Description
本發明係有關於一種高復原性樹脂粒子及其用途。更詳言之,本發明係有關於一種自修復性塗佈組成物、有用於將形成化妝品等的塗膜設作目的之用途的高復原性樹脂粒子、以及含有該粒子之塗佈組成物及化妝品。
在汽車內裝零件,係能夠觀察到施行消光塗裝精加工之情形。此種消光塗裝精加工係使用在塗佈組成物中添加有以氧化矽和滑石為代表的光澤調整用顏料之消光劑而進行。但是使用上述消光劑而得到的塗膜係具有硬質的感觸,而且在施加來自外部的衝撃時有容易損傷之問題。因而,要求一種具有較高的耐損傷性、柔軟的觸感(柔感性,soft feel)、平滑的觸感及較高的彈性之塗膜。在化妝品亦要求具有此種特性之塗膜。
作為對塗膜賦予獨特的花紋和柔軟的觸感而使耐損傷性提升之方法,習知有在塗佈組成物中添加增滑劑、例如丙烯酸樹脂粒子、胺甲酸酯樹脂粒子、耐綸樹脂粒子、矽酮樹脂粒子、聚乙烯樹脂粒子等方法。
例如特許第5297845號公報(專利文獻1)中記載一種樹脂粒子,其係藉由使含有在分子的兩末端具有乙烯基之特定交聯性單體與(甲基)丙烯酸酯之混合物聚合而得到,且能夠形成具有優異的復原率且耐損傷性優異之具有柔軟的觸感之塗膜。

但是,上述先前技術仍不充分,而期望提供一種能夠使用在塗膜中且具有進一步改善的特性(特別是較高的復原率)之樹脂粒子。
如此,依照本發明,能夠提供一種高復原性樹脂粒子,其係包含交聯(甲基)丙烯酸酯系樹脂之平均粒徑1至100μm的高復原性樹脂粒子,前述高復原性樹脂粒子係具有22%以上的復原率,1.5至5.0kgf/mm2的30%壓縮強度。

高復原性樹脂粒子係包含交聯(甲基)丙烯酸酯系樹脂之平均粒徑1至100μm的樹脂粒子。在將具有該範圍內的平均粒徑之樹脂粒子使用在塗膜時,係能夠進一步提升復原性及消光效果。平均粒徑未達1μm時,因為在塗膜所形成的凹凸變小,所以有無法得到實質上的消光效果之情形。又,粒子的平均粒徑超過100μm時,塗膜變成不光滑的粗糙狀態且外觀有變差之情形。平均粒徑係以1至80μm為佳,較佳平均粒徑為1至50μm。平均粒徑係能夠採用1μm、5μm、10μm、20μm、30μm、40μm、50μm、60μm、70μm、80μm、90μm、100μm。

多元醇係以200至3000的數量平均分子量及具備2至4個OH基為佳。數量平均分子量未達200及超過3000時,交聯樹脂變得太硬而有時無法得到復原性較高的樹脂粒子。OH基數未達2時,交聯性有時會過度降低。超過4時,交聯性過度上升而有時無法得到復原性較高的樹脂粒子。數量平均分子量係能夠採用200、500、1000、1500、2000、2500、3000。
(a-1)聚酯系多元醇,例如有多元醇與多元羧酸的縮合聚合物;環狀酯(內酯)的開環聚合物;由多元醇、多元羧酸及環狀酯的3種類成分所產生的反應物等;可舉出以含有3個以上的羥基之方式選擇各自的原料而成者。
作為上述多元醇,例如可舉出乙二醇、二乙二醇、丙二醇、二丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇(trimethylene glycol)、1,4-丁二醇、1,3-丁二醇、2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇、1,5-戊二醇、新戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、3-甲基-1,5-戊二醇、2,4-二乙基-1,5-戊二醇、薄荷烷三醇、甘油、三羥甲基丙烷、三羥甲基乙烷、1,2,6-己三醇、新戊四醇、環己烷二醇類(1,4-環己烷二醇等)、雙酚類(雙酚A等)、糖醇類(木糖醇、山梨糖醇等)等。
