Description

可易回收薄層物
本發明是有關於一種可回收薄層物,特別是指一種由回收材質構成而能相互熔融接合並構成衣物或其配件的薄層物。
隨著紡織技術的進步,紡織製品原料選用可更多元並視需求賦予更多功能,因此也衍生出了成衣回收不易的問題。舉例來說,現行最熱門原料-寶特瓶紗是由回收材料製作,在收集瓶身製紗階段就需先進行分色分類、粉碎、清洗、去除雜質、脫水,處理成乾淨的原粒,接著才能進行抽紗與後續製作成衣流程;而製作成成衣後如要回收又需要再經歷前述流程,此時原先回收會遇到的雜質與顏色分類等兩大問題更會被進一步放大,需要更多工序才能進行後續作業。
另一方面,若衣物有例如透氣防水或是多置物空間等功能性需求下,一般多是藉由反應型聚氨酯熱熔膠(polyurethane reactive hot melt adhesives,PUR)將透氣防水層貼合在布料上而達成此功效;而其他衣物配件的固定,例如口袋、拉鍊與止水條 等亦會採用此貼合方式。然而,前述貼合使用的反應型聚氨酯熱熔膠(PUR)無法回收再利用,再加上衣物本身的回收問題,更是造成後續環境汙染的疑慮。
因此,本發明的目的,即在提供一種可易回收薄層物。
於是,本發明可易回收薄層物包含一第一薄層及一第二薄層。該第一薄層包括一內表面。該第二薄層包括一內表面,該第一薄層的該內表面與該第二薄層的該內表面部分熔融接合固定,而部分的該等內表面為可分離地接觸,該第一薄層與該第二薄層為可回收材質且彼此結構相異。
本發明之功效在於,該第一薄層與該第二薄層選用可回收的材質,且其接合方式不使用任何黏著劑,而是讓該第一薄層與該第二薄層能透過熱壓方式直接彼此熔融接合固定,且該第一薄層與該第二薄層兩者結構相異適合構成紡織品,其組成全由回收材質構成且不含任何黏著劑,適合完全回收再利用,不會造成環境汙染。

參閱圖1,本發明薄層物的一實施例包含一第一薄層2及一與該第一薄層2相連接的第二薄層3。適用於本實施例的該第一薄層2與該第二薄層3是選自聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)、聚丙烯(PP)、熱塑型聚胺酯(TPU),聚乙烯(PE),或熱塑型聚醯胺(TPA)等可回收的熱塑性材料。
可使用同質性或類同質性的熱塑性原料,分別製成該第一薄層2和該第二薄層3,並將其組成成品複合薄層物,以利於簡化熱貼加工條件和提升貼合強度,以及簡化回收的工序與提升回收物質的純度,可易於和提升回收物質的重複使用的可能性。
該第一薄層2和該第二薄層3組成成品複合薄層物時,該成品複合薄層物可能是膜貼布或布貼布,也就是其中一者為膜狀另一者為布結構,或兩者皆為布結構,其材質皆可能是同質性熱塑性材料或是不同質性的熱塑性材料。
由於該第一薄層2與該第二薄層3是選用熱塑性材料,因此兩者相連接時不需要使用任何黏著劑,而可直接彼此熔融接合固 定。
具體地說,該第一薄層2與該第二薄層3分別包括一內表面21、31,透過將該第一薄層2的該內表面21與該第二薄層3的該內表面31以熱壓、熱風吹或高週波等加熱方式,直接將該等內表面21、31彼此相互熔融接合固定,其加熱方式並不以此為限,只要能將該第一薄層2與該第二薄層3兩者直接熔融接合在一起即可。然而,當該第一薄層2與該第二薄層3兩者結構組成的不同,使兩者物性及融點具有差異,而導致無法進行熱貼合或透過高週波或超音波貼合時,則必須採用上膠貼合加工,但考量易回收與可重複再利用之因素,其所使用的貼合膠體或塗佈膠體可採用與該第一薄層2及該第二薄層3兩者其中一種同質性熱塑性材料為基材,及添加可熱融性的樹脂和具有機能材料來製成同質性或類同質性的熱融膠膠物,施以上膠或塗佈加工以能達到貼合與易回收及機能等地效果。
