Abstract
本發明可提供一種立體錯合物聚乳酸組成物,其係在聚L-乳酸(A)與聚D-乳酸(B)中即使錫系聚合觸媒及磷系化合物存在,亦可藉由在立體錯合物之結晶化中使用特定比例之有機酸金屬鹽或有機金屬鹽,而立體錯合物結晶化度高,具有高的立體錯合物結晶熔點,且即使再熔融立體錯合物結晶熔點降低仍小,分子量降低少,成型加工性優異,具有耐熱性之立體錯合物聚乳酸組成物。
Description
本發明有關聚乳酸組成物。更詳言之,係有關聚乳酸組成物、由聚乳酸組成物所得之成形體、及聚乳酸組成物之製造方法。
近年來,基於地球環境保護之觀點,在自然環境下可分解之生物分解性聚合物備受矚目,於全世界中正被研究。作微生物分解性聚合物,已知有聚羥基烷酸酯、聚己內酯、聚乙醇酸、聚琥珀酸丁二酯、聚乳酸等。聚乳酸由於係以自源自生體之原料所得之聚乳酸及其衍生物作為原料,故係生體安全性高,對於環境優異之聚合物材料。因此,由聚乳酸所成之成形體,已進展開發纖維、薄膜、射出成形品,且於手術用縫合線、緩釋性膠囊、骨折時之補強材等醫療領域之應用亦已被檢討。
然而,聚乳酸由於其熔點低,故作為纖維或薄膜、各種成形品使用有其界限,又由於結晶化速度亦慢,故與一般塑膠相比,可謂成形加工性惡化。
另一方面,已知聚L-乳酸與聚D-乳酸藉由以溶液或熔融狀態混合,可形成具有立體錯合物結晶相之聚乳酸(以下有時稱為立體錯合物聚乳酸)(專利文獻1及非專利文獻1)。該立體錯合物聚乳酸與聚L-乳酸及聚D-乳酸相比,熔點為200~230℃而較高,且亦已知顯示高的結晶性。因此,可使用之用途範圍有比熔點或結晶性低之前述聚乳酸更擴大之可能性。前述聚乳酸之缺點之一的結晶化速度慢,藉由使用立體錯合物聚乳酸,已知可提高結晶化速度。
然而,立體錯合物聚乳酸並非顯示單一結晶,而是聚L-乳酸及聚D-乳酸之結晶相(以下有時稱為均聚(homo)結晶相)與立體錯合物聚乳酸之結晶相(立體錯合物結晶相)之混合組成物,通常由於觀測到對應於均聚結晶相之熔解的峰值溫度未達190℃之低熔點之結晶熔解峰與對應於立體錯合物結晶相之熔解之峰值溫度為190℃以上之高熔點之結晶熔解峰之2個峰,因此耐熱性不僅與通常之聚乳酸同等,而且結晶化度、結晶化速度亦未見到大幅提高,尚不能說可充分發揮立體錯合物聚乳酸本來之物性。
另一方面,為了充分發揮立體錯合物聚乳酸之耐熱性,專利文獻2中記載使用磷酸酯金屬鹽等之結晶化核劑,且不含均聚結晶相,而僅含有結晶熔點209℃之立體錯合物結晶相之聚乳酸組成物。

不過,作為用以製造立體錯合物聚乳酸之原料的聚L-乳酸及聚D-乳酸通常含有某種聚合觸媒,為了使該等失活而使用磷系觸媒失活劑,且為了抑制著色,而有添加磷系抗氧化劑等之情況。本發明人等發現,該情況下,將該等使用為原料,製造立體錯合物聚乳酸時,會有立體錯合物結晶化度不充分之情況,或即使立體錯合物結晶化度高,立體錯合物結晶之熔點本身亦低,而引起分子量降低之情況,難以製作可滿足之立體錯合物聚乳酸組成物。
對於此等課題,而期望一種方法,係即使使用含有磷系觸媒失活劑或磷系抗氧化劑等添加劑之聚L-乳酸或聚D-乳酸作為原料時,亦可安定地製造具有高立體錯合物結晶化度與高立體錯合物結晶熔點,且再熔融時之立體錯合物結晶熔點降低小,而且分子量降低少,成型加工性優異,具有耐熱性之立體錯合物聚乳酸。
本發明之目的在提供新穎之立體錯合物聚乳酸組成物。
本發明之其他目的在提供成型加工性優異,耐熱性優異之立體錯合物聚乳酸組成物。
本發明之其他目的在提供由聚乳酸組成物所得之成形體。
本發明之又其他目的在提供安定地製造上述立體錯合物聚乳酸組成物之方法。
本發明人等對於含有用以製造聚乳酸之錫系聚合觸媒及用以使該觸媒失活之磷系觸媒失活劑及用以抑制聚乳酸著色之磷系抗氧化劑等之磷系化合物之情況,欲解決上述課題而進行積極檢討。其結果,發現將有機酸金屬鹽或有機金屬鹽或兩者使用於立體錯合物結晶化具有重要性。發現使用有機酸金屬鹽或有機金屬鹽時,立體錯合物結晶優先成長,因此,可安定地獲得具有高立體錯合物結晶化度與高立體錯合物結晶熔點,且再熔融時之立體錯合物結晶熔點降低與分子量降低受抑制之立體錯合物聚乳酸,因而完成本發明。
亦即,本發明係如下者。
[1]一種聚乳酸組成物,其包含聚L-乳酸(A)與聚D-乳酸(B),亦含有以下述式(a)定義之立體錯合物結晶化度(S)為90%以上的立體錯合物聚乳酸,S=△Hsc×100/(△Hho+△Hsc) (a)
(上述式(a)中,△Hsc表示聚乳酸組成物中之立體錯合物結晶之焓(J/g),△Hho表示聚乳酸組成物中之均聚結晶之焓(J/g)),
且聚L-乳酸(A)與聚D-乳酸(B)之含有比例在80/20~20/80(質量比)之範圍,亦包含錫系化合物及磷系化合物,進而包含由鹼金屬及鹼土類金屬選出之至少一種有機酸金屬鹽以及有機金屬鹽之至少任一者,有機酸金屬鹽之金屬種為鹼金屬時,磷(P)原子與有機酸金屬鹽之比例(莫耳比)在0.5~1.5之範圍,有機酸金屬鹽之金屬種為鹼土類金屬時,磷(P)原子與有機酸金屬鹽之比例(莫耳比)在0.1~1.0之範圍,有機金屬鹽時,磷(P)原子與有機金屬鹽之比例(莫耳比)在0.5~2.2之範圍。
[2]如上述[1]之聚乳酸組成物,其中前述有機酸金屬鹽之有機酸為碳數2~24之脂肪酸。
[3]如上述[1]之聚乳酸組成物,其中前述有機酸金屬鹽之有機酸為碳數7~12之芳香族酸。
[4]如上述[1]之聚乳酸組成物,其中前述有機金屬鹽為由碳數1~10之脂肪族烷氧化物及碳數6~15之芳香族烷氧化物所組成之群選出之至少一種金屬烷氧化物。
