Abstract
本發明係使用可穩定地分散溶於以有機溶劑為主之溶劑中之導電性組合物,而形成因胺系化合物產生之問題、例如加成型聚矽氧難以硬化等問題較少發生,並且導電性優異之聚矽氧皮膜。
本發明係關於一種加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物、及將其供給至基體上並使之硬化而成之防止帶電聚矽氧皮膜,該組合物包含:(a)π共軛系導電性高分子、(b)聚陰離子、(c)下述化學式(1)所表示之化合物、及(d)加成硬化性有機聚矽氧烷組合物。

Description
本申請案係基於2014年12月9日在日本提出申請之日本專利特願2014-249050而主張優先權,將該申請案所記載之內容援引於本說明書。又,於本申請案中引用之專利、專利申請案及文獻所記載之內容被援引於本說明書。
本發明係關於一種加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物、及將其供給至基體上並使之硬化而成之防止帶電聚矽氧皮膜。
一般而言,主鏈由包含π電子之共軛系所構成之π共軛系導電性高分子係藉由電解聚合法或化學氧化聚合法而合成。於電解聚合法中,準備成為摻雜劑之電解質與用以形成π共軛系導電性高分子之前驅物單體之混合溶液,於該溶液中配置電極並且浸漬預先形成之電極材料等支持體,於電極間施加電壓,藉此π共軛系導電性高分子呈膜狀形成於該支架表面。如此,電解聚合法需要電解聚合用裝置,且成為批量生產,故而大量生產性較差。另一方面,於化學氧化聚合法中,不存在如上述般之制約,可向形成π共軛系導電性高分子之前驅物單體中添加氧化劑及氧化聚合觸媒,而於溶液中製造大量之π共軛系導電性高分子。
然而,於化學氧化聚合法中,由於隨著構成π共軛系導電性高分
子之主鏈之共軛系的成長而使對溶劑之溶解性變差,故而π共軛系導電性高分子係以不溶於溶劑之固體粉末之形態獲得。因此,難以藉由塗佈等方法而於塑膠等各種基材上以均勻之厚度形成π共軛系導電性高分子之膜。因此,嘗試有如下方法:於π共軛系導電性高分子中導入官能基而使之可溶於溶劑中之方法;使π共軛系導電性高分子分散於黏合劑樹脂而於溶劑中可溶化之方法;向π共軛系導電性高分子中添加含有陰離子基之高分子酸而使之於溶劑中可溶化之方法等。例如為了使π共軛系導電性高分子於水中之溶解性提高,已知有如下方法:於分子量2,000~500,000之作為含有陰離子基之高分子酸之聚苯乙烯磺酸的存在下,使用氧化劑使3,4-二烷氧基噻吩發生化學氧化聚合而製造聚(3,4-二烷氧基噻吩)水溶液(例如參照專利文獻1)。又,已知亦有如下方法:於聚丙烯酸之存在下,使用以形成π共軛系導電性高分子之前驅物單體發生化學氧化聚合而製造π共軛系導電性高分子膠體水溶液(例如參照專利文獻2)。
進而,亦提出有製造可溶或分散於有機溶劑且能夠與有機樹脂混合之導電性溶液的方法。作為此一例,已知有聚苯胺之有機溶劑溶液及其製造方法(例如參照專利文獻3)。又,已知亦有自包含聚陰離子與本徵導電性高分子之水溶液向有機溶劑相轉換的溶劑置換法(例如參照專利文獻4、專利文獻5、專利文獻6及專利文獻7)。又,已知亦有使冷凍乾燥後之本徵導電性高分子溶解於有機溶劑之方法(例如參照專利文獻8)。然而,於該等方法中,存在如聚苯胺之例般難以與其他有機樹脂混合,此外受限於含有大量水之溶劑系之問題。即便於少量水或實質上不含水之情形時,亦存在如上述文獻(例如參照專利文獻4、專利文獻5、專利文獻6及專利文獻7)般因使用胺化合物,而產生與樹脂混合之情形時之色調經時劣化,且聚陰離子向導電性高分子中之摻雜被胺逐漸奪取,導致導電性隨時間經過而降低之問題。進
而,於在加成反應硬化型聚矽氧樹脂中混合導電性高分子之情形時,亦有產生因胺引起之硬化阻礙而使聚矽氧樹脂之硬化不充分之缺點。
又,自先前以來,於聚矽氧業界中,存在於剝離用途或黏著劑用途上,欲對絕緣性較高之聚矽氧組合物賦予防止帶電功能之要求。
為了滿足該要求,自先前以來,嘗試有向聚矽氧組合物中添加碳粉末、金屬粉末、離子性導電物質之方法。然而,於此種方法中,現狀為尚未達到滿足聚矽氧樹脂之透明性、剝離性能、黏著性能、導電性之耐濕度依存性等諸多功能。再者,雖已知有使導電性高分子以乳液之形態混合至聚矽氧樹脂乳液中之技術(例如參照專利文獻9及專利文獻10),但由於該技術之製造物為水分散體,故而實用性上存在極限並且有因水導致之機器之腐蝕、密接性不足等缺點。

若上述先前之導電性溶液使用胺系化合物,使導電性高分子自
水相相轉換為有機相,則無法克服因胺系化合物產生之上述缺點。又,水分散體之形態有實用性較低,亦容易發生因水導致之腐蝕之缺點。有欲克服此種缺點並且實現對聚矽氧膜賦予防止帶電功能、減少聚矽氧硬化阻礙、且進一步提高於基體上之密接性的強烈要求。