較佳地,本發明薄層物可用來構成衣物等紡織品,因此,於本實施例中,是僅讓該等內表面21、31部分或周圍處彼此熔融接合固定,而該等內表面21、31的其他部分則為可分離地接觸,以構成可穿戴的衣物等紡織品,以及各項衣物配件如拉鍊、扣合件與口袋等。
更佳地,該第一薄層2與該第二薄層3的結構可分別為膜狀、不織布結構、平織布結構、針織布結構、纖維結構、紗線混合 結構、立體織物結構、凹凸織物結構,或膠體,或使用同質性的熱塑材料製成纖維或紗線去織成上述布品結構,且該第一薄層2與該第二薄層3構成的結構為彼此相異,且在該第一薄層2與該第二薄層3兩者相熔融接合後,還能保留此兩層的結構態樣,更能在該第一薄層2與該第二薄層3中加入防水保暖等其他適當的機能素材,使其製成的紡織品具有不同功能。
值得一提的是,由於經由本發明所製成的衣物或附加之配件皆是利用第一薄層2與該第二薄層3透過接觸面相熔融接合固定,因此後續回收時,若各薄層是選用相同材質,則可於收集後直接進行粉碎、清洗、脫水,處理成原粒的回收程序,倘若為相異材質,透過將各薄層分離的程序即可進行前述回收程序,相較於以往成衣回收流程可大幅簡化。
綜上所述,本發明薄層物該第一薄層2與該第二薄層3是選用可回收的熱塑性材料,其接合方式完全不需要使用如現有反應型聚氨酯熱熔膠(PUR)等其他黏著劑,而是能讓該第一薄層2與該第二薄層3透過熱壓、熱風吹或高週波等加熱方式直接將兩者彼此熔融接合,由於該薄層物的組成全是由回收材料所構成而不含任何黏著劑,適合後續回收再利用,不會造成環境汙染,故確實能達成本發明的目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明的實施例而已,當不能以此 限定本發明實施的範圍,凡是依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作的簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋的範圍內。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種可易回收薄層物,包含:一第一薄層,包括一內表面;一第二薄層,包括一內表面;及一膠體,設置在該第一薄層與該第二薄層之間,該第一薄層的該內表面與該第二薄層的該內表面部分通過該膠體而熔融接合固定,而部分的該等內表面為可分離地接觸,該第一薄層與該第二薄層為可回收材質且彼此結構相異,該膠體的材質與該第一薄層物及該第二薄層物的兩者其中一者同質性,且添加可融性的樹脂與具有機能材料。
  2. 如請求項1所述的可易回收薄層物,其中,該第一薄層與該第二薄層的結構為膜狀、不織布結構、平織布結構、針織布結構、纖維結構、紗線混合結構、立體織物結構、凹凸織物結構,或膠體。
  3. 如請求項1所述的可易回收薄層物,其中,該第一薄層為膜狀,而該第二薄層為布結構。
  4. 如請求項1所述的可易回收薄層物,其中,該第一薄層與該第二薄層皆為布結構。
  5. 如請求項1所述的可易回收薄層物,其中,該第一薄層與該第二薄層由熱塑性材料構成。
  6. 如請求項5所述的可易回收薄層物,其中,該第一薄層與該第二薄層選自聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚丙烯、熱塑型聚胺酯,聚乙烯,或熱塑型聚醯胺。
  7. 如請求項5所述的可易回收薄層物,其中,該第一薄層與 該第二薄層共同構成一衣物配件。
  8. 如請求項1所述的可易回收薄層物,其中,該第一薄層的該內表面與該第二薄層的該內表面是以熱壓、熱風吹或高週波方式熔融接合固定。
