Abstract
本發明提供一種能進一步提高洗淨性能之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物,該成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物含有(A)烯烴系樹脂以及(B)(B1)HLB為13~20之非離子界面活性劑,其中該熱塑性樹脂組成物含有相對於(A)成分100質量份為0.5~10質量份的(B)成分。
Description
本發明係關於一種用於洗淨擠壓機、射出成形機等的成形加工機之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物。
已知有基底樹脂與其他成分的組合作為熱塑性樹脂之成形加工機用之洗淨劑。
日本特開2014-77049號公報、日本特開2013-154484號公報、日本特開2012-140481號公報、及日本特開2011-46808號公報已揭示作為基底樹脂之聚烯烴樹脂與其他成分組合之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物。
本發明之課題為提供一種能進一步提高洗淨性能之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物。
本發明提供一種成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物,其含有:(A)烯烴系樹脂、及(B)(B1)HLB為13~20之非離子界面活性劑,其中該熱塑性樹脂組成物含有相對於(A)成分100質 量份為0.5~10質量份的(B)成分。
根據本發明之洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物,洗淨成形加工機的內部時的洗淨性與可使用性良好。
<(A)成分>
(A)成分為烯烴系樹脂。(A)成分之烯烴系樹脂係可列舉:HDPE(高密度聚乙烯)、LDPE(低密度聚乙烯)、LLDPE(直鏈狀低密度聚乙烯)、聚丙烯均聚物、乙烯與丙烯的共聚物、以及乙烯及/或丙烯與該等能共聚的單體之共聚物等,此等係能夠使用1種或2種以上。從提高洗淨性能的觀點來看,(A)成分較佳為選自HDPE、LDPE、LLDPE、及聚丙烯均聚物中的1種以上,更佳為選自HDPE及聚丙烯均聚物中的1種以上。
(A)成分之依據ISO1133的熔體流動速率(以下稱為MFR)(10分鐘內流出的樹脂的重量(g/10min))在190℃、負重2.16kg的情況下,較佳為0.01~6,更佳為0.01~3。又,前述(A)成分的MFR(g/10min)在230℃、負重2.16kg的情況下,較佳為0.5~15,更佳為0.5~10。
<(B)成分>
(B)成分為非離子界面活性劑。
(B1)成分係HLB為13~20之非離子界面活性劑。從提高洗淨性能的觀點來看,(B1)成分之HLB較佳為14~20,更佳為16~20。
還有,在本發明中,HLB是親水親油均衡(Hydrophile Lipophile Balance)的縮寫,其係了解化合物是親水性還是親油性的指標,並取0~20的值。HLB值越小,表示親油性越強。在本發明中,HLB值係以下述所示之格里菲(Griffin)的式子來定義。
HLB值=20×Mw/M(式中,M為非離子界面活性劑的分子量,Mw為該非離子界面活性劑的親水性部分的分子量。)
(B1)成分之非離子界面活性劑在前述HLB的範圍內係可列舉聚氧化烯型非離子界面活性劑、去水山梨醇型非離子界面活性劑、甘油酯型非離子界面活性劑(甘油(單、二)脂肪酸酯類)、丙二醇脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、醣苷型非離子界面活性劑(烷基聚醣苷、烷基葡萄糖苷)、脂肪族烷醇醯胺等,此等係能夠使用1種或2種以上。
在此等之中,從提高洗淨性能的觀點來看,(B1)成分在前述HLB的範圍內係以聚氧乙烯(單、二)脂肪酸酯為佳,更佳為聚氧乙烯二脂肪酸酯。又,在(B1)成分為聚氧乙烯(單、二)脂肪酸酯時,前述化合物的1個脂肪酸部分的碳數較佳為8~22,更佳為12~18。
從提高洗淨性能的觀點來看,本發明之成形 加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物係以進一步含有HLB為1~12之非離子界面活性劑作為(B2)成分為佳。亦即,本發明之洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物係以含有(B1)成分與(B2)成分的兩者作為(B)成分為佳。
從提高洗淨性能的觀點來看,(B2)成分的HLB較佳為1~10,更佳為1~8,再更佳為1~5。
(B2)成分之非離子界面活性劑在前述HLB的範圍內係可列舉聚氧化烯型非離子界面活性劑、去水山梨醇型非離子界面活性劑、甘油酯型非離子界面活性劑(甘油(單、二)脂肪酸酯類)、丙二醇脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、醣苷型非離子界面活性劑(烷基聚醣苷、烷基葡萄糖苷)、脂肪族烷醇醯胺等,此等係能夠使用1種或2種以上。
在此等之中,從提高洗淨性能的觀點來看,(B2)成分在前述HLB的範圍內係以選自甘油(單、二)脂肪酸酯、及去水山梨醇(單、二、三)脂肪酸酯中的1種以上為佳,更佳為選自甘油單脂肪酸酯、及去水山梨醇三脂肪酸酯中的1種以上,再更佳為甘油單脂肪酸酯。又,在(B2)成分為甘油(單、二)脂肪酸酯時,前述化合物的1個脂肪酸部分的碳數較佳為8~22,更佳為16~22。又,在(B2)成分為去水山梨醇(單、二、三)脂肪酸酯時,前述化合物的1個脂肪酸部分的碳數較佳為8~22,更佳為12~22。
