Abstract
一種跑步機的按摩耐滑板成形方法及其成品,係包括下列步驟:步驟一:設有一模具,該模具底部設置多個凹穴,將耐磨材料置入該模具的凹穴內;步驟二:將一板材放入該模具中,使該耐磨材料結合在該板材表面形成多個按摩凸體;步驟三:將該板材脫離該模具,該板材表面形成具有按摩凸體的按摩耐滑板。主要透過模具內先形成一具有按摩凸體的耐磨層,接著將板材放入模具與該耐磨層結合,結合後會在該板材表面上形成立體按摩凸體,以提供該按摩耐滑板與一跑步板結合後具有按摩腳底的功效,達到降低製造按摩耐滑板製造成本,並提升製程的機動性,不受製造數量的限制。
Description
本發明涉及運動器材技術領域,特別係指一種在模具內先形成一具有按摩凸體的耐磨層,接著將板材放入模具與該耐磨層結合,結合後會在該板材表面上形成立體按摩凸體,以結合跑步板時能降低製造成本及提供製程機動性的跑步機的按摩耐滑板成形方法及其成品。
目前跑步機的跑步帶下方依序設有耐滑板結合跑步板的結構,該耐滑板製作是先透過紡織編織或是透過石化材料製造出一捆或一捲的耐滑帶,前述的耐滑帶依照跑步板尺寸裁切形成耐滑板結構,耐滑帶有不同的造型,例如有平面狀、弧形或是具有按摩顆粒,再將耐滑板組裝於跑步板上,最後再將跑步帶設置於耐滑板上方;其中,具有顆粒的耐滑板,當跑步時,該跑步帶在耐滑板上運轉,該耐滑板的按摩顆粒受跑步者的腳底踩踏跑步帶行進,同時該按摩顆粒即對腳底產生按摩作用。
然而,現有的按摩耐滑板製造方式有下列的缺點:
(1)按摩凸體製造方式不良率高:現有的耐滑板上要設置有按摩功能的耐滑板,需要將耐滑板剪裁後,送入一加工機械內沖壓,使得該耐滑板上具有多個按摩凸體,但是上述結構的製造上,在製造的過程中,因整個耐滑板為耐磨材料所成形,時常為了在該耐滑板表面上沖壓出按摩凸體,而造成耐滑板的破裂情況。
(2)成本浪費:製造商為了生產需要訂製相當多的耐滑帶,這些耐滑帶都是以耐磨材料製成,成本高,且整捆相當占空間,並且囤積耐滑帶也造成製造商資金周轉的問題。
本發明的主要目的即在於提供一種跑步機的按摩耐滑板成形方法及其成品,主要透過模具於板材表面製造出以耐磨材料成形的一耐磨凸體,並且該模具可依據所需求的按摩凸體製造出相應不同深度及形狀的凹穴。
可以達到上述結構的製法,包括下列步驟:步驟一:設有一模具,該模具上設置多個凹穴,將耐磨材料注入該模具的凹穴內;步驟二:將一板材放入該模具中,使得該耐磨材料結合在該板材表面,形成多個按摩凸體;步驟三:將該板材脫離該模具,該板材表面形成具有按摩凸體的按摩耐滑板結構。
在某些實施方式中,在步驟二後,設有一加硫定型處理,其可提供耐滑層的按摩凸體具有高強度、高彈性、高耐磨、抗腐蝕的結構性質。
在某些實施方式中,在步驟二後,還可以自然冷卻定型。
在某些實施方式中,該板材設有多個注孔,這些注孔的位置恰可對應該模具的這些凹穴,將該耐磨材料由這些注孔注入這些凹穴內,使得這些凹穴內形成的按摩凸體與該板材質直接結合為一體。
在某些實施方式中,該板材上設置有數個錐形凸柱,該錐形凸柱中心貫穿形成一注孔,這些注孔注入耐磨材料於該凹穴內,該耐磨材料包覆該錐形凸柱,以提升成形的按摩凸體的強度,並可減少耐磨材料的使用量,降低成本。
在某些實施方式中,該模具的成形面上設置有立體的花紋,當成形後,該耐滑層上形成的按摩凸體具有美觀性,並且還具有耐磨功效。
本發明還包含一種跑步機的按摩耐滑板,其主要結構包括:一模具,其底部設有多個凹穴;一耐磨材料,係注入該模具底部的凹穴內;一板材,貼附在該模具底部的多個凹穴上方;因此,該模具底部多個凹穴內的耐磨材料結合在該板材表面上形成一耐磨層,使板材表面上形成具有耐磨層的按摩凸體的按摩耐滑板。
透過上述的說明,本發明可以獲得的優點如下:
(1)簡化製程:透過本發明的製造流程,不需大量生產即能隨時製造成形按摩耐滑板,具有較高的機動性。
(2)容易變換按摩凸體花紋規格:本發明的按摩凸體係透過模具成型,因此按摩凸體尺寸取得,僅選擇事先準備好的模具隨時更換,即能製造出不同規格及花紋的按摩凸體的按摩耐滑板。
(3)節省成本:該耐磨材料選用材質較佳的原料,耐滑材料僅注入凹穴中,與現有結構的耐滑板皆選用材質成本較高的原料相較下,本發明具有節省成本的優點。

為使 貴審查委員能對本發明的特徵與其特點有更進一步的了解與認同,茲列舉以下較佳的實施例並配合圖式說明如下:請參閱第1至4圖,本發明的跑步機的按摩耐滑板成形方法包括:步驟一S1:設有一模具2,該模具2上設置多個凹穴21,將耐磨材料1注入該模具2的凹穴21內;步驟二S2:將一板材3放入該模具2中,使得該耐磨材料1結合在該板材3表面形成多個按摩凸體31;步驟三S3:將該板材3脫離該模具2,該板材3表面形成具有按摩凸體31的耐滑板結構。
