Abstract

The present invention provides a cover, a cover with storage bag for a baby carriage and a baby carriage, the cover (such as a rain cover) including a front sheet portion having an upper edge and a lower edge, and left and right side sheet portions connected to the front sheet portion. Each of the side sheet portions has an upper edge that is connected to the upper edge of the front sheet portion in a state of being folded inward in the width direction.

The invention relates to a cover, a cover with a storage bag for a baby carriage, and a baby carriage.

Conventionally, a rain cover attached to a stroller has been widely used. The rain cover covers the stroller and provides a rain-proof environment for infants and toddlers sitting in the seat. The rain cover disclosed in Japanese JP 2003-054416A is a plurality of pieces cut to match the front shape and side shape of the stroller so that a large gap is not formed between the stroller and the rain cover attached to the stroller formed by connecting the materials. Thereby, not only the rain from above but also the rain from the front or the side can be blocked.

One of the requirements for a cover such as the above-mentioned rain cover is a case where the cover can be easily folded small after use. Because if it cannot be folded small, it will bring inconvenience to the carrying of the cover. In particular, when it is used as a rain cover for a baby carriage, it is desired that the operator of the baby carriage (the user of the baby carriage, the protector) can quickly remove the rain cover by one person without unfolding the rain cover on a table or the ground. The rain cover is folded small. However, it is difficult to fold down the rain cover constructed as described above in a short period of time without unfolding it on a table or the ground.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 11 . In addition, in the embodiment described below, an example in which the cover 100 is configured as a rain cover is shown, but the present invention is not limited to this. First, with reference to FIGS. 1-3, the whole structure of the stroller which becomes the stroller 10 is demonstrated. In FIGS. 1 and 2 , the overall configuration of the stroller 10 to which the rain cover 100 is attached is shown. In FIG. 2 , in order to clarify the illustration of the rain cover 100 , a part of the handle 40 is cut away. The overall configuration of the stroller body 20 is shown in FIG. 3 .

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 , the stroller 10 includes a stroller body 20 , a seat 60 and a canopy 80 held by the stroller body 20 . Moreover, the stroller 10 has the seat cushion 15 fixed to the seat 60 so that attachment or detachment is possible. The infant sits on the seat cushion 15 . Furthermore, the stroller 10 includes a storage basket 90 held by the stroller body 20 below the seat 60 .

3 , the stroller body 20 will be described. The stroller body 20 has a plurality of relatively movable components and can be folded. As shown in FIG. 3 , the stroller main body 20 has a substantially symmetrical configuration as a whole about the center plane in the width direction along the front-rear direction. As shown in FIG. 3 , the stroller main body 20 has the first link member 21 to the third link member in addition to the handle 40 , the front leg 30 having the wheel 33 at the lower end, and the rear leg 35 having the wheel 38 at the lower end. 23 as the main component. First, the first link member 21 will be described. As shown in FIG. 3 , the pair of first link members 21 are provided apart from each other in the width direction. Each of the first link members 21 is located above the front leg 30 and the rear leg 35 and extends in the front-rear direction.

Next, the front legs 30 will be described. As shown in FIG. 3 , the pair of front legs 30 are provided apart from each other in the width direction. Each front leg 30 is connected to the first link member 21 on the corresponding side in the width direction. The front leg 30 is connected to the front portion of the first link member 21 at its upper end portion. The front leg 30 is connected to the first link member 21 so as to be swingable (rotatable) about the axis along the width direction.

Next, the rear legs 35 will be described. As shown in FIG. 3 , the pair of rear legs 35 are provided apart from each other in the width direction. Each of the rear legs 35 is connected to the first link member 21 on the corresponding side in the width direction. The rear leg 35 is connected to the front portion of the first link member 21 at its upper end portion. The rear leg 35 is connected to the first link member 21 so as to be swingable (rotatable) about the axis along the width direction.

