Abstract

一種顯示裝置,該顯示裝置包括一外框及一背板,該外框包括一側框,該背板包括一側板,該側框上形成有一截面為T字型的卡鉤,該側板上形成有一貫穿該側板的T字型的卡槽,該卡槽包括一縱向槽及一橫向槽;組裝時,向該側板的方向推動該外框,該卡鉤從該縱向槽內進入該卡槽,並向該橫向槽的遠離該縱向槽的方向推動該外框,該卡鉤在該橫向槽內滑動至該橫向槽的末端並卡合在該橫向槽的兩側;拆解時,反方向滑動該外框至該縱向槽,並向遠離該側板的方向推動該外框至該卡鉤從該縱向槽內脫離。本發明提供的顯示裝置不僅能夠達到快速組裝及拆解的目的,還可以避免螺絲鎖附所產生的碎屑掉入顯示裝置內。

Description

顯示裝置
本發明涉及一種顯示裝置。
電視機一般包含有顯示幕及背板。而在現有技術中,該顯示幕與該背板通常採用卡鉤卡合或螺絲鎖附的方式進行結合。然而,對於螺絲鎖附固定方式,鎖附作業工時長,且鎖附時,螺絲的高速旋轉易產生碎屑掉入電視機內部,從而造成電視機內部異物;對於卡鉤卡合固定方式,如果卡合不到位或卡鉤脫落,會造成外觀及功能不良,且在組裝及拆解時容易使外框上的卡鉤斷裂,且外框卡鉤斷裂後需要更換,影響效率。
有鑑於此,本發明提供一種結構簡單、易卡合且易拆解的顯示裝置。
一種顯示裝置,該顯示裝置包括一外框及一背板,該外框包括一側框,該背板包括一側板,該側框上形成有一截面為T字型的卡鉤,該側板上形成有一貫穿該側板的T字型的卡槽,該卡槽包括一縱向槽及一橫向槽;組裝時,向該側板的方向推動該外框,該卡鉤從該縱向槽內進入該卡槽,並向該橫向槽的遠離該縱向槽的方向推動該外框,該卡鉤在該橫向槽內滑動至該橫向槽的末端並卡合在該橫向槽的兩側;拆解時,反方向滑動該外框至該縱向槽,並向遠離該側板的方向推動該外框至該卡鉤從該縱向槽內脫離。
進一步地,該卡鉤包括一第一部及一與該第一部垂直的第二部,該第一部垂直固定在該側框上,該第二部平行於該側框;組裝時,該第一部收容在該橫向槽內,該第二部卡合在該橫向槽的兩側。
進一步地,該縱向槽與該橫向槽貫通。
進一步地,該縱向槽的延伸方向與該卡鉤的該第二部的延伸方向一致。
進一步地,該縱向槽的尺寸等於或大於該卡鉤的該第二部的尺寸。
進一步地,該橫向槽的寬度等於或大於該卡鉤的該第一部的寬度且小於該卡鉤的該第二部的長度。
進一步地,該第一部的長度等於或大於該側板的厚度。
進一步地,該背板還包括一與該側板垂直連接的主體板;該主體板垂直於該側框。
進一步地,該顯示裝置還包括一中框及一顯示面板,該中框固定在該主體板上,該側板位於該中框及該側框之間,該顯示面板固定在該中框的遠離該主體板的一端上。
進一步地,該顯示裝置還包括一光學元件,該光學元件固定在該主體板上且面向該顯示面板。
本發明提供的該顯示裝置的外框上包括有一截面為T字型的卡鉤,該背板上形成有有一T字型的卡槽,該T字型的卡鉤能夠從該縱向槽內進出該卡槽並能夠在該橫向槽內滑動且能夠通過其第二部卡合在該橫向槽的兩側。因此,本發明提供的該顯示裝置不僅能夠避免卡合不到位或卡鉤脫落及卡鉤斷裂的問題,從而達到快速組裝及拆解的目的並提高工作效率,還可以避免螺絲鎖附所產生的碎屑掉入電視機內。