透過上述製造方式所製造的板材3上設置有多個按摩凸體31,這些按摩凸體31能對腳底按摩,並且按摩凸體31係由模具2的凹穴21所形成,並與板材3直接結合,能減少成本及提升製造的機動性。
在某些實施方式中,在步驟二S2後,設有一加硫定型的硫化處理,由於該耐滑板主要以石化類的原料所製造,因此其具有類似橡、塑膠等材質的特性,在步驟二S2後將該板材3與多個按摩凸體31結合後進行加硫定型的硫化處理,其可提供耐滑層具有高強度、高彈性、高耐磨、抗腐蝕的結構性質。
在某些實施方式中,在步驟二S2後,還可藉自然冷卻定型。
請參閱第5圖,本發明另外提供一種在板材上形成按摩凸體的方式,其主要在該板材3設有多個注孔32,這些注孔32的位置恰對應於該模具2的多個凹穴21,因此將該板材3放入該模具2中,將耐磨材料1透過這些注孔32注入這些凹穴21內,使得該板材3上形成多個按摩凸體31的結構。
請參閱第6圖,本發明進一步提供加強按摩效果的結構,該板材3上設置有數個錐形凸柱33,該錐形凸柱33中心貫穿形成一注孔32,再透過這些注孔32將耐磨材料1注入在該模具2的凹穴21內,該耐磨材料1包覆該錐形凸柱33形成按摩凸體31,其使按摩凸體31形成空心,以減少使用昂貴耐磨材料的使用量,可降低製造成本。
進一步的,該按摩耐滑板上的按摩凸體31,還可依模具2底部設置不同形狀的凹穴21成型相對應形狀的立體花紋。
一種跑步機的按摩耐滑板,其主要包括:一模具2,其底部設有多個凹穴21;一耐磨材料1,係注入在該模具2底部的凹穴21內;一板材3,貼附在該模具2底部的多個凹穴21上方;因此,該模具2底部多個凹穴21內的耐磨材料1結合在該板材3表面上形
成一耐磨層,使板材3表面上形成具有耐磨層的按摩凸體31的按摩耐滑板。
綜上所述,本發明透過模具2在板材3表面上形成具有按摩凸體31的耐滑板,其具有節省成本、製造成形的機動性佳;且其構成結構、製造方法均未曾見於諸書刊或公開使用,實符合發明專利申請要件。
以上所揭,僅為本發明所提供的較佳實施例而已,並非用以限制本發明的專利保護範圍,凡本領域技術人員根據本發明所為的均等變化,皆應屬本發明所涵蓋的範圍內。
Claims (9)
- 一種跑步機的按摩耐滑板成形方法,主要包括下列步驟:步驟一:設有一模具,該模具上設置多個凹穴,將耐磨材料注入該模具的凹穴內;步驟二:將一板材放入該模具中,使該耐磨材料結合在該板材表面形成多個按摩凸體;步驟三:將該板材脫離該模具,該板材表面形成具有按摩凸體的按摩耐滑板。
- 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述跑步機的按摩耐滑板成形方法,其中,在步驟二後,經一加硫定型的硫化處理或自然冷卻定型。
- 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述跑步機的按摩耐滑板成形方法,其中,該板材設有多個注孔,這些注孔的位置恰可對應該模具的這些凹穴,將該耐磨材料由這些注孔注入該凹穴內,使得該板材上形成多個按摩凸體結構。
- 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述跑步機的按摩耐滑板成形方法,其中,該板材上設置有多個錐形凸柱,該錐形凸柱中心貫穿形成一注孔,這些注孔注入耐磨材料於該凹穴內,該耐磨材料包覆該錐形凸柱,使成形的按摩凸體形成空心。
- 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述跑步機的按摩耐滑板成形方法,其中,該按摩耐滑板上的按摩凸體,還可依模具底部設置不同形狀的凹穴成形相對應形狀的立體花紋。
- 一種跑步機的按摩耐滑板,其主要包括: 一模具,其底部設有多個凹穴,以形成按摩凸體;一耐磨材料,係注入該模具底部的凹穴內,以作為一耐磨層的按摩凸體;一板材,貼附在該模具底部的多個凹穴上方;因此,該模具底部多個凹穴內的耐磨材料結合在該板材表面形成該耐磨層,使板材表面上具有耐磨層的按摩凸體的按摩耐滑板。
- 依據申請專利範圍第6項所述跑步機的按摩耐滑板,其中,該板材還設有多個注孔,這些注孔的位置恰可對應該模具底部這些凹穴,將該耐磨材料由這些注孔注入該凹穴內,使得該板材上形成多個按摩凸體。
- 依據申請專利範圍第6項所述跑步機的按摩耐滑板,其中,該板材上還設置有多個錐形凸柱,這些錐形凸柱中心貫穿形成一注孔,這些注孔注入耐磨材料於這些凹穴內,該耐磨材料包覆該錐形凸柱,使成形的按摩凸體形成空心。
- 依據申請專利範圍第6項所述跑步機的按摩耐滑板,其中,該按摩耐滑板上的按摩凸體,還可依模具底部設置不同形狀的凹穴成形相對應形狀的立體花紋。