作為上述多元羧酸,例如可舉出丙二酸、
順丁烯二酸、反丁烯二酸、琥珀酸、戊二酸、己二酸、辛二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸、十二烷二酮酸等的脂肪族二羧酸;1,4-環己烷二羧酸等的脂環式二羧酸;對酞酸、異酞酸、鄰酞酸、2,6-萘二羧酸、對苯二羧酸、1,2,4-苯三甲酸等的芳香族二羧酸等。
作為上述環狀酯(內酯),例如可舉出γ-丁內酯、δ-戊內酯、ε-己內酯等。
(a-2)上述聚醚系多元醇,可舉出以在分子末端(側鏈)含有3個以上羥基之方式,將當作原料的多元醇進行脫水縮合而得到之聚醚系多元醇。
作為多元醇,例如可舉出薄荷烷三醇、甘油、三羥甲基丙烷、三羥甲基乙烷、1,2,6-己三醇、新戊四醇等低分子量的多元醇、及該等多元醇的環氧烷加成物之聚氧伸烷基多元醇等3官能以上的多元醇。
(a-3)上述聚碳酸酯系多元醇,例如可舉出多元醇與光氣的反應物且以含有3個以上的羥基之方式選擇多元醇而成者;及環狀碳酸酯(碳酸伸烷酯等)的開環聚合物且含有3個以上的羥基者等。

作為香料,可舉出薰衣草油、薄荷油(peppermint oil)、萊姆樹油等的天然香料、乙酸乙基苯酯、香葉醇、乙酸對第三丁基環己酯等的合成香料。作為防腐/殺菌劑,可舉出羥苯甲酸甲酯、羥苯甲酸乙酯、羥苯甲酸丙酯、烷基二甲基苄基銨(benzalkonium)、苯乙銨(benzethonium)等。
作為抗氧化劑,可舉出二丁基羥基甲苯、
丁基羥基茴香醚、没食子酸丙酯、生育酚等。作為紫外線吸收劑,可舉出微粒子氧化鈦、微粒子氧化鋅、微粒子氧化鈰、微粒子氧化鐵、微粒子氧化鋯等的無機系吸收劑、苯甲酸系、對胺基苯甲酸系、鄰胺苯甲酸系、柳酸系、肉桂酸系、二苯基酮系、二苯甲醯基甲烷系等的有機系吸收劑。
作為特殊調配成分,可舉出雌素二醇(estradiol)、雌素酮(estrone)、乙炔雌二醇(ethinyl estradiol)、皮質酮(cortisone)、氫化皮質酮、強體松(prednisone)等的荷爾蒙類、維生素A、維生素B、維生素C、維生素E等的維生素類、檸檬酸、酒石酸、乳酸、氯化鋁、硫酸鋁/鉀、尿囊素氯化羥鋁(Allantoin Aluminum Chlorohydrate)、對苯基磺酸鋅、硫酸鋅等的皮膚收斂劑、斑螫酊劑(cantharides tincture)、胡椒酊劑(pepper tincture)、生薑酊劑(Ginger Tincture)、日本獐牙菜萃取物(Swertia Japonica Extract)、蒜精(Garlic extract)、日本扁柏油(hinokitiol)、氯化三甲胺丁酸甲酯(carpronium chloride)、十五烷酸甘油酯、維生素E、動情激素(estrogen)、感光素等的毛髮生長促進劑、磷酸-L-抗壞血酸鎂、麴酸等的美白劑等。
以下,基於實施例而更詳細地說明本發明,但是本發明係不被該等實施例限定。又,以下敘述在實施例之各種測定法。
樹脂粒子之10%及30%壓縮變位時的壓縮強度S10及S30的測定,係藉由使用島津製作所公司製的微小壓縮試驗機(MCTM-200)之壓縮試驗而進行進行。