[5]如上述[1]之聚乳酸組成物,其中前述錫系化合物為由辛酸錫及以碳數為1~10之脂肪族醇作為構成成分之烷氧化錫所組成之群選出之至少一種。
[6]如上述[1]之聚乳酸組成物,其中磷系化合物為由亞磷酸、磷酸、膦酸、亞磷酸酯、磷酸酯及膦酸酯所組成之群選出之至少一種磷化合物。
[7]如上述[1]~[6]中任一項之聚乳酸組成物,其中
將聚L-乳酸及聚D-乳酸之合計量設為100質量份時,以金屬換算之Sn為0.02質量份以下,且源自磷系化合物之磷原子與源自錫系化合物之錫原子之比例(P/Sn)以質量比計在0.15~5.0之範圍內。
[8]如上述[1]~[7]中任一項之聚乳酸組成物,其中源自立體錯合物結晶之聚乳酸組成物之熔點(Tsc)為210℃以上,且在下述條件下進行DSC測定時之3循環測定時之Tsc與1循環測定時之Tsc之差(△Tsc)為8℃以下,DSC測定條件:
(i)自30℃升溫至260℃(升溫速度20℃/min)
(ii)在260℃保持1min
(iii)自260℃降溫至30℃(降溫速度20℃/min)
(iv)將上述(i)~(iii)作為1循環,重複其3次者設為3循環。
[9]如上述[1]~[8]中任一項之聚乳酸組成物,其中立體錯合物聚乳酸之重量平均分子量(Mw)為10萬以上。

(上述式(a)中,△Hsc表示聚乳酸組成物中之立體錯合物結晶之焓(J/g),△Hho表示聚乳酸組成物中之均聚結晶之焓(J/g)),且聚L-乳酸(A)與聚D-乳酸(B)之含有比例在80/20~20/80(質量比)之範圍的聚乳酸組成物之方法中,該方法至少包含下述步驟:(i)準備包含聚L-乳酸(A)、聚D-乳酸(B)、錫系化合物及磷系化合物之混合物之步驟,(ii)以滿足下述條件之方式將由鹼金屬及鹼土類金屬選出之至少一種有機酸金屬鹽及有機金屬鹽之至少任一者添加於(i)之混合物中之步驟,有機酸金屬鹽之金屬種為鹼金屬時,磷(P)原子與有機酸金屬鹽之比例(莫耳比)在0.5~1.5之範圍,有機酸金屬鹽之金屬種為鹼土類金屬時,磷(P)原子與有機酸金屬鹽之比例(莫耳比)在0.1~1.0之範圍,有機金屬鹽時,磷(P)原子與有機金屬鹽之比例(莫耳比)為0.5~2.2之範圍,(iii)針對(ii)之步驟,以260~300℃之溫度進行熔融混練之步驟。
[14]如上述[13]之聚乳酸組成物之製造方法,其中(i)步驟中,源自磷系化合物之磷原子與源自錫系化合物之錫原子之比例(P/Sn)以質量比計在0.15~5.0之範圍內。
依據本發明,在聚L-乳酸(A)與聚D-乳酸(B)中即使錫系聚合觸媒及磷系化合物存在,亦可藉由在立體錯合物之結晶化中使用特定比例之有機酸金屬鹽或有機金屬鹽,而可提供立體錯合物結晶化度高,具有高的立體錯合物結晶熔點,且即使再熔融立體錯合物結晶熔點降低仍小,分子量降低少,成型加工性優異,具有耐熱性之立體錯合物聚乳酸組成物。本發明之立體錯合物聚乳酸組成物由於立體錯合物結晶之熔點降低少,故極有望作為耐熱性良好之射出成形品、薄膜、纖維、各種成形品。
以下,針對用以實施本發明之形態詳細說明。又,該等說明及實施例係例示本發明者,並非限制本發明之範圍者。
本發明之聚乳酸為具有立體錯合物結晶之高熔點聚乳酸(以下有時稱為立體錯合物聚乳酸),可藉由使聚L-乳酸與聚D-乳酸進行溶液混合或溶融混合而製造。以下,針對聚乳酸(聚L-乳酸及聚D-乳酸)加以說明。
聚乳酸係含有以下述式表示之L-乳酸單位、D-乳酸單位、或該等之組合為主之聚合物。聚乳酸包含聚L-乳
酸及聚D-乳酸。
聚L-乳酸係包含L-乳酸單位為主之聚合物。聚L-乳酸較好含有90~100莫耳%,更好95~100莫耳%,又更好97~100莫耳%之L-乳酸單位。至於其他單位,舉例為D-乳酸單位、乳酸以外之單位。D-乳酸單位、乳酸以外之單位較好為0~10莫耳%,更好為0~5莫耳%,又更好為0~3莫耳%。
且聚D-乳酸係包含D-乳酸單位為主之聚合物。聚D-乳酸較好含有90~100莫耳%,更好95~100莫耳%,又更好97~100莫耳%之D-乳酸單位。至於其他單位,舉例為L-乳酸單位、乳酸以外之單位。L-乳酸單位、乳酸以外之單位較好為0~10莫耳%,更好為0~5莫耳%,又更好為0~3莫耳%。
聚L-乳酸或聚D-乳酸中之乳酸以外之單位例示有源自具有2個以上之可形成酯鍵之官能基之二羧酸、多元醇、羥基羧酸、內酯等之單位及源自由該等之種種構成成分所成之各種聚酯、各種聚醚、各種聚碳酸酯等之單位。
作為二羧酸舉例為例如琥珀酸、己二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸、對苯二甲酸、間苯二甲酸等。作為多元醇,舉例有乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、戊二醇、己二醇、辛二醇、丙
三醇、山梨糖醇酐、新戊二醇、二乙二醇、三乙二醇、聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇等之脂肪族多元醇等或對雙酚加成環氧乙烷者等之芳香族多元醇等。作為羥基羧酸舉例有乙醇酸、羥基丁酸等。作為內酯舉例為例如乙交酯、ε-己內酯乙交酯、ε-己內酯、β-丙內酯、δ-丁內酯、β-或γ-丁內酯、新戊內酯、δ-戊內酯等。
本發明中之聚L-乳酸及聚D-乳酸之光學純度較好為97%以上。藉由為97%以上,預料可提高熔點。
