Abstract
一種三維列印裝置,包括機架、控制模組、噴頭模組以及饋送模組。噴頭模組可移動地設置於機架內且電性連接控制模組。控制模組驅動噴頭模組在機架內移動並定義出列印空間,其中噴頭模組受控於控制模組而在列印空間列印三維物件。饋送模組可拆卸地組裝於機架且電性連接控制模組,其中控制模組驅動饋送模組傳送介質至列印空間,以驅動噴頭模組在介質上列印二維圖案。
Description
本發明是有關於一種三維列印裝置。
隨著科技的日益發展,許多利用逐層建構模型等加成式製造技術(additive manufacturing technology)來建造物理三維(three-dimensional, 3-D)模型的不同方法已紛紛被提出。一般而言,加成式製造技術是將利用電腦輔助設計(computer-aided design, CAD)等軟體建構的3-D模型的設計資料轉換為連續堆疊的多個薄(准二維)橫截面層。目前已發展出許多可以形成多個薄橫截面層的方式。
傳統二維列印與上述的三維列印相較之下,除了所使用的材料不同外,傳統二維列印需藉由特定介質作為載體,讓二維圖案能被列印至載體上,而在噴頭模組的驅動方式上並無太大不同,亦即兩者的差別僅在噴頭模組是否進行三維或二維的驅動模式而已。
據此,如何以有限資源及結構來達到讓三維列印與二維列印能並行於同一裝置內而產生相得益彰的列印效果,便成了相關技術人員所需思考並解決的課題。
本發明提供一種維列印裝置,藉由將饋送模組可拆卸地組裝於機架,而讓複合式噴頭模組針對饋送模組的存在與否而產生對應的二維列印動作或三維列印動作,而提高三維列印裝置的適用範圍。
本發明的實施例提供三維列印模組,包括機架、控制模組、噴頭模組以及饋送模組。噴頭模組可移動地設置於機架內且電性連接控制模組,其中控制模組驅動噴頭模組在機架內移動並定義出列印空間,噴頭模組受控於控制模組而在列印空間列印三維物件。饋送模組可拆卸地組裝於機架且電性連接控制模組,其中控制模組適於驅動饋送模組傳送介質至列印空間,以驅動噴頭模組在介質上列印二維圖案。
基於上述,三維列印裝置藉由噴頭模組具備複合式列印能力,而在將饋送模組組裝於機架並電性連接至控制模組後,即能驅動饋送模組將介質傳送至列印空間後,驅動噴頭模組在介質上列印二維圖案,而當饋送模組自機架拆卸後,即能恢復噴頭模組在所述列印空間列印三維物件的能力。據此,三維列印裝置兼具三維及二維列印能力,而得以有效地提高其適用範圍。
為讓本發明的上述特徵和優點能更明顯易懂,下文特舉實施例,並配合所附圖式作詳細說明如下。
圖1是依據本發明一實施例的一種三維列印裝置的示意圖。圖2是圖1的三維列印裝置於另一使用狀態的示意圖。圖3是本發明的三維列印裝置的構件電性連接示意圖。需先說明的是,圖1與圖2部分非相關結構會予以省略,以利於顯示且辨識出所需的構件部位。同時,圖中提供直角座標X-Y-Z以利於進行描述。
請同時參考圖1至圖3,在本實施例中,三維列印裝置100包括機架110、控制模組120、噴頭模組130、成型平台160以及驅動模組140。在此,三維列印裝置100例如是熔融沉積成型(Fused Deposition Modeling, FDM)列印裝置,其藉由控制模組120依據3D模型的設計資料,而驅動噴頭模組130在成型平台160上逐層塗佈成型材並將其固化為截面層,並得以逐層建構且堆疊出立體物件。如圖1所示的架構,即是三維列印裝置100用以產生三維物件的使用狀態示意。
如前述,為了提高三維列印裝置的適用範圍,本實施例的三維列印裝置100還包括饋送模組150,其藉由組裝支架112而設置於機架110內,並得以搭配噴頭模組130進行二維列印動作。如圖2所示,即是三維列印裝置100在進行二維列印動作的構件狀態。
詳細而言,本實施例的噴頭模組130是藉由驅動模組140而可移動地設置於機架110內且電性連接控制模組120。在此,驅動模組140例如是由驅動馬達、齒輪、皮帶以及軌道等多個驅動構件所組成,以提供在機架110內移動噴頭模組130的效果。在此不限定各個構件的型式及其組成,亦即能電性連接至控制模組120後用以傳動噴頭模組130者,均可適用於本實施例。如圖1所示,噴頭模組130包括三維列印組件A1與噴墨組件A2,且同時配置在同一個驅動構件上而達到能同步(驅動)移動的效果。也就是說,本實施例的噴頭模組130是複合式噴頭模組,控制模組120能驅動三維列印組件A1而在成型平台160上列印三維物件,還能驅動噴墨組件A2列印二維圖案,且更重要的是,本實施例還能據以讓噴墨組件A2對三維物件提供噴墨上色的動作。
圖5繪示三維列印裝置的使用模式示意圖,在此僅以簡單示意圖繪示而有利於說明。請同時參考圖1與圖5,在本實施例中,噴頭模組130受控於控制模組120而得以在機架110內移動,同時也因此定義出列印空間SP,如前所述,此時是作為三維列印使用,因此控制模組120得以驅動噴頭模組130於列印空間SP中移動,同時搭配驅動成型平台160沿Z軸移動,因此能順利地驅動三維列印組件A1在成型平台160上逐層堆疊出三維物件200。同時,也能驅動噴墨組件A2對三維物件200進行上色。
