Description
本發明係有關樹脂添加劑母料及使用其之聚烯烴樹脂組成物(以下單稱為「母料」及「樹脂組成物」),更詳細為,係有以高濃度含有熔點為80℃以下之樹脂添加劑之聚烯烴母料及使用其之聚烯烴樹脂組成物。
已知苯酚系防氧化劑、紫外線吸收劑、受阻胺化合物等之樹脂添加劑係為抑制合成樹脂等之有機物因光或熱而變質。
作為樹脂添加劑用之化合物較佳為四(3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙醯氧基甲基)甲烷、三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亞磷酸酯等一般熔點較高且樹脂可塑化,及由樹脂揮發程度較小之化合物。但過高分子量化會使樹脂中之添加劑無法移動,故傾向減少安定化效果。
又,硬脂醯(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯或雙(2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶基)癸二酸酯等之低熔點化合物雖具有較小之分子量,可使初期具有優良安定化效果,但因易由樹脂揮發故缺乏長期之安定化效果,又,無論為液狀、黏稠狀、粉末狀之物於保存時也會因結塊等而使處理性變差,故為了改良處理性需進行母料化。
但一般受阻胺化合物及苯甲酸酯化合物使用於聚烯烴樹脂時相對於樹脂之相溶性較低,故以高濃度添加製作母
料時,會因受阻胺化合物及苯甲酸酯化合物滲出於顆粒表面而使顆粒相互相成為結塊狀態,即會發生阻塞之問題。特別是低熔點(例如熔點為80℃以下)之受阻胺化合物易於天熱場合等氣溫較高時熔化滲出,於降溫時固化而易使母料顆粒固化,故難得保存安定性(耐阻塞性)。
例如2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇類與脂肪酸反應所得之受阻胺化合物雖具有優良之賦予耐候性之效果,但低分子量易為液狀,故為了改良處理性而以樹脂進行母料化時,易因添加劑滲出於母料化之樹脂組成物表面而有黏著性問題。
為了改善因該等樹脂添加劑母料之添加劑成分滲出而使表面黏滯之問題,曾提案之方法如,使用吸油性聚合物使其形成母料化以抑制黏滯之方法(專利文獻1)、微膠囊化(專利文獻2)、使用有機酸金屬鹽進行母料化以抑制發黏(專利文獻3)等。但使用吸油性聚合物時,所得之樹脂組成物中會殘留吸油性聚合物。又,微膠囊化之成本高等,故均無法滿足。

因此本發明之目的為,提供既使以高濃度含有低熔點之樹脂添加劑仍可抑制表面發黏,具有優良保存安定性(耐阻塞性)之添加劑母料。
本發明者們為了解決上述課題經專心檢討後發現,於添加低熔點(熔點為80℃以下)之樹脂添加劑之母料中,添加一定量之苯并三唑系紫外線吸收劑可解決上述課題,而完成本發明。
即,本發明之樹脂添加劑母料之特徵為,相對於(A)聚烯烴樹脂100質量份,添加(B)熔點80℃以下之樹脂添加劑65至300質量份及(C)苯并三唑系紫外線吸收劑0.8至24質量份所得。
本發明之樹脂添加劑母料較佳為,前述(B)熔點80℃以下之樹脂添加劑為受阻胺化合物之1種以上。
本發明之樹脂添加劑母料較佳為,前述(B)熔點80℃以下之樹脂添加劑為,下述一般式(1)所表示之化合物之1種以上。
(式中,R1表示氫原子、羥基、碳原子數1至30之烷基、羥基烷基、烷氧基、羥基烷氧基或氧自由基,R2表示碳原子數1至30之烷基或碳原子數2至30之烯基)。
又,本發明之樹脂添加劑母料較佳為,前述一般式(1)中R2為碳原子數8至26之烷基的混合物。
又,本發明之樹脂添加劑母料較佳為,前述(B)熔點80℃以下之樹脂添加劑含有受阻胺化合物之1種以上,與下述一般式(4)所表示之苯甲酸酯化合物之1種以上,且前述受阻胺化合物與前述苯甲酸酯化合物之含有比例為質量比1:1至4:1。
(式中,R12及R13各自獨立表示氫原子、碳原子數1至12之烷基或碳原子數7至30之芳基烷基,R14表示碳原子數1至30之烷基)。
又,本發明之樹脂添加劑母料較佳為,前述(B)熔點80℃以下之樹脂添加劑含有前述一般式(1)所表示之受阻胺化合物之1種以上,與前述一般式(4)所表示之苯甲酸酯化合物之1種以上,且前述受阻胺化合物與前述苯甲酸酯化合物之含有比例為質量比1:1至4:1。
又,本發明之樹脂添加劑母料較佳為,前述(C)苯并
三唑系紫外線吸收劑為下述一般式(2)或下述一般式(5)所表示之化合物之1種以上。
(式中,R3、R4各自獨立表示氫原子、氯原子或碳原子數1至4之烷基,R5、R6各自獨立表示氫原子或碳原子數1至18之烷基,R7、R8各自獨立表示氫原子或碳原子數1至4之烷基)。
(式中,R15表示氫原子、氯原子或碳原子數1至4之烷基,R16、R17各自獨立表示氫原子、碳原子數1至18之烷基,或碳原子數7至18之芳烷基)。
又,本發明之樹脂添加劑母料較佳為,相對於(A)聚烯烴樹脂100質量份,另含有0.3至5質量份之(D)下述一般式(3)所表示之芳香族磷酸酯金屬鹽之1種以上。
