一種雙軸離合變速裝置,其包含有:一驅動單元;一輸入軸,其係耦接該驅動單元,該輸入軸具有一輸入齒輪;一輸出軸,其一端係穿過該輸入軸與該驅動單元,該輸出軸具有至少一奇數輸出齒輪與至少一偶數輸出齒輪;一殼體,其具有一殼體齒輪;至少一奇數離合單元,其係設於該殼體的內部,該奇數離合單元具有一奇數離合軸與一奇數離合齒輪,該奇數離合齒輪係嚙合該奇數輸出齒輪;以及至少一偶數離合單元,其係設於該殼體的內部,該偶數合單元具有一偶數離合軸與一偶數離合齒輪,該偶數離合齒輪係嚙合該偶數輸出齒輪。

Description

雙軸離合變速裝置
一種雙軸離合變速裝置,尤指一種利用雙軸結構,而達到體積縮減之變速系統。
變速機構係為電動車輛/傳統車輛(以下以車輛通稱)之不可缺少的構件,變速機構係為車輛行進時,提供不同的轉速或扭矩的要求。
上述之轉速、扭矩的轉換係透過多個齒輪所達到。故現有的變速機構內部具有多個齒輪組合。然而該齒輪組合使得現有的齒輪箱的體積過大,由於體積較大的變速機構係使得車輛於設計時,往往需要考量需有較大空間以容置現有的變速機構,因此造成車輛於設計上的難度。
另外,現有的傳動系統,其驅動與傳動係各自獨立,所以具有總體積大、功率密度低的缺點。
雖有部分廠商欲利用離合器,以縮減變速機構的體積,但其縮減量有限,故如何縮減現有的變速機構之體積就有可改善的空間。
本發明係一種雙軸離合變速裝置,其包含有:一驅動單元;一輸入軸,其係耦接該驅動單元,該輸入軸具有一輸入齒輪;一輸出軸,其一端係穿過該輸入軸與該驅動單元,該輸出軸的另一端具有至少一奇數輸出齒輪與至少一偶數輸出齒輪;一殼體,其具有一殼體齒輪; 至少一奇數離合單元,其係設於該殼體的內部,該奇數離合單元具有一奇數離合軸與一奇數離合齒輪;以及至少一偶數離合單元,其係設於該殼體的內部,該偶數合單元具有一偶數離合軸與一偶數離合齒輪;其中,該偶數離合軸的一端係穿過於該殼體,並且突出於該殼體的外部,該偶數離合齒輪係設於該偶數離合軸突出於殼體的一端,該偶數離合齒輪係嚙合該偶數輸出齒輪;該奇數離合軸的一端係穿過該偶數離合軸,且突出於該偶數離合軸的外部,該奇數離合齒輪係設於該奇數離合軸突出於該偶數離合軸的一端,該奇數離合齒輪係嚙合該奇數輸出齒輪。

驅動單元10為一引擎或一馬達。輸入軸11係耦接驅動單元10。驅動單元10係使輸入軸11轉動。輸入軸11具有一輸入齒輪110。輸入齒輪110係設於輸入軸11的外緣,並與受到驅動單元10所驅動之輸出軸12一起轉動。
輸出軸12的一端係穿過輸入軸11與驅動單元10,輸出軸12的另端具有一奇數輸出齒輪120與一偶數輸出齒輪121。該另端係 聯結一差速器16。輸入軸11為一空心軸,以供輸出軸12穿過,故輸出軸12與輸入軸11係形成為一雙軸結構。
殼體13具有一殼體齒輪130。殼體齒輪130係嚙合輸入齒輪110。殼體13更具有一壓迫單元131。壓迫單元131可為一油壓裝置、一氣壓裝置或一煞車裝置。
奇數離合單元14係設於殼體13的內部。奇數離合單元14係耦接壓迫單元131。奇數離合單元14具有一奇數離合軸140與一奇數離合齒輪141。
偶數離合單元15係設於殼體13的內部。偶數離合單元15係耦接壓迫單元131。偶數離合單元15具有一偶數離合軸150與一偶數離合齒輪151。偶數離合軸150的一端突出於殼體13的外部。偶數離合齒輪151設於偶數離合軸150突出於殼體13的一端。偶數離合齒輪151係嚙合偶數輸出齒輪121。偶數離合軸150與輸出軸12係相互平行。