亦即,首先將樹脂粒子載置在下部加壓板(SKS平板)上,藉由MCTM-200的光學顯微鏡(物鏡倍率50倍)選出一個獨立的微細樹脂粒子(在至少直徑100μm的範圍內不存在其他樹脂粒子的狀態)。藉由MCTM-200的粒徑測定游標測定所選出的樹脂粒子直徑。選出之樹脂粒子,係按照作為測定對象的粒徑而決定。其次,藉由使試驗用壓頭以下述的負荷速度降下至所選出的樹脂粒子之頂點,且對樹脂粒子緩慢地施加荷重至最大荷重9.81mN為止,來測定前面所測定的樹脂粒子直徑變位10%或30%的時點之荷重。從所得到的測定值,依照下式而求取個別的壓縮強度。對6個樹脂粒子進行測定,從6個壓縮強度將最大值及最小值除去且將殘留的4個壓縮強度之平均值設作在變位10%或30%的時點之壓縮強度(S10或S30強度)。

樹脂粒子的復原率之測定係藉由使用島津製作所公司製的微小壓縮試驗機(MCTM-200)之負荷-除荷試驗而進行。
亦即,首先將樹脂粒子載置在下部加壓板(SKS平板)上,藉由MCTM-200的光學顯微鏡(物鏡倍率50倍)選出一個獨立的微細樹脂粒子(在至少直徑100μm的範圍內不存在其他樹脂粒子的狀態)。藉由MCTM-200的粒徑測定游標測定所選出的樹脂粒子直徑。選出之樹脂粒子係按照作為測定對象的粒徑而決定。其次,藉由使試驗用壓頭以下述的負荷速度降下至所選出的樹脂粒子之頂點,來測定對樹脂粒子施加荷重至最大試驗力9.81mN為止時之粒徑A,隨後,測定卸下荷重至最小試驗力1.96mN為止時之粒徑B。從粒徑A與粒徑B所得到的變位量(復原量),依照下式而求取個別的復原率。對6個樹脂粒子進行測定,從6個復原率將最大值及最小值除去且將殘留的4個數據之平均值設作復原率。

玻璃轉移溫度係使用黏彈性測定裝置PHYSICA MCR301(Anton Paar公司製)、溫度控制系統CTD450及液體氮供給裝置、解析軟體Rheoplus、及幾何形狀為 8mm的上下格子孔加工之平行平板,於23℃在平板夾住 10mm、厚度約1mm的圓盤狀試片,且以正向力成為0.05N的方式調整平板之間的距離,從冷卻至-70℃後開始測定。將對前述試片所施加的振動頻率設為1Hz,將在升溫速度為5℃/分鐘、測定溫度幅度-70℃至200℃、-70℃→50℃的範圍時之應變0.01%→1%(對數升降)且正向力3N、50℃→100℃的範圍時應變1%→2%(對數升降)且正向力3N→2N(線性升降)、測定點間隔為0.2分鐘、氮環境的條件下所測得的損失正接(tan δ)之極大值設作玻璃轉移溫度。
準備2個將在製造樹脂粒子所使用的油相設作調配液,且將調配液各自注入由矽酮片所製成之厚度6mm的框內,藉由PET薄膜夾入,而且藉由玻璃板夾入且使用夾子固定而成之物。各自使一方的固定物於50℃聚合反應24小時且使另一方面的固定物於90℃聚合反應8小時,而得到厚度6mm、2mm之2種樹脂片,作為在製造樹脂粒子所使用的樹脂組成之物性測定用試樣。
將實施例或比較例所得到之厚度6mm的樹脂片切取成為平面尺寸12mm×12mm的正方形板狀,且將所得到的正方形板狀樹脂片作為試片。
在以下所顯示的測定條件及環境下,使用壓縮試驗機而將試片以10mm/分鐘的壓縮速度進行壓縮且使試片的厚度壓縮30%後,以與壓縮相同的速度釋放至初期厚度為止,來測定從壓縮開始時至被釋放至成為初期厚度為止之時點的荷重及應變的變化。又,針對該等值全部,各自測定3個試片且將3個的平均值採用作為最後的測定值。
又,試片係在JIS K 7100:1999的記號「23/50」(溫度23℃、相對濕度50%)、2級的標準環境下經過16小時調整狀態之後,在相同標準環境下進行測定。又,試片的初期厚度係對試片施加荷重(初期荷重)0.5N(應力3.5kPa)後,測定作為試片的厚度。又,試片的變位,係對試片施加荷重(初期荷重)0.5N(應力3.5kPa)後,後測定加壓板(可動板)夾具的位置作為原點來測定。