(式中,R9表示碳原子數4至8之烷基,R10表示氫原子或碳原子數1至8之烷基,R11表示碳原子數1至4之亞烷基,X1表示鹼金屬原子,鹼土類金屬原子或鋁原子,X1為鹼金屬原子時,n為1,且q為0,X1為鹼土類金屬原子時,n為2,且q為0,X1為鋁原子時,n為1或2,且q為3-n)。
本發明之聚烯烴樹脂組成物之特徵為,相對於聚烯烴樹脂,添加前述樹脂添加劑母料所得。
本發明可提供既使以高濃度含有低熔點之樹脂添加劑也可抑制表面發黏,而具有優良保存安定性(耐阻塞性)之添加劑母料。
下面將詳細說明本發明之較佳實施形態。
本發明所使用之(A)聚烯烴樹脂可為聚烯烴無特別限
制使用,例如聚丙烯、等規聚丙烯、間規聚丙烯、半等規聚丙烯、立規型嵌段聚丙烯、環烯烴聚合物、聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯、直鏈低密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、聚丁烯-1、聚-3-甲基丁烯、聚-3-甲基-1-戊烯、聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯、乙烯-丙烯共聚物等之α-烯烴之單聚物或共聚物等。特佳之(A)聚烯烴樹脂如,聚丙烯。
本發明所使用之(B)熔點80℃以下之樹脂添加劑如,防氧化劑、紫外線吸收劑、光安定劑及該等之混合物等。熔點80℃以下之防氧化劑如,苯酚系防氧化劑、亞磷酸酯防氧化劑等之磷系防氧化劑、硫醚系防氧化劑等之硫系防氧化劑等。
熔點80℃以下之紫外線吸收劑如,水楊酸系紫外線吸收劑、二苯甲酮系紫外線吸收劑、氰基丙烯酸酯系紫外線吸收劑等。
熔點80℃以下之光安定劑如,受阻胺化合物等。
具體之苯酚系防氧化劑如,硬脂醯(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯、硫基雙(3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙醯氧基)乙酯、三乙二醇雙[(3-叔丁基-4-羥基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯]、2,4-二辛硫基-6-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羥基苯胺基)-s-三嗪、2-甲基-4,6-雙(辛硫基甲基)苯酚、2,4-二甲基-6-(1-甲基十五烷基)苯酚、具有支鏈之C7-9混合醇與(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸之酯、2,2-硫基雙(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)等。
熔點80℃以下之亞磷酸酯系防氧化劑如,三苯基亞
磷酸酯、三壬基苯基亞磷酸酯、二硬脂醯季戊四醇二亞磷酸酯、二壬基苯基季戊四醇二亞磷酸酯、雙酚A與碳原子數12至15之混合醇之亞磷酸酯、二苯基-2-乙基己基亞磷酸酯、二苯基異癸基亞磷酸酯、三異癸基亞磷酸酯、1,1-亞丁基雙(2-甲基-4-羥基-5-叔丁基苯基)與十三烷醇之亞磷酸酯、1,1,3-三(2-甲基-4-羥基-5-叔丁基苯基)丁烷與十三烷醇之亞磷酸酯等。
熔點80℃以下之硫醚系防氧化劑如,二月桂基硫二丙酸酯、雙十三烷基硫二丙酸酯、二硬脂基硫二丙酸酯、季戊四醇四(3-十二烷基硫丙酸酯)、4,4-硫雙(2-叔丁基-5-甲基苯酚)雙-3-(十二烷基硫基)丙酸酯等。
熔點80℃以下之紫外線吸收劑如,十六烷基-3,5-二叔丁基-4-羥基苯甲酸酯、2-羥基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2-羥基-4-辛氧基二苯甲酮、2-羥基-4-十二烷氧基二苯甲酮、2,2’-二羥基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、4-(2-丙烯醯氧基)乙氧基-2-羥基二苯甲酮之聚合物、2-(4-辛氧基苯基)-4,6-雙(2,4-二甲基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪、2-(4-異辛氧基苯基)-4,6-雙(2,4-二甲基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪、2-(2-羥基-4-(3-(2-乙基己基-1-氧基)-2-羥基丙氧基)苯基)-4,6-雙(2,4-二甲基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪、2’-乙基己基-2-氰基-3-苯基肉桂酸酯、N-(2-乙氧基苯基)-N’-(4-異十二烷基苯基)草醯胺等。
熔點80℃以下之受阻胺化合物如,2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶醇脂肪酸酯、雙(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)癸二酸酯、雙(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基-4-哌啶基)癸二酸酯與甲基-
