Abstract
一種導電輪,適用於電連接安裝在一個台車的一個軸承。該導電輪包含一個用以套設在該軸承的輪框、一個套設在該輪框外的輪體,及一個設置在該輪框與該輪體中的導電片。該導電片具有一個外露在該輪框內周面且用以電連接觸該軸承的內導電部,及一個電連接該內導電部且外露在該輪體外周面且用以接觸地面的外導電部。透過在該輪框與該輪體中直接設置該導電片的結構設計,使得本發明導電輪用以電連接安裝在一個台車使用時,可使台車隨時保持接地狀態,而不需再於台車設置接地線。
Description
本發明是有關於一種車輪,特別是指一種用於台車而具靜電導除功能的導電輪。
在電子廠中,靜電是一種對於電子元件危害甚大的無形因素,所以會要求在廠區內可能接觸電子元件的工作者身上都要配備靜電導除設備,而對於要運送電子元件的台車通常也會設置接地設計,例如於人體接觸的把手部分設置一條接地的接地線,但這種設置接地線的方式相當不便,且該接地線容易因為人為因素或其它不確定因素而未接地,以致於殘餘台車或工作者上的靜電未被導除,而意外破壞電子元件。
因此,本發明之一個目的,即在提供一種用於台車且具靜電導除功能的導電輪。
於是,本發明導電輪,適用於電連接安裝在一個台車的
一個軸承。該導電輪包含一個用以套設在該軸承的輪框、一個套設在該輪框外的輪體,及一個設置在該輪框與該輪體中的導電片。該導電片具有一個外露在該輪框內周面且用以電連接觸該軸承的內導電部,及一個電連接該內導電部且外露在該輪體外周面而用以接觸地面的外導電部。
本發明之功效在於:透過在該輪框與該輪體中直接設置該導電片的結構設計,使得本發明導電輪用以電連接安裝在一個台車使用時,可使台車隨時保持接地狀態,而不需再於台車設置接地線。

本發明之其他的特徵及功效,將於參照圖式的實施方式中清楚地呈現,其中:圖1是一個立體圖,說明本發明導電輪的一個實施例;圖2是一個不完整的剖視圖,說明該實施例安裝在一個台車時的情況;圖3是一個剖視圖,說明該實施例結構;及圖4是類似圖2之視圖,說明該實施例之一個導電片的另一種實施態樣。
參閱圖1、2、3,本發明導電輪200的一個實施例,適用於可轉動地安裝在一輛台車900的一個金屬材質的軸承901,而能用以將該台車900的金屬部位接地。該導電輪200包含一個輪框3、一個同軸套設在該輪框3外的輪體4,及一個包埋設置在該輪框3與該輪體4中的導電片5。
該輪框3是由塑膠材料模製成型,該輪體4是由塑膠材料直接模製成型於該輪框3外周側之實心輪體4。但實施時,該輪框3與該輪體4的製造方式不以此為限。
該導電片5是由導電金屬材料製成,是於該輪框3與該輪體4模製成型過程中,被一起包埋設置在該輪框3與該輪體4中。該導電片5具有一個同軸埋設在該輪框3中且外露在該輪框3內周面的內導電部51,及一個同軸埋設在該輪體4中且外露在該輪體4外周面的外導電部52。
該內導電部51具有一個徑向突伸地同軸包埋在該輪框3內之環片狀的內固定段511,及一個自該內固定段511內周緣軸向往外突伸並嵌置在該輪框3內周面之環片狀的內環片段513。該內固定段511具有多個軸向貫穿且繞其軸心間隔分佈的穿孔512,該輪框3是貫穿該等穿孔512地包覆在該內環片段513外。該內環片段513是與該輪框3內周面切齊,而可用以電連接接觸該輪框3所組裝的該軸承901。
該外導電部52具有一個自該內固定段511外周緣徑向往外突伸地包埋在該輪體4中之環片狀的外固定段521,及一個自該外固定段521外周緣軸向往外突伸且嵌置在該輪體4外周面之環片狀的外環片段523。該外固定段521具有多個軸向貫穿且繞其軸心間隔分佈的穿孔522,該輪體4是貫穿該等穿孔522的包覆在該外固定段521外。該外環片段523是與該輪體4外周面切齊,會被該輪體4連動滾抵接觸地面。
