Description

儘管存在先前技術,但仍然存在對包含油之改良調理洗髮精組合物的需求。尤其尋求關於產品安定性(尤其係在高溫下)之改善。
因此,本發明提供一種如技術方案1之調理洗髮精組合物。
較佳地,該組合物在30℃下具有2000至7000 cPs的黏度(於布魯克菲爾德黏度計(Brookfield Viscometer)上使用轉軸RV5在20 rpm下測得)。
較佳的油包括彼等選自以下者:
‧ 30℃下經測定具有0.1至500厘泊黏度之油。
‧ 有500厘泊以上(500-500000 cps)黏度之油,其包含最高達20%的較低黏度部份(低於500 cps)。
聚α-烯烴油
較佳地,該油為聚α烯烴油。聚α烯烴油促進使用本發明組合物所獲得之調理效益。
適宜的聚α-烯烴油包括彼等源自具有6至16個碳,較佳6至12個碳之1-烯烴單體者。材料之非限制性實例包括1-己烯、1-辛烯、1-癸烯、1-十二烯、1-十四烯、1-十六烯、分支鏈異構體(諸如4-甲基-1-戊烯)及其混合物。
較佳的聚α-烯烴包括購自Mobil之具有以下商品名稱之聚癸烯:具有約500之數量平均分子量之Puresyn 6、具有約3000之分子量之Puresyn 100及具有約6000之分子量之Puresyn 300。
較佳地,該聚α-烯烴油係占該組合物之0.05至10重量%,特定言之0.2至5重量%,且尤其係0.5至3重量%。
甘油三酸酯油
適宜的甘油三酸酯油包括脂肪及油類,其包括天然脂肪及油,諸如荷荷巴油、大豆油、葵花籽油、米糠油、鱷梨油、杏仁油、橄欖油、芝麻油、蓖麻油、椰子油、椰子樹油、葵花油、貂油;可可脂;牛脂、豬油;藉由使前述油氫化所獲得之硬化油;及合成的甘油單-、二-及三酸酯,如肉豆蔻酸甘油酯及2-乙基己酸甘油酯。

烴油
適宜的烴油具有至少12個碳原子,且包括石蠟油、聚烯烴油、聚烯烴油、礦物油、飽和及不飽和十二烷、飽和及不飽和十三烷、飽和及不飽和十四烷、飽和及不飽和十五烷、飽和及不飽和十六烷、及其混合物。亦可使用此等化合物及更高鏈長之烴之分支鏈異構體。亦適宜者有C2-6
烯基單體之聚合烴,諸如聚異丁烯。
較佳地,該烴油係占該組合物之0.05至10重量%,特定言之0.2至5重量%,且尤其係0.5至3重量%。
適宜的酯油具有至少10個碳原子,且包括具有源自脂肪酸或醇之烴基鏈之酯。典型的酯油為式R'COOR,其中R'及R獨立地表示烷基或烯基且R'與R中碳原子之總數為至少10,較佳為至少20。亦可使用羧酸之二-及三烷基及烯基酯。

尤其可用於根據本發明調理劑之陽離子界面活性劑係以例如GENAMIN CTAC(ex Hoechst Celanese)購得之氯化鯨蠟基三甲基銨。另一尤其可用於根據本發明之調理劑的陽離子界面活性劑係以例如GENAMIN KDMP(ex Clariant)購得之山萮基三甲基氯化銨。