1,2,2,6,6-五甲基-4-哌啶基癸二酸酯之混合物、1,2,2,6,6-五甲基哌啶醇與十三烷醇之混合醇與丁烷四羧酸之四酯、2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇與十三烷醇之混合醇與丁烷四羧酸之四酯、雙(1-辛氧基-2,2,6,6-五甲基-4-哌啶基)癸二酸酯、1-(2-羥基乙基)-2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶醇與丁烷二元酸之聚酯、2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-(2-丙烯氧基)哌啶與甲基氫化矽氧烷之反應物、十二烷基-3-(2,2,4,4-四甲基-21-羰基-7-噁-3,20-二偶氮二螺(5.1.11.2)廿-烷-20-基)丙酸酯與十四烷基-3-(2,2,4,4-四甲基-21-羰基-7-噁-3,20-二偶氮二螺(5.1.11.2)廿-烷-20-基)丙酸酯之混合物、十二烷基-N-(2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-4-基)-b-丙氨酸與十四烷-N-(2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-4-基)-b-丙氨酸之混合物、3-十二烷基-N-(2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-4-基)琥珀醯亞胺、2-十二烷基-N-(1-乙醯基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-4-基)等。
上述(B)樹脂添加劑為熔點80℃以下之物,較佳為熔點60℃以下之物,也包含常溫下液狀物。
上述(B)樹脂添加劑較佳為受阻胺化合物,更佳為下述一般式(1)所表示之化合物。
(式中,R1表示氫原子、羥基、碳原子數1至30之烷
基、羥基烷基、烷氧基、羥基烷氧基或氧自由基,R2表示碳原子數1至30之烷基或碳原子數2至30之烯基)。
前述一般式(1)中,R1及R2所表示之碳原子數1至30之烷基如,甲基、乙基、丙基、異丙基、丁基、異丁基、仲丁基、叔丁基、戊基、仲戊基、叔戊基、己基、庚基、辛基、異辛基、2-乙基己基、叔辛基、壬基、異壬基、癸基、十一烷基、十二烷基、十三烷基、十四烷基、十五烷基、十六烷基、十七烷基、十八烷基等。特佳為,R2為碳原子數8至26之烷基之混合物。
又,一般式(1)中R1所表示之碳原子數1至30之羥基烷基如,羥基乙基、2-羥基丙基、3-羥基丙基等上述烷基之羥基取代物。
另外一般式(1)中R1所表示之碳原子數1至30之烷氧基如,對應上述烷基之甲氧基、乙氧基、丙氧基、異丙氧基、丁氧基、辛氧基、2-乙基己氧基等。
又,一般式(1)中R1所表示之碳原子數1至30之羥基烷氧基如,對應上述烷氧基之羥基乙氧基、2-羥基丙氧基、3-羥基丙氧基、4-羥基丁氧基、2-羥基-2-甲基丙氧基、6-羥基己氧基等。
又,前述一般式(1)中R2所表示之碳原子數2至30之烯基如,乙烯基、丙烯基、丁烯基、己烯基、油烯基等。雙鏈之位置可為α-位,或內部或ω-位。
前述一般式(1)所表示之化合物更具體如,下述化合物No.1至No.6之化合物。但本發明非受限於下述化合
物。
前述一般式(1)所表示之化合物中,化合物No.6以外特佳為熔點60℃以下。
該等一般式(1)所表示之化合物之合成方法無特別限制,可藉由一般有機合成用之方法合成,例如可以酸與醇之直接酯化、酸鹵化物與醇之反應、酯交換反應等進行酯化,精製方法可適當使用蒸餾、再結晶、再沈澱、使用過濾劑、吸附劑之方法等。
又,(B)熔點80℃以下之樹脂添加劑較佳為,含有前述受阻胺化合物之一種以上(特佳為前述一般式(1)所表示之化合物),與下述一般式(4)所表示之苯甲酸酯化合物。
前述阻胺胺與前述苯甲酸酯化合物之含有比例較佳為,質量比1:1至4:1。

數1至30之烷基)。
一般式(4)中,R12及R13所表示之碳原子數1至12之烷基如,甲基、乙基、丙基、異丙基、丁基、仲丁基、叔丁基、戊基、己基、辛基等,或環烷基之環戊基、環己基等,碳原子數7至30之芳基烷基如,苄基、苯基乙基、1-甲基-1-苯基乙基等。
R14所表示之碳原子數1至30之烷基如,甲基、乙基、丙基、異丙基、丁基、仲丁基、叔丁基、戊基、己基、辛基、壬基、癸基、十一烷基、十二烷基、十三烷基、十四烷基、十五烷基、十六烷基、十八烷基等。
前述一般式(4)所表示之化合物更具體如,下述化合物No.30至33。但本發明非受限於下述化合物。
本發明之樹脂添加劑母料中,上述(B)樹脂添加劑為,相對於(A)聚烯烴樹脂100質量份,添加65至300質量份。較佳為相對於(A)聚烯烴樹脂100質量份,添加100至300質量份。(B)樹脂添加劑之添加量未達65質量份時,需添加大量母料故會減少使用高濃度母料之優點,又,超過300質量份時,添加劑易滲出而發生顆粒阻塞,降低保存安定性。
