Abstract
本發明係為一種具磨耗顯示之齒輪結構與製法,該齒輪於其各齒部外表面,設置有一外覆層,該外覆層之顏色異於該齒部。藉此,當該齒輪經過一段時間之使用而產生磨損現像時,該外覆層將因磨耗而部份或全部消失,進而呈現該齒部之原色,使用者能輕易的透過視覺檢知該磨損情況,以利及時更換,避免機具停擺。
Description
本發明具磨耗顯示之齒輪結構與製法,涉及一種機械用齒輪之結構與製法,特別是該種齒輪具有磨耗顯示功能者。
各式機械或產品中,普遍運用到各式齒輪結構,大到工廠機臺,小到手錶。習知齒輪,在其輪緣上環設有具連接關係的複數齒部,該些齒部能用以嚙合週邊的其它齒輪或相關機械零件,齒輪依靠齒的囓合而得以傳遞扭矩與動能。
齒輪運作時由於會和週邊零件或另一齒輪產生囓合作用,因此經過一段時間使用後,難免會有磨損的現像。以往齒輪產生磨損時不容易發覺,多半是等到發生無法囓合或打滑狀況才能得知應該要更換或檢查了,如此將有可能造成機臺突然停止運作,對於工廠來說,臨時的機械故障將造成無法預期的重大損失。
有鑑於前述習知齒輪結構之缺失,發明人依據累積數十年從事該行業之豐富經驗,與多件國內外專利之申請與取得經驗,戮力謀求解決之道,終而有本發明「具磨耗顯示之齒輪結構與製法」之完成。發明人冀望能藉由
本案之提出,能夠盡一己之力,貢獻自身的才能回饋於產業界。
為改善習知齒輪經久使用後無法得知磨耗狀況之缺失,本發明其主要目的在於:提供一種具磨耗顯示之齒輪,該齒輪於其各齒部外表面,設置有一外覆層,該外覆層之顏色異於該齒部。藉此,當該齒輪經過一段時間之使用而產生磨損現像時,該外覆層將因磨耗而部份或全部消失,進而呈現該齒部之原色,使用者能輕易的透過視覺檢知該磨損情況,以達到及時更換、避免機具臨時停擺之目的。
為達上述目的,本發明具體之內容為:取一齒輪,該齒輪之材料可以是金屬、有色金屬合金、鑄鐵、粉末冶金、塑料、鋼材或塑鋼,或以3D列印方式完成者,且不以此為限。該齒輪上環設有複數齒部,於該各齒部外表面,設置有一外覆層,該外覆層之顏色異於該齒部。
較佳的,前述該外覆層之設置方法,至少包括以模具射出成型。
較佳的,前述該外覆層之設置方法,至少包括以電鍍方式產生該外覆層於該各齒部上。
較佳的,前述該外覆層之設置層數,至少為一層,另可以任意增加到複數層,且各層之顏色都不相同;如此一來,可利用不同顏色以目視檢知磨耗狀況。
較佳的,前述該齒輪,其結構至少包括直齒輪、斜齒輪、人字斜齒輪、軸承齒輪、蝸桿,且不以此為
限。

茲謹就本發明具磨耗顯示之齒輪結構與製法的結構組成,及其所產生之功效,配合圖式,舉一本案之較佳實施例詳細說明如下。
首請參閱第一圖,本案具磨耗顯示之齒輪,主要係為一齒輪1,該齒輪1上設有複數之齒部11;於該各齒部11之外表面,以任何方式設置有一外覆層2,該外覆層2之顏色需不同於該齒部11。該齒輪1結構,至少包括直齒輪、斜齒輪、人字斜齒輪、軸承齒輪、蝸桿,且不以此為限。該齒輪1之材料可以是金屬、有色金屬合金、鑄鐵、粉末冶金、塑料、鋼材或塑鋼,或以3D列印方式完成者,且不以此為限。
再請參閱第二圖,本案外覆層2之其中一種製法,係取一齒輪1,另設置有一模具3,該模具3中預設有
一凹陷部31,該凹陷部31之容積略大於該齒輪1;經將該齒輪1置入該凹陷部31後,以射出成型工序(第三圖),於該齒輪1與該凹陷部31間的空隙擠入塑料,經成型後脫模(第四圖),即能於該齒輪1之各齒部11外表面,一體成型該外覆層2。
由於本案中該各齒部11之表面顏色與外覆層2不同,例如各齒部11之表面顏色為白色,而該外覆層2之顏色為紅色。如第五圖,當該齒輪1經過一段時間使用後,若整體仍呈現紅色,代表該外覆層2仍存在,得以繼續使用;惟若當以肉眼檢視,該齒輪1之整體已呈現許多白色,而紅色的比例已相對降低,即代表該外覆層2已大部份磨損,為避免臨時發生打滑情況或失去囓合作用,能及時提醒進行更換或維修保養。