聚L-乳酸及聚D-乳酸之光學純度係如下述般決定。聚L-乳酸時,自構成其之主要的L-乳酸單位與一部分之D-乳酸單位之比率求得光學純度。首先,於試料1g中添加5M氫氧化鈉5mL與甲醇2.5mL,邊在40℃加熱攪拌邊水解後,以1M硫酸中和。將中和液1mL稀釋至25倍而調整濃度。將其以高速液體層析儀(HPLC),以紫外光UV254nm測定L-乳酸與D-乳酸之檢測波鋒面積,由構成聚乳酸聚合物之L-乳酸單位之質量比率[L](%)與D-乳酸單位之質量比率[D](%),由下述式算出光學純度(%)。
聚L-乳酸之光學純度(%)=100×[L]/([L]+[D])
聚D-乳酸之光學純度(%)=100×[D]/([L]+[D])
聚乳酸可藉習知方法製造。例如,可L-乳交酯或D-乳交酯在含金屬觸媒存在下,加熱並開環聚合而製造。且,使含金屬之觸媒之低分子量之聚乳酸結晶化後,在減壓下或在惰性氣體氣流下加熱並固相聚合而製造。進而,可在有機溶劑之存在/不存在下,使乳酸脫水縮合之直接
聚合法製造。
聚合反應可於以往習知之反應容器中實施,例如可使用具備螺旋漿翼、高黏度用攪拌翼之縱型反應容器單獨或並排使用。亦可使用作為聚合起始劑之醇。該醇較好為不阻礙聚乳酸之聚合且為不揮發性,可較好地使用例如癸醇、十二烷醇、十四烷醇、十六烷醇、十八烷醇、乙二醇、三乙二醇、苯甲醇等。
固相聚合法係將前述開環聚合法或乳酸之直接聚合法所得之比較低分子量之乳酸聚酯作為預聚物而使用。預聚物係在其玻璃轉移溫度(Tg)以上且未達熔點(Tm)之溫度範圍內預先結晶化,而可防止熔黏之方面而言可謂為較佳形態。將結晶化之預聚物填充於經固定之縱型反應容器或如滾筒或窯般之使容器本身旋轉之反應容器中,並加熱至預聚物之玻璃轉移溫度(Tg)以上且未達熔點(Tm)之溫度範圍。聚合溫度亦可伴隨聚合進行而階段性升溫。且,以將固相聚合中所生成之水有效率地去除之目的亦可較好地併用對前述反應容器類之內部減壓或流通經加熱之惰性氣體氣流之方法。
一般,製造聚乳酸所用之含金屬之觸媒已知有含有自錫、鋁、鋅、鈣、鈦、鍺、錳、鎂及稀土類元素選擇之至少一種之觸媒。本發明中,製造聚L-乳酸、聚D-乳酸之含金屬之觸媒為含錫(Sn)之含錫觸媒,具體例示為氯化亞錫、溴化亞錫、碘化亞錫、硫酸亞錫、氧化錫、肉荳蔻酸錫、辛酸錫、硬脂酸錫、四苯基錫、甲氧化錫、乙氧化
錫、丁氧化錫等之錫系化合物。
含錫觸媒之使用量以Sn原子換算,將聚L-乳酸或聚D-乳酸設為100質量份時,較好為0.02質量份以下,更好為0.0001~0.02質量份,進而若考慮反應性、所得聚L-乳酸或聚D-乳酸之色調、熱安定性,則進而更好為0.0001~0.01質量份,最好為0.0001~0.005。含錫觸媒之使用量以Sn原子換算,將聚L-乳酸及聚D-乳酸之合計設為100質量份時,較好為0.01質量份以下,更好為0.0001~0.01質量份。
上述錫系化合物於乳交酯聚合結束後,較好以由磷系化合物所成之失活劑予以惰性化。藉由進行惰性化,就防止聚乳酸之分子量降低而言較有利。
作為該失活劑,可較好地使用例如磷系化合物。可例示為例如具有亞胺基且可配位於聚合金屬觸媒之螯合配位子之群所成之有機配位子及二氫化氧代磷(I)酸、二氫化四氧代二磷(II,II)酸、氫化三氧代磷(III)酸、二氫化五氧代二磷(III)酸、氫化五氧代二磷(II,IV)酸、十二氧代六磷(III)III、氫化八氧代三磷(III,IV,IV)酸、八氧代三磷(IV,III,IV)酸、氫化六氧代二磷(III,V)酸、六氧代二磷(IV)酸、十氧代四磷(IV)酸、十五氧代四磷(IV)酸、九氧代三磷(V,IV,IV)酸等之酸價數5以下之低氧化數磷酸、以式xH2O.yP2O5表示之x/y=3之原磷酸,2>x/y>1且根據縮合度稱為二磷酸、三磷酸、四磷酸、五磷酸等之聚磷酸及該等之混合物、以x/y=1表示之偏磷酸,尤其三偏
磷酸、四偏磷酸、以1>x/y>0表示之五氧化磷構造之一部分具有籠形網眼構造之超磷酸(有時將該等總稱為偏磷酸系化合物)及該等之酸之酸性鹽、一元、多元醇類、或聚烷二醇類之部分酯、完全酯、亞磷酸酯、膦醯取代低級脂肪族羧酸衍生物等。
根據觸媒失活能,可較好地使用以式xH2O.yP2O5表示之x/y=3之原磷酸,2>x/y>1且根據縮合度稱為二磷酸、三磷酸、四磷酸、五磷酸等之聚磷酸及該等之混合物、以x/y=1表示之偏磷酸,尤其三偏磷酸、四偏磷酸、以1>x/y>0表示之五氧化磷構造之一部分具有籠形網眼構造之超磷酸(有時將該等總稱為偏磷酸系化合物)及該等之酸之酸性鹽、一元、多元醇類、或聚烷二醇類之部分酯磷氧酸或該等之酸性酯類、膦醯取代低級脂肪族羧酸衍生物及上述之偏磷酸系化合物。
本發明中使用之偏磷酸系化合物包含3至200個左右之磷酸單位縮合而成之環狀偏磷酸或具有立體網狀構造之超領域偏磷酸或該等之(鹼金屬鹽、鹼土類金屬鹽、鎓鹽)。
尤其環狀偏磷酸鈉或超領域偏磷酸鈉、膦醯取代低級脂肪族羧酸衍生物之乙酸二己基膦醯乙酯(以下有時稱為DHPA),作為亞磷酸酯類,舉例為例如2,4,8,10-四-第三丁基-6-[3-(3-甲基-4-羥基-5-第三丁基苯基)丙氧基]二苯并[d,f][1,3,2]二氧雜磷雜環庚烷等。
上述失活劑之含量,以磷系化合物之磷(P)原子換
算,將聚L-乳酸或聚D-乳酸設為100質量份時,較好為0.001~0.05質量份之範圍。若未達0.001質量份,則觸媒失活效果小,會引起分子量降低。再者,若為0.05質量份以上,則反而促進分解,引起分子量降低。