本發明所使用之(C)苯并三唑系紫外線吸收劑如,2-(2-羥基-5-甲基苯基)苯并三唑、2-(2-羥基-5-叔辛基苯基)苯并三唑、2-(2-羥基-3,5-二叔丁基苯基)-5-氯苯并三唑、2-(2-羥基-3-叔丁基-5-甲基苯基)-5-氯苯并三唑、2-(2-羥基-3,5-二枯基苯基)苯并三唑、2,2’-伸甲基雙[4-(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基)-6-苯并三唑-2-基-苯酚]、2-(2-羥基-3-叔丁基-5-羧基苯基)苯并三唑之聚乙二醇酯、2-[2-羥基-3-(2-丙烯醯氧基乙基)-5-甲基苯基]苯并三唑、2-[2-羥基-3-(2-甲基丙烯醯氧基乙基)-5-叔丁基苯基]苯并三唑、2-[2-羥基-3-(2-甲基丙烯醯氧基乙基)-5-叔辛基苯基]苯并三唑、2-[2-羥基-3-(2-甲基丙烯醯氧基乙基)-5-叔丁基苯基]-5-氯苯并三唑、2-[2-羥基-5-(2-甲基丙烯醯氧基乙基)苯基]苯

(C)苯并三唑系紫外線吸收劑就顆粒保存安定性(耐阻塞性)之觀點,較佳為下述一般式(2)或下述一般式(5)所表示之化合物。
(式(2)中,R3、R4各自獨立表示氫原子、氯原子或碳原子數1至4之烷基、R5、R6各自獨立表示氫原子或碳原子數1至18之烷基,R7、R8各自獨立表示氫原子或碳原子數1至4之烷基)。
(式中,R15表示氫原子、氯原子或碳原子數1至4之烷基,R16、R17各自獨立表示氫原子、碳原子數1至18之烷基,或碳原子數7至18之芳烷基)。
一般式(2)中,R3、R4、R7、R8所表示之碳原子數1至4之烷基如,甲基、乙基、丙基、異丙基、丁基、仲丁基、叔丁基等。
又一般式(2)中,R5、R6所表示之碳原子數1至18之烷基如,甲基、乙基、丙基、異丙基、丁基、仲丁基、叔丁基、戊基、仲戊基、叔戊基、己基、庚基、辛基、異辛基、2-乙基己基、叔辛基、壬基、異壬基、癸基、十一烷基、十二烷基、十三烷基、十四烷基、十五烷基、十六烷基、十七烷基、十八烷基等。
前述一般式(2)所表示之化合物更具體如,下述化合物No.7至No.11之化合物。但本發明非受限於下述化合物。
前述一般式(2)所表示之化合物中,就母料之保存安定性(耐阻塞性)之觀點,特佳為化合物No.7。
前述一般式(5)中,R15所表示之碳原子數1至4之烷
基、R16、R17所表示之碳原子數1至18之烷基同上述之物。R16、R17所表示之碳原子數7至18之芳烷基為,上述烷基之氫原子被苯基等之芳基取代之物,例如α,α-二甲基苄基。
前述一般式(5)所表示之化合物如,2-(2-羥基-5-甲基苯基)苯并三唑、2,4-雙(α,α-二甲基苄基)-6-(2H-苯并三唑-2-基)苯酚、2-(5-氯-2H-苯并三唑-2-基)-4-甲基-6-tert-丁基苯酚、4,6-雙(1,1-二甲基丙基)-2-(2H-苯并三唑-2-基)苯酚、2-(2-羥基-5-tert-辛基苯基)-2H-苯并三唑,其中就顆粒保存安定性(耐阻塞性)之觀點較佳為2-(2-羥基-5-甲基苯基)苯并三唑。
上述(C)苯并三唑系紫外線吸收劑為,相對於(A)聚烯烴樹脂100質量份,添加0.8至24質量份。較佳為相對於(A)聚烯烴樹脂100質量份,添加1.0至24質量份。(C)苯并三唑系紫外線吸收劑之添加量未達0.8質量份時會發生顆粒阻塞,而降低保存安定性,超過24質量份時會降低熔融黏度而難顆粒化。
又本發明之樹脂添加劑母料更佳為,相對於(A)聚烯烴樹脂100質量份,添加0.3至5質量份之(D)下述一般式(3)所表示之芳香族磷酸酯金屬鹽之一種以上。
(式中,R9表示碳原子數4至8之烷基,R10表示氫原子或碳原子數1至8之烷基,R11表示碳原子數1至4之亞烷基,X1表示鹼金屬原子、鹼土類金屬原子或鋁原子,X1為鹼金屬原子時,n為1,且q為0,X1為鹼土類金屬原子時,n為2,且q為0,X1為鋁原子時,n為1或2,且q為3-n)。
一般式(3)中,R9所表示之碳原子數4至8之烷基如,丁基、仲丁基、叔丁基、戊基、叔戊基、己基、環己基、庚基、辛基、異辛基、叔辛基等。
R10所表示之碳原子數1至8之烷基如,甲基、乙基、丙基、異丙基、丁基、仲丁基、叔丁基、戊基、叔戊基、己基、環己基、庚基、辛基、異辛基、叔辛基等。
R11所表示之碳原子數1至4之亞烷基如,伸甲基、亞乙基、1,1-亞丙基、2,2-亞丙基、亞丁基等。
X1所表示之金屬如,鋰、鈉、鉀等之鹼金屬、鎂、鈣等之鹼土類金屬、鋁等。其中較佳為鹼金屬。
前述一般式(3)所表示之化合物更具體如,下述化合
物No.12至No.29之化合物。但本發明非受限於下述化合物。
添加上述(D)一般式(3)所表示之芳香族磷酸酯金屬鹽時,相對於(A)聚烯烴樹脂100質量份較佳為添加0.3至5質量份。(D)芳香族磷酸酯金屬鹽之添加量未達0.3質量份時,將無法得到充分之效果,又,超過5質量份時會影響添加母料之樹脂之結晶性等,而降低樹脂物性。
製造本發明之樹脂添加劑母料之方法無特別限制,可藉由先前已知之方法進行。例如以乾式混合添加成分後,
可使用漢氏混合機、軋混機、班伯里混合機、超混機等進行混合,再使用單軸或雙軸擠壓機等進行混練,其後顆粒化。