適用於文中之市售醯胺基胺包括:以商品名LEXAMINE S-13購自Inolex(Philadelphia Pennsylvania,USA)及以商品名AMIDOAMINE MSP購自Nikko(Tokyo,Japan)之硬脂醯胺基丙基二甲胺、以商品名AMIDOAMINE S購自Nikko之硬脂醯胺基乙基二乙胺、以商品名INCROMINE BB購自Croda(North Humberside,England)之山萮醯胺基丙基二甲胺及以商品名SCHERCODINE系列購自Scher(Clifton New Jersey,USA)之各種醯胺基胺。
酸(ii)可為能夠使毛髮處理組合物中的醯胺基胺質子化之任何有機或無機酸。適用於文中的適宜酸包括鹽酸、醋酸、酒石酸、富馬酸、乳酸、蘋果酸、琥珀酸及其混合物。較佳地,該酸係選自由醋酸、酒石酸、鹽酸、富馬酸及其混合物組成之群。
酸的主要作用係使毛髮處理組合物中之醯胺基胺質子化,由此在毛髮處理組合物中於原位形成三級胺鹽(TAS)。TAS實質上係非永久性四級銨或假四級銨陽離子界面活性劑。
該酸適合以足夠使存在的所有醯胺基胺質子化之含量(即至少與存在於該組合物中的醯胺基胺之量等莫耳的濃度)包含。
陽離子界面活性劑之濃度基於該組合物之總重量計一般係在0.01至10重量%,更佳0.02至7.5重量%,最佳0.05至5重量%陽離子界面活性劑的範圍內。
陰離子界面活性劑包括含16-30個碳,較佳16-22個碳之烷基鏈。
較佳地,凝膠網絡陰離子界面活性劑中之碳係以單烷基存在。
該凝膠網絡包括陰離子界面活性劑,以使該凝膠網絡達成總體上帶陰離子電荷或使該凝膠網絡總體上不帶電荷。
該凝膠網絡陰離子界面活性劑係占該組合物之0.1至5重量%,且更佳為0.5至2.0重量%。

較佳地,該脂肪材料包括含14至30個碳原子,更佳16至22個碳原子之脂肪基。適宜的脂肪醇之實例包括鯨蠟醇、硬脂醇及其混合物。適宜的脂肪酯之實例為單硬脂酸甘油酯。
本發明組合物中脂肪材料之濃度適宜為該組合物之0.01至10重量%,較佳為0.1至5重量%。
較佳地,(a)與(b)之間的比例係0.1:1至100:1,較佳為1.2:1至50:1,更佳為1.5:1至10:1及最佳為約2:1。
較佳地,該凝膠網絡之陰離子及脂肪材料包含4個碳以內,較佳2個碳且最佳具有相同碳數之烷基。更佳地,其等包括4個碳以內,較佳2個碳以內且最佳具有相同長度之單烷基。此有助於保持該凝膠網絡之安定性。
較佳地,凝膠網絡陰離子界面活性劑(b)與陽離子界面活性劑(c)之間的比例為6:1至20:1,更佳為9:1至12:1。
清潔相
該清潔相包括清潔用界面活性劑。該清潔相陰離子界面活性劑具有8至14個碳,更佳10至12個及最佳12個碳。更佳地,此等碳係以單烷基存在。
較佳的陰離子清潔用界面活性劑包括鹼金屬烷基硫酸鹽,更佳為烷基醚硫酸鹽。特別佳的陰離子清潔用界面活性劑包括月桂基醚硫酸鈉。
清潔用界面活性劑之濃度為該組合物的5至26重量%。
陽離子沈積聚合物
根據本發明之組合物包括陽離子沈積聚合物。
適宜的陽離子沈積助聚合物可為經陽離子取代之均聚物或可自兩種或更多種類型的單體形成。該等聚合物之平均重量(Mw
)分子量一般係在100,000至2,000,000道耳頓之間。該等聚合物將具有陽離子性含氮基團,諸如四級銨或質子化胺基或其混合物。若該聚合物之分子量過低,則調理效果較差。若該分子量過高,則可能會存在導致該組合物在傾倒時之黏稠性之高拉伸黏度問題。
該陽離子性含氮基團一般係以取代基形式存在於該陽離子聚合物之總單體單元之一部份上。因此,在該聚合物並非均聚物時,其可包含非陽離子單體單位間隔基。該等聚合物係闡述於CTFA Cosmetic Ingredient Directory,第3版中。選擇陽離子對非陽離子單體單位之比例,以得到具有所需範圍內(其一般為0.2至3.0 meq/gm)的陽離子電荷密度之聚合物。該聚合物之陽離子電荷密度係經由US Pharmacopoeia中所述之Kjeldahl方法,根據用於氮測定之化學測試經適宜地測定。
適宜的陽離子聚合物包括(例如)具有陽離子胺或四級銨官能基之乙烯基單體與水溶性間隔基單體(諸如(甲基)丙烯醯胺、烷基及二烷基(甲基)丙烯醯胺、(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯、乙烯基己內酯及乙烯基吡咯啶)之共聚物。該經胺基及二烷基取代之單體較佳具有C1-C7烷基,更佳為C1-C3烷基。其他適宜的間隔基包括乙烯基酯、乙烯基醇、馬來酸酸酐、丙二醇及乙二醇。
該等陽離子胺可為一級、二級或三級胺,此係取決於該組合物之特定種類及pH。一般而言,以二級及三級胺(尤其係三級胺)較佳。
經胺取代之乙烯基單體及胺可以胺形式聚合且隨後藉由四級銨化作用轉化成銨。
該等陽離子聚合物可包括衍生自經胺及/或四級銨取代之單體及/或相容的間隔基單體之單體單位之混合物。
適宜的陽離子聚合物包括,例如:
- 含陽離子二烯丙基四級銨之聚合物,其包括(例如)二甲基二烯丙基氯化銨均聚物及丙烯醯胺與二甲基二烯丙基氯化銨之共聚物,其在工業(CTFA)中分別稱為Polyquaternium 6及Polyquaternium 7;