磷系化合物之磷原子(P)與錫系化合物之錫原子(Sn)之比例(P/Sn之比)以質量比計較好為0.15~5.0之範圍。其理由如上述。
由聚L-乳酸與聚D-乳酸所得之立體錯合物聚乳酸係其主鏈包含由聚L-乳酸單位與聚D-乳酸單位所形成之錯合物相結晶之聚乳酸。具有立體錯合物結晶相之該聚乳酸以示差掃描熱量計(DSC)測定時,顯示190℃以上之結晶熔解波峰。
本發明之立體錯合物聚乳酸以下述式(a)所規定之立體錯合物結晶化度(S)為90%以上,較好超過97%,更好為100%。

此處,△Hsc表示聚乳酸組成物中之立體錯合物聚乳酸之立體錯合物結晶之焓(J/g),△Hho表示聚乳酸組成物中之立體錯合物聚乳酸之均聚結晶之焓(J/g)。
亦即,藉由使立體錯合物聚乳酸具有上述範圍之S,使用本發明之聚乳酸組成物所得之成形品之耐熱性及耐濕熱性優異。
上述聚乳酸較好具有結晶性,藉由以廣角X射線繞射(WAXD)測定之繞射波峰之強度比,由下述式(b)所定義之
立體錯合物結晶含有率(Sc)更好為50%以上。

此處,Σ ISCI=ISC1+ISC2+ISC3、ISCI(I=1~3)係表示分別於2θ=12.0°、20.7°、24.0°附近之各繞射波峰之積分強度,IHM表示在2θ=16.5°附近出現之源自均聚結晶相之繞射波峰之積分強度IHM。
本發明所用之聚乳酸係聚L-乳酸與聚D-乳酸以質量比計在80/20~20/80之範圍之混合物。較好為30/70~70/30,更好為60/40,進而更佳為50/50。鑒於熔點或諸物性決定質量比。
上述聚乳酸之重量平均分子量較好為10萬以上,更好為10~100萬,又更好為10萬~50萬,再更好為11萬~35萬,最好為12~25萬之範圍。重量平均分子量係藉由凝膠滲透層析儀(GPC)測定以標準聚苯乙烯換算之值。
本發明之聚乳酸係含有立體錯合物結晶之高熔點聚乳酸,可藉由使聚L-乳酸與聚D-乳酸進行溶液混合或熔融混合而製造。
混合可採用將聚L-乳酸與聚D-乳酸溶解於溶劑中而進行之溶液混合、將聚L-乳酸與聚D-乳酸熔融而進行之熔融混合之任何方法。聚L-乳酸與聚D-乳酸之質量比,前者/後者為80/20~20/80,鑒於熔點或諸物性決定質量
比。
例如,熔融混練有以滾筒、V型摻合機、超混合機、納塔混合機(nauta mixer)、班伯里混合機、混練輥等混練後進行熔融擠出,或者以單軸熔融擠出機或通風式雙軸擠出機等直接熔融混練擠出之方法等。任何一種方法,熔融混練之溫度均較好為比所得之含有立體錯合物結晶之聚乳酸之熔點高的溫度,較好高於260℃,更好為270℃以上。熔融混練之溫度過高時,會引起聚L-乳酸及聚D-乳酸之水解.熱分解而發生乳交酯等之低分子量物而欠佳。基於該觀點較好為300℃以下,更好為290℃以下。且,擠出機之螺桿轉數係鑒於所期望之混練性或所得樹脂組成物之分子量決定,但一般較好為10~500rpm,熔融混練時間較好為1~20分鐘。
本發明中,作為錫系化合物,可舉例為前述之製造聚乳酸所用之含錫觸媒。亦即,舉例有例如氯化亞錫、溴化亞錫、碘化亞錫、硫酸亞錫、氧化錫、肉荳蔻酸錫、辛酸錫、硬脂酸錫、四苯基錫、或甲氧化錫、乙氧化錫、丁氧化錫等之以碳數為1~10之脂肪族醇作為構成之烷氧化錫等。作為錫系化合物,較好為由辛酸錫及以碳數為1~10之脂肪族醇作為構成成分之烷氧化錫所組成之群選出之至少一種。
本發明之磷系化合物除了作為前述之使含錫觸媒惰性化之失活劑之磷系化合物以外,舉例有例如亞磷酸、磷酸、膦酸、亞磷酸酯、磷酸酯及膦酸酯。具體舉例為三苯膦、亞磷酸三壬基苯基酯、亞磷酸三甲苯基酯、亞磷酸三乙基酯、亞磷酸參(2-乙基己基)酯、亞磷酸三丁基酯、亞磷酸三癸基酯、亞磷酸三月桂基酯、亞磷酸參(十三烷基)酯、亞磷酸三油基酯、亞磷酸二苯基單(2-乙基己基)酯、亞磷酸二苯基單癸基酯、亞磷酸二苯基單(十三烷基)酯、三硫代亞磷酸三月桂基酯、二乙基亞磷酸氫酯、雙(2-乙基己基)亞磷酸氫酯、二月桂基亞磷酸氫酯、二月桂基亞磷酸氫酯、二油基亞磷酸氫酯、二苯基亞磷酸氫酯、四苯基二丙二醇二亞磷酸酯、雙(癸基)季戊四醇二亞磷酸酯、雙(十三烷基)季戊四醇二亞磷酸酯、亞磷酸三硬脂基酯、二硬脂基季戊四醇二亞磷酸酯、參(2,4-二-第三丁基苯基)亞磷酸酯、乙基磷酸二氫酯、丁基磷酸二氫酯、二丁基焦磷酸酯、丁氧基乙基磷酸二氫酯、2-乙基己基磷酸二氫酯、異十三烷基磷酸二氫酯、油基磷酸二氫酯、二十四烷基磷酸二氫酯、2-羥基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸二氫酯、二丁基磷酸酯、雙(2-乙基己基)磷酸酯等。該等化合物可為一種,亦可含有兩種以上。
本發明中,可使用有機酸金屬鹽或有機金屬鹽或組合
該等兩者使用。藉由使用該等,可提高立體錯合物聚乳酸之立體錯合物結晶化度(S)。作為有機酸金屬鹽係含有自鹼金屬及鹼土類金屬之至少一種金屬。作為該有機酸金屬鹽舉例有有機酸為碳數2~24之脂肪酸的脂肪酸金屬鹽、有機酸為碳數7~12之芳香族的芳香族酸金屬鹽、及碳酸金屬鹽。且本發明所用之有機金屬鹽舉例為金屬烷氧化物。

碳酸金屬鹽之具體例舉例為碳酸鈉、碳酸鉀、碳酸鋰、碳酸鈣、碳酸鎂、碳酸鋇等。
作為有機金屬鹽可舉例為金屬烷氧化物。金屬烷氧化物較好為碳數為1~10之脂肪族烷氧化物、碳數6~15之芳香族烷氧化物。該等亦可組合兩種以上。脂肪族烷氧化物之具體例舉例為甲氧化鋰、甲氧化鈉、乙氧化鋰、乙氧化鈉、乙氧化鈣、乙氧化鋇、第三丁氧化鉀、三異丙氧化鋁等。