本發明導電輪200安裝在台車900使用時,會將該輪框3套設在軸承901外,使該導電片5之該內導電部51電連接接觸該軸承901,再將該軸承901套設在該台車900的一個金屬材質的轉軸902外,使該導電輪200電連接安裝在該台車900並接地。藉此設計,可使該台車900隨時保持在接地狀態。
當一位工作者要使用該台車900時,可將身上的接地線電連接於該台車900有與該導電輪200接觸的金屬部位,或者是直接接觸該台車900有與該導電輪200電連接的金屬部位。當該工作者身上帶有靜電時,該導電輪200可將該台車900倒接的靜電傳導至地面,藉以達到消除靜電的目的。
參閱圖3、4,在本實施例中,該導電片5設置有一個嵌裝外露在該輪框3內周側的內環片段513,以及一個嵌裝外露在該輪體4外周面的外環片段523,但實施時,該導電片5可不設置該內
環片段513與該外環片段523,直接以該內固定段511內周緣接觸該軸承901,而以該外固定段521外周緣直接接觸地面。且可進一步透過該輪體4與該導電片5之材質選擇,使該導電片5與該輪體4具有類似的磨耗率,也就是使該導電片5可隨著該輪體4一起被地面磨耗。
此外,在本實施例中,該內固定段511與該外固定段521之該等穿孔512、522都呈圓孔狀,但實施時,所述穿孔512、522亦可為其它外形。
綜上所述,透過在該輪框3與該輪體4中直接包埋設置該導電片5的結構設計,使得本發明導電輪200用以電連接安裝在一個台車900使用時,可使台車900隨時保持接地狀態,而不需再於台車900設置接地線,確實是一種相當創新實用的創作。因此,確實能達成本發明之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,凡是依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (10)
- 一種導電輪,適用於電連接安裝在一個台車的一個軸承,並包含: 一個輪框,用以套設在該軸承; 一個輪體,套設在該輪框外; 一個導電片,設置在該輪框與該輪體中,具有一個外露在該輪框內周面且用以電連接觸該軸承的內導電部,及一個電連接該內導電部且外露在該輪體外周面且用以接觸地面的外導電部。
- 如請求項1所述的導電輪,其中,該內導電部具有一個包埋設置在該輪框中的內固定段,及一個電連接該內固定段並軸向外擴突伸地外露在該輪框內周面而用以接觸該軸承的內環片段。
- 如請求項2所述的導電輪,其中,該內固定段是呈與該輪框同軸之環狀,該內環片段是自該內固定段內周緣軸向外擴突伸。
- 如請求項3所述的導電輪,其中,該內固定段具有多個軸向貫穿的穿孔,該輪框是嵌穿該等穿孔地包覆在該內固定段外。
- 如請求項1所述的導電輪,其中,該外導電部具有一個電連接該內導電部且包埋在該輪體中的外固定段,及一個與該外固定段電連接且軸向外擴突伸地外露在該輪體外周面的外環片段。
- 如請求項5所述的導電輪,其中,該外固定段是呈與該輪體同軸之環狀,該外環片段是自該外固定段外周緣軸向外擴突伸。
- 如請求項6所述的導電輪,其中,該外固定段具有多個軸向貫穿的穿孔,該輪體是嵌穿該等穿孔地包覆在該外固定段外。
- 如請求項3所述的導電輪,其中,該外導電部具有一個電連接該內固定段且包埋在該輪體中的外固定段,及一個與該外固定段電連接且軸向外擴突伸地外露在該輪體外周面的外環片段。
- 如請求項8所述的導電輪,其中,該外固定段是呈與該輪體同軸之環狀,該外環片段是自該外固定段外周緣軸向外擴突伸。
- 如請求項9所述的導電輪,其中,該內固定段具有多個軸向貫穿的穿孔,該輪框是貫穿該等穿孔地包覆在該內固定段外,該外固定段具有多個軸向貫穿的穿孔,該輪體是貫穿該等穿孔地包覆在該外固定段外。
