Abstract
本發明係提供一種氣壓錶,該氣壓錶係設有一錶芯及覆設在該
錶芯上的一錶殼,該錶殼可由開口端套覆於錶芯上,其中,錶芯係抵觸於錶殼之內環面的頂住面上,該錶殼所設之卡勾係勾扣於錶芯外緣,而錶殼周壁上的缺縫係可分散因錶芯卡入錶殼內受力擠壓產生的外力,避免錶殼周壁產生破裂。
Description
本發明係為一種氣壓錶,尤其是指一種可避免錶芯及錶殼相組裝而產生破裂的氣壓錶。
請參閱第八至十圖,顯示一習用的氣壓錶3,其係由上蓋4、外殼5及錶芯6所組成,一般而言,該上蓋4及外殼5大多採用壓克力、AS等較易脆裂的材質所製成,而上蓋4、外殼5及錶芯6係採用緊密配合的結合方式,其容易在組裝時發生上蓋4或外殼5產生破裂。本發明人即是有鑑於習知氣壓錶3組裝結構設計仍存有缺失,乃予以研發,經多次努力乃發展出本發明。
本發明之主要目的係提供一種氣壓錶,該氣壓錶係設有一錶芯及覆設在該錶芯上的一錶殼,該錶殼可由開口端套覆於錶芯上,其中,錶芯係抵觸於錶殼之內環面的頂住面上,該錶殼所設之卡勾係勾扣於錶芯外緣,而錶殼周壁上的缺縫係可分散因錶芯卡入錶殼內受力擠壓產生的外力,避免錶殼周壁產生破裂。

為使更詳細了解本發明之結構,請參閱第一及二圖所示,本發明係提供一種氣壓錶10,該氣壓錶10係設有一錶芯1、覆設在該錶芯1上的一錶殼2。
錶芯1,其側邊係設有一具有氣壓接頭11的入風管110,該入風管110用於接收氣壓空氣,而錶芯1上端設有一刻度顯示盤12,當錶芯1側邊的氣壓接頭11接收到氣壓空氣可由刻度顯示盤12得知壓力值。
請參閱第五及六圖所示,該錶殼2係為一透明狀之帽型殼體,其一端係為一封閉端21,而另端則為一開口端22,該錶殼2之內環面23上係設有一頂住面24,而在靠近於開口端22處之錶殼2的周壁25上形成有一凹口26、複數個相間隔之卡勾271、272、凹縫273及複數個相間隔之缺縫28。
以本發明之實施例如同第五圖所示,該錶殼2之周壁25上的複數個卡勾271、272係可共同組成一組由二個以上相間隔且並排的卡勾271、272所組成的卡勾組27,該卡勾271、272之間係設有一凹縫273,而以本發明之實施例所示,該錶殼2之周壁25上係具有二組相間隔之卡勾組27,而二卡勾組27之間的周壁25上分散設有前述複數個缺
縫28。
請參閱第一至四圖所示,該錶殼2可由開口端22套覆於錶芯1上,其中,錶殼2所設之凹口26係契合於錶芯1側邊所設的氣壓接頭11的背面111端,而錶芯1係抵觸於錶殼2之內環面23的頂住面24上,該錶殼2所設之卡勾271、272係勾扣於錶芯1外緣13,而錶殼2周壁25上的缺縫28係可分散因錶芯1卡入錶殼2內受力擠壓產生的外力,避免錶殼2周壁25產生破裂。該相結合的錶芯1及錶殼2之凹縫273底緣係存有高度H,該高度H係大於0,而當卡勾組27中的任一卡勾271、272發生斷裂時,該卡勾組27仍可存有至少一卡勾271、272可以勾扣於錶芯1外緣13,而不會造成錶殼2完全無法結合於錶芯1上的狀況。當欲將相結合的錶芯1及錶殼2相分離時,因該相結合的錶芯1及錶殼2之凹縫273底緣係存有高度H,其可利用一拆卸元件7由凹縫273穿入並往上施加力量F移開與錶芯1相結合的錶殼2,如第四圖所示。
請參閱第七圖之另一實施例所示,該錶芯1之具有氣壓接頭14的入風管140係可設置於錶芯1底邊,該入風管140用於接收氣壓空氣。
綜觀前論,本發明係提供一種氣壓錶10,該氣壓錶10係設有一錶芯1及覆設在該錶芯1上的一錶殼2,該錶殼2可由開口端22套覆於錶芯1上,其中,錶芯1係抵觸於錶殼2之內環面23的頂住面24上,該錶殼2所設之卡勾271、272係勾扣於錶芯1外緣13,而錶殼2周壁25上的缺縫28係可分散因錶芯1卡入錶殼2內受力擠壓產生的外力,避免錶殼2周壁25產生破裂。

Claims (2)
- 一種氣壓錶,其係設有:一錶芯,其上端設有一刻度顯示盤;一錶殼係為一透明狀之帽型殼體,其一端係為一封閉端,而另端則為一開口端,而在靠近於開口端處之錶殼的周壁上形成有複數個相間隔之卡勾,其特徵在於:該複數個卡勾係可共同組成一組由二個以上相間隔且並排的卡勾所組成的卡勾組,該卡勾之間係設有一凹縫,該錶殼之周壁上係具有二組相間隔之卡勾組,而二卡勾組之間的周壁上分散設有複數個缺縫,該相結合的錶芯及錶殼之凹縫底緣係存有高度H,該高度H係大於0;藉由上述結構組合,可讓錶殼結合於錶芯上。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之氣壓錶,其中,該錶芯底邊係設有一具有氣壓接頭的入風管。