其他適宜的陽離子多醣聚合物包括含四級氮之纖維素醚(例如美國專利第3,962,418號中所述),且醚化纖維素與澱粉之共聚物(例如美國專利第3,958,581號中所述)。
可使用之極適宜類型的陽離子多醣聚合物係陽離子瓜耳膠衍生物,諸如瓜耳膠羥丙基三甲基氯化銨(以JAGUAR商標系列購自Rhodia)。該等材料之實例為JAGUAR C13S、JAGUAR C14、JAGUAR C15及JAGUAR C17。
可使用任何上述陽離子聚合物之混合物。
陽離子聚合物一般係以基於該組合物之總重量計為0.01至5重量%,較佳0.05至2重量%,更佳0.07至1.2重量%的總陽離子聚合物濃度存在於本發明洗髮精組合物中。
較佳地,本發明護髮組合物係呈水性,即:其含有水或水溶液或易溶性液晶相作為其主要組分。
適宜地,該組合物將包括10至98重量%,較佳為30至95重量%的水(基於該組合物之總重量計)。
較佳地,本發明水性洗髮精組合物另外包含懸浮劑。適宜的懸浮劑係選自聚丙烯酸、丙烯酸交聯聚合物、丙烯酸與疏水性單體之共聚物、含羧酸之單體與丙烯酸酯之共聚物、丙烯酸與丙烯酸酯之交聯共聚物、雜多醣膠及結晶長鏈醯基衍生物。希望該長鏈醯基衍生物係選自乙二醇硬脂酸酯、含有16至22個碳原子的脂肪酸之烷醇醯胺及其混合物。乙二醇二硬脂酸酯與聚乙二醇二硬脂酸酯係較佳的長鏈醯基衍生物,因為其賦予該組合物珍珠光澤。聚丙烯酸係以Carbopol 420、Carbopol 488或Carbopol 493購得。亦可使用丙烯酸與多官能性試劑之聚合物,其可以Carbopol 910、Carbopol 934、Carbopol 941及Carbopol 980購得。含羧酸之單體與丙烯酸酯之適宜共聚物之實例為Carbopol 1342。所有的Carbopol(商標名稱)材料係購自Goodrich。
丙烯酸與丙烯酸酯之適宜的交聯聚合物係Pemulen TR1或Pemulen TR2。適宜的雜多醣膠係黃原膠,例如以Kelzan mu獲得者。
可使用任何上述懸浮劑之混合物。以丙烯酸交聯聚合物與結晶長鏈醯基衍生物之混合物較佳。
懸浮劑一般係以基於該組合物之總重量計為0.1至10重量%,較佳0.5至6重量%,更佳0.9至4重量%的總懸浮劑濃度存在於本發明洗髮精組合物中。
水
較佳地,本發明護髮組合物係呈水性,即其包含水或水溶液或易溶性液晶相作為其主要組分。
適宜地,該組合物將包括10至98重量%,較佳30至95重量%的水(基於該組合物之總重量計)。
聚矽氧
根據本發明之組合物較佳包括聚矽氧。
特別佳的聚矽氧調理劑為聚矽氧乳液,諸如彼等由諸如聚二有機矽氧烷(特定言之係CTFA名稱為二甲聚矽氧烷之聚二甲基矽氧烷、CTFA名稱為二甲聚矽氧烷醇之含羥基端基之聚二甲基矽氧烷及CTFA名稱為胺基二甲聚矽氧烷之胺基官能性聚二甲基矽氧烷)之聚矽氧形成者。

