本發明所提供之一體成型無縫隙刷具及其製造方法,與習用刷具相互比較時,由於本發明刷具的刷毛部與刷柄係以射出成型方式一體成型,二者間無任何縫隙,可避免污垢、液體殘留於刷具表面,無滋生細菌之虞,相對於習用刷具更為衛生可靠;且刷毛部包括有至少一個刷毛件,每一刷毛件係由複數個底部熔接成一體的刷毛單元所組成;使每一刷毛件與例如人體皮膚、口腔、地面等被刷洗表面間,呈相近於面接觸的多點接觸狀態,而能有效清潔被刷洗表面的細縫部份,例如牙齒、牙齦、在毗鄰牙齒之間的齒間區、以及在牙齒 與牙齦之間的邊緣區等。各刷毛單元的上半部相互分離,且其頂端呈高低層次排列,藉以增加刷毛部與被刷洗表面間的接觸面積,提昇其刷洗清潔效果者。 The present invention provides a body-formed seamless brush and a manufacturing method thereof. The bristle unit is composed of; each bristle member is in a multi-point contact state close to the surface contact with the brushed surface such as human skin, mouth, ground, etc., and can effectively clean the slit portion of the brushed surface, such as teeth , gums, interdental zone between adjacent teeth, and in the teeth The edge area between the gums and the like. The upper half of each bristle unit is separated from each other, and the top end thereof is arranged at a high level and low level, thereby increasing the contact area between the bristle portion and the surface to be brushed, and improving the cleaning effect of the brush.