壓縮試驗機:TENSILON萬能試驗機「UCT-10T」(ORIENTEC公司製)
數據處理軟體:循環試驗模式「UTPS-458C」(Softbrain公司製)
壓縮夾具:依據JIS K 6767:1999之壓縮夾具
從在第1次循環之加壓能量(J)及除壓能量(J),依照下式算出在第1次循環之遲滯能量及遲滯損耗。
遲滯能量(J)=加壓能量(J)-除壓能量(J)
遲滯損耗(%)=100×(遲滯能量(J)/加壓能量(J)
樹脂粒子的體積平均直徑(依體積基準的粒度分布之算術平均直徑)的測定係藉由COULTER MULTISIZER II(Beckmancoulter公司製測定裝置)且使用以下的方法而進行。又,在本測定,係依照Coulter Electronics Limited發行的Reference MANUAL(參考手冊)FOR THE COULTER MULTISIZER(1987),使用50μm孔徑進行校定來測定。
具體而言,係在0.1重量%非離子系界面活性劑10ml中,將樹脂粒子0.1g使用觸控式混合機(YAMATO科學公司製「TOUCHMIXER MT-31」)及超音波洗淨機(VELVO-CLEAR公司製「ULTRASONIC CLEANER VS-150])
使其預分散而得到分散液。其次,將前述分散液邊緩慢地攪拌邊使用滴管滴下至COULTER MULTISIZER II本體所具備之充滿ISOTON(註冊商標)II(Beckmancoulter公司製測定用電解液)的燒杯中,且使COULTER MULTISIZER II本體畫面的濃度計度數與10%左右一致。其次,在COULTER MULTISIZER II本體,實施例7係將孔徑尺寸(直徑)輸入為100μm,將Current(孔徑電極)輸入為1600μA,將Gain(增益)輸入為2,將Polarity(內部電極的極性)輸入為+,且以manual(手動模式)進行測定;除了該等實施例以外的實施例及比較例,係將孔徑尺寸(直徑)輸入為50μm,將Current(孔徑電極)輸入為800μA,將Gain(增益)輸入為4,將Polarity(內部電極的極性)輸入為+,且以manual(手動模式)進行測定。測定中係以保持氣泡不進入燒杯內的程度緩慢地攪拌,且在完成測定10萬個樹脂粒子之時點結束測定。將在10萬個樹脂粒子的體積基準的粒度分布之算術平均直徑設作體積平均直徑。
在燒瓶添加1,6-己二醇聚碳酸酯二醇之六亞甲基二異氰酸酯脲基甲酸酯加成物(NCO含量13.5%、4官能)1400g(1莫耳)、氫醌單甲醚1.4g、丙烯酸2-羥基乙酯的己內酯1莫耳加成物(分子量230)1265g(5.5莫耳),於70至80℃使其反應至游離異氰酸酯量成為0.1%以下為止,而得到交聯
性寡聚物A((甲基)丙烯醯基當量485g/mol)。又,(甲基)丙烯醯基當量係依照(1400+1265)/5.5=485的計算式而算出。
相對於交聯性寡聚物A100質量份,調配1質量份之2,2-偶氮雙(2,4-二甲基戊腈)(以下,略記為「AVNV」)(日本Finechem公司製)且溶解。在聚對酞酸乙二酯基材(TORAY公司製PET、型號:#100 T60)上,將其以膜厚成為約1mm的方式藉由矽酮襯墊夾入,在50℃的烘箱加熱24小時使其硬化。所得到的硬化物A之玻璃轉移溫度為18℃。
在燒瓶添加三羥甲基丙烷的環氧乙烷加成物之六亞甲基二異氰酸酯加成物(NCO含量9.4%、平均3官能)1340g(1莫耳)、氫醌單甲醚0.8g、丙烯酸2-羥基乙酯(分子量116)365g(3.15莫耳),於70至80℃使其反應至游離異氰酸酯量成為0.1%以下為止,而得到交聯性寡聚物B((甲基)丙烯醯基當量541g/mol)。衍生自交聯性寡聚物B的硬化物B之玻璃轉移溫度為8℃。