奇數離合軸140的一端係穿過偶數離合軸150內,且突出於偶數離合軸150的外部。奇數離合齒輪141係設於奇數離合軸140突出於偶數離合軸150的一端。奇數離合齒輪141係嚙合奇數輸出齒輪120。奇數離合軸140與輸出軸12係相互平行。
如上所述,偶數離合軸150為一空心軸,以供奇數離合軸140穿過。奇數離合齒輪141係固定於奇數離合軸140的一端,並與奇數離合軸140一起轉動。偶數離合齒輪151係固定於偶數離合軸150的外緣,並與偶數離合軸150一起轉動。
請配合參考第2圖所示,驅動單元10係驅動輸入軸11。輸入軸11係驅動輸入齒輪110。輸入齒輪110係驅動殼體齒輪130。殼體齒輪130係驅動殼體13。
若壓迫單元131為一油壓裝置或一氣壓裝置,壓迫單元131係提供一油壓或一氣壓,而使奇數離合單元14迫緊殼體13,進而驅動奇數離合軸140。
若壓迫單元131為一煞車裝置,壓迫單元131係設於殼體13的內部。壓迫單元131係提供一緊迫力,而使奇數離合單元14迫 緊殼體13,進而驅動奇數離合軸140。
奇數離合軸140係驅動奇數離合齒輪141。奇數離合齒輪141係驅動奇數輸出齒輪120。奇數輸出齒輪120係驅動輸出軸12。輸出軸12係輸出來自驅動單元10之動力。
差速器16受到輸出齒輪(奇數輸出齒輪120或偶數輸出齒輪121)之驅動,驅動輸出軸12,而使輸出軸12輸出扭力或動力,以進一步驅動差速器16。
如上所述,來自驅動單元10之動力經由輸入軸11、輸入齒輪110、殼體齒輪130、殼體13、奇數離合單元14、奇數離合軸140、奇數離合齒輪141、奇數輸出齒輪120與輸出軸12,以做一檔位輸出。
請配合參考第3圖所示,壓迫單元131係使奇數離合單元14不再迫緊殼體13。壓迫單元131係使偶數離合單元15迫緊殼體13。
偶數離合單元15係驅動偶數離合軸150。偶數離合軸150係驅動偶數離合齒輪151。偶數離合齒輪151係驅動偶數輸出齒輪121。偶數輸出齒輪121係驅動輸出軸12。輸出軸12係輸出來自驅動單元10之動力。
如上所述,來自驅動單元10之動力經由輸入軸11、輸入齒輪110、殼體齒輪130、殼體13、偶數離合單元15、偶數離合軸150、偶數離合齒輪151、偶數輸出齒輪121與輸出軸12,以做二檔輸出。
如第4圖所示,本發明係一種雙軸離合變速裝置之第二實施例,其包含有一驅動單元20、一輸入軸21、一輸出軸22、一殼體23、一至少一奇數離合單元24與至少一偶數離合單元25。
輸入軸21係耦接驅動單元20。輸入軸21具有一輸入齒輪210。
輸出軸22的一端係穿過輸入軸21與驅動單元20,輸出軸22的另端具有至少一奇數輸出齒輪220與至少一偶數輸出齒輪221。該輸出軸22之另一端係聯結一差速器26。
若奇數輸出齒輪220為複數個,其可用第一奇數輸出齒輪至 第N奇數輸出齒輪表示,N為一常數。若偶數輸出齒輪221為複數個,其可用第一偶數輸出齒輪至第N偶數輸出齒輪表示,N為一常數。
殼體23具有一殼體齒輪230。殼體齒輪230係嚙合輸入齒輪210。殼體23更具有一壓迫單元231。
奇數離合單元24係耦接壓迫單元231。奇數離合單元24係設於殼體23的內部。奇數離合單元24具有一奇數離合軸240與一奇數離合齒輪241。
奇數離合軸240的一端係穿過一偶數離合軸250,且突出於偶數離合軸250的外部。奇數離合齒輪241係設於奇數離合軸240突出於偶數離合軸250的一端。奇數離合齒輪241係嚙合奇數輸出齒輪220,該奇數輸出齒輪220驅動輸出軸22作第一檔動力輸出。