本發明之目的在於提供一種可減少因胺系化合物產生之問題及因水產生之問題,能夠對聚矽氧膜賦予防止帶電功能及減少聚矽氧硬化阻礙,並且密接性優異的加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物、及使其硬化而成之防止帶電聚矽氧皮膜。
為達到上述目的,本發明者等人開發出不使用胺系化合物而使
用含乙烯基環氧化合物之全新技術,從而完成了本發明。具體之解決
問題之手段如下所述。
為達到上述目的之一實施形態之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物包含:(a)π共軛系導電性高分子、(b)聚陰離子、(c)下述化學式(1)所表示之化合物、及(d)加成硬化性有機聚矽氧烷組合物。

進而,另一實施形態之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物係將(c)化學式(1)所表示之化合物設為下述化學式(2)所表示之化合物。

又,另一實施形態之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物包含(b)聚陰離子與(c)化學式(1)所表示之化合物之反應生成物。
又,關於另一實施形態之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物,(a)π共軛系導電性高分子具有選自由聚吡咯類、聚噻吩類、聚乙炔類、聚伸苯類、聚伸苯伸乙烯類、聚苯胺類、聚并苯類、聚噻吩伸乙烯類、及該等中之2種以上之共聚物所組成之群中之至少1種以上之重複單元。
進而,另一實施形態之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物係將(a)π共軛系導電性高分子設為聚(3,4-伸乙二氧基噻吩)或聚吡咯。
又,關於另一實施形態之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物,(b)聚陰離子之陰離子基包含選自磺酸基、磷酸基及羧基中之1種或2種以上。
又,關於另一實施形態之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物,(b)聚陰離子係以共聚合結構體之形態包含聚苯乙烯磺酸、聚乙烯磺酸、聚丙烯酸伸烷基磺酸、聚(2-丙烯醯胺-2-甲基-1-丙磺酸)或其等之1種以上者。
另一實施形態之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物進而包含有機溶劑。
又,一實施形態之防止帶電聚矽氧皮膜係將上述任一加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物供給至基體上並使之硬化而成。
根據本發明,可提供一種能夠減少因胺系化合物產生之問題及因水產生之問題,可對聚矽氧膜賦予防止帶電功能及減少聚矽氧硬化阻礙,並且密接性優異之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物、及使其硬化而成之防止帶電聚矽氧皮膜。
以下,對本發明之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物及防止帶電聚矽氧皮膜之各實施形態進行說明。
本發明之實施形態之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物包含:(a)π共軛系導電性高分子、(b)聚陰離子、(c)下述化學式(1)所表示之化合物、及(d)加成硬化性有機聚矽氧烷組合物。於本申請案中,(c)下述化學式(1)所表示之化合物可僅溶解或分散於該實施形態之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物中,又,亦可與(b)聚陰離子發生反應而形成反應生成物。該實施形態之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物可為溶解或分散於以水為主之溶劑中者,又,亦可為溶解或分散於以有機溶劑為主之溶劑中者。

又,於該實施形態之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物中,亦可將(c)化學式(1)所表示之化合物設為下述化學式(2)所表示之化合物。
(R1表示未特別限定之所有官能基)
藉由將聚陰離子摻雜於π共軛系導電性高分子中,而形成π共軛系導電性高分子與聚陰離子之複合體。於聚陰離子中,不使全部陰離子基摻雜於π共軛系導電性高分子而具有殘餘之陰離子基。該殘餘之陰離子基由於為親水基,故而發揮使複合體可溶化於水之作用。為了使該複合體可溶化於有機溶劑,需要對作為親水基之陰離子基起到某些作用而使其親水性下降。上述化學式(1)所表示之化合物有助於使上述親水性下降。