從提高洗淨性能的觀點來看,本發明之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物中之(B)成分的含有 比例相對於(A)成分的總計100質量份而言,較佳為0.5~10質量份,更佳為1~10質量份,再更佳為1~8質量份,再再更佳為3~7質量份。
從提高洗淨性能的觀點來看,本發明之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物中之(B1)成分的含有比例相對於(A)成分的總計100質量份而言,較佳為0.25~5質量份,更佳為0.5~5質量份,再更佳為0.5~4質量份,再再更佳為1.5~3.5質量份。
從提高洗淨性能的觀點來看,本發明之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物中之(B2)成分的含有比例相對於(A)成分的總計100質量份而言,較佳為0.25~5質量份,更佳為0.5~5質量份,再更佳為0.5~4質量份,再再更佳為1.5~3.5質量份。
從提高洗淨性能的觀點來看,在本發明之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物中,(B1)成分與(B2)成分的總計量中之(B1)成分的含有比例較佳為10~90質量%,更佳為20~80質量%,再更佳為30~70質量%,再再更佳為40~60質量%;從提高洗淨性能的觀點來看,(B2)成分的含有比例較佳為90~10質量%,更佳為80~20質量%,再更佳為70~30質量%,再再更佳為60~40質量%。
從提高洗淨性能的觀點來看,本發明之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物係以進一步含有熱塑性彈性體作為(C)成分為佳。
(C)成分之熱塑性彈性體係可列舉胺基甲酸 酯彈性體、聚酯彈性體、烯烴系彈性體、聚醯胺彈性體、苯乙烯系彈性體等,此等係能夠使用1種或2種以上。
就具體的(C)成分而言,可列舉選自苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段聚合物(SBS)、苯乙烯-異戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段聚合物(SIS)、氫化苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段聚合物(SEBS)、氫化苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段聚合物(SEPS)、乙烯-α烯烴系聚合物、乙烯-α烯烴-多烯聚合物、矽氧橡膠、丙烯酸橡膠、及丁二烯-(甲基)丙烯酸酯聚合物中的1種以上;從提高洗淨性能的觀點來看,較佳為選自苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段聚合物(SBS)、苯乙烯-異戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段聚合物(SIS)、氫化苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段聚合物(SEBS)、及氫化苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段聚合物(SEPS)中的1種以上,更佳為選自苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段聚合物(SBS)、氫化苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段聚合物(SEBS)、及氫化苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段聚合物(SEPS)中的1種以上,再更佳為選自苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段聚合物、及氫化苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段聚合物(SEBS)中的1種以上,再再更佳為氫化苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段聚合物(SEBS)。
從提高洗淨性能的觀點來看,本發明之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物中之(C)成分的含有比例相對於(A)成分的總計100質量份而言,較佳為0.5~20質量份,更佳為1~15質量份,再更佳為1~12質量份,再更佳為2~7質量份。
從提高洗淨性能的觀點來看,本發明之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物係以進一步含有無機填充劑作為(D)成分為佳。
就(D)成分之無機填充材而言,能夠使用粒狀乃至粉狀的填充材、纖維狀的填充材。
就粒狀乃至粉狀的填充材而言,可列舉:滑石、二氧化鈦、二氧化矽、雲母、硫酸鈣、碳酸鈣(重質碳酸鈣、沉澱碳酸鈣)、碳酸鋇、碳酸鎂、硫酸鎂、硫酸鋇、硫酸氧鹽、氧化錫、氧化鋁、高嶺土、碳化矽、金屬粉末、玻璃粉末、玻璃片、玻璃珠等,此等係能夠使用1種或2種以上。
粒狀乃至粉狀的填充材係以平均粒徑為100μm以下為佳,更佳為50μm以下,再更佳為10μm以下,特佳為5μm以下。平均粒徑係藉由沉降天平法進行測定且以50%粒度中央值表示者。
就纖維狀的填充材而言,可列舉:矽灰石、玻璃纖維、玻璃纖維的研磨纖維、鈦酸鉀晶鬚、硼酸鋁晶鬚、氧化鋅晶鬚、厄帖浦石等,此等係能夠使用1種或2種以上。
從提高洗淨性能的觀點來看,(D)成分較佳為選自滑石及玻璃纖維中的1種以上,更佳為滑石。