藉由本發明之樹脂添加劑母料而安定化之樹脂可為,熱塑性樹脂、熱硬化性樹脂、結晶性樹脂、非結晶性樹脂、生分解性樹脂、非生分解性樹脂、合成樹脂、天然產製樹脂、汎用樹脂、工程樹脂、聚合物合金等任何一種樹脂。
合成樹脂如,聚丙烯、低密度聚乙烯、直鏈低密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、聚丁烯-1、聚-3-甲基戊烯、聚-4-甲基戊烯、乙烯-丙烯共聚物等之α-烯烴之單體或共聚物、該等α-烯烴與共軛二烯或非共軛二烯等之多不飽和化合物、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、乙酸乙烯等之共聚物、聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-間苯二甲酸酯、聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-對氧基苯甲酸酯、聚對苯二甲酸丁二醇酯等之直鏈聚酯或酸改質聚酯、脂肪族聚酯等之生分解性樹脂、液晶聚酯、聚己內醯胺及聚元伸甲基己二醯二胺等之聚醯胺、液晶聚醯胺、聚醯亞胺、聚苯乙烯、苯乙烯及/或α-甲基苯乙烯與其他單體(例如馬來酸酐、苯基馬來醯亞胺、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丁二烯、丙烯腈等)之共聚物(例如丙烯腈苯乙烯共聚物(AS)樹脂、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)樹脂、甲基甲基丙烯酸酯丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物(MBS)樹脂、耐熱ABS樹脂等)、聚氯乙烯、聚偏氯乙烯、氯化聚乙烯、氯化聚丙烯、聚偏氟乙
烯、氯化橡膠、氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物、氯乙烯-乙烯共聚物、氯乙烯-偏氯乙烯共聚物、氯乙烯-偏氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯三元共聚物、氯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物、氯乙烯-馬來酸酯共聚物、氯乙烯-環己基馬來醯亞胺共聚物等之含鹵素樹脂、(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯、(甲基)丙烯乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸辛酯等之(甲基)丙烯酸酯之聚合物、聚醚酮、聚乙烯基乙酸酯、聚乙烯基甲縮醛、聚乙烯基丁縮醛、聚乙烯醇、直鏈或支鏈之聚碳酸酯、石油樹脂、香豆酮樹脂、聚苯醚、聚伸苯基硫化物、熱可塑性聚胺基甲酸酯、纖維素系樹脂等之熱可塑性樹脂;環氧樹脂、苯酚樹脂、脲醛樹脂、三聚氰胺樹脂、不飽和聚酯樹脂、熱硬化性聚胺基甲酸酯等之熱硬化性樹脂;異戊二烯橡膠、丁二烯橡膠、丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚橡膠、丁二烯-丙烯腈共聚橡膠、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚合橡膠、乙烯與丙烯、丁烯-1等之α-烯烴之共聚合橡膠,或與乙烯-α-烯烴及亞乙基降冰片烯、環戊二烯等之非共軛二烯類之三元共聚物橡膠等的彈性體、矽樹脂等,又可為該等樹脂及/或彈性體合金化或摻混之物。其中較佳為聚烯烴樹脂。
天然產生樹脂如,天然橡膠、3-羥基丁酸甲酯等之微生物產生脂肪族聚酯、微生物產生脂肪族聚醯胺、澱粉、纖維素、殼質-殼聚糖、谷膠-明膠等。
上述樹脂會因立體規則性、比重、聚合觸媒種類、聚合觸媒有無或某程度去除、結晶化程度、溫度或壓力等之聚合條件、結晶種類、以X線角散射測定之板晶尺寸、
結晶長徑比、相對於芳香族系或脂肪族系溶劑之溶解度、溶液黏度、熔融黏度、平均分子量、分子量分布之程度、分子量分布有幾個峰值,或共聚物為嵌段或無規,或藉由各單體之添加比例等而使安定化效果有所差異等,但可適當選擇任何樹脂。
將本發明之樹脂添加劑母料加入樹脂之方法無特別限定,可使用已知之安定劑加入樹脂之技術。例如,以漢氏混合機等混合母料與樹脂之粉末或顆粒後以擠壓機混練之方法等,所使用之加工機種類或加工溫度、加工後之冷卻條件等無特別限制,較佳為選擇能使所得之樹脂物性適用於用途之條件。
本發明之樹脂添加劑母料加入樹脂中之質量比例係依存於母料中之樹脂添加劑濃度、加入母料之樹脂組成物中之樹脂添加劑之最終濃度為,但相對於樹脂100質量份較佳為添加0.01至20質量份,更佳為0.05至10質量份之母料。
本發明之樹脂添加劑母料之使用目的為使樹脂安定化時,必要時可使用一般各種樹脂所使用之各種添加劑。該等添加劑可與本發明之樹脂添加劑母料所使用的前述(B)樹脂添加劑及(C)苯并三唑系紫外線吸收劑,以及(D)芳香族磷酸酯金屬鹽相同或相異。各種添加劑如,苯酚系防氧化劑、硫系防氧化劑、磷系防氧化劑、紫外線吸收劑、受阻胺化合物、造核劑、難燃劑、難燃助劑、滑劑、填充劑、纖維狀填充劑、金屬皂、水滑石類、防靜電劑、顏