將作為(甲基)丙烯酸酯系單官能單體之丙烯酸正丁酯50質量份、在合成例1所得到的交聯性寡聚物A50質量份、作為油溶性界面活性劑之「KAYAMER(註冊商標)PM-21」(日本化藥公司製)0.1質量份、作為聚合起始劑之
AVNV(日本Finechem公司製)0.5質量份及過氧化苯甲醯基0.1質量份混合而調製油相。又,將作為水性介質之去離子水200質量份、作為分散劑之藉由複分解法所生成的焦磷酸鎂6.1質量份混合而調製水相。
其次,將上述油相使用TK-均質混合機(PRIMIX公司製)以8000rpm使其在上述水相中分散5分鐘而得到大約8μm的分散液。隨後,將該該分散液添加至具備攪拌機及溫度計之聚合器,將聚合器的內部溫度升溫至50℃且將上述懸浮液繼續攪拌3小時,在上述懸浮液追加作為界面活性劑之十二基苯磺酸鈉0.05質量份之後,藉由將聚合器的內部溫度升溫至90℃(二次升溫)且將上述懸浮液於90℃攪拌3小時,使其完成懸浮聚合反應。
將上述懸浮液冷卻之後,使用鹽酸將在該懸浮液所含有的分散劑(焦磷酸鎂)分解。隨後,藉由將懸浮液過濾且脫水而將固體成分分離,且使用充分的水洗淨固體成分。在洗淨後的固體成分中添加作為無機粉末之疏水性膠態氧化矽(日本AEROSIL公司製、商品名「AEROSIL(註冊商標)R974」)2.5質量份,且在50℃減壓乾燥24小時。其次,使用大阪CHEMICAL公司製的粉碎機「Labo Milser」(型號:LM-PLUS),將乾燥時凝聚的樹脂粒子粉碎而得到經乾燥及粉碎之樹脂粒子。隨後,藉由通過孔眼開度63μm的網篩,而將具有上限(63μm)以上的粒徑之樹脂粒子除去(截除),來得到體積平均粒徑8.3μm的樹脂粒子。樹脂粒子係具有2.31之30%壓縮強度、33.1%的復原率。又,構
成樹脂粒子之樹脂係具有15%的遲滯損耗。
除了使用在合成例2所得到的交聯性寡聚物B,來代替交聯性寡聚物A以外,係與實施例1相同地進行而得到體積平均粒徑7.5μm的樹脂粒子。樹脂粒子係具有4.9之30%壓縮強度、25.4%的復原率。又,構成樹脂粒子之樹脂係具有13%的遲滯損耗。
除了使用70質量份丙烯酸正丁酯、30質量份交聯性寡聚物A以外,係與實施例1相同地進行而得到體積平均粒徑7.8μm的樹脂粒子。樹脂粒子係具有3.3之30%壓縮強度、22.5%的復原率。又,構成樹脂粒子之樹脂係具有22%的遲滯損耗。
除了使用30質量份丙烯酸正丁酯、70質量份交聯性寡聚物A以外,係與實施例1相同地進行而得到體積平均粒徑9.2μm的樹脂粒子。樹脂粒子係具有3.8之30%壓縮強度、27.5%的復原率。又,構成樹脂粒子之樹脂係具有17%的遲滯損耗。
除了使用作為(甲基)丙烯酸酯系單官能單體之丙烯酸正丁酯30質量份、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯10質量份及甲基丙
烯酸丁酯10質量份以外,係與實施例1相同地進行而得到體積平均粒徑8.5μm的樹脂粒子。樹脂粒子係具有3.5之30%壓縮強度、30.3%的復原率。又,構成樹脂粒子之樹脂係具有18%的遲滯損耗。
除了使用市售的胺甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯之日本合成化學公司製 商品名:紫光 產品號碼:UV-7000B(Tg=52℃、官能基數=2.5),來代替交聯性寡聚物A以外,係與實施例1相同地進行而得到體積平均粒徑8.9μm的樹脂粒子。樹脂粒子係具有7.21之30%壓縮強度、17.8%的復原率。又,構成樹脂粒子之樹脂係具有15%的遲滯損耗。