本申請案中使用之將聚陰離子作為摻雜劑之導電性高分子係由具有大致數十奈米之粒徑之微粒子所形成。該微粒子藉由存在亦具有界面活性劑之作用之聚陰離子而於可見光區域為透明,看似微粒子溶解於溶劑中。實際上,該微粒子係分散於溶劑中,於本申請案中,將該狀態稱為「分散可溶化」之狀態。溶劑係以有機溶劑為主者。其中,所謂「以有機溶劑為主」意指溶劑中所占之有機溶劑超過50%。尤其是溶劑較佳為按重量比為有機溶劑:水=90:10~100:0之範圍。
1.1製造方法
該實施形態之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物係利用包含如下步驟之製造方法而獲得:向π共軛系導電性高分子與摻雜於其中之聚陰離子之複合體的水分散體中添加上述化學式(1)所表示之化合物與加成硬化性有機聚矽氧烷組合物,並至少將水分去除。又,該實施形態之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物亦可利用包含如下步驟之製造方法而獲得:將上述化學式(1)所表示之化合物與加成硬化性有機聚矽氧烷組合物添加至π共軛系導電性高分子與摻雜於其中之聚陰離子之複合體的水分散體中,進行向不溶於水之有機溶劑之相轉換,並至少去除水分。進而,該實施形態之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物亦可利用包含如下步驟之製造方法而獲得:將上述化學式(1)所表示之化合物與加成硬化性有機聚矽氧烷組合物添加至預先減少水分之π共軛系導電性高分子與摻雜於其中之聚陰離子之複合體的乾燥固體中。
更詳細而言,該實施形態之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物雖為一例,但可藉由以下之方法製造。
(1)由分散有導電性高分子/聚陰離子複合體之水分散體實施之製造方法
分散有導電性高分子/聚陰離子複合體之水分散體係藉由於導電性高分子用單體與摻雜劑共存之水溶液或水分散體之狀態下,在氧化劑之存在下進行聚合而獲得。但是,不僅可使用由此種單體進行之聚合,亦可使用市售之導電性高分子/摻雜劑複合體之水分散體。作為市售之導電性高分子/摻雜劑複合體之水分散體,例如可列舉:Heraeus公司之PEDOT/PSS(Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/poly(styrenesulfonate),聚(3,4-伸乙二氧基噻吩)/聚苯乙烯磺酸)複合體之水分散體(商品名:Clevios),Agfa公司之
PEDOT/PSS複合體之水分散體(商品名:Orgacon)等。
加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物係於將化學式(1)所表示之化合物(以下適當稱為「含有環氧基之不飽和化合物」)與加成硬化性有機聚矽氧烷組合物及溶劑一併添加至上述水分散體後,較佳為使陰離子與含有環氧基之不飽和化合物之基發生反應,其後將溶液濃縮、過濾分離或乾燥而獲得。此後,適宜地使所獲得之濃縮物或固體可溶或分散於以有機溶劑為主之溶劑中,以塗料之形態使用。又,於將含有環氧基之不飽和化合物與加成硬化性有機聚矽氧烷組合物及溶劑一併添加至上述水分散體後,較佳為使陰離子與含有環氧基之不飽和化合物之基發生反應之期間或反應後,加入不溶於水之有機溶劑,使加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物相轉換為水不溶之溶劑相(亦稱為有機相),於視需要經過脫水等步驟後,亦可使加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物可溶或分散於以有機溶劑為主之溶劑(例如,以量比計有機溶劑:水=90:10~100:0之範圍之溶劑)中。但是,陰離子與含有環氧基之不飽和化合物亦可未必發生反應。
(2)由冷凍乾燥後之導電性高分子/聚陰離子複合體之固形物實施之製造方法
(2-a)
將冷凍乾燥後之導電性高分子/聚陰離子複合體之固形物加入至包含含有環氧基之不飽和化合物與加成硬化性有機聚矽氧烷組合物之水溶液中並進行攪拌、過濾,然後洗淨濾出者,向其中加入有機溶劑,藉此獲得加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物。
(2-b)
向有機溶劑中加入冷凍乾燥後之導電性高分子/聚陰離子複合體之固形物,進而,向其中加入含有環氧基之不飽和化合物與加成硬化性有機聚矽氧烷組合物,獲得加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合
