藉由上述結構組成型態與技術特徵,本發明所揭具有防非法開啟辨識功能之容器,其實際應用上如圖5所示,主要能夠利用所述撕裂線強度弱化單元的弱化隙縫差異間距型態設置特徵,促使拉持片30的強度弱化部50能夠與拉持片30其他部位產生不同曲度的翹曲狀態,也就是說,當拉持片30被拉起過程中請對照圖6及圖7之變化狀態所示,當面臨的是一般間距的連接肋431與隙縫432區段時,拉持片30會因為連接肋431的阻力抵抗作用而產生一定程度的向上弧彎變形狀態,但是,當來到該第一弱化隙縫432a所對應的區段時,前述阻力抵抗作用瞬間喪失,造成拉持片30的此一區段會產生不同的弧曲度狀態,接著當拉持片30持續被拉起而越過該第一弱化隙縫432a時,又再度面臨一般間距的連接肋431與隙縫432區段,所以當拉持片30被完全拉起之後如圖7所示,會在對應第一弱化隙縫432a的前、後兩端處使拉持片30看起來並非單一弧度平順翹起的狀態,如此一來,人眼從外部觀之會更容易辨識拉持片30被拉開而翹起的狀態,從而達到增進開啟辨識效果之優點及實用進步性;另一方面,當拉持片30被拉起時,透過所述撕裂線強度弱化單元的型態特徵,讓連接肋不會過度遠離縱向線L1,能夠有效避免 因環形撕裂線的連接肋阻力過大而致使拉持片30裂開的問題發生,從而有效避免拉持片操作不確實的問題發生;有關此部份須詳細說明一點:因為本發明中所述環形撕裂線43二側形成第一弱化隙縫432a的區段,在習知結構中通常還佈設有2至4個連接肋部位,然而因為此區段連接肋在申請人實際測試經驗中發現,其對於拉持片30拉力作用的相對阻力最大,最不易被拉斷,因為此處連接肋的分佈角度位置,除了較為遠離受拉部位而不易傳導拉力的原因之外,該處連接肋會以類似扭轉方式面對拉力,而塑料富彈韌性較不易被扭斷,所以最容易產生阻力而引發拉持片30裂開的問題,而這也就是本發明會採用在環形撕裂線43形成第一弱化隙縫432a的技術特徵來解決習知問題的原因之一。 With the above-mentioned structural composition and technical characteristics, the container with the anti-illegal opening and identification function disclosed in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5 in practical application, can mainly utilize the difference spacing of the weakened gaps of the tear line strength weakening unit.