且芳香族烷氧化物之具體例舉例為苯氧化鈉、3,5-二甲氧基苯氧化鈉、2-苯基苯氧化鈉等。
本發明之聚乳酸組成物係含有前述錫系化合物、上述磷系化合物、上述有機酸金屬鹽或有機金屬鹽、前述立體錯合物結晶化度(S)為90%以上之聚乳酸者。有機酸金屬鹽與有機金屬鹽亦可共存。
此處,上述磷系化合物之以磷(P)原子換算之含量,於將聚乳酸組成物設為100質量份時,較好為0.001~0.05質量份之範圍。進而較好為0.003~0.04質量份,又更好為0.005~0.03質量份。
且,前述有機酸金屬鹽或有機金屬鹽之含量,於將聚乳酸組成物設為100質量份時,較好為0.01~20.0質量份之範圍。藉由設為該範圍,可獲得立體錯合物結晶化度高,具有高的立體錯合物結晶熔點,即使再熔融,立體錯合物結晶熔點降低仍小,分子量降低少,成型加工性優
異,具有耐熱性之立體錯合物聚乳酸組成物。上述含量進而較好為0.01~5.0質量份,又更好為0.01~1.5質量份。有機酸金屬鹽與有機金屬鹽共存時,該等之合計量較好在上述範圍內。
本發明之聚乳酸組成物中,前述有機酸金屬鹽之金屬種為鹼金屬時,磷(P)與有機酸金屬鹽之比例(莫耳比)在0.5~1.5之範圍。其理由為P與金屬鹽之比若小時,難以保持為了保持機械物性之10萬以上之分子量,P與金屬鹽之比若大時,立體錯合物比例將低於90%之故。該比例較好為0.8~1.3之範圍。
本發明之聚乳酸組成物中,有機酸金屬鹽之金屬種為鹼土類金屬時,磷(P)與有機酸金屬鹽之比例(莫耳比)在0.1~1.0之範圍。其理由為P與金屬鹽之比若小時,難以保持為了保持機械物性之10萬以上之分子量,P與金屬鹽之比若大時,立體錯合物比例將低於90%之故。該範圍較好為0.2~0.6之範圍。
本發明之聚乳酸組成物中含有有機金屬鹽時,磷(P)與有機金屬鹽之比例(莫耳比)在0.5~2.2之範圍。其理由為P與金屬鹽之比若小時,難以保持為了保持機械物性之10萬以上之分子量,P與金屬鹽之比若大時,立體錯合物比例將低於90%之故。該範圍較好為0.5~1.0之範圍。
若基於前述磷系化合物與前述錫系化合物之含有比例,則聚乳酸組成物中之前述磷系化合物與前述錫系化合物之P/Sn較好為0.15~5.0。其理由為藉由設為該範圍,
可獲得立體錯合物結晶化度高,具有高的立體錯合物結晶熔點,即使再熔融,立體錯合物結晶熔點降低仍小,分子量降低少,成型加工性優異,具有耐熱性之立體錯合物聚乳酸組成物。
又,本發明之聚乳酸組成物中,亦可含有磷系化合物與有機酸金屬鹽一部分反應所生成之月桂酸、苯甲酸等之有機酸。
本發明之聚乳酸組成物於滿足下述條件之DSC測定中,源自立體錯合物結晶之聚乳酸組成物之熔點(Tsc)為210℃以上,且在3循環測定時之Tmsc下降溫度(△Tsc)為8℃以下時,耐熱性及熱安定性良好而較佳。△Tsc更好為5℃以下,又更好為4℃以下,再更好為3℃以下,最好為2℃以下。
DSC測定條件:
(I)自30℃升溫至260℃(升溫速度20℃/min)
(II)在260℃保持1min
(III)自260℃降溫至30℃(降溫速度20℃/min)
(IV)將上述(I)~(III)作為1循環,重複其3次者設為3循環。
本發明之聚乳酸組成物之藉由DSC測定之結晶熔解焓較好為20J/g以上,更好為20~80J/g,又更好為30~80J/g之範圍。
本發明之聚乳酸組成物中之乳交酯含量,相對於聚乳酸組成物100質量份較好為0~0.1質量份,更好為0~
0.07質量份,又更好為0~0.05質量份。
本發明之聚乳酸組成物中之立體錯合物聚乳酸之分子量分散(Mw/Mn)較好為0.5~2.4,更好為1.6~2.4,又更好為1.6~2.3之範圍。
本發明之聚乳酸組成物中亦可含有添加劑。例如作為添加劑可舉例為例如耐水解劑、結晶核劑、可塑劑、紫外線吸收劑、抗靜電劑、色相調整劑、難燃劑、抗菌劑、發泡劑。
尤其,作為水解調整劑,耐水解劑為有用。具體而言,舉例為碳二醯亞胺化合物、異氰酸酯化合物、環氧化合物、噁唑啉化合物、噁嗪化合物、氮丙啶化合物等之加成反應型之化合物。且,該等化合物可組合2種以上使用,但並非該等均可使用,重要的是選擇能發揮本發明之水解調整劑之效果者。
又,上述化合物中,基於耐水性或與酸性基之反應性之觀點,較好例示為碳二醯亞胺化合物,但並非只要是碳二醯亞胺化合物均可於本發明中發揮作為水解調節劑之效果之情況與上述同樣,重要的是由碳二醯亞胺化合物選擇能發揮本發明效果之化合物。
作為能發揮本發明之效果之碳二醯亞胺化合物可舉例為例如具有下述式(I)、(II)之基本構造者。
R-N=C=N-R' (I)
(上述式中,R、R’各獨立為碳數1~20之脂肪族基、碳數3~20之脂環族基、碳數5~15之芳香族基或該等之組合,亦可含有雜原子,R與R’亦可鍵結形成環狀構造,亦可藉由螺環構造等形成2個以上之環狀構造)
(上述式中,R”各獨立為碳數1~20之脂肪族基、碳數3~20之脂環族基、碳數5~15之芳香族基或該等之組合,亦可含有雜原子,n為2至1000之整數)。
基於安定性或易使用性之觀點,更好為芳香族碳二醯亞胺化合物。舉例為例如下述式(III)、(IV)之芳香族碳二醯亞胺化合物。
(上述式中,R1~R4各獨立為碳數1~20之脂肪族基、碳數3~20之脂環族基、碳數5~15之芳香族基或該等之組合,亦可含有雜原子。X、Y個獨立為氫原子、碳數1~20之脂肪族基、碳數3~20之脂環族基、碳數5~15之芳香族基或該等之組合,亦可含有雜原子。各芳香環亦可藉由取代基鍵結形成環狀構造,亦可藉由螺環構造等形成2個以上之環狀構造)