Next, the handle 40 will be described. As shown in FIG. 3 , the handle 40 has a handle body 41 formed in a U shape. The handle main body 41 has a pair of straight portions 41a and a curved portion 41b that connects the upper ends of the pair of straight portions 41a. The straight portions 41a are respectively connected to the first link members 21 on the corresponding sides. Each linear portion 41 a is connected to the rear portion of the first link member 21 . Each linear portion 41 a is rotatable relative to the first link member 21 around an axis extending in the width direction.

Here, the stroller body 20 has a fixing mechanism (not shown) for maintaining the unfolded state. The handle 40 has an operating device 42 for remotely operating the securing mechanism. The operator of the stroller 10 can start the operation of folding the stroller body 20 in the unfolded state by operating the operation device 42 .

Next, the second link member 22 will be described. As shown in FIG. 3 , the pair of second link members 22 are provided apart from each other in the width direction. The second link member 22 is disposed between the front leg 30 and the handle 40 , particularly between the middle portion of the front leg 30 and the handle 40 . The second link member 22 is rotatable around an axis extending in the width direction with respect to the front leg 30 and the handle 40 , respectively. The second link member 22 forms at least a part of a link element that connects the corresponding front leg 30 and the handle 40 .

The second link member 22 is rotatably connected to the middle portion of the corresponding front leg 30 about an axis extending in the width direction. In addition, the second link member 22 is rotatably connected to the end portion of the corresponding linear portion 41 a of the handle main body 41 with the axis extending in the width direction as the center.

Next, the third link member 23 will be described. As shown in FIG. 3 , the pair of third link members 23 are provided apart from each other in the width direction. The third link member 23 is provided between the handle 40 and the rear leg 35 , particularly between the handle 40 and the middle portion of the rear leg 35 . The third link member 23 is rotatable about an axis extending in the width direction with respect to the handle 40 and the rear leg 35 , respectively. The third link member 23 forms at least a part of a link element that connects the corresponding rear leg 35 and the handle 40 .

The third link member 23 is rotatably connected to the middle portion of the corresponding rear leg 35 with the axis extending in the width direction as the center. In addition, the third link member 23 is rotatably connected to the end portion of the corresponding linear portion 41 a of the handle main body 41 with the axis extending in the width direction as the center. In the example of the figure, the connection position of the third link member 23 and the handle 40 is the same as the connection position of the second link member 22 and the handle 40 .

A pair of holding members 50 for holding the seat 60 are provided at positions between the first link members 21 in the width direction. The pair of holding members 50 are arranged apart from each other in the width direction. As shown in FIG. 1 , the seat 60 is held at a position between the pair of first link members 21 in the width direction by the pair of holding members 50 .

The stroller body 20 having the above overall configuration can be folded from the unfolded state shown in FIG. 3 to the folded state in which the front legs 30 , the rear legs 35 and the handle 40 are close by rotating the respective components. In addition, it can be expanded from a collapsed state to an expanded state.

Next, the seat 60 held by the stroller body 20 will be described.

It should be noted that, in this specification, unless otherwise specified, “front”, “rear”, “upper”, “upper”, and “front”, “rear”, “upper”, and “rear” are used for the seat 60 , as well as the hood 80 , the rain cover 100 and the storage bag 160 to be described later. The terms "down", "front-rear direction", and "up-down direction" refer to "front", "rear", and "up" with reference to the infant seated on the seat 60 held by the stroller body 20 in the unfolded state , "Down", "Front and Back", and "Up and Down". Therefore, the "front-rear direction" refers to a direction connecting the lower left and upper right of the paper surface in FIG. 3 . In addition, unless otherwise specified, "front" refers to the side facing the infant seated on the seat 60, and the lower left side of the paper in Figs. The front side of the storage bag 160 . On the other hand, the "up-down direction" is a direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction and perpendicular to the ground plane. Therefore, when the ground plane is a horizontal plane, the "up-down direction" refers to the vertical direction. In addition, the "width direction" is a horizontal direction, and is a direction perpendicular to either of the "front-back direction" and the "up-down direction".

The seat 60 is a portion where the infant sits. As shown in FIG. 3 , the seat 60 has a pair of bases 61 that are spaced apart in the width direction. The base portion 61 is a portion supported by the holding member 50 provided in the stroller body 20 .