物。
1.2加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物用之原料
(a)π共軛系導電性高分子
π共軛系導電性高分子只要為主鏈由π共軛系構成之有機高分子,則能夠無任何限定地使用。例如可較佳地列舉:聚吡咯類、聚噻吩類、聚乙炔類、聚伸苯類、聚伸苯伸乙烯類、聚苯胺類、聚并苯類、聚噻吩伸乙烯類、及該等中之2種以上之共聚物。就聚合容易性、空氣中之穩定性之觀點而言,可尤佳地使用聚吡咯類、聚噻吩類或聚苯胺類。雖然π共軛系導電性高分子即便於未經取代之狀態下亦表現出相當高之導電性及對黏合劑之相溶性,但為了進一步提高導電性、對黏合劑之分散性或溶解性,亦可導入烷基、烯基、羧基、磺基、烷氧基、羥基、氰基等官能基。

於上述π共軛系導電性高分子之例中,若考慮到阻值或反應性,則可尤佳地使用包含選自聚吡咯、聚噻吩、聚(N-甲基吡咯)、聚(3-甲氧基噻吩)、聚(3,4-伸乙二氧基噻吩)中之1種或2種以上之共聚物。就高導電性及高耐熱性之方面而言,可進而較佳地使用聚吡咯、聚(3,4-伸乙二氧基噻吩)。又,如聚(N-甲基吡咯)、聚(3-甲基噻吩)之類的烷基取代化合物由於使對以有機溶劑為主之溶劑之溶解性、添加疏水性樹脂時之相溶性及分散性提高,故而可更佳地使用。於烷基中,由於甲基對導電性產生之不良影響較少,故而更佳。
(b)聚陰離子
聚陰離子只要為陰離子性化合物,則可無特別制約地使用。所謂陰離子性化合物係指分子中具有可能引起對(a)π共軛系導電性高分子之化學氧化摻雜之陰離子基之化合物。作為陰離子基,就製造之容易性及較高之穩定性之觀點而言,較佳為磷酸基、羧基、磺基等。該等陰離子基之中,就對(a)π共軛系導電性高分子之摻雜效果優異之理由而言,更佳為磺基或羧基。
作為聚陰離子,例如可列舉藉由磺化劑對不具有陰離子基之聚合物進行磺化等而將陰離子基導入至聚合物內之聚合物,此外可列舉
使含有陰離子基之聚合性單體聚合而獲得之聚合物。通常,就製造之容易性之觀點而言,聚陰離子較佳為使含有陰離子基之聚合性單體聚合而獲得。作為該製造方法,例如可例示如下方法:於溶劑中,在氧化劑及/或聚合觸媒之存在下,使含有陰離子基之聚合性單體進行氧化聚合或自由基聚合而獲得。更具體而言,使特定量之含有陰離子基之聚合性單體溶解於溶劑中,使其保持於一定溫度,向其中添加預先於溶劑中溶解有特定量之氧化劑及/或聚合觸媒之溶液,以特定時間進行反應。由該反應所獲得之聚合物藉由觸媒而調整為一定之濃度。於該製造方法中,亦能夠使含有陰離子基之聚合性單體與不具有陰離子基之聚合性單體進行共聚合。含有陰離子基之聚合性單體之聚合時使用之氧化劑及/或氧化觸媒、溶劑與使形成(a)π共軛系導電性高分子之前驅物單體進行聚合時所使用者相同。

如此所獲得之聚陰離子之聚合度雖並未特別限定,但通常,單體之單元為10~100,000左右,就使溶劑可溶化、分散性及導電性良好化之觀點而言,更佳為設為50~10,000左右。
作為聚陰離子之具體例,可較佳地列舉:聚乙烯基磺酸、聚苯乙烯磺酸、聚異戊二烯磺酸、聚丙烯醯氧基乙基磺酸、聚丙烯醯氧基丁基磺酸、聚(2-丙烯醯胺-2-甲基-1-丙磺酸)。於所獲得之陰離子性化合物為陰離子鹽之情形時,較佳為使其變質為陰離子酸。作為變質為陰離子酸之方法,可列舉使用離子交換樹脂之離子交換法、透析法、超過濾法等。於該等方法中,就作業容易性之觀點而言,較佳為超過濾法。其中,於必須降低金屬離子濃度之情形時,使用離子交換法。
作為(a)π共軛系導電性高分子與(b)聚陰離子之組合,雖可使用選自(a)及(b)之各群組者,但就化學穩定性、導電性、保存穩定性、獲取容易性等觀點而言,較佳為作為(a)π共軛系導電性高分子之一例的聚(3,4-伸乙二氧基噻吩)與作為(b)聚陰離子之一例的聚苯乙烯磺酸之
組合。所謂聚(3,4-伸乙二氧基噻吩)與聚苯乙烯磺酸亦可如上所述般,於導電性高分子用單體與摻雜劑共存之水溶液或水分散液之狀態下,在氧化劑之存在下進行聚合而合成。又,亦可使用市售之導電性高分子/摻雜劑複合體之水分散體。
聚陰離子之含量較佳為相對於1g之π共軛系導電性高分子為0.1~10g之範圍,更佳為1~7g之範圍。藉由使聚陰離子之含量為0.1g以上,能夠提高對π共軛系導電性高分子之摻雜效果,提高導電性。此外,對溶劑之溶解性變高,變得容易獲得均勻分散形態之導電性高分子之溶液。另一方面,若使聚陰離子之含量為10g以下,則可使π共軛系導電性高分子之含有比率相對增多,能夠發揮更高之導電性。
(c)化學式(1)所表示之化合物