料、染料等。該等添加劑可與本發明之樹脂添加劑母料同時添加,或各自添加。又,不影響本發明之樹脂添加劑母料之保存安定性下,可先含於母料再加入。
上述苯酚系防氧化劑如,2,6-二叔丁基-p-甲酚、2,6-二苯基-4-十八烷氧基苯酚、二硬脂醯(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羥基苄基)膦酸酯、1,6-六伸甲基雙[(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸醯胺]、4,4’-硫基雙(6-叔丁基-m-甲酚)、2,2’-伸甲基雙(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、2,2’-伸甲基雙(4-乙基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、4,4’-亞丁基雙(6-叔丁基-m-甲酚)、2,2’-亞乙基雙(4,6-二叔丁基苯酚)、2,2’-亞乙基雙(4-仲丁基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、1,1,3-三(2-甲基-4-羥基-5-叔丁基苯基)丁烷、1,3,5-三(2,6-二甲基-3-羥基-4-叔丁基苄基)三聚異氰酸酯、1,3,5-三(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羥基苄基)三聚異氰酸酯、1,3,5-三(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羥基苄基)-2,4,6-三甲基苯、2-叔丁基-4-甲基-6-(2-丙烯醯氧基-3-叔丁基-5-甲基苯基)苯酚、硬脂醯(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯、硫基二乙二醇雙[(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯]、1,6-六伸甲基雙[(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯]、雙(3,3-雙(4-羥基-3-叔丁基苯基)丁酸]乙二醇酯、雙[2-叔丁基-4-甲基-6-(2-羥基-3-叔丁基-5-甲基苄基)苯基1對苯二甲酸酯、1,3,5-三[(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙醯氧基乙基]三聚異氰酸酯、3,9-雙[1,1-二甲基-2-{(3-叔丁基-4-羥基-5-甲基苯基)丙醯氧基}乙基]-2,4,8,10-四噁螺[5.5]十一烷、三乙二醇雙[(3-叔丁基-4-羥基-5-甲基苯基)丙酸酯]
等。添加量相對於樹脂100重量份較佳為0.001至10重量份,更佳為0.01至5重量份。
上述硫系防氧化劑如,硫二丙酸二月桂酯、硫二丙酸二肉豆蔻酯、硫二丙酸二硬脂醯酯等之二烷基硫二丙酸酯類及季戊四醇四(β-十二烷基硫丙酸酯)等之多元醇之β-烷基硫丙酸酯類。添加量相對於樹脂100重量份較佳為0.001至10重量份,更佳為0.01至5重量份。
上述磷系防氧化劑如,三壬基苯基亞磷酸酯、三[2-叔丁基-4-(3-叔丁基-4-羥基-5-甲基苯基硫)-5-甲基苯基]亞磷酸酯、十三烷基亞磷酸酯、辛基二苯基亞磷酸酯、二(癸基)單苯基亞磷酸酯、二(十三烷基)季戊四醇二亞磷酸酯、二(壬基苯基)季戊四醇二亞磷酸酯、雙(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)季戊四醇二亞磷酸酯、雙(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯基)季戊四醇二亞磷酸酯、雙(2,4,6-三叔丁基苯基)季戊四醇二亞磷酸酯、雙(2,4-二枯基苯基)季戊四醇二亞磷酸酯、四(十三烷基)異亞丙基二苯酚二亞磷酸酯、四(十三烷基)-4,4’-n-亞丁基雙(2-叔丁基-5-甲基苯酚)二亞磷酸酯、六(十三烷基)-1,1,3-三(2-甲基-4-羥基-5-叔丁基苯基)丁烷三亞磷酸酯、四(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)二伸苯基二膦酸酯、9,10-二氫基-9-噁-10-磷雜菲-10-氧化物、2,2’-伸甲基雙(4,6-二叔丁基苯基)-2-乙基己基亞磷酸酯、2,2’-伸甲基雙(4,6-二叔丁基苯基)-十八烷基亞磷酸酯、2,2’-亞乙基雙(4,6-二叔丁基苯基)氟亞磷酸酯、三(2-[(2,4,8,10-四叔丁基二苯并[d,f][1,3,2]二氧雜含磷七員環
(Dioxaphosphepine)-6-基)氧基]乙基)胺、2-乙基-2-丁基丙二醇與2,4,6-三叔丁基苯酚之亞磷酸酯等。添加量相對於樹脂100重量份較佳為0.001至10重量份,更佳為0.01至5重量份。