為能進一步闡述本發明達成預定發明目的所採取的技術手段及功效,以下結合附圖1-5及較佳實施方式,對本發明提供的顯示裝置的具體實施方式、結構、特徵及其功效,作出如下詳細說明。
請參閱圖1-5,本發明提供一種顯示裝置100。在本實施例中,該顯示裝置為一電視機。
其中,該顯示裝置100至少包括一外框10、一背板20、一中框30、一顯示面板40及一光學元件50。其中,該外框10及該背板20卡合在一起,該中框30固定在該背板20上,該顯示面板40固定在該中框30上,該光學元件50固定在該背板20上且面向該顯示面板40。
其中,該外框10包括一橫框11及一形成在該橫框11上的側框12。其中,該橫框11及該側框12之間可以是固定連接,也可以是一體成型。在本實施例中,該橫框11及該側框12之間是一體成型的。
其中,該側框12包括一內側面121。
其中,該外框10還包括一卡鉤13,該卡鉤13固定在該內側面121上。
其中,該卡鉤13的截面整體呈T字型。具體地,該卡鉤13包括一第一部131及一與該第一部131垂直的第二部132。其中,該第一部131垂直固定在該內側面121上,該第二部132平行於該側框12。其中,該第一部131及該第二部132之間可以是固定連接,也可以是一體成型。

本發明提供的該顯示裝置100的拆解包括如下步驟:首先,向該縱向槽231的方向推動該外框10,直至該卡鉤13的該第一部131進入該卡槽23的該縱向槽231內。其次,向遠離該背板20的該側板22的方向滑動該外框10,以使得該卡鉤13從該縱向槽231內脫離。從而實現該顯示裝置100的拆解。
本發明提供的該顯示裝置100的外框10上包括有一截面為T字型的卡鉤13,該背板20上形成有有一T字型的卡槽23,該T字型的卡鉤13能夠從該卡槽23的該縱向槽231內進出該卡槽23並能夠在該卡槽23的該橫向槽232內滑動,且能夠通過其第二部132卡合在該卡槽23的該橫向槽232的兩側。因此,本發明提供的該顯示裝置100不僅能夠避免卡合不到位或卡鉤脫落及卡鉤斷裂的問題,從而達到快速組裝及拆解的目的並提高工作效率,還可以避免螺絲鎖附所產生的碎屑掉入顯示裝置內。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種顯示裝置,該顯示裝置包括一外框及一背板,該外框包括一側框,該背板包括一側板,其中,該側框上形成有一截面為T字型的卡鉤,該側板上形成有一貫穿該側板的T字型的卡槽,該卡槽包括一縱向槽及一橫向槽;該卡鉤包括一第一部及一與該第一部垂直的第二部,該第一部垂直固定在該側框上,該第二部平行於該側框;該第一部收容在該橫向槽內,該第二部卡合在該橫向槽的兩側。
  2. 如請求項第1項所述的顯示裝置,其中,該縱向槽與該橫向槽貫通。
  3. 如請求項第1項所述的顯示裝置,其中,該縱向槽的延伸方向與該卡鉤的該第二部的延伸方向一致。
  4. 如請求項第1項所述的顯示裝置,其中,該縱向槽的尺寸等於或大於該卡鉤的該第二部的尺寸。
  5. 如請求項第1項所述的顯示裝置,其中,該橫向槽的寬度等於或大於該卡鉤的該第一部的寬度且小於該卡鉤的該第二部的長度。
  6. 如請求項第1項所述的顯示裝置,其中,該第一部的長度等於或大於該側板的厚度。
  7. 如請求項第1項所述的顯示裝置,其中,該背板還包括一與該側板垂直連接的主體板;該主體板垂直於該側框。
  8. 如請求項第7項所述的顯示裝置,其中,該顯示裝置還包括一中框及一顯示面板,該中框固定在該主體板上,該側板位於該中框及該側框之間,該顯示面板固定在該中框的遠離該主體板的一端上。
  9. 如請求項第8項所述的顯示裝置,其中,該顯示裝置還包括一光學元件,該光學元件固定在該主體板上且面向該顯示面板。