偶數離合單元25係耦接壓迫單元231。偶數離合單元25係設於殼體23的內部。偶數離合單元25具有一偶數離合軸250與一偶數離合齒輪251。偶數離合軸250的一端係穿過殼體23,並且突出於殼體23的外部。偶數離合齒輪251係設於偶數離合軸250的外緣上,並突出於殼體23的一端。偶數離合齒輪251係嚙合偶數輸出齒輪221,該偶數輸出齒輪221驅動輸出軸22作第二檔動力輸出。
另一偶數離合單元25係耦接壓迫單元231。另一偶數離合單元25係設於殼體23的內部。另一偶數離合單元25係耦接壓迫單元231。另一偶數離合單元25具有另一偶數離合軸250與另一偶數離合齒輪251。另一偶數離合軸250的一端係穿過殼體23,並且突出於殼體23的外部。偶數離合齒輪251係設於另一偶數離合軸250的外緣上,並突出於殼體23的一端。另一偶數離合齒輪251係嚙合另一偶數輸出齒輪222,該另一偶數輸出齒輪222驅動輸出軸22作第三檔動力輸出。
如上所述,該奇數離合單元24、該偶數離合單元25、另一該奇數離合單元27、該奇數輸出齒輪220、該偶數輸出齒輪221與 另一該奇數輸出齒輪222,係形成形成三檔變速機構。
若奇數離合單元24為複數個,其可用第一奇數離合單元至第N奇數離合單元表示,N為一常數。同理,奇數離合軸240可用第一奇數離合軸至第N奇數離合軸表示。
奇數離合齒輪241可用第一奇數離合齒輪至第N奇數離合齒輪表示。第一奇數離合齒輪係嚙合第一奇數輸出齒輪,其可依序推導至第N奇數離合齒輪係嚙合第N奇數輸出齒輪。
若偶數離合單元25為複數個,其可用第一偶數離合單元至第N偶數離合單元表示,N為一常數。同理,偶數離合軸250可用第一偶數離合軸至第N偶數離合軸表示。
如上所述,第一奇數離合軸係穿過第一偶數離合軸,第一偶數離合軸係穿過第二奇數離合軸,第二奇數離合軸係穿過第二偶數離合軸,其可依序推導至第N奇數離合軸穿過第N偶數離合軸。
所以奇數離合軸240亦可為一空心軸,以供偶數離合軸250穿過。偶數離合軸250可為一空心軸,以供奇數離合軸240穿過。
偶數離合齒輪251可用第一偶數離合齒輪251至第N偶數離合齒輪251表示。第一偶數離合齒輪251係嚙合第一偶數輸出齒輪221,其可依序推導至第N偶數離合齒輪251係嚙合第N偶數輸出齒輪221。
於本實施例中,並且再參閱第4圖所示,奇數離合單元24可為第一奇數離合單元24(為了便於論述,故沿用元件符號24)與第二奇數離合單元27。偶數離合單元25可為第一偶數離合單元25(為了便於論述,故沿用元件符號25)。
第一偶數離合單元25之第一偶數離合軸250(為了便於論述,故沿用元件符號250)的一端係突出於殼體23。第一偶數離合單元25之第一偶數離合齒輪251(為了便於論述,故沿用元件符號251)係設於該突出端,並嚙合輸出軸22之第一偶數輸出齒輪221(為了便於論述,故沿用元件符號221)。
第一奇數離合單元24之第一奇數離合軸240(為了便於論述,故沿用元件符號240)的一端係穿過第一偶數離合軸250,並 突出於第一偶數離合軸250的外部。第一奇數離合單元24之第一奇數離合齒輪241(為了便於論述,故沿用元件符號241)設於第一奇數離合軸240突出於第一偶數離合軸250的一端。第一奇數離合齒輪241係嚙合輸出軸22之第一奇數輸出齒輪220(為了便於論述,故沿用元件符號220)。
第二奇數離合單元27之第二奇數離合軸270的一端係突出於殼體23外部,並被第一偶數離合軸250所穿過。第二奇數離合單元27之第二奇數離合齒輪271係設於第二奇數離合軸270突出於殼體23的一端。第二奇數離合齒271輪係嚙合輸出軸22之第二奇數輸出齒輪222。
第二奇數輸出齒輪222、第一偶數輸出齒輪221與第一奇數輸出齒輪220之尺寸係不同,該尺寸可由大至小,或者小至大,其係依據實際設計而決定。