作為化學式(1)所表示之化合物(含有環氧基之不飽和化合物)只要於分子中具有環氧基、及含有不飽和鍵、更佳為聚合性碳-碳雙鍵之官能基,則亦可為具有任何分子結構之化合物。又,含有環氧基之不飽和化合物更佳為只要配位或鍵結於聚陰離子之陰離子基或拉電子基者。關於含有環氧基之不飽和化合物之分子量,若考慮對有機溶劑之易溶解性,則較佳為50~2,000之範圍。含有環氧基之不飽和化合物之量較佳為相對於π共軛系導電性高分子之聚陰離子中之陰離子基或拉電子基以重量比計為0.1~50,更佳為1.0~30.0。若使含有環氧基之不飽和化合物之量以上述重量比計為0.1以上,則能夠使含有環氧基之不飽和化合物改性至聚陰離子之陰離子基溶解於溶劑之程度。另一方面,若使含有環氧基之不飽和化合物之量以上述重量比計為50以下,則由於殘餘之含有環氧基之不飽和化合物難以於導電性高分子溶液中析出,故而容易防止所獲得之塗膜之導電率及機械物性之下降。
作為含有環氧基之不飽和化合物,只要具有化學式(1)之分子結構,則並無特別限定,其中,亦可採用具有化學式(2)之分子結構
者。但是,為了可溶化於極性較低之有機溶劑中,碳數較多之化合物較為有效。可較佳地使用碳數為6以上之化合物。化學式(1)中之R為具有不飽和鍵、較佳為碳間雙鍵之基,更佳為亦可含有取代基之烴基或烷氧基,又,亦可為直鏈狀、支鏈狀或環狀。又,化學式(2)中之R1為未特別限定之所有官能基,更佳為亦可含有取代基之烴基或烷氧基,又,可為飽和烴基亦可為不飽和烴基,且亦可為直鏈狀、支鏈狀或環狀。作為含有環氧基之不飽和化合物,尤佳為R為不飽和烴基、尤其是直鏈不飽和烴基、進而為3以上碳數之直鏈不飽和烴基,其中,較佳為3~21碳數之直鏈不飽和烴基。又,作為含有環氧基之不飽和化合物,尤佳為R1為飽和烴基、尤其是直鏈飽和烴基、進而為碳數1以上之直鏈飽和烴基,其中,較佳為碳數1~19之直鏈飽和烴基。
此處,作為適宜之R,例如可列舉:乙烯基、1-丙烯基、烯丙基、異丙烯基、1-丁烯基、2-丁烯基、戊烯基、己烯基等直鏈或支鏈狀之烯基;環戊烯基、環己烯基等環烯基;環戊烯基乙基、環己烯基乙基、環己烯基丙基等環烯基烷基;或者乙炔基、炔丙基等炔基。
又,作為適宜之R1,可列舉:亞甲基、伸乙基、伸正丙基、伸異丙基、伸正丁基、伸異丁基、伸第二丁基、伸第三丁基、伸戊基、伸己基、伸庚基、伸辛基、伸壬基、伸癸基等直鏈或支鏈狀之伸烷基;以及伸環戊基、伸環己基、伸環庚基、伸環辛基等伸環烷基。
本案發明之較大特徵在於:1)包含化學式(1)所表示之化合物;2)去除或減少水分。藉由達成該等1)及2)之必要條件,能夠於水分較少之狀態下實現於有機溶劑中之可溶化,亦可與有機樹脂混合,又,能夠表現出與加成型聚矽氧一起使用時可提高對基體之密接性之效果,進而亦表現出導電性之提高。
以下,對含有環氧基之不飽和化合物進行例示。但是,本申請案中之含有環氧基之不飽和化合物並未限定於下述例示。作為含有環
氧基之不飽和化合物,可例示:烯丙基縮水甘油醚、甲基烯丙基縮水甘油醚、1,2-環氧基-1-甲基-4-異丙烯基環己烷、1,2-環氧環己烷、1,2-環氧基-4-乙烯基環己烷、2,3-環氧基-5-乙烯基降烷、1,2-環氧基-3-丁烯、1,2-環氧基-5-己烯、1,2-環氧基-9-癸烯、2,6-甲基-2,3-環氧基-7-辛烯。該等之中,更佳為1,2-環氧基-5-己烯及1,2-環氧基-9-癸烯。
(d)加成硬化性有機聚矽氧烷組合物
加成硬化性有機聚矽氧烷組合物例如包含末端具有乙烯基之聚矽氧橡膠(生橡膠等)、具有Si-H基之交聯劑、及加成反應觸媒。關於上述包含(a)π共軛系導電性高分子、(b)聚陰離子、及(c)化學式(1)所表示之化合物之導電性聚合物複合體與(d)加成硬化性有機聚矽氧烷組合物之重量比,相對於(d)加成硬化性有機聚矽氧烷組合物100質量份,導電性聚合物複合體為0.01~50質量份,較佳為0.1~30質量份,更佳為1~20質量份。交聯劑為具有Si-H基之有機氫聚矽氧烷,亦可使用直鏈狀或支鏈狀之任一者。作為加成反應觸媒,可列舉:氯鉑酸、氯鉑酸之醇溶液、氯鉑酸與醇之反應物、氯鉑酸與烯烴化合物之反應物、氯鉑酸與含乙烯基矽氧烷之反應物、鉑-烯烴錯合物、鉑-含乙烯基矽氧烷錯合物等鉑系觸媒、銠錯合物、釕錯合物等鉑族金屬系觸媒。又,可使用使該等者溶解、分散於異丙醇、甲苯等溶劑、或聚矽氧油等中者。作為加成硬化性有機聚矽氧烷組合物,作為一例,其包含:a)分子中具有至少2個烯基之有機聚矽氧烷;b)分子中具有至少3個氫矽烷基之有機聚矽氧烷;c)主要包含鉑、鈀、銠等鉑族金屬改性體或錯合物之矽氫化觸媒。
(e)其他
該實施形態之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物除含有上述(a)~(d)成分以外,例如亦可含有如下所述之成分。
(e.1)有機溶劑