As shown in FIG. 3 , a seat portion 65 and a back portion 70 are provided between the pair of base portions 61 . The seat portion 65 is a portion facing the buttocks of the infant riding on the stroller 10 . The back 70 is the part opposite to the back of the infant. The back portion 70 is swingable relative to the seat portion 65 . That is, the seat 60 has a backrest adjustable function.

The seat portion 65 has a frame member 66 formed in a U-shape, and a seat plate portion 67 supported by the frame member 66 from below. Portions of the frame member 66 corresponding to both ends of the U-shape are fixed to the corresponding base portions 61 . The frame material 66 extends forward from the pair of bases 61 . The frame material 66 is formed of, for example, a metal pipe. The seat plate portion 67 is a plate-shaped member formed of resin and/or metal. However, instead of the seat plate portion 67 , a cloth stretched on the frame member 66 may be used. The seat plate portion 67 is provided with a plurality of openings 68 for securing weight reduction and air permeability.

The back portion 70 has a rear frame member 71 formed in a U shape. The parts corresponding to both ends of the U-shape which are the rear frame members 71 are rotatably connected to the corresponding base parts 61 . The rear frame member 71 extends upward or rearward from the pair of bases 61 . By rotating the rear frame member 71 relative to the base portion 61 , the backrest of the back portion 70 can be adjusted relative to the seat portion 65 . The back 70 may also have a cloth-like material and/or a plate-like material supported by the rear frame material 71 .

The seat 60 is held on the stroller body 20 by holding the pair of bases 61 spaced apart in the width direction by the holding member 50 on the corresponding side. In the example of the drawing, the orientation of the seat 60 held by the stroller body 20 via the holding member 50 can be changed. As a result, only by changing the orientation of the seat 60 , it is possible to switch between the state of the back of the infant facing forward in the traveling direction of the stroller 10 shown in FIG. 3 , and the surface of the infant facing the operator (protector) of the stroller 10 . to the status.

The seat 60 is detachably provided with a protective member 72 that can be bent between the bases 61 . Moreover, the seat 60 has a pair of roof support parts 73 provided in the base part 61, respectively. The hood 80 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is connected to the hood support portion 73 .

Next, the rain cover 100 and the storage bag 160 for storing the rain cover 100 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 , 2 , and 4 to 11 . 4 is an exploded view showing the rain cover 100 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 , and FIG. 5 is a view showing a state in which the rain cover 100 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is stretched in the vertical direction. In addition, FIG. 6 is a view corresponding to FIG. 1 , and is a view showing a state in which the joint 150 of the rain cover 100 is opened, and FIG. 7 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the stroller main body 20 , and is a view showing that it is accommodated in the seat panel. As can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2 , the rain cover 100 covers the seat 60 and the canopy 80 in the state of being applied to the stroller 10 , and provides a rain-proof environment for the infant seated on the seat 60 . In the example of the figure, when the rain cover 100 is not in use, as shown in FIG. 7 , it is accommodated in a storage bag 160 attached to the stroller body 20 . Thereby, the rain cover 100 can be stored together with the stroller body 20, and the rain cover 100 can be always carried when the stroller 10 is used.

First, the rain cover 100 will be described. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 , the rain cover 100 includes a front sheet portion 110 that covers the upper side of the canopy 80 from the front of the seat 60 in a state of being applied to the stroller 10 , and covers the right side of the seat 60 , and The right first side sheet portion 120 on the right side of the hood 80 and the left first side sheet portion 125 covering the left side of the seat 60 and the left side of the hood 80 . In addition, in the example of the drawing, the rain cover 100 has the right side and the left side covering the seat 60 at a position further rearward than the first side sheet portions 120 and 125 in a state applied to the stroller 10 . and the right second side sheet portion 130 and the left second side sheet portion 135 on the right side and the left side of the hood 80 . In addition, in the example of the figure, the rain cover 100 has a rear sheet which is arranged to face the front sheet portion 110 and is arranged behind the seat 60 and the rear of the canopy 80 in the state applied to the stroller 10 . As shown in FIG. 4 , the surface sheet portion 110 has a rectangular shape elongated in the vertical direction as a whole. The surface sheet portion 110 has an upper edge 111 and a lower edge 112 , and a right edge 113 and a left edge 114 extending up and down between the upper edge 111 and the lower edge 112 .