圖4A是圖2的饋送模組的局部剖視圖。圖4B是圖4A的饋送模組的簡單示意圖。圖6繪示三維列印裝置的使用模式示意圖,以對應圖2及圖4的狀態。請參考圖2、圖4A、圖4B及圖6,當欲進行二維列印時,先行將成型平台160移離列印空間SP,而改以將饋送模組150藉由組裝架112組裝至機架110,並據以電性連接饋送模組150與控制模組120。在本實施例中,成型平台160受控制模組120驅動而遠離列印空間SP且移至機架110內部空間的底部,以讓出空間作為組裝饋送模組150之用。
如圖4A所示,饋送模組150包括傳送輪R1~R5以及饋入部151、列印部152、反饋部154與饋出部153,其中傳送輪R1設置於饋入部151,傳送輪R5設置於反饋部,傳送輪R4設置於饋出部153,傳送輪R3設置於列印部152,以及傳送輪R2設置於列印部152、反饋部154與饋入部151之間。需先提及的是,本實施例僅提供其中一種傳送輪的配置方式且不以此為限,在其他未繪示的實施例中,傳送輪的數量及配置可隨著介質的型式或傳輸方向而有對應地適性改變。
在本實施例中,上述傳送輪R1~R5的設置在饋送模組150內形成第一傳送路徑P1與第二傳送路徑P2,如圖4B所示。在第一傳送路徑P1中,介質PA會依序行經饋入部151、列印部152與饋出部153,以讓介質PA在列印部152處接受噴墨組件A2列印二維圖案,其中噴墨組件A2的噴墨頭A2a便能對列印部152處的介質PA進行噴墨列印動作。如圖6所示,在此噴墨頭A2a可為壓電式噴頭或熱泡式噴頭,其已能由現有噴墨技術得知,在此便不再贅述。在此,圖6所示饋送模組150與圖2、圖4所示饋送模組150相同,僅為利於辨識而以外型輪廓繪示而已。此外,在另一未繪示的實施例中,三維列印裝置還包括掃描模組,可拆卸地裝設於饋送模組的饋出部,以對行經的介質進行掃描動作。
此外尚值一提的是,當介質PA沿第二傳送路徑P2行進時,介質PA依序行經饋入部151、列印部152、反饋部154、列印部152以及饋出部153。換句話說,介質PA將藉由反饋部154的迴轉路徑設計而翻面,亦即介質會以其相反的兩表面行經列印部152,故而藉此完成雙面二維圖案的列印動作。
另需提及的是,本實施例所述介質PA是二維物件,例如紙張,但不以此為限。舉凡能受饋送模組150驅動而被傳送至列印空間SP者皆可適用於本實施例。據此,噴墨組件A2便能順利地在介質SP上列印出二維圖案。
此外,在圖6所示的列印過程中,介質PA持續地受傳送輪R1~R5驅動而分別以第一傳送路徑P1或第二傳送路徑P2被傳送。在此模式下,噴墨組件A2實質上是固定地位於列印空間SP中足以對應至列印部152的位置,且與列印部152保持預設高度Z1,以利進行噴墨上色的動作。也就是說,此時噴墨組件A2受控於控制模組120而在列印空間SP中是處於靜止不動,而介質PA則是持續地被傳送輪驅動而行經列印部152,即如圖6所示,介質PA持續地朝正X軸方向行進,直至移出饋送模組150。因此,在本模式中,介質PA可全部皆位於列印空間SP中,也可僅讓介質PA行經列印部152的部分位於列印空間SP中,即饋送模組150僅需讓列印部152位於列印空間SP。
圖7繪示三維列印裝置在另一模式的示意圖。請參考圖7,與前述模式不同的是,介質PA無論經由第一傳送路徑P1或第二傳送路徑P2,其經傳送至列印空間SP後均被固定於預設位置,且此時介質PA是完全位於列印空間SP中。因此在此模式下,控制模組120驅動噴墨組件A2在列印空間SP中移動而進行列印,且噴墨組件A2實質上是在一平面上作動以進行二維列印動作,所述平面平行於列印部152,亦即平行於X-Y平面,且所述平面相對於列印部152也保持預設高度Z1。當列印完畢後,方再將介質PA從列印部152被傳送至饋出部153。
圖8繪示三維列印裝置在另一模式的示意圖。請參考圖8,與前述實施例不同的是,本實施例的列印空間SP與饋送模組150的列印部152之間保持預設高度Z1,亦即介質PA無須進入列印空間SP,但所述預設高度是噴墨組件A2的有效噴墨距離,以確保噴墨組件A2能順利地在介質SP上列印二維圖案。換句話說,無論是上述實施例或本實施例,饋送模組150實質上是設置在列印空間SP的底部,且依據不同實施例而與列印空間SP接觸或保持預設高度Z1。
圖9繪示本發明另一實施例的三維列印裝置的模式示意圖。與前述實施例不同的是,本實施例的饋送模組150是組裝於成型平台160旁且使兩者共平面,亦即成型平台160無須遠離列印空間SP。據此,介質PA藉由饋送模組150而被傳送至成型平台160上,進而使控制模組120直接控制噴墨組件A2對成型平台160上的介質PA直接進行二維列印,而將二維圖案列印在位於成型平台160上的介質PA。