有機溶劑與上述(a)~(d)各成分不同,可包含或者亦可不包含於該實施形態之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物中。作為使加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物可溶化或分散之溶劑所使用之有機溶劑,可較佳地例示:N-甲基-2-吡咯啶酮、N,N-二甲基甲醯胺、N,N-二甲基乙醯胺、二甲亞碸、六亞甲基磷醯三胺、乙腈、苯甲腈等所代表之極性溶劑;甲酚、苯酚、二甲苯酚等所代表之酚類;甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇等所代表之醇類;丙酮、甲基乙基酮、甲基異丁基酮等所代表之酮類;乙酸乙酯、乙酸丙酯、乙酸丁酯等所代表之酯類;己烷、庚烷、苯、甲苯、二甲苯等所代表之烴類;甲酸、乙酸等所代表之羧酸;碳酸乙二酯、碳酸丙二酯等所代表之碳酸酯化合物;二烷、二乙醚等所代表之醚化合物;乙二醇二烷基醚、丙二醇二烷基醚、聚乙二醇二烷基醚、聚丙二醇二烷基醚等所代表之鏈狀醚類;3-甲基-2-唑啶酮等所代表之雜環化合物;乙腈、戊二腈、甲氧基乙腈、丙腈、苯甲腈等所代表之腈化合物等。該等有機溶劑可單獨使用,或者亦可混合2種以上而使用。
該等有機溶劑中,就與各種有機物之易混合性之觀點而言,可更適宜地使用醇類、酮類、醚類、酯類、烴類。於使用加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物而形成塗膜之情形時,使加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物分散可溶化於有機溶劑中而製造塗料,將其塗佈於基體並去除有機溶劑之一部分或全部。因此,作為有機溶劑,適宜地選擇沸點較低者。藉此,能夠縮短塗膜形成時之乾燥時間,因而能夠進一步提高塗膜之生產性。
(e.2)導電性改善劑
於加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物之製造時,為了進一步提高塗膜之導電性,較佳為添加選自下述(e.2.1)~(e.2.7)化合物
中之1種以上之導電性改善劑。

作為具有亞胺基之化合物(稱為醯亞胺化合物),根據其骨架,可列舉:鄰苯二甲醯亞胺及鄰苯二甲醯亞胺衍生物、丁二醯亞胺及丁二醯亞胺衍生物、苯甲醯亞胺及苯甲醯亞胺衍生物、順丁烯二醯亞胺及順丁烯二醯亞胺衍生物、萘二甲醯亞胺及萘二甲醯亞胺衍生物等。
又,醯亞胺化合物根據兩末端之官能基之種類而被分類為脂肪族醯亞胺、芳香族醯亞胺等,但就溶解性之觀點而言,較佳為脂肪族醯亞胺。進而,脂肪族醯亞胺化合物被分類為於分子內之碳間具有不飽和鍵之飽和脂肪族醯亞胺化合物、及於分子內之碳間具有不飽和鍵之不飽和脂肪族醯亞胺化合物。飽和脂肪族醯亞胺化合物為R3-CO-NH-CO-R4所表示之化合物,且為R3、R4兩者為飽和烴之化合物。具體而言,可列舉:環己烷-1,2-二羧醯亞胺、尿囊素、海因、巴比妥酸、尿嘌呤、戊二醯亞胺、丁二醯亞胺、5-丁基海因酸、5,5-二甲基海因、1-甲基海因、1,5,5-三甲基海因、5-海因乙酸、N-羥基-5-降烯-2,3-二羧醯亞胺、胺脲、α,α-二甲基-6-甲基丁二醯亞胺、雙[2-(丁二醯亞胺氧基羰基氧基)乙基]碸、α-甲基-α-丙基丁二醯亞胺、環己基醯亞胺等。不飽和脂肪族醯亞胺化合物為R3-CO-NH-CO-R4所表示之化合物,且為R3、R4之一者或兩者係1個以上之不飽和鍵之化合物。作為其具體例,可列舉:1,3-二伸丙基脲、順丁烯二醯亞胺、N-甲基順丁烯二醯亞胺、N-乙基順丁烯二醯亞胺、N-羥基順丁烯二醯亞胺、1,4-雙(順丁烯二醯亞胺)丁烷、1,6-雙(順丁烯二醯亞胺)己烷、1,8-雙
(順丁烯二醯亞胺)辛烷、N-羧基庚基順丁烯二醯亞胺等。
醯亞胺化合物之分子量較佳為60~5,000,更佳為70~1,000,特佳為80~500。
(e.2.7)內醯胺化合物
所謂內醯胺化合物係指胺基羧酸之分子內環狀醯胺,且環之一部分為-CO-NR5-(R5為氫或任意之取代基)的化合物。但是,環之一個以上之碳原子亦可不飽和或被取代為雜原子。作為內醯胺化合物,例如可列舉:戊醇-4-內醯胺、4-戊內醯胺-5-甲基-2-吡咯啶酮、5-甲基-2-吡咯啶酮、己烷-6-內醯胺、6-己內醯胺等。
關於導電性改善劑之含量,相對於100質量份之導電性成分,較佳為10~10,000質量份,更佳為30~5,000質量份。只要導電性改善劑之含量為上述下限值以上且上限值以下,便能夠進一步提高防止帶電性。