(上述式中,R5~R7各獨立為碳數1~20之脂肪族基、碳數3~20之脂環族基、碳數5~15之芳香族基或該等之組合,亦可含有雜原子,n為2至1000之整數)。
此等芳香族碳二醯亞胺化合物之具體例例示為雙(2,6-二異丙基苯基)碳二醯亞胺、1,3,5-三異丙基苯-2,4-二異氰酸酯進行脫碳酸縮合反應而合成之聚碳二醯亞胺之碳二醯亞胺基為5個以下者、該等之組合等。
上述碳二醯亞胺化合物之含量相對於本發明之聚乳酸組成物100質量份,較好含有0.1~10質量份。
本發明之聚乳酸組成物之製造方法並未特別限制,舉例為例如(I)使上述磷系化合物與上述有機金屬鹽及/或有機金屬鹽與上述聚乳酸同時熔融混練之方法,(II)使含有上述磷系化合物之上述聚乳酸熔融混練後,添加上述有機金屬鹽並再度熔融混練之方法,(III)於製造聚L-乳酸或聚D-乳酸或兩者時事先添加上述磷系化合物,其次將該等熔融混練後,添加上述有機金屬鹽並再度熔融混練之方法等。熔融混練時之溫度只要在260~300℃進行即可。聚L-乳酸與聚D-乳酸之質量混合比,為了提高上述聚乳酸之立體錯合物結晶化度(S),而為80/20~20/80。
因此依據本發明,本發明之聚乳酸組成物可如下述般製造。亦即,藉由至少包含下述步驟之聚乳酸組成物之製造方法而
達成,該方法係製造包含聚L-乳酸(A)與聚D-乳酸(B),亦含有以下述式(a)定義之立體錯合物結晶化度(S)為90%以上之立體錯合聚乳酸,S=△Hsc×100/(△Hho+△Hsc) (a)
(上述式(a)中,△Hsc表示聚乳酸組成物中之立體錯合物結晶之焓(J/g),△Hho表示聚乳酸組成物中之均聚結晶之焓(J/g)),且聚L-乳酸(A)與聚D-乳酸(B)之含有比例在80/20~20/80(質量比)之範圍的聚乳酸組成物之方法。
(i)準備包含聚L-乳酸(A)、聚D-乳酸(B)、錫系化合物及磷系化合物之混合物之步驟,(ii)以滿足下述條件之方式將由鹼金屬及鹼土類金屬選出之至少一種有機酸金屬鹽及有機金屬鹽之至少任一者添加於(i)之混合物中之步驟,有機酸金屬鹽之金屬種為鹼金屬時,以金屬換算之磷(P)原子與有機酸金屬鹽之比例(莫耳比)在0.5~1.5之範圍,有機酸金屬鹽之金屬種為鹼土類金屬時,以金屬換算之磷原子(P)與有機酸金屬鹽之比例(莫耳比)在0.1~1.0之範圍,有機金屬鹽之情況下,以金屬換算之磷原子(P)與有機金屬鹽之比例(莫耳比)為0.5~2.2之範圍,(iii)針對(ii)之步驟,以260~300℃之溫度進行熔融混練之步驟。
上述步驟(i)中,關於聚L-乳酸(A)、聚D-乳酸(B)、
錫系化合物及磷系化合物,可使用與上述相同者。準備包含該等之混合物時,例如可使如L-乳交酯之可形成L-乳酸單位之單體之特定量與如D-乳交酯之可形成D-乳酸單位之單體之特定量與聚合觸媒的錫系化合物之特定量反應,隨後添加作為聚合觸媒失活劑或著色防止劑之前述磷系化合物,進而反應,並根據需要去除乳交酯而獲得。
上述(i)之步驟中,源自磷系化合物之磷原子與源自錫系化合物之錫原子之比例(P/Sn)以質量比計較好在0.15~5.0之範圍內,理由如前述。
有機酸金屬鹽之金屬種為鹼金屬時,以使磷(P)原子與有機酸金屬鹽之比例(莫耳比)在0.5~1.5之範圍,較好為0.8~1.3之範圍之方式添加有機酸金屬鹽,有機酸金屬鹽之金屬種為鹼土類金屬時,以使磷(P)原子與有機酸金屬鹽之比例(莫耳比)在0.1~1.0之範圍,較好為0.2~0.6之範圍之方式添加有機酸金屬鹽,為有機金屬鹽之情況下,以使磷(P)原子與有機金屬鹽之比例(莫耳比)在0.5~2.2之範圍,較好為0.5~1.0之範圍之方式添加有機金屬鹽,藉此可提高立體錯合物結晶化度(S),且耐熱性良好。又可安定地製造本發明之聚乳酸組成物。
上述(iii)之步驟中,熔融混練溫度,由聚乳酸之熔融時之安定性及立體錯合物結晶化度(S)之提高之觀點,為260~300℃,較好為260~280℃,更好為260~275℃之範圍。
藉由以該混合比、溫度熔融混練,可使聚乳酸之立體
錯合物結晶化度(S)為90%以上。聚乳酸之結晶化度(S)較好為90%~100%,更好為95%~100%,又更好為97%~100%,最好為100%。
上述熔融混練法可使用以往習知之批式或連續式熔融混合裝置進行。例如可使用具備熔融攪拌槽、單軸、雙軸擠出機、捏合機、無軸籠型攪拌槽(Finisher)、住友重機製BAJBORAKKU、三菱重工業製N-SCR、日立製作所製之眼鏡翼、格子翼或Kenix式攪拌機;或Sulzer式SMLX型靜態混合機之管型聚合裝置等,但就生產性、聚乳酸之品質特別是色調之方面,較好使用自我洗淨式之聚合裝置的無軸籠型攪拌槽、N-SCR、雙軸擠出機等。
聚乳酸組成物可直接熔融成形,但一旦固化顆粒化後進行加工成形翼為較佳實施樣態之一。顆粒形狀係具有適於以各種成形方法形成顆粒之形狀者,具體而言較好為顆粒長度為1~7mm左右,長徑3~5mm左右,短徑1~4mm左右者。且該顆粒形狀較好為偏差少者。
本發明之聚乳酸組成物中,除上述水解調整劑以外,亦可根據期望,在不違反本發明主旨之範圍內含有如下述之化合物。例如可含有聚乳酸以外之熱可塑性樹脂、熱硬化性樹脂、軟質熱可塑性樹脂、耐衝擊改良劑、結晶化促進劑、結晶化核劑、靜電密著法之製膜性改良劑、可塑劑、潤滑劑、有機、無機之滑劑、有機、無機填充劑、抗氧化劑、光安定劑、紫外線吸收劑、熱安定劑、脫模劑、抗靜電劑、難燃劑、發泡劑、抗菌抗黴劑、有機、無機系