除了使用市售的胺甲酸酯(甲基)丙烯酸酯之日本合成化學公司製UV-3200B(Tg=-8℃、官能基數=2),來代替交聯性寡聚物A以外,係與實施例1相同地進行而得到體積平均粒徑9.1μm的樹脂粒子。樹脂粒子係具有8.31之30%壓縮強度、18.9%的復原率。所得樹脂係具有黏著性。又,構成樹脂粒子之樹脂係具有20%的遲滯損耗。
除了使用80質量份丙烯酸正丁酯,使用20質量份三羥甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(Tg>250℃)來代替交聯性寡聚物A以外,係與實施例1相同地進行而得到體積平均粒徑
8.3μm的樹脂粒子。樹脂粒子係具有1.49之30%壓縮強度、19.1%的復原率。又,構成樹脂粒子之樹脂係具有45%的遲滯損耗。
除了使用80質量份丙烯酸正丁酯,使用20質量份聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(n(乙二醇重複數)=14、Tg=-23℃、官能基數=2)來代替交聯性寡聚物A以外,係與實施例1相同地進行而得到體積平均粒徑8.8μm的樹脂粒子。樹脂粒子係具有10.86之30%壓縮強度、14.1%的復原率。所得樹脂係具有黏著性。又,構成樹脂粒子之樹脂係具有50%的遲滯損耗。
除了將使油相與水相混合且使用均質混合機分散而成之分散液,藉由MICROFLUIDIZER(HC-5000、MIZUHO工業公司製),在100kg/cm2的壓力下通過1次以外,係與實施例1相同地進行而得到體積平均粒徑3.5μm的樹脂粒子。樹脂粒子顯示4.5之30%壓縮強度、24.5%的復原率。又,10%壓縮強度為0.51,樹脂的遲滯損耗為15。
除了將TK均質混合機的轉數設為1500rpm以外,係與實施例2相同地進行而得到體積平均粒徑25.1μm的樹脂粒子。樹脂粒子係具有1.8之30%壓縮強度、37.5%的復原率。又,10%壓縮強度為0.13,樹脂的遲滯損耗為13。
將在製造樹脂粒子所使用的原料及樹脂粒子之物性彙
總而記載在表1。
對在上述實施例1至5及比較例1至4所得到的樹脂粒子各0.8g,調配黏結劑樹脂(第一工業製藥公司製RST-201)6g、光聚合起始劑(BASF公司製DAROCUR1173)0.15g及作為溶劑之甲苯4g而得到塗佈組成物。將含有從實施例1至5及比較例1至4所得到的樹脂粒子之塗佈組成物各自彙總而作為實施例8及比較例5。將該等使用45μm的塗佈器塗佈在ABS板上且乾燥後,藉由照射紫外線且硬化而得到塗膜。使用所得到的塗膜而進行評價復原性。
復原性係使用黃銅毛刷來回10次,而將幾乎不殘留線條者評定為○,將稍微殘留白色線條者評定為△,將殘留白色線條者評定為×。
含有實施例1至5的樹脂粒子之塗膜係任一者的復原性均為○,但是含有比較例1及2的樹脂粒子之塗膜係任一者的復原性均為△,含有比較例3及4的樹脂粒子之塗膜係任一者的復原性均為×。
將樹脂粒子、紅色氧化鐵、黃色氧化鐵、黑色氧化鐵、氧化鈦、雲母、滑石使用亨謝爾混合機(Henschel mixer)混合,於其中添加將流動石蠟、肉豆蔻酸辛基十二酯、凡士林及防腐劑混合溶解而成者且均勻地混合。於其中添加香料且混合之後,進行粉碎而通過篩網。將其壓縮成形在金屬盤而得到粉底霜。