前述該外覆層2之設置方法,除了前述以二次射出成型方式製作外,也能以電鍍方式產生該外覆層2於該各齒部11上。
又,前述該外覆層2之設置層數,至少為一層,也可以任意增加到複數層,且各層之顏色都不相同。例如最外層是綠色,中間層為黃色,內層為紅色,如此一來,就能依據顏色呈現之不同,肉眼充份即時掌握磨耗情況。
綜上所述,本發明「具磨耗顯示之齒輪結構與製法」,依現行專利法規定,未有不得取得專利之情事。本案在產業上確實得以利用,於申請前未曾見於刊物或公開使用,且非為公眾所知悉之技術。再者,本案有效解決先前技術中長期存在的問題並達成相關使用者與消費者長期的需求,得佐證本發明並非能輕易完成。本案完全符合專
利法規定之「產業利用性」、「新穎性」與「進步性」等要件,爰依法提請專利,懇請 鈞局詳查,並儘早為准予專利之審定,以保護申請人之智慧財產權,俾勵創新。
本發明雖藉由前述實施例來描述,但仍可變化其形態與細節,於不脫離本發明之精神而達成,並由熟悉此項技藝之人士可了解。前述本案之較佳實施例,僅係藉本案原理可以具體實施的方式之一,但並不以此為限制,應依後附之申請專利範圍所界定為準。
Claims (10)
- 一種具磨耗顯示之齒輪結構,主要係於一齒輪上設有複數之齒部;於該各齒部之外表面,設置有一層或一層以上的外覆層,該各外覆層之顏色異於該齒部。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述具磨耗顯示之齒輪結構,其中該各外覆層之顏色相異。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述具磨耗顯示之齒輪結構,其中該齒輪之結構,係為直齒輪、斜齒輪、人字斜齒輪、軸承齒輪、蝸桿其中任一者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述具磨耗顯示之齒輪結構,其中該齒輪之材料係為金屬、有色金屬合金、鑄鐵、粉末冶金、塑料、鋼材或塑鋼其中任一者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述具磨耗顯示之齒輪結構,其中該外覆層之設置,係以射出成型方式製作該外覆層於該各齒部上。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述具磨耗顯示之齒輪結構,其中該外覆層之設置,係以電鍍方式產生該外覆層於該各齒部上。
- 一種具磨耗顯示之齒輪製法,係取一齒輪,另設置有一模具,該模具中預設有一凹陷部,該凹陷部之容積略大於該齒輪;經將該齒輪置入該凹陷部後,以射出成型工序,於該齒輪與該凹陷部間的空隙擠入塑料,經成型後脫模,即能於該齒輪之各齒部外表面一體成型有一外覆層;該齒部之表面顏色與該外覆層需相異。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述具磨耗顯示之齒輪製法,其中該外覆層能利用多次射出成型工序,取得複數外覆層於該齒部外緣,且該各外覆層之顏色皆相異。
- 一種具磨耗顯示之齒輪製法,係取一齒輪,以電鍍之方式於該齒輪之各齒部外表面形成有一層或一層以上的外覆層;該齒部之表面顏色與該各外覆層皆相異。
- 如申請專利範圍第7或9項所述具磨耗顯示之齒輪製法,其中該齒輪之結構,係為直齒輪、斜齒輪、人字斜齒輪、軸承齒輪、蝸桿其中任一者;該齒輪之材料係為金屬、有色金屬合金、鑄鐵、粉末冶金、塑料、鋼材或塑鋼其中任一者。