之染料、包含顏料之著色劑等之一種或兩種以上。
本發明之聚乳酸組成物中應用上述添加劑時,可在由聚乳酸開始聚合且於成形前之間之階段添加該等劑。自聚合開始至結束之間添加劑時,使用通常之劑投入法可製造聚乳酸組成物。且將劑添加於立體錯合物聚乳酸時,可較好地使用以往習知之各種方法。至於各種方法可適宜地使用例如滾筒、V型摻合機、超混合機、納塔混合機、班伯里混合機、混練輥、單軸或雙軸擠出機等混合之方法。
實施例中之各值係藉以下方法求得。
利用凝膠滲透層析儀(GPC),與聚苯乙烯標準樣品比較而求得。
GPC測定器係使用以下者,使用氯仿溶離液,管柱溫度40℃,以流速1.0mL/min流動,注入濃度1mg/mL(含1%六氟異丙醇之氯仿)之資料10μL。
檢測器:示差折射計 島津製作所(股)製RID-6A
泵:島津製作所(股)製LC-9A
管柱:TOSOH(股)TSKgeLG3000HXL、TSKgeLG4000HXL、TSKgeLG5000HXL及TSKguaRdcoLuMnHXL-L串聯連接。
使用聚乳酸組成物,利用Perkin Elmer(股)製DSC7示差掃描熱量計(DSC)測定。亦即,將試料10mg在氮氣氛圍下,於第1次運作以升溫速度20℃/min自30℃升溫至260℃,測定結晶熔點溫度(Tho,Tsc)。
立體錯合物結晶熔點降低(△Tsc;以下有時簡稱熔點降低)係設為於上述DSC測定中,下述測定條件下之1循環時與3循環時之立體錯合物結晶立體熔點(源自立體錯合物結晶之聚乳酸之熔點(Tsc),以下有時簡稱熔點)之溫度差。
DSC測定條件:
(I)自30℃升溫至260℃(升溫速度20℃/min)
(II)在260℃保持1min
(III)自260℃降溫至30℃(降溫速度20℃/min)
(IV)將上述(I)~(III)作為1循環,重複其3次者設為3循環。
立體錯合物結晶化度(S)係由聚乳酸組成物之未達190℃之低溫相結晶溶解熱(△Hho)、190℃以上之高溫相結晶溶解熱(△Hsc)藉由下述式求出。
S=△Hsc×100/(△Hho+△Hsc) (a)
(上述式(a)中,△Hsc表示進行DSC測定時對應於立體錯合物結晶相之熔解之190℃以上之結晶熔解波峰之結晶熔解焓(J/g),△Hho表示進行DSC測定時對應於均聚結晶
相之熔解之未達190℃之結晶熔解波峰之結晶熔解焓(J/g))。
聚L-乳酸及聚D-乳酸之光學純度係如下述般決定。聚L-乳酸時,自構成其之主要的L-乳酸單位與一部分之D-乳酸單位之比率求得光學純度。首先,於試料1g中添加5M氫氧化鈉5mL與甲醇2.5mL,邊在40℃加熱攪拌邊水解後,以1M硫酸中和。將中和液1mL稀釋至25倍而調整濃度。將其以高速液體層析儀(HPLC),以紫外光UV254nm測定L-乳酸與D-乳酸之檢測波鋒面積,由構成聚乳酸聚合物之L-乳酸單位之質量比率[L](%)與D-乳酸單位之質量比率[D](%),由下述式算出光學純度(%)。
又,作為HPLC裝置,使用泵:島津LC-6A,UV檢測器:島津SPD-6AV,管柱:SUMICHIRAL OA-5000(住化分析中心(股)),溶離液使用1mM硫酸銅水溶液,於流速1.0mL/min、40℃測定。
聚L-乳酸之光學純度(%)=100×[L]/([L]+[D])
聚D-乳酸之光學純度(%)=100×[D]/([L]+[D])
利用ICP-AES,求出以金屬換算之P及Sn量。於裝入石英玻璃容器內之試料0.5mg中添加硝酸7mL,使用PerkinElmer公司製之Multiwave 3000,以200W輸出處理
5分鐘,接著以500W之輸出處理45分鐘,此時,最終反應溫度為190℃,內壓為45bar。所得試料以純水增容至50mL,以Varian公司製VISTA-PRO進行發光分析。
下述各實施例中使用之聚乳酸係藉以下方法製造。
對於L-乳交酯(武藏野化學研究所(股)製,光學純度100%)100質量份中,添加0.014質量份之作為磷系化合物之辛酸錫,於氮氣氛圍下,以攪拌翼反應機於180℃反應2小時,添加0.095質量份之亞磷酸三月桂基酯,隨後於13.3Pa去除殘存之乳交酯,經粒片化,獲得聚L-乳酸。
所得聚L-乳酸之Mw為19.3萬,Tho為176.4℃,以金屬換算之P量相對於所得聚L-乳酸100質量份為0.00503質量份,以金屬換算之Sn量相對於所得聚L-乳酸100質量份為0.00403質量份,光學純度為99.8%。
除了變更乳交酯種類、磷系化合物種類、辛酸錫量、磷系化合物量以外,進行與製造例1同樣之操作。
所得聚L-乳酸或聚D-乳酸彙總於表1。表中,「DHPA」係指乙酸二己基膦醯乙酯。
製造例1及8所製造之聚L-乳酸與聚D-乳酸分別取50質量份,於80℃乾燥5小時後,邊添加0.020質量份之辛酸鈉,邊以雙軸混練機於汽缸溫度270℃、進料5kg/h進行熔融混練。接著以粒片切刀顆粒化,製造聚乳酸組成物。
針對所得聚乳酸組成物,進行DSC測定。其結果,立體錯合物結晶化度(S)為100.0%,立體錯合物結晶熔點Tsc為218.0℃,立體錯合物結晶熔點降低溫度(△Tsc)為3.2℃。且Mw為13.9萬。成形為纖維及薄膜之成形性良好。
除了變更所使用之聚乳酸種類及量、有機酸金屬鹽或有機金屬鹽種及量以外,進行與實施例1同樣之操作。
所得聚乳酸組成物彙總於表2。
