Description

Claims (8)
- 一種室內建築產品,包括至少二個外部表面(exterior surface)以及一塗層(coating)施加至該至少二個外部表面之至少一者上,該塗層包含:一樹脂配製物(resin formulation),其特徵在於當其作為一塗層施加到該建築產品時,其能夠對該室內建築產品進行強化,以及包含一三聚氰胺甲醛樹脂配製物;以及一醛類清除劑(aldehyde scavenger),選自以下群組:四亞乙基五胺(tetraethylene pentamine)、丙醯胺、己內醯胺、氫氧化銨、硫酸氫鈉、焦亞硫酸鈉(sodium metabisulfite)、一代磷酸銨(ammonium primary phosphate)、二代磷酸銨(ammonium secondary phosphate)、一代磷酸銨和二代磷酸銨的一組合;一代磷酸銨、二代磷酸銨和亞硫酸鹽(sulfite)的一組合;聚乙烯醇、己二酸二醯肼(adipic dihydrazide)、以及聚乙烯醇和己二酸二醯肼的一組合。
- 如請求項1之室內建築產品,其中該醛類清除劑包含聚乙烯醇。
- 如請求項1之室內建築產品,其中該醛類清除劑包含己二酸二醯肼。
- 如請求項1之室內建築產品,其中該三聚氰胺甲醛樹脂配製物按重量計包含:約10%至20%的三聚氰胺甲醛樹脂; 約20%至60%的碳酸鈣填充物以及約0%至10%的粘土填充物;約20%至80%的水;一選自以下群組之催化劑:氯化銨、氯化鎂、及氯化銨和氯化鎂的一組合;以及可以抑制在該樹脂配製物中形成泡沫的足量的消泡劑。
- 如請求項4之室內建築產品,其中該三聚氰胺甲醛樹脂配製物按重量計包括:約10%至20%的三聚氰胺甲醛樹脂;約35%的碳酸鈣填充物和約5%的粘土填充物;以及約40%的水。
- 如請求項5之室內建築產品,其中該醛類清除劑包含聚乙烯醇。
- 如請求項6之室內建築產品,其中該室內建築產品包含天花板貼磚(ceiling tile)。
- 如請求項5之室內建築產品,其中該醛類清除劑包含聚乙烯醇和己二酸二醯肼之一組合。