從提高洗淨性能的觀點來看,本發明之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物中之(D)成分的含有比例相對於(A)成分的總計100質量份而言,較佳為0.1~10質量份,更佳為0.1~5質量份,再更佳為0.1~3 質量份,再更佳為0.5~2質量份。
本發明之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物係藉由將上述各成分以亨舍爾混合機、轉鼓混合機、捏揉機等的混合機預備混合後,以擠壓機進行混煉或是以加熱輥、班布瑞密閉式混煉機進行熔融混煉來製造。
本發明之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物適合作為擠壓成形加工機或射出成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物,更適合作為擠壓成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物。
實施例及比較例
將示於表1、2中的組成之各成分以轉鼓混合機混合後,使用擠壓機進行熔融混煉,得到丸粒狀的樹脂組成物。使用這些組成物,以下述的方法進行洗淨測試,將結果示於表1、2。
於擠壓成形機(GT-25A、PLABOR Research Laboratory of Plastics Technology股份有限公司製)中,在螺旋旋轉數100rpm、樹脂溫度210℃的條件下,將HIPS(耐衝擊性聚苯乙烯)的黑色著色品(黑色著色劑濃度1質量%)1kg作為先行使用樹脂進行擠壓成形。
之後,將表1的各組成物投入擠壓成形機的 加料斗進行擠壓,將先行使用樹脂的黑色消失的時點作為洗淨結束,根據到此為止的前述組成物的使用量(kg)來評價洗淨性。用於洗淨的樹脂組成物的使用量越少,表示洗淨性越優異。
於射出成形機(α-S150iA、FANUC股份有限公司製)中,在汽缸溫度230℃的條件下,將聚丙烯的黑色著色品(黑色著色劑濃度3質量%)1kg作為先行使用樹脂進行射出成形。
之後,將表2的各組成物投入射出成形機進行射出成形,將先行使用樹脂的黑色消失的時點作為洗淨結束,根據到此為止的前述組成物的使用量(kg)來評價洗淨性。用於洗淨的樹脂組成物的使用量越少,表示洗淨性越優異。
又,洗淨結束後,於射出成形機中投入HDPE樹脂(HI-ZEX5300B、Prime Polymer股份有限公司製)進行射出成形時,藉由能否確認先行使用樹脂(聚丙烯的黑色著色品)的黑色來評價洗淨性(有無殘留先行使用樹脂)。先行使用樹脂的黑色無法確認時,表示用於洗淨的樹脂組成物的洗淨性優良。

Claims (12)
- 一種成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物,其含有:(A)烯烴系樹脂、及(B)(B1)HLB為16~20之非離子界面活性劑,其中該熱塑性樹脂組成物含有相對於(A)成分100質量份為0.5~10質量份的(B)成分。
- 如請求項1之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物,其進一步含有(B2)HLB為1~12之非離子界面活性劑作為(B)成分。
- 如請求項1或2之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物,其中(B1)成分為聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯。

- 如請求項2之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物,其中(B1)成分與(B2)成分的總計量中之(B1)成分的含有比例為10~90質量%。
- 如請求項1或2之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物,其進一步含有(C)熱塑性彈性體。
- 如請求項6之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物,其中(C)成分為選自苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段聚合物(SBS)、苯乙烯-異戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段聚合物(SIS)、氫化苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段聚合物(SEBS)、氫化苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段聚合物(SEPS)、乙烯-α烯烴系聚合物、乙烯-α烯烴-多烯聚合 物、矽氧橡膠、丙烯酸橡膠、及丁二烯-(甲基)丙烯酸酯聚合物中的1種以上。
- 如請求項6之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物,其含有相對於(A)成分的總計100質量份為0.5~20質量份的(C)成分。
- 如請求項1或2之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物,其進一步含有(D)無機填充劑。
- 如請求項9之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物,其中(D)成分為選自滑石及玻璃纖維中的1種以上。
- 如請求項9之成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物,其含有相對於(A)成分的總計100質量份為0.1~10質量份的(D)成分。
- 請求項1或2之擠壓成形加工機或射出成形加工機洗淨用之熱塑性樹脂組成物。
