSET)。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的迎賓燈,其中該偏移量的範圍落在經絕對值運算後0.1毫米至10毫米的範圍內且不包含0毫米。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的迎賓燈,其中該鏡頭的該光軸與該成像面之間夾有一小於90度的第一夾角。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述的迎賓燈,其中該第一夾角的絕對值愈小時,該偏移量的絕對值愈大。
- 一種迎賓燈,包括:一由一單一發光體所構成的光源;一透鏡組,設於該光源的光路下游;一投影片,為一穿透式的固定影像層,設於該透鏡組的光路下游; 一鏡頭,設於該投影片的光路下游,其中,該光源的光軸與該投影片的光軸不平行,且該光源的光軸與該鏡頭的光軸不平行。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的迎賓燈,其中該鏡頭的該光軸與該迎賓燈的一成像面不垂直,且該鏡頭的該光軸與該成像面夾有一第一夾角。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的迎賓燈,其中該光源的該光軸與該透鏡組的光軸不平行,其中該光源的該光軸與該透鏡組的該光軸之間夾有一第二夾角,該第二夾角在經絕對值運算後的30度以下且不包含0度。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的迎賓燈,其中該光源的該光軸和該透鏡組的光軸平行。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的迎賓燈,其中該光源和該透鏡組為共光軸,該光源的該光軸與該鏡頭的光軸不平行,其中該光源的該光軸與該鏡頭的該光軸之間夾有一夾角,該夾角經絕對值運算後在30度以下且不包含0度。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項或第5項所述的迎賓燈,其中該透鏡組包括至少一枚準直透鏡。