如上所述,驅動單元20係驅動輸入軸21。輸入軸21係驅動輸入齒輪210。輸入齒輪210係驅動殼體齒輪230。殼體齒輪230係驅動殼體23。
壓迫單元231係提供一油壓、一氣壓或一緊迫力,而使奇數離合單元24或偶數離合單元25迫緊殼體23。
若為第一奇數離合單元24或第二奇數離合單元27迫緊殼體23,第一奇數離合軸240係驅動第一奇數離合齒輪241,或者第二奇數離合軸270係驅動第二奇數離合齒輪271。第一奇數離合齒輪241係驅動第一奇數輸出齒輪220,而使被驅動之第一奇數輸出齒輪220驅動輸出軸22;或者第二奇數離合齒輪271係驅動第二奇數輸出齒輪222,而使被驅動之第二奇數輸出齒輪222驅動輸出軸22。
同理,若奇數離合單元24為第一奇數離合單元至第N奇數離合單元。則第一奇數離合單元至第N奇數離合單元可視為第一檔速數輸出、第三檔速輸出、第五檔速輸出至第M檔速輸出。M為一奇數。
若為第一偶數離合單元25迫緊殼體23。第一偶數離合軸250 係驅動偶數離合齒輪251。第一偶數離合齒輪251係驅動第一偶數輸出齒輪221,而使被驅動之第一偶數輸出齒輪221驅動輸出軸22。
同理,若偶數離合單元25為第一偶數離合單元至第N偶數離合單元。則第一偶數離合單元至第N偶數離合單元可視為第二檔速數輸出、第四檔速輸出、第六檔速輸出至第O檔速輸出。O為一偶數。
綜合上述,本發明之雙軸離合變速裝置係整合現有的車用驅動(如:引擎或馬達)與傳動,而使該雙軸離合變速裝置具有總體機小、功率密度高的特性。
本發明之輸出軸的一端係穿過輸入軸與驅動單元之技術手段,其係可縮減現有車輛之變速結構體積,如前所述,本發明係利用多離合單元與多通軸的技術手段,進而可使變速系統之總體積縮小至少38%。
以上所述之具體實施例,僅係用於例釋本發明之特點及功效,而非用於限定本發明之可實施範疇,於未脫離本發明上揭之精神與技術範疇下,任何運用本發明所揭示內容而完成之等效改變及修飾,均仍應為下述之申請專利範圍所涵蓋。

Claims (20)

  1. 一種雙軸離合變速裝置,其包含有:一驅動單元;一輸入軸,其係耦接該驅動單元,該輸入軸具有一輸入齒輪;一輸出軸,其一端係穿過該輸入軸與該驅動單元,該輸出軸的另一端具有至少一奇數輸出齒輪與至少一偶數輸出齒輪;一殼體,其具有一殼體齒輪;至少一奇數離合單元,其係設於該殼體的內部,該奇數離合單元具有一奇數離合軸與一奇數離合齒輪;以及至少一偶數離合單元,其係設於該殼體的內部,該偶數離合單元具有一偶數離合軸與一偶數離合齒輪;其中,該偶數離合軸的一端係穿過於該殼體,並且突出於該殼體的外部,該偶數離合齒輪係設於該偶數離合軸突出於殼體的一端,該偶數離合齒輪係嚙合該偶數輸出齒輪;該奇數離合軸的一端係穿過該偶數離合軸,且突出於該偶數離合軸的外部,該奇數離合齒輪係設於該奇數離合軸之一端,並突出於該偶數離合軸的一端,該奇數離合齒輪係嚙合該奇數輸出齒輪。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之雙軸離合變速裝置,其中該輸出軸為一空心軸,以供該輸出軸穿過。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之雙軸離合變速裝置,其中該輸入齒輪係設於該輸入軸的外緣,並與該輸出軸一起轉動。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之雙軸離合變速裝置,其中該輸出軸與該奇數離合軸係相互平行。