上述紫外線吸收劑如,2,4-二羥基二苯甲酮、2-羥基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2-羥基-4-辛氧基二苯甲酮、5,5’-伸甲基雙(2-羥基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮)等之2-羥基二苯甲酮類;2-(2’-羥基-5’-甲基苯基)苯并三唑、2-(2’-羥基-3’,5’-二叔丁基苯基)-5-氯苯并三唑、2-(2’-羥基-3’-叔丁基-5’-甲基苯基)-5-氯苯并三唑、2-(2’-羥基-5’-叔辛基苯基)苯并三唑、2-(2’-羥基-3’,5’-二枯基苯基)苯并三唑、2-(2’-羥基-3’-叔丁基-5’-羧基苯基)苯并三唑等之2-(2’-羥基苯基)苯并三唑類;苯基水楊酸酯、間苯二酚單苯甲酸酯、2,4-二叔丁基苯基-3,5-二叔丁基-4-羥基苯甲酸酯、2,4-二叔戊基苯基-3,5-二叔丁基-4-羥基苯甲酸酯、十六烷基-3,5-二叔丁基-4-羥基苯甲酸酯等之苯甲酸酯類;2-乙基-2’-乙氧基草醯替苯胺、2-乙氧基-4’-十二烷基草醯替苯胺等之取代草醯替苯胺類;乙基-α-氰基-β,β-二苯基丙烯酸酯、甲基-2-氰基-3-甲基-3-(p-甲氧基苯基)丙烯酸酯等之氰基丙烯酸酯類;2-(2-羥基-4-辛氧基苯基)-4,6-雙(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)-s-三嗪、2-(2-羥基-4-甲氧基苯基)-4,6-二苯基-s-三嗪、2-(2-羥基-4-丙氧基-5-甲基苯基)-4,6-雙(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)-s-三嗪等之三芳基三嗪類。添加量相對於樹脂100重量份較佳為0.001至10重量份,更佳為
0.01至5重量份。

份,更佳為0.01至5重量份。
上述造核劑如,p-t-丁基苯甲酸鋁、苯甲酸鈉等之芳香族羧酸金屬鹽;二鈉-二環(2,2,1)庚烷-2,3-二羧酸酯等之脂環族羧酸金屬鹽;雙(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)磷酸鈉、雙(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)磷酸鋰、鈉-2,2’-伸甲基雙(4,6-二叔丁基苯基)磷酸酯等之酸性磷酸酯金屬鹽;二亞苄基山梨糖醇、雙(甲基亞苄基)山梨糖醇等之多價醇衍生物等。
上述難燃劑如,鹵系難燃劑、紅磷、磷酸三聚氰胺、聚磷酸銨、聚磷酸三聚氰胺、焦磷酸三聚氰胺、聚磷酸哌嗪、焦磷酸哌嗪、磷酸脈、磷酸酯化合物、膦嗪化合物等之磷系難燃劑、三聚氰胺三聚異氰酸酯等之氮系難燃劑、氫氧化鎂、氫氧化鋁等之金屬氫氧化物、難燃助劑如,三氟化銻、硼酸鋅等之無機化合物、聚四氟乙烯等之防滴劑等。
水滑石類可為天然物或合成品,無論有無表面處理或有無結晶水均可使用。例如,下述一般式(4)MxMgyAlzCO3(OH)xp+2y+3z-2.nH2O (4)
(式中,M表示鹼金屬或鋅,x表示0至6之數,y表示0至6之數,z表示0.1至4之數,p表示M之價數,n表示0至100之結晶水之數)所表示之鹼性碳酸鹽。
滑劑如,月桂醯胺、肉豆蔻醯胺、硬脂醯胺、山萮醯胺等之脂肪酸醯胺、伸乙基雙硬脂醯胺、聚乙烯蠟、鈣硬
脂酸酯、鎂硬脂酸酯等之金屬肥皂、二硬脂醯磷酸酯鎂、硬脂醯磷酸酯鎂等之磷酸酯金屬鹽等。
填充劑可由滑石、二氧化矽、碳酸鈣、玻璃纖維、鈦酸鉀、硼酸鉀等之無機物中,適當選擇球狀物之粒徑、纖維狀物之纖維徑、纖維長及長徑比後使用。又,必要時填充材料較佳為使用表面處理後之物。
防靜電劑如,脂肪酸四級銨鎓鹽、聚胺四級鹽等之陽離子系防靜電劑;高級醇磷酸酯鹽、高級醇EO加成物、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯、陰離子型之烷基磺酸鹽、高級醇硫酸酯鹽、高級醇環氧乙烷加成物硫酸酯鹽、高級醇環氧乙烷加成物磷酸酯鹽等之陰離子系防靜電劑;多價醇脂肪酸酯、多元醇磷酸酯、聚環氧乙烷烷基烯丙醚等之非離子系防靜電劑;烷基二甲基胺基乙酸甜菜鹼等之雙性型烷基甜菜鹼、咪唑啉型雙性活性劑等之雙性防靜電劑。該防靜電劑可單獨使用,或組合使用2種以上之防靜電劑。
又,農業用薄膜使用本發明之樹脂添加劑母料時,因欲抑制作物生長而添加紫外線吸收劑、欲提升保溫性而添加紅外線吸收劑,而使溫室發生霧、薄膜表面結霜而無法使光線充分傳達至作物等,故可添加抗模糊劑及抗霧劑。
又,添加本發明之樹脂添加劑母料所得的本發明之聚烯烴樹脂組成物可使用於包含緩衝劑、儀表板、指示盤等之汽車用樹脂構件;冰箱、洗衣機、吸塵器等之家電製品用樹脂構件;食器、水桶、沐浴用品等之家庭用品;連接器等之連接用樹脂構件;玩具等之雜貨;槽、瓶等之貯藏
容器;醫療用袋子、注射器、導管、醫療用管子等之醫療用成型品;壁材、地板、窗框、壁紙等之建材;電線被覆材;房屋、地道等農業用資材;保鮮膜、托盤等之食品包裝材等之薄膜、薄片之成型品;纖維等各種用途。