適用於本發明組合物之聚矽氧乳液係購自諸如Dow Corning及GE Silicones之聚矽氧供應商。該等預形成聚矽氧乳液較佳係用於方便處理及控制聚矽氧粒度。該等預形成聚矽氧乳液一般將另外包括適宜的乳化劑,諸如陰離子性或非離子性乳化劑或其混合物,且可藉由化學乳化方法(諸如乳液聚合作用),或藉由使用高剪切混合機之機械乳化作用製備。索特平均液滴直徑(D3,2

適用於本發明之烷基多糖苷可購得,且包括例如彼等經確認為:Oramix NS10 ex Seppic;Plantaren 1200及Plantaren 2000 ex Henkel之材料。
可包含於本發明組合物中之其他糖衍生之非離子性界面活性劑包括C10

兩性或兩性離子界面活性劑之實例包括烷基胺氧化物、烷基甜菜鹼、烷基醯胺基丙基甜菜鹼、烷基磺基甜菜鹼(磺基甜菜鹼)、烷基甘胺酸鹽、烷基羧基甘胺酸鹽、烷基兩性醋酸鹽、烷基兩性丙酸鹽、烷基兩性甘胺酸鹽、烷基醯胺基丙基羥基磺基甜菜鹼、醯基牛磺酸鹽及醯基榖胺酸鹽,其中該烷基及醯基含有8至19個碳原子。用於本發明洗髮精中之典型的兩性及兩性離子界面活性劑包括月桂基胺氧化物、椰油基二甲基磺基丙基甜菜鹼、月桂基甜菜鹼、椰油醯胺丙基甜菜鹼及椰油基兩性醋酸鈉。
特別佳的兩性或兩性離子界面活性劑係椰油醯胺基丙基甜菜鹼。
任何前述兩性或兩性離子界面活性劑之混合物亦適宜。較佳的混合物為彼等椰油醯胺丙基甜菜鹼與其他上述兩性或兩性離子界面活性劑之混合物。較佳的其他兩性或兩性離子界面活性劑為椰油基兩性醋酸鈉。
懸浮劑
較佳地,本發明之水性洗髮精組合物另外包含懸浮劑。適宜的懸浮劑係選自聚丙烯酸、丙烯酸之交聯聚合物、丙烯酸與疏水性單體之共聚物、含羧酸之單體與丙烯酸酯之共聚物、丙烯酸與丙烯酸酯之交聯共聚物、雜多醣膠及結晶長鏈醯基衍生物。希望該長鏈醯基衍生物係選自乙二醇硬脂酸酯、含有16至22個碳原子的脂肪酸之烷醇醯胺及其混合物。乙二醇二硬脂酸酯與聚乙二醇二硬脂酸酯係較佳的長鏈醯基衍生物,因為其等賦予該組合物珍珠光澤。聚丙烯酸可以Carbopol 420、Carbopol 488或Carbopol 493自市面購得。亦可使用經多官能性試劑交聯之丙烯酸之聚合物,其可以Carbopol 910、Carbopol 934、Carbopol 941及Carbopol 980自市面購得。含羧酸之單體與丙烯酸酯之適宜共聚物之一實例為Carbopol 1342。所有的Carbopol(商標名稱)材料皆係購自Goodrich。
丙烯酸與丙烯酸酯之適宜的交聯聚合物係Pemulen TR1或Pemulen TR2。適宜的雜多醣膠係黃原膠,例如以Kelzan mu獲得者。
可使用任何上述懸浮劑之混合物。以丙烯酸之交聯聚合物與結晶長鏈醯基衍生物之混合物較佳。
懸浮劑一般係以基於該組合物之總重量計為0.1至10重量%,較佳0.5至6重量%,更佳0.9至4重量%的總懸浮劑濃度存在於本發明之洗髮精組合物中。
本發明組合物可包含用於提高性能及/或消費者可接受性之其他成份。該等成份包括香料、染料及顏料、pH調節劑、珍珠光澤劑、遮光劑、黏度改質劑及防腐劑或抗微生物劑。此等成份各係以能夠有效地實現其目的之含量存在。一般而言,分別以最高達總組合物之5重量%的濃度包含此等視需要選用之成份。
本發明藉由以下非限制性實例進一步闡釋,其中除非另外指出,否則所引用的所有百分比係基於總重量之重量比。