首先,將硬脂酸、鯨蠟醇、凡士林、流動石蠟、聚乙烯單油酸酯加熱溶解,於此添加/混合樹脂粒子且於70℃進行保溫(油相)。又,於純水中添加聚乙二醇、三乙醇胺,加熱溶解且於70℃進行保溫(水相)。將油相添加至水相且進行預乳化,隨後使用均質混合機均勻地進行乳化,乳化後藉由邊攪拌邊使其冷卻至30℃為止而得到化妝乳液。
Claims (11)
- 一種高復原性樹脂粒子,係包含交聯(甲基)丙烯酸酯系樹脂之平均粒徑1至100μm的高復原性樹脂粒子,前述高復原性樹脂粒子係具有22%以上的復原率,1.5至5.0kgf/mm2的30%壓縮強度,前述交聯(甲基)丙烯酸酯系樹脂係包含衍生自交聯性寡聚物及(甲基)丙烯酸酯系單官能單體之樹脂,該交聯性寡聚物係具有使(a)多元醇、(b)聚異氰酸酯及(c)具有OH基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯反應而得到之複數個自由基聚合性基,前述交聯(甲基)丙烯酸酯系樹脂係含有(甲基)丙烯酸酯系單官能單體20至80質量%、及交聯性寡聚物80至20質量%之單體混合物的聚合物。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之高復原性樹脂粒子,其中在使前述交聯性寡聚物單獨硬化時,係顯示0至30℃的Tg(從黏彈性測定)。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之高復原性樹脂粒子,其中前述(甲基)丙烯酸酯系單官能單體為碳數1至8的醇的(甲基)丙烯酸酯。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之高復原性樹脂粒子,其中前述交聯(甲基)丙烯酸酯系樹脂係包含顯示30%以下的遲滯損耗之樹脂組成。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之高復原性樹脂粒子,其中前述交聯性寡聚物係顯示300至1000g/mol的丙烯酸當量。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之高復原性樹脂粒子,其中前述多元醇係選自聚酯系多元醇、聚醚系多元醇、聚碳酸酯多元醇、脂肪族烴系多元醇及脂環族烴系多元醇。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之高復原性樹脂粒子,其中前述聚異氰酸酯係選自脂肪族聚異氰酸酯、脂環族聚異氰酸酯、芳香族聚異氰酸酯及芳香脂肪族聚異氰酸酯。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之高復原性樹脂粒子,其中前述具有OH基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯係選自丙烯酸2-羥基乙酯、甲基丙烯酸2-羥基乙酯、丙烯酸2-羥基丙酯、甲基丙烯酸2-羥基丙酯、丙烯酸4-羥基丁酯、己內酯改質-丙烯酸2-羥基乙酯、聚乙二醇單(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚丙二醇單丙烯酸酯、聚丁二醇單(甲基)丙烯酸酯、2-(甲基)丙烯醯氧基乙基-2-羥乙基酞酸酯、苯基環氧丙基醚(甲基)丙烯酸酯、新戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、二新戊四醇五丙烯酸酯及己內酯改質二新戊四醇五(甲基)丙烯酸酯。
- 一種塗佈用組成物,係含有申請專利範圍第1項所述之高復原性樹脂粒子。