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之雙軸離合變速裝置,其中該奇數離合單元與該偶數離合單元為複數個。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之雙軸離合變速裝置,其更具有一差速器。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之雙軸離合變速裝置,其中該差速器受到驅動之輸出齒輪驅動該輸出軸,而使該輸出軸輸出扭力或動力,以進一步驅動該差速器。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之雙軸離合變速裝置,其中該輸出齒輪分別與該奇數離合齒輪或該偶數齒輪齒合轉動。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之雙軸離合變速裝置,其中該偶數離合軸為一空心軸,以供該奇數離合軸穿過。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之雙軸離合變速裝置,其中該另一奇數離合軸為一空心軸,以供該偶數離合軸穿過。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之雙軸離合變速裝置,其中該奇數離合齒輪係固定於該奇數離合軸的外緣,並與該奇數離合軸一起轉動;該偶數離合齒輪係固定於該偶數離合軸的外緣,並與該偶數離合軸一起轉動。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之雙軸離合變速裝置,其中該輸出軸係與一差速器相互聯結。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之雙軸離合變速裝置,其中該殼體更具有一壓迫單元,該壓迫單元係耦接該奇數離合單元與該偶數離合單元,該壓迫單元係使該奇數離合單元或該偶數離合單元迫緊該殼體。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第13項所述之雙軸離合變速裝置,其中該壓迫單元為一油壓裝置或一氣壓裝置。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第13項所述之雙軸離合變速裝置,其中該壓迫單元為一煞車裝置,該煞車裝置係設於該殼體的內部。
  16. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之雙軸離合變速裝置,其中奇數離合單元、該偶數離合單元、該奇數輸出齒輪與該偶數輸出齒輪,係形成二檔變速機構。
  17. 如申請專利範圍第16項所述之雙軸離合變速裝置,其中該奇數離合單元、該偶數離合單元、另一該奇數離合單元、該奇數輸出齒輪、該偶數輸出齒輪與另一該奇數輸出齒輪,係形成形成三檔變速機構。
  18. 如申請專利範圍第17項所述之雙軸離合變速裝置,其中該奇數離合單元之奇數離合軸,係穿過該偶數離合單元偶數離合軸。
  19. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之雙軸離合變速裝置,其中另一該偶數離合單元之另一該偶數離合軸,係穿過該偶數離合單元之該偶數離合軸之外緣。
  20. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之雙軸離合變速裝置,其中另一該奇數輸出齒輪係嚙合另一該奇數離合齒輪,另一該奇數輸出齒輪驅動該輸出軸作第三檔動力輸出。