方法1
將至少7%的水於分置罐中加熱至約80℃。伴隨高速攪拌將脂肪醇、輕油、次要陰離子(鯨蠟硬脂基硫酸鈉)及陽離子(山萮基三甲基氯化銨)界面活性劑添加至其中。當獲得均勻的懸浮液時,利用相同速度之攪拌將此混合物冷卻至約45℃。然後伴隨中速攪拌將此混合物及其餘組分依序添加至稀釋的主要界面活性劑溶液(月桂醇醚硫酸鈉)中。
方法2

Claims (6)
- 一種調理洗髮精組合物,其含有分散於其中之選自聚α烯烴油、酯油、甘油三酸酯油、烴油及其混合物之油,該組合物包括包含陰離子界面活性劑之1至26重量%的清潔相、調理凝膠網絡、聚合物懸浮劑及陽離子沈積聚合物,其中該調理凝膠網絡包含:(1)具有16至22個碳之陰離子界面活性劑;(2)脂肪材料,其係選自由脂肪醇、脂肪酯、脂肪酸、脂肪醯胺及其混合物所組成之群組;(3)具有式N+ (R1 )(R2 )(R3 )(R4 )之陽離子界面活性劑,其中R1 、R2 、R3 及R4 係獨立地為C16 至C30 烷基或苄基;其中該凝膠網絡中的陰離子及陽離子界面活性劑係包含4個以內的碳數;其中該凝膠網絡中的陰離子界面活性劑提供該凝膠網絡總體上帶陰離子電荷或總體上不帶電荷;其中該凝膠網絡中的陰離子界面活性劑及脂肪材料係包含4個以內的碳數。
- 如請求項1之組合物,其中該調理凝膠網絡包括選自脂肪醇、脂肪酯、脂肪酸及脂肪醯胺之脂肪材料。
- 如請求項2之組合物,其中該脂肪材料係直鏈或分支鏈且含有14至30個碳。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項之組合物,其中在30℃下於布魯克菲爾德黏度計(Brookfield viscometer)上利用轉軸RV5 及20rpm量測,該油具有0.1至500厘泊的黏度。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項之組合物,其包括陽離子聚合物。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項之組合物,其包括聚矽氧。