下面將舉實施例更詳細說明本發明。但本發明非受限於下述實施例。
相對於(A)成分之聚丙烯(諾巴帖MA3,日本聚丙烯(股)製)100質量份,依下述表中之添加量添加(B)成分之下述化合物No.1之樹脂添加劑與下述化合物No.2之樹脂添加劑之混合物(ADEKA(股)製,商品名:艾丹卡LA-40,熔點33℃),及添加下述化合物No.30(熔點62℃)之物,及(C)苯并三唑系紫外線吸收劑之2-(2-羥基-5-甲基苯基)苯并三唑(ADEKA(股)製,商品名:艾丹卡LA-32)與化合物No.7(ADEKA(股)製,商品名:艾丹卡LA-31)、(D)前述一般式(3)所表示之芳香族磷酸酯金屬鹽之化合物No.18後,以固定混合機攪拌30分鐘。使用日本製鋼所製雙軸擠壓機(TEX30 α),以270℃、擠壓模溫度160℃、15kg/時間之條件,將所得之粉末造粒,得顆粒。
使用所得顆粒以下述條件進行保存安定性試驗(耐阻
塞性試驗)。結果如表1所示。
除了改變(C)成分之添加量,且以苯并三唑系紫外線吸收劑之2-羥基-4-n-辛氧基二苯甲酮(ADEKA(股)製,商品名:艾丹卡1413)取代(C)成分外,另使用磷系防氧化劑之三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亞磷酸酯(ADEKA(股)製,商品名:艾丹卡2112)、填充劑之滑石所得之物作為比較例用。使用所得之顆粒以下述條件進行保存安定性試驗(耐阻塞性試驗)。結果如表1至表6所示。
比較例3與比較例5會降低熔融黏度,而無法顆粒化。
將所得之顆粒20g放入底面積12.6cm2、高6cm之容量75ml之玻璃製樣品瓶中,保存於50℃及60℃之恆溫槽內。保存1周後倒立樣品瓶,由顆粒落下狀態評估耐阻塞性。評估基準如下所述。等級1為具有最優良之耐阻塞性,2、3、4較差,5最差。
等級1:平靜倒立樣品瓶,即可使顆粒落下。
等級2:等級1時無法落下,而由5mm上空將倒立樣品瓶落在平台上賦予震動時,可使顆粒落下。
等級3:等級2時無法落下,而由30mm上空將倒立樣品瓶落在平台上賦予震動時,可使顆粒落下。
等級4:等級3時無法落下,而於敲打樣品瓶數次後
顆粒可落下。
等級5:既使等級4時顆粒也無法落下。

由上述表1至6之結果得知,依本發明之各實施例確認可得,所得之顆粒具有優良保存安定性(耐阻塞性)之樹脂添加劑母料。即,確認既使以高濃度含有先前般易發生阻塞之低熔點之樹脂添加劑的母料,含有苯并三唑系紫外線吸收劑可改善保存保安定性。
Claims (6)
- 一種樹脂添加劑母料,其特徵為,相對於(A)聚烯烴樹脂100質量份,添加(B)熔點80℃以下之樹脂添加劑65至300質量份及(C)苯并三唑系紫外線吸收劑0.8至24質量份而成,其中前述(B)熔點80℃以下之樹脂添加劑為受阻胺化合物之1種以上,與下述一般式(4)所表示之苯甲酸酯化合物之1種以上,又,受阻胺化合物與苯甲酸酯化合物之含有比例為質量比1:1至4:1之範圍內,
(式中,R12及R13各自獨立表示氫原子、碳原子數1至12之烷基或碳原子數7至30之芳基烷基,R14表示碳原子數1至30之烷基)。 - 如申請專利範圍第1項之樹脂添加劑母料,其中前述受阻胺化合物為下述一般式(1)所表示之化合物之1種以上,
(式中,R1表示氫原子、羥基、碳原子數1至30之烷基、羥基烷基、烷氧基、羥基烷氧基或氧自由基,R2表示碳原子數1至30之烷基或碳原子數2至30之烯基)。 - 如申請專利範圍第1項之樹脂添加劑母料,其中前述(C)苯并三唑系紫外線吸收劑為下述一般式(2)或下述一般式(5)所表示之化合物之1種以上,
(式中,R3、R4各自獨立表示氫原子、氯原子或碳原子數1至4之烷基,R5、R6各自獨立表示氫原子或碳原子數1至18之烷基,R7、R8各自獨立表示氫原子或碳原子數1至4之烷基), (式中,R15表示氫原子、氯原子或碳原子數1至4之烷基,R16、R17各自獨立表示氫原子、碳原子數1至18之烷基,或碳原子數7至18之芳烷基)。 - 如申請專利範圍第1項之樹脂添加劑母料,其中相對於前述(A)聚烯烴樹脂100質量份,另含有0.3至5 質量份之(D)下述一般式(3)所表示之芳香族磷酸酯金屬鹽之1種以上,
(式中,R9表示碳原子數4至8之烷基,R10表示氫原子或碳原子數1至8之烷基,R11表示碳原子數1至4之亞烷基,X1表示鹼金屬原子,鹼土類金屬原子或鋁原子,X1為鹼金屬原子時,n為1,且q為0,X1為鹼土類金屬原子時,n為2,且q為0,X1為鋁原子時,n為1或2,且q為3-n)。 - 如申請專利範圍第3項之樹脂添加劑母料,其中相對於前述(A)聚烯烴樹脂100質量份,另含有0.3至5質量份之(D)下述一般式(3)所表示之芳香族磷酸酯金屬鹽之1種以上,
(式中,R9表示碳原子數4至8之烷基,R10表示氫原子或碳原子數1至8之烷基,R11表示碳原子數1至4之亞烷基,X1表示鹼金屬原子,鹼土類金屬原子或鋁原子,X1為鹼金屬原子時,n為1,且q為0,X1為鹼土類金屬原子時,n為2,且q為0,X1為鋁原子時,n為1或2,且q為3-n)。 - 一種聚烯烴樹脂組成物,其特徵為,相對於聚烯烴樹脂,添加如申請專利範圍第1項之樹脂添加劑母料所得。