本發明之實施形態之防止帶電聚矽氧皮膜係自上述加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物(含有有機溶劑之形態)中使有機溶劑減少並進行硬化而成之膜。於加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物為固形之情形時,由使其可溶或分散於以有機溶劑為主之溶劑中之溶液來準備防止帶電聚矽氧組合物之塗料。又,於加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物已經為可溶或分散於以有機溶劑為主之溶劑中之狀態的溶液之情形時,直接準備或利用有機溶劑進一步稀釋而準備防止帶電聚矽氧組合物之塗料。將塗料供給至紙、塑膠、鐵、陶瓷、玻璃所代表之基體上。作為供給方法,可例示使用毛刷或棒式塗佈機之塗佈法;將基體浸漬於塗料中之浸漬法;將塗料滴至基體上並使基體旋轉而擴展塗料之旋轉塗佈法等各種方法。基體上之塗料之硬化法除了藉由加熱而去除有機溶劑之方法以外,亦可例示照射紫外線等光或
電子束而進行硬化之方法等。
如上所述,該實施形態之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物由於包含化學式(1)所表示之化合物與加成硬化性有機聚矽氧烷組合物,更佳為包含聚陰離子與化學式(1)所表示之化合物之反應生成物,故而為分散、可溶於各種以有機溶劑為主之溶劑中者。又,加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物與先前所已知之藉由與使用胺系化合物之導電性高分子水分散液中之聚陰離子殘渣的反應而進行溶劑置換之方法相比,保存穩定性、電阻值之穩定性優異,並且亦可應用於胺等成為反應之阻礙之領域。
其次,對本發明之製造例及實施例進行說明。但是,本發明並不限定於以下之實施例。
(製造例1)...聚苯乙烯磺酸之製造
將206g苯乙烯磺酸鈉溶解於1,000ml離子交換水中,於80℃下一面攪拌,一面以20分鐘滴加預先溶解於10ml水中之1.14g過硫酸銨氧化劑溶液,將該溶液攪拌12小時。向所獲得之含有苯乙烯磺酸鈉之溶液中添加1,000ml稀釋至10質量%之硫酸,利用超過濾法,將含有聚苯乙烯磺酸之溶液之1,000ml溶液去除,向殘液中加入2,000ml之離子交換水,利用超過濾法去除約2,000ml溶液。重複進行3次上述超過濾操作。進而,向所獲得之濾液中添加約2,000ml之離子交換水,利用超過濾法去除約2,000ml溶液。重複進行3次該超過濾操作。將所獲得之溶液中之水減壓去除,獲得無色之固形物。針對所獲得之聚苯乙烯磺酸,利用使用GPC(凝膠過濾層析法)管柱之HPLC(高效液相層析法)系統,將昭和電工股份有限公司製造之普魯藍(Pullulan)作為標準物質而測定重量平均分子量,結果分子量為30萬。
(製造例2)...PEDOT-PSS水溶液之製造
在20℃下,將14.2g之3,4-伸乙二氧基噻吩與於2,000ml離子交換水中溶解製造例1中獲得之36.7g聚苯乙烯磺酸而成之溶液進行混合。使藉此所獲得之混合溶液保持20℃之狀態下一面進行攪拌,一面緩緩添加溶解於200ml離子交換水中之29.64g過硫酸銨與8.0g硫酸亞鐵之氧化觸媒溶液,攪拌3小時使其反應。向所獲得之反應液中添加2,000ml離子交換水,利用超過濾法去除約2,000ml溶液。重複進行3次該操作。繼而,向所獲得之溶液中加入200ml稀釋至10質量%之硫酸與2,000ml離子交換水,利用超過濾法去除約2,000ml溶液,向其中加入2,000ml之離子交換水,利用超過濾法去除約2,000ml溶液。重複進行3次該操作。進而,向所獲得之溶液中加入2,000ml離子交換水,使用超過濾法去除約2,000ml溶液。重複進行5次該操作,獲得約1.2質量%之藍色之PEDOT-PSS水溶液。
(製造例3)
將100g製造例2中所獲得之PEDOT-PSS水溶液、100g甲醇及25g之1,2-環氧基-5-己烯進行混合,於60℃下使用攪拌棒攪拌4小時,過濾取出所析出之固形物。向所獲得之固形物中加入150g甲基乙基酮,進行高壓分散而獲得0.5%濃度之導電性高分子溶液。
(製造例4)
將100g製造例2中所獲得之PEDOT-PSS水溶液、100g甲醇及25g之1,2-環氧基-9-癸烯進行混合,於60℃下使用攪拌棒攪拌4小時,過濾取出所析出之固形物。向所獲得之固形物中加入150g甲基乙基酮,進行高壓分散而獲得0.5%濃度之導電性高分子溶液。
(製造例5)
將100g製造例2中所獲得之PEDOT-PSS水溶液、100g甲醇及25g之C12、C13混合高級乙醇縮水甘油醚進行混合,於60℃下使用攪拌
棒攪拌4小時,過濾取出所析出之固形物。向所獲得之固形物中加入150g甲基乙基酮,獲得0.5%濃度之導電性高分子溶液。
(剝離強度)