實施例1中,取所得聚乳酸組成物100質量份,在80℃乾燥5小時後,邊添加作為碳二醯亞胺化合物之雙(2,6-二異丙基苯基)碳二醯亞胺9.0質量份,邊以雙軸混練機,於汽缸溫度230℃、進料5kg/h進行熔融混練。接著以粒片切刀顆粒化,製造聚乳酸組成物。
針對所得聚乳酸組成物,進行DSC測定。其結果,
立體錯合物結晶化度(S)為100.0%,立體錯合物結晶熔點Tsc為210.9℃,立體錯合物結晶熔點降低溫度(△Tsc)為1.1℃。且Mw為13.6萬。
除了變更所使用之聚乳酸種類及量、有機酸金屬鹽或有機金屬鹽種及量以外,進行與實施例1同樣之操作。
所得聚乳酸組成物彙總於表3。又,表中之「ADEKASTAB NA-11」意指2,4,8,10-四-第三丁基-6-(鈉氧基(sodiooxy))-12H-二苯并[d,f][1,3,3]二氧雜磷雜環庚基-6-氧化物。「ADEKASTAB」為註冊商標。
由本發明所提供之立體錯合物聚乳酸組成物即使含有磷系化合物及錫系化合物其安定性亦良好且具有高耐熱性。因此,可使用作為要求安定性及高耐熱性之各種射出成形品、薄膜、纖維、各種成形品。
Claims (14)
- 一種聚乳酸組成物,其包含聚L-乳酸(A)與聚D-乳酸(B),亦含有以下述式(a)定義之立體錯合物結晶化度(S)為90%以上的立體錯合物聚乳酸,S=△Hsc×100/(△Hho+△Hsc) (a)(上述式(a)中,△Hsc表示聚乳酸組成物中之立體錯合物結晶之焓(J/g),△Hho表示聚乳酸組成物中之均聚結晶之焓(J/g)),且聚L-乳酸(A)與聚D-乳酸(B)之含有比例在80/20~20/80(質量比)之範圍,亦包含錫系化合物及磷系化合物,進而包含由鹼金屬及鹼土類金屬選出之至少一種有機酸金屬鹽以及金屬烷氧化物之至少任一者,有機酸金屬鹽之金屬種為鹼金屬時,磷(P)原子與有機酸金屬鹽之比例(莫耳比)在0.5~1.5之範圍,有機酸金屬鹽之金屬種為鹼土類金屬時,磷(P)原子與有機酸金屬鹽之比例(莫耳比)在0.2~1.0之範圍,金屬烷氧化物之情況下,磷(P)原子與金屬烷氧化物之比例(莫耳比)在0.5~2.2之範圍。
- 如請求項1之聚乳酸組成物,其中前述有機酸金屬鹽之有機酸為碳數2~24之脂肪酸。
- 如請求項1之聚乳酸組成物,其中前述有機酸金屬鹽之有機酸為碳數7~12之芳香族酸。
- 如請求項1之聚乳酸組成物,其中前述金屬烷氧化物為由碳數1~10之脂肪族烷氧化物及碳數6~15之芳香 族烷氧化物所組成之群選出之至少一種金屬烷氧化物。
- 如請求項1之聚乳酸組成物,其中前述錫系化合物為由辛酸錫及以碳數為1~10之脂肪族醇作為構成成分之烷氧化錫所組成之群選出之至少一種。
- 如請求項1之聚乳酸組成物,其中磷系化合物為由亞磷酸、磷酸、膦酸、亞磷酸酯、磷酸酯及膦酸酯所組成之群選出之至少一種磷化合物。
- 如請求項1~6中任一項之聚乳酸組成物,其中將聚L-乳酸及聚D-乳酸之合計量設為100質量份時,以金屬換算之Sn為0.02質量份以下,且源自磷系化合物之磷原子與源自錫系化合物之錫原子之比例(P/Sn)以質量比計在0.15~5.0之範圍內。
- 如請求項1~6中任一項之聚乳酸組成物,其中源自立體錯合物結晶之聚乳酸組成物之熔點(Tsc)為210℃以上,且在下述條件下進行DSC測定時之3循環測定時之Tsc與1循環測定時之Tsc之差(△Tsc)為8℃以下,DSC測定條件:(i)自30℃升溫至260℃(升溫速度20℃/min)(ii)在260℃保持1min(iii)自260℃降溫至30℃(降溫速度20℃/min)(iv)將上述(i)~(iii)作為1循環,重複其3次者設為3循環。
- 如請求項1~6中任一項之聚乳酸組成物,其中立體錯合物聚乳酸之重量平均分子量(Mw)為10萬以上。
- 如請求項1~6中任一項之聚乳酸組成物,其中相對於前述聚乳酸組成物100質量份含有0.1~10質量份之一分子中含1個以上之碳二醯亞胺基之化合物。
- 如請求項1~6中任一項之聚乳酸組成物,其中進而包含藉由前述有機酸金屬鹽之反應所生成之有機酸。
- 一種成形體,其係由如請求項1~11中任一項之聚乳酸組成物而得。
- 一種聚乳酸組成物之製造方法,其係製造包含聚L-乳酸(A)與聚D-乳酸(B),亦含有以下述式(a)定義之立體錯合物結晶化度(S)為90%以上之立體錯合聚乳酸,S=△Hsc×100/(△Hho+△Hsc) (a)(上述式(a)中,△Hsc表示聚乳酸組成物中之立體錯合物結晶之焓(J/g),△Hho表示聚乳酸組成物中之均聚結晶之焓(J/g)),且聚L-乳酸(A)與聚D-乳酸(B)之含有比例在80/20~20/80(質量比)之範圍的聚乳酸組成物之方法中,該方法至少包含下述步驟:(i)準備包含聚L-乳酸(A)、聚D-乳酸(B)、錫系化合物及磷系化合物之混合物之步驟,(ii)以滿足下述條件之方式將由鹼金屬及鹼土類金屬選出之至少一種有機酸金屬鹽及金屬烷氧化物之至少任一者添加於(i)之混合物中之步驟,有機酸金屬鹽之金屬種為鹼金屬時,磷(P)原子與有機酸金屬鹽之比例(莫耳比)在0.5~1.5之範圍,有機酸金屬鹽之金屬種為鹼土類金屬時,磷(P)原子 與有機酸金屬鹽之比例(莫耳比)在0.2~1.0之範圍,金屬烷氧化物之情況下,磷(P)原子與金屬烷氧化物之比例(莫耳比)在0.5~2.2之範圍,(iii)針對(ii)之步驟,以260~300℃之溫度進行熔融混練之步驟。
- 如請求項13之聚乳酸組成物之製造方法,其中(i)步驟中,源自磷系化合物之磷原子與源自錫系化合物之錫原子之比例(P/Sn)以質量比計在0.15~5.0之範圍內。