綜上所述,在本發明的上述實施例中,三維列印裝置藉由饋送模組裝設於機架與否,而能對應地控制噴頭模組進行所需的三維物件或二維圖案的列印動作,在其中一狀態時,噴頭模組受控於控制模組而在機架內移動並定義出列印空間,且在成型平台移至列印空間時,噴頭模組的三維列印組件據以在成型平台上列印三維物件。可選擇地,控制模組也能驅動噴墨組件對三維物件在列印過程中或列印完畢後進行噴墨上色的動作。而在另一狀態時,成型平台受驅動而遠離列印空間,並改以將饋送模組裝設於機架,以讓介質受饋送模組的驅動而被傳送至列印空間或行經列印空間,進而得以驅動噴墨組件對介質進行二維列印,而將二維圖案列印於介質上。
再者,於又一狀態時,成型平台仍維持緊鄰列印空間的狀態,而將饋送模組裝設於成型平台旁,以使兩者共平面,因此介質受饋送模組的驅動而被傳送至成型平台,以驅動噴墨組件對成型平台上的介質進行二維列印動作。
此外,饋送模組藉由傳送輪的配置而形成不同的傳送路徑,以讓介質能依需求進行單面二維列印或雙面二維列印,藉以提高饋送模組的適用性。

- 一種三維列印裝置,包括:一機架;一控制模組;一噴頭模組,可移動地設置於該機架內且電性連接該控制模組,其中該控制模組驅動該噴頭模組在該機架內移動並定義出列印空間,其中該噴頭模組受控於該控制模組而在該列印空間列印三維物件;以及一饋送模組,可拆卸地組裝於該機架且電性連接該控制模組,其中該控制模組適於驅動該饋送模組並傳送一介質至該列印空間或行經該列印空間旁,以驅動該噴頭模組在該介質上列印二維圖案,其中該饋送模組包括一饋入部、一列印部、一饋出部、一反饋部以及多個傳送輪,該些傳送輪分別設置在該饋入部、該饋出部與該反饋部並形成一第一傳送路徑與一第二傳送路徑,該介質沿該第一傳送路徑依序行經該饋入部、該列印部與該饋出部,該介質沿該第二傳送路徑依序行經該饋入部、該列印部、該反饋部、該列印部與該饋出部,在列印該二維圖案的過程中,該介質被該些傳送輪驅動而沿該第一傳送路徑或沿該第二傳送路徑被傳送。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的三維列印裝置,其中該噴頭模組包括三維列印組件與噴墨組件,該控制模組驅動該三維列 印組件列印該三維物件,且該控制模組驅動該噴墨組件在該介質上列印該二維圖案。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的三維列印裝置,其中該控制模組還驅動該噴墨組件噴墨上色於該三維物件。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的三維列印裝置,還包括成型平台,設置於該機架內且電性連接該控制模組,該成型平台移至該列印空間,以使該三維列印組件受控於該控制模組而在該成型平台上列印該三維物件。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述的三維列印裝置,其中該成型平台移出該列印空間,以使該噴墨組件受控於該控制模組而在該介質上列印該二維圖案。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述的三維列印裝置,其中該成型平台移至該列印空間,且該饋送模組設置於該成型平台旁,以使該介質從該饋送模組被傳送至該成型平台上,而讓該噴墨組件受控於該控制模組而在該介質上列印該二維圖案。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的三維列印裝置,其中該噴墨組件固定地位於該列印部的上方且與該列印部保持預設高度。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的三維列印裝置,其中該介質被固定於該列印部而受該噴墨組件列印。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的三維列印裝置,其中該介質持續地行經該列印部而受該噴墨組件列印。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的三維列印裝置,其中該噴墨組件受控於該控制模組而在一平面上作動並列印該二維圖案於該介質,該平面平行該列印部且與該列印部保持預設高度。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的三維列印裝置,其中在該二維圖案的列印過程中,該列印空間相對於該列印部保持預設高度。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的三維列印裝置,其中該饋送模組設置於該列印空間的底部。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的三維列印裝置,還包括一掃描模組,可拆卸地組裝於該饋出部。