藉由棒式塗佈機(No.4),將所獲得之塗料(亦稱為剝離劑)塗佈於厚度38μm之PET(polyethylene terephthalate,聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯)膜,於120℃之熱風式乾燥機中加熱1分鐘而形成剝離劑層。然後,於剝離劑層之表面放置2.5cm×15cm之聚酯黏著帶(商品名:Nitto No.31B,日東電工(股)製造),繼而,於該黏著帶上使用2kg之輥進行壓接,使聚酯黏著帶貼合於剝離劑層。其後,於室溫下放置20小時、或於85℃下加熱處理20小時而製成試片。然後,使用拉伸試驗機以180°之角度將聚酯黏著帶自剝離劑層剝離(剝離速度0.3m/分鐘),測定剝離強度。剝離強度越小,則於將黏著片貼合於剝離劑層之後,越能夠容易地剝離黏著片(即,變為輕剝離)。
(表面電阻率)
使用三菱化學公司製造之Hiresta MCP-HT450,以探針MCP-HTP12、外加電壓10V之條件下進行測定。再者,表中之所謂「OVER」意指表面電阻率過高而無法測定之情況。
(密接性)
用手指用力摩擦所獲得之膜,確認表面狀態。將塗膜無變化之情形設為○,將殘留白色紋路之情形設為△,將塗膜全部剝落之情形設為×。此處,意指密接性依○、△、×之順序逐漸變強。
(實施例1)
向6.0g製造例3中所獲得之導電性高分子溶液中加入1.0g之KS-778(信越化學工業公司製造,固形物成分30%,甲苯溶液)、36.0g甲
基乙基酮、17.0g甲苯、及0.02g之CAT-PL-50T(信越化學工業公司製造,鉑觸媒),而製作塗料。使用# 8棒式塗佈機,將所獲得之塗料塗佈於未處理PET膜(東麗Lumirror T60)上,於150℃下乾燥1分鐘。將所獲得之塗膜之表面電阻率、密接性及剝離強度示於表1。
(實施例2)
於實施例1中,將KS-778變更為KS-3703T(信越化學工業公司製造,固形物成分30%,甲苯溶液),除此以外,以同樣之方式製作塗膜。將所獲得之塗膜之表面電阻率、密接性及剝離強度示於表1。
(實施例3)
於實施例1中,將KS-778變更為KS-847H(信越化學工業公司製造,固形物成分30%,甲苯溶液),除此以外,以同樣之方式製作塗膜。將所獲得之塗膜之表面電阻率、密接性及剝離強度示於表1。
(實施例4)
向3.0g製造例3中所獲得之導電性高分子溶液中加入1.0g之KS-778、39.0g甲基乙基酮、17.0g甲苯、及0.02g之CAT-PL-50T,而製作塗料。使用# 8棒式塗佈機將塗料塗佈於未處理PET膜(東麗Lumirror T60)上,於150℃乾燥1分鐘。將所獲得之塗膜之表面電阻率、密接性及剝離強度示於表1。

如上所述,與比較例1~3之不含導電性高分子溶液之塗膜相比,實施例1~12之塗膜之表面電阻率較低,密接性較高,具有同等之剝離力。又,與比較例4~9之利用使用不含乙烯基之環氧化合物所製作之塗料之塗膜相比,實施例1~12之塗膜之表面電阻率較低,密接性較高,具有同等之剝離力,尤其是密接性優異。
本發明例如可有效地利用於剝離紙、防止帶電膜、導電性塗料、觸摸屏、有機EL(Electroluminescence,電致發光)、導電性高分子纖維等。
Claims (9)
- 如請求項1或2之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物,其包含上述(b)聚陰離子與上述(c)化學式(1)所表示之化合物之反應生成物。
- 如請求項1或2之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物,其中上述(a)π共軛系導電性高分子具有選自由聚吡咯類、聚噻吩類、聚乙炔類、聚伸苯類、聚伸苯伸乙烯類、聚苯胺類、聚并苯類、聚噻吩伸乙烯類、及該等中之2種以上之共聚物所組成之群中之至少1種以上之重複單元。
- 如請求項4之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物,其中上述(a)π共軛系導電性高分子為聚(3,4-伸乙二氧基噻吩)或聚吡咯。
- 如請求項1或2之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物,其中上述(b)聚陰離子之陰離子基包含選自磺酸基、磷酸基及羧基中之1種或2種以上。
- 如請求項1或2之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物,其中上述(b)聚陰離子係以共聚合結構體之形態包含聚苯乙烯磺酸、聚乙烯磺酸、聚丙烯酸伸烷基磺酸、聚(2-丙烯醯胺-2-甲基-1-丙磺酸)或該等之1種以上者。
- 如請求項1或2之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物,其進而包含有機溶劑。
- 一種防止帶電聚矽氧皮膜,其係將如請求項1或2之加成硬化性防止帶電有機聚矽氧烷組合物供給至基體上並使之硬化而成。