As shown in FIG. 4 , the first side sheet portions 120 and 125 are formed in a rectangular shape elongated in the vertical direction as a whole. The first side sheet portions 120, 125 have upper edges 121, 126 and lower edges 122, 127, respectively, and front edges 123, 128 and rear edges 124 extending up and down between the upper edges 121, 126 and the lower edges 122, 127 , 129. As clearly shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 , when the rain cover 100 is applied to the stroller 10 , the front edges 123 and 128 are disposed forward of the rear edges 124 and 129 .

2 and 5 , the upper edges 121 and 126 of the first side sheet portions 120 and 125 are connected to the upper edge 111 of the surface sheet portion 110 in a state folded inward in the width direction. 1 and 5 , the lower edges 122 and 127 of the first side sheet portions 120 and 125 are connected to the lower edge 112 of the surface sheet portion 110 while being folded inward in the width direction. In addition, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 5 , the front edge 123 of the right first side surface sheet portion 120 is connected to the right side edge 113 of the surface sheet portion 110 . In addition, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 5 , the front edge 128 of the left first side surface sheet portion 125 is connected to the left side edge 114 of the surface sheet portion 110 .

As shown in FIG. 4 , the second side sheet portions 130 and 135 have a rectangular shape elongated in the vertical direction as a whole. The second side sheet portions 130, 135 have upper edges 131, 136 and lower edges 132, 137, respectively, and leading edges 133, 138 and trailing edges 134 extending up and down between the upper edges 131, 136 and the lower edges 132, 137 , 139. As clearly shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 , the front edges 133 and 138 are disposed forward of the rear edges 134 and 139 when the rain cover 100 is applied to the stroller 10 .

In the example shown in FIG. 4 , the rear sheet portion 140 has a trapezoid shape as a whole. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5 , the upper edge 141 of the rear sheet portion 140 is connected to the upper edge 111 of the front sheet portion 110 , the upper edges 121 and 126 of the first side sheet portions 120 and 125 , and the second side sheet the upper edges 131 and 136 of the material parts 130 and 135 . When such a rain cover 100 is elongated so as to separate the upper edge 111 and the lower edge 112 of the surface sheet portion 110 as shown in FIG. 5 , the first side sheet is folded so as to overlap the surface sheet portion 110 . material parts 120 and 125 and second side sheet material parts 130 and 135. Thereby, when the rain cover 100 is folded, it is possible to effectively prevent the right first side sheet portion 120 from interfering with the left first side sheet portion 125 . Therefore, the folding of the rain cover 100 can be performed easily and quickly.

Furthermore, in the example shown in FIG. 5 , the upper edge 131 of the right second side sheet portion 130 is separated from the upper edge 136 of the left second side sheet portion 135 . In addition, the lower edge 132 of the right second side sheet portion 130 is separated from the lower edge 137 of the left second side sheet portion 135 . This can effectively prevent the right second side sheet portion 130 from interfering with the left second side sheet portion 135 when the rain cover 100 is folded. Thereby, the rain cover 100 can also be folded easily and quickly.

In addition, in the example of the drawing, as clearly shown in FIG. 5 , the connection length L1 between the upper edges 121 and 126 of the first side sheet parts 120 and 125 and the upper edge 111 of the surface sheet part 110 is longer than the first The connection length L2 between the lower edges 122 and 127 of the side sheet parts 120 and 125 and the lower edge 112 of the surface sheet part 110 is long. Thereby, the lower part of the rain cover 100 can be prevented from becoming larger than necessary. Furthermore, the rain cover 100 can be easily handled, and the folded size of the rain cover 100 can be reduced in size.